congratulations my friend buddy thanks so much you you remember when it was not this you remember when it was not this you found out you were getting this seriously what went through your mind I um I felt insane uh I found insane relief frankly that like you know I felt a little bit of pressure you know on behalf of my collaborators and this feels like hopefully it is it's not obviously it's a solo show obviously a solo show is a crazy misn number there's so many people dozens hundreds thousands of people when you probably get down to it who worked on this show and really made it good and it would have been really sucky without without a lot of them especially people like like Alex Timbers and my and Adam and and you know even like David corns did the set design like so many people work on these shows I don't think people understand that and so like this I felt like pleased that I don't know this felt like a nice validation for those collaborators and being able to do this on Broadway at the beautiful Hudson like that first day you walked into the theater I thought comedy should not exist in the space I was like this place is too nice and they're like you know they filmed a lot of comic Central presents here I was like oh fine whatever who cares who gives a but like uh but yeah it was uh it's it was it was a Banana's experience it a perfect theater for it I could not imagine another one and it's the fact that it's capture in HBO like really means the it's the best
