for sure you know definitely you know having someone like that go out you know we're a little confused at what happened at first but um I think it was just staying together um and you know try to keep making the right plays you know kind of take what they gave us um you know I think that's some you know this team did you know a pretty good job today uh you know they went Zone they tried to mix it up a little bit and I think we just kept taking what they gave us and you know the ball in the basket yeah most definitely uh I think us being like poised was like really the key uh everything think go was Zone against us in the second half I feel like they that's like a weak point but I think today that we did a really good job stay boys and uh and coming out with the D Tyrese you guys have talked about wanting to closeout games they cut it to one again there at the end and then you kind of went beast mode those last few minutes how do you feel about the way you guys played I think we played great down the stretch you know we didn't Panic like I said voice is uh key we didn't Panic we uh I I had a lot of confidence that we're still going to win the game I knew cuz the shots weren't B for us in the beginning but at then they start to fall so yeah was there was there something said in the Huddle that y'all said hey guys this is a little too close whatever and y'all just kind of kicked it in yeah we just kind of just preach just get some stops down the stretch and then get stops you smiled likeing something must have been yeah no I think uh biggest thing was just staying together uh you know we've been in situations like this uh you know even worse situations so I was just you know staying together I thought we got some pretty good looks and uh we just knew fall I don't think it was anything that was like verbally said it was just kind of a mutual understand stand four five from three uh what was working and and how important was that considering your situation provid yeah I think uh it was just big just taking what they gave us uh you know my teammates did a great job finding me in some of those situations um it was just you know having the confidence to you know keep knocking them down uh you know I felt super comfortable taking those um and it was just you know really just take what they gave any more gratification in coming off the game you did which was not your best game of season season at all yeah yeah no for sure uh I mean biggest thing was you know sometimes it's going to happen you know games like that are going to happen uh biggest thing for me was just staying in the gym um you know I knew the shot was going to fall eventually so you know it's definitely nice to have a game like this but uh you know even better to get the win tyres how much had the coaching St been challenging you to have a performance like this just knowing what you're capable of all year long every day uh I gave him one so happy for that but you know can't get relaxed right now we got now that the season about to turn up a little little more so I'm going try to give one every game from here on out have you ever had the 28 point game uh no never in my life we in College college not in college but in my life for sure Michael what's it mean for the teene to have two guys like this guys can rely on I mean it's huge uh just the leadership roles that they provide uh especially to a young front courp um I mean you have me Thomas and condo uh that look up to Tyrese every single game I mean he pushes Us in practice uh just makes us better uh so it's huge and then I know that the guards are the same way uh having Zion having wall uh everyone looks up to them uh they're leaders on the team natural leaders so it's just really nice to have them
