Now, I did say this just two, three days ago that I felt like a Taylor Swift endorsement would somehow be a backlash because Taylor Swift audiences grown up. Taylor Swift has been hot since I was in high school, possibly since middle school. And I remember having people in my grade level that were fans of Taylor Swift. Now, that was majority of her fan base was through millennials. They're now reaching thirties, their thirties and beyond, et cetera. The people that grew up along with me. So they've gotten older. They now have bills. They now have responsibility. They now have motivations to be conservative. This new poll broke out and kind of suggests that possibly Taylor Swift fans, which are voters, have outgrown the liberal narrative. It is being reported that Taylor Swift has lost Kamala Harris support, not gained, lost Kamala Harris support. OK, so New York Post, it says it might not be such a love story after all. A new post debate poll from YouGov released Saturday found that eight percent of voters said that the pop superstar is not as either somewhat or more likely to convince to cast their ballot for the Democrat, but whopping twenty percent. It says somewhat or much less likely for voting for Donald Trump's opponents now that Swift has spoken. So it had affected about twenty percent. It says responder sixty six percent. Swift's endorsement made no difference on how they felt on their November vote. However, it says, I've done my research and I've made my choice to Grammy winning artist shared in the Instagram post to two hundred eighty three million followers on Tuesday night's debate. Your research is all yours to do. And that choice is for you to make. It appears that Taylor Swift fans actually listen to her and did the research. The majority, thirty two percent of the online poll respondents think they move. The move will have an appalling effect on campaign. I mean, Harris campaign, while twenty seven percent said they don't think it'll have an effect in that way. Forty one percent, nearly four hundred and sixty people said to shake it off. Singer shouldn't speak publicly about politics. Thirty eight percent said that she should make public endorsements. Sixty six percent of the polls participants said that they are not Swifties, while twenty eight percent reported being a fan and six percent identified as a big fan. The majority of big fans were women and registered Democrats. Swift endorsement led to a flood of traffic at the voter registration website, Vote.gov.info. Wednesday afternoon, according to reports. Of course, the spokesperson said, you know, they've gained over three hundred thousand people that attended that poll. But long story short is it's not a universal decision that Taylor Swift made a positive effect. And a lot of the Swifty fans feel like her endorsement can actually turn people away I truly just felt like Taylor Swift fans have kind of outgrown her messaging, kind of outgrown the Democrat messaging. The fact that we are now seeing polls come out as soon as her endorsement came out, that people aren't really rocking with her message. We haven't seen this when she made those cookies with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris because the culture is shifting and people's public opinion is shifting. We aren't teenagers anymore. We have real life responsibilities. Most of us have kids. Most of us have bills. Most of us have stressors. Most of us have real life to deal with. And it leads to people not paying attention to people like Taylor Swift. I don't see anything wrong with it. I kind of feel like it's expected. I somewhat predicted that this would happen. And I think that this will be a wake-up call for the Democratic Party moving forward that not only celebrities don't affect the American public anymore, but their top celebrities that they used to depend on are no longer relevant to the people that matter. And the people that matter, that's the voters. It don't matter if you have a massive fan base. The fans that are willing to vote The fans are willing to do the research. They almost, almost, almost always are going to vote conservative in our current climate. And I think that's a lesson that they have to learn. That this climate, there are more reasons to be red than to be blue. Nothing they can do about that. And I think that this Taylor Swift project, I'm so glad that she announced her support for Kamala Harris because it gives us this huge sample size because if Taylor doesn't do it, nobody can. And I feel like After this announcement, it signifies the fact that it's so over for the entire Democratic establishment in twenty twenty four. They're going to have to get ready for twenty twenty eight because to me, this is over.
