Demetrius Johnson Mighty Mouse has officially retired from MMA mix martial arts crazy didn't expect this I honestly didn't expect this but at the same time I feel like we all kind of did because you know he has been talking about it for like a year now he's been out he's been out MMA for a while maybe like around a year or something I might be wrong I don't know but I was wondering why he wasn't fighting in and now it all obviously makes sense I don't have a problem if he retires he is like is he 36 he might be somewh like that 35 35 36 and for a flyweight you know what I'm saying like that's where they usually like drop off a lot like you you know what I'm saying but DJ DJ can literally I think DJ J can compete in the UFC high level still right now like I mean let's look at let's [ __ ] uh look at it let's look at it the flyweight division cuz I think he could literally beat he can beat tatoro he can beat Kar France he can beat Amir Al Bal I think it can beat Brandon Marino it can it can definitely beat Brandon rival he can beat Brandon Royal he can beat Brandon Moreno Moreno didn't look the same in his last fight so he can beat Moreno Royal he's still a top five fighter automatically in the UFC uh Amir albazi ah I think DJ still beats him Kai Cara France DJ still beats him like he's literally still the best it's crazy crazy Tator Tyra I think Tator Tyra could give him a pretty good fight but I think I think DJ still wins it honestly I still think DJ wins like I you know what I'm saying Kai k Kai well can't [ __ ] his name Kai kisur or whatever he's called coming into the UFC I've not even seen much of him DJ wins I'm sorry like I'm glazing like but it's the truth like P could he beat panoa I don't I don't know I honestly I don't know I won't be surprised if DJ beats Pantoja but I think that would be a very competitive fight honestly could be a bit of a 5055 but I can also I can honestly see DJ winning that you know what I'm saying I can still see DJ winning that fight against panta DJ at like 35 is still the greatest flyweight as of right now like it's crazy he's literally done everything he's done everything in one Championship he's done everything in UFC he's completed MMA like he literally has completed MMA he's got a crazy career 27 and three and one three losses one draw 27 wins 11 Subs 11 TI defenses the longest title defenses in history like that is that is like crazy that's a breathtaker it really is I take a [ __ ] breath there you know what I'm saying like the stats are crazy just stats so who I mean we're going to get into it I mean if you want to check out who retirement it is on one Championship the four thing is there when he's announcing his retirement that [ __ ] guy I don't watch I don't watch much one Championship but that guy who was interviewing me was like he said why why why you retiring I was like [ __ ] hell mate you let him retire but you know what I'm saying like I don't know I thought that was a bit weird I thought it was a bit weird I don't know why he did that maybe he was getting uh two like he was getting too over I don't know what's the word excited or emotional I don't know but yeah he that was a weird one in my opinion but DJ got emotional when he was shouting out like his everyone PE like everyone around him his family team one Championship etc etc and then you got Hall of Fame trophy which looked pretty cool some gold thing that looks like a sick trophy um um and then he got inducted obviously into the one Championship Hall of Fame I think he might be the first one inducted into the you into the one Championship Hall of Fame I don't know I don't watch much one Championship like I said before but that's pretty cool if he is he does definitely deserve that as well if he's the first one and should be in it anyway because like that is massive for one Championship but like Mighty Mouse like a massive effect obviously if you join even if he joins like a A pfl or at all like he's going to have a massive effect and he did with won Championship because DJ like before before he went to one Championship people were saying know he's boring not like he no one really like no one really cared but as soon as he went to one championship and we'll get into that everyone paid attention to him everyone paid attention to him everyone started liking everyone was starting you know everyone was you know you know more invested in him which is interesting but yeah interesting stuff uh and then he said he's taking a belt with him home I mean this is a which would be pretty cool to see I I'm you know I watched the highlights and you know some [ __ ] like that makes sense because he loves doing jiujitsu and you always see him doing these jiujitsu tournaments like every time something about DJ pops up he's always competing in these jiujitsu tournaments you know what I'm saying and I always see I always see him competing him he actually is pretty sick at it as well and you know what's weird I was thinking about this the other day I actually like I don't even like watching Jujitsu like that I don't even I don't even know if I like Jujitsu but I like watching DJ though which is weird like I don't I like it's weird I literally I like watching DJ do do these jiujitsu tournaments I don't know I don't know why like I like Ola doing jiujitsu like there's maybe it's because they're high level and they mixed up and they're very knowledgeable maybe that's why but like these like type of Fighters I actually love watching them and I'm actually I'm interested in but yeah it's only a few though which is interesting but one I mean he's he's done a lot in his [ __ ] career like 15E career I think anyway he's like one shot in Ben aidz one second arar in horiguchi then then you got that suplex armar which was crazy that was crazy and then he finished cejudo in the clinch like and then he he went one-onone with cejudo people for DJ won that let me know your thoughts even though a lot of people thought DJ won it is what it is like what can you do you're not going to [ __ ] reverse do the the fight but then he got traded then he this is what happened and then he got traded for Ben asrin which is the most [ __ ] stupidest decision like it's not even I can't even say it's the most stupidest decision UFC I mean it could be UFC does a lot of stupid decisions but why the [ __ ] would you trade you you're one of your best fighters at that time for Ben asrin I mean what the [ __ ] that was like that is like actually that's mindblowing it really is like it's actually incredible it's really is mind-blowing the UFC [ __ ] themselves and then they made another company grow which they're in rival R the it's [ __ ] stupid business like it really it it you can't you don't know how to put you don't know what to say to that it's just it's next level stupid that's what Dana White said to myab I mean I'm saying it to you Dan you like it I don't understand Ben ashren got [ __ ] KO to the fod as well to the head by jge mazal like yeah that was so bad and then Demetrius d J just went on had a successful career in one Championship like that is the worst trade I've seen in my life like then DJ went to the 135 pound division in one championship and then he won the belt like why the [ __ ] would you trade this guy man then he fought my tai Champion Rod Tang this guy's a [ __ ] animal this if you haven't seen Rod Tang look him up I promise you like you're not miss you're missing out like he's he's a mustsee fighter like Rod Tang it was a mixed rules fight it was a super fight this this like this fight has gone down in history now for like fighting wise Combat Sports like he was like half rounds was MMA half rounds was uh M Tha he was such a good fight man I loved it like we need more fights like this I wish they did [ __ ] more fights like this oh [ __ ] man I wish oh imagine imagine man like crossover boxing an MMA just saying it's just an idea could be [ __ ] I don't know but you you get my point like that was the day man that was such a good fight like DJ won that fight against Rod Tang as well Rod Tang is at that time was the best my tai fighter in the world no doubt about it he's a machine he probably still is one of the best myti fighters right now he could be still right now but ah um if he went to the U I really want him to go to the UFC by the way I really hope he goes to the UFC one day I'm dying to see Rod Tang into the UFC in the UFC oh I love him to I don't think I don't know if he will but that'll be crazy that'll actually be like oh that' be so good anyways then he got knocked out for the first time in his care career which was crazy which is kind of sad at the same time as well uh with a knee he with like he was like a KO by the knee up against the cage he was on the ground but then but then DJ he bounced back straight away and then he got K and then and then he KO Adrian Morales with a knee I think it might have been the same position I don't know I can't remember but that was a [ __ ] crazy KO that was a crazy knee KO to the head like it was so smooth the way like the the way he positioned himself footwork and then just eh oh so clean man he was so clean like he's just so good he's just so good and then he had that trilogy not much of a fun fight pretty boring but DJ won that also like DJs had like such a good career like it's like your the perfect career for an MMA fighter apart from obviously the double champ thing but like he had a such a successful career like he is one of the greatest of all time in MMA no doubt about it is he the greatest MMA fighter of all time it's a hard one he's obviously in the conversation he's one of them I'm still like I'm still unsure J Jon I mean this is another conversation is it but he is top three he has to be top three there's no doubt about it GSP Jon Jones DJ is obviously the top three GSP edges
