following the devastating black flash that Yuji landed on suca which seemingly knocked him unconscious this chapter opens with the king of curses talking to megumi's Soul how dare you try to live on the following dialogue is suguna continuously berating megumi the zenin failed to summon mahara and had his body taken over megumi killed his sister with his own cursed technique he also rejected yuji's hand when he initially tried to save him finally Sugo reminds megumi how Yuji itadori the person he chose to rescue was responsible for slaughtering thousands he tells megumi to give up as the boy cannot live a proper life anymore suguna orders megumi to quit and let him handle everything else the king is quite literally gaslighting megumi into a state of depravity but but it doesn't have the effect he intends because on the next page Megami questions why sua sounds so desperate the king of curses still has one more finger so he's curious why he resort to such desperate tactics but megumi does come to an answer if the 19 worth of fingers within megumi's body disappeared the last finger would not be enough to host the entirety of sua's Soul so if the king is separated from megumi's body he will die and megumi is quite glad to know that even the king of curses still fears death megumi says that from the very start he never intended to live a proper life while it may sound obvious he understands that the world is full of a lot more people than just him so even if it's only once more the boy wants to try living for someone else and as we return to reality yuji's domain crumbles revealing that his punch was so powerful that sua's reincarnation through possession of megumi's body was undone and we see the king screaming in agony as he peeled off megumi's body after nearly 56 chapters the curse of Roman sukuna is exercised from the body of megumi fushi guro the boy is finally free and without a host to Harbor his soul sua is no more than a mound of Flesh and Yuji itadori looks down at this pathetic and vulnerable state thus the boy speaks what's it going to be Su and suddenly the King has a flashback he remembers when Yuji showed him Mercy through so the fro star rationalizes this tragic outcome the only possible cause of sua's defeat would be his incarnated form and so they further beray the sorcerers saying that they had no real strength and sees his two dearest friends Yuji and nobra but he's entirely confused as to what they're up to apparently Yuji and nobra were trying to arrange a kgas Aki survival surprise megumi pretends to understand and apologizes for spoiling their effort but nobra is more annoyed at megumi's plain reaction she reminds the two that the Madonna they thought was dead is actually Alive and Kicking so nobra is pretty disappointed that eugi and megumi aren't shocked pissing their pants or even crying tears of joy Yugi does admit that he cried a little bit when residance hit sua but megumi says he was not really surprised because he found out when the king of curses was inhabiting his body Yuji takes out two letters that shoko gave him both written by Gojo satu megumi is quite curious about the letters while no finds it slightly gross to even imagine Gojo writing letters to people megumi is confused as to why there's only two but Yuji mentions that he did not get one because unlike megumi and nobra Yuji actually had a chance to speak with Gojo directly megumi understands and just wants to get this over with no is then the first to open her letter she groans about it and then instantly crumples the paper she says it had information about her mother's whereabouts Yuji is surprised that nobra didn't know where her mother was but kgas Aki responds that she just didn't care however she is impressed that Gojo could find her on the other hand megumi laughs while reading his letter this surprises nobra as she had no idea megumi was capable of laughing Yuji then gets interested and requests to read megumi's letter so then Yuji and nobra read to find the humor megumi did but are left dumbfounded Yuji even questions why megumi would laugh at something like this bu fushi guro can't help but find the letter amusing we are able to see what was written on the letter and apparently Gojo said unfortunately your daddy's dead and buried cuz I killed him sorry about that moving away from Gojo's inability to be serious even in death nobra says the trio need to meet up with Mony and the others Megami believes who need to apologize to everyone and thank them but nobra tells him the situation has nothing to do with that while megumi is confused Yuji says it's about UDA aotu Yuji then gets serious as he reveals the reason for their Gathering is to save uda's life and suddenly an unknown voice that probably belongs to Maki Zen and calls UDA a goddamn bastard and the chapter ends with meami wondering if that's really what the voice of someone trying to save a kotu should sound like so for a short recap suguna is dead dead uram also dead megumi is among the living and we have no idea if UDA aotu Will Survive I'm just going to say that this idelic world feels so happy that I'm almost inclined to believe it's just an illusion somehow facilitated by the merger but maybe I'm just unable to see the truth right in front of me the sua raate is over and our Sorcerers have won
