Jools Lebron Demure and Mindful Trademark - Here’s What My Next Steps Would Be

I would love for Jules to see this video if she has not already spoken to a lawyer or has gotten business guidance as a business girl in myself I'm like when people are out here playing checkers we are going to play chess and so for context this article came out 22 hours ago someone makes move to lock up rights to very to be a very mindful Trend um from what I had seen from another screenshot is that this person has taken a trademark out on it or put in an application for it if you try to click on this now the page is no longer available they have taken it down for one reason or another um look the internet is moving really fast for what's going on so let me tell you what I would do moving from here now where my background comes in first is I have a master's degree and business administration I have worked with a lot of the top brands across the United States if I said their names they are household brands in addition to that I have three llc's and I have one trademark I would speak with a trademark lawyer I personally have a trademark lawyer and I would go and get some advice from them and some guidance um when it comes to okay what can we do now what does this mean when the application has been submitted and this is something that I have already been using for quite some time and I had started to do X Y andz business with it what can we do from here that's the question that I would give my trademark lawyer and then the next thing that I would ask a lawyer is could they please give me a a good understanding of what's going to happen now being that there's nothing we can do about it the rights go to this person and I already have this merchandise um what what is it that we can do here and what is it we're likely going to be looking at if I tried to still go out with it and obviously if you got a good trademark L we can always see is there's some way we can do what we got to do if you know what I mean now in a recent video that I saw earlier today I think Jules now is trying to use the word demur and mindfulness which is a spin-off of very de very mindful all in all we all know that Trends come and go and so no matter what we need to be 10 steps ahead of that anyway because at some point there's only so far we would be able to go with VAR de mirror very mindful so we are need to be thinking about what is the next thing and I would slowly start trying to from a creative uh perspective figure out what that is play around with some different ideas and here's a great thing now Jules has already ju Jules already has a huge following at this point and I would say that if a lot of people know what the situation is with the trademark and the trend that she has made popular a lot of people would come behind her and support her and so that's what's going to be the really great thing is if she decides okay I'm going to you know just hop onto my next best thing move on to my next best business venture with this popularity that I've gotten I think a lot of people are going to come behind her and it's going to be very easy to get that to where it needs to be now another thing that I would do at this point is obviously there's an opportunity as Jules has already started to do which is have merch and um start making a business out of this and so I would definitely go ahead and looking into look into getting corporated personally I do llc's and I prefer Anonymous llc's that is something you'd have to speak with your um own business lawyer about about which one is the best one to take for yourself but I will go ahead and get the business corporated initially I did think there might be some questions that I would have for someone in public relations for PR specialist um but now that I think back over some of the things I initially thought I don't know if a PR person is needed at this time probably um but I would say that for something that could be explored so the biggest thing right now is speaking with the trademark lawyer figuring out or explaining the situation and seeing what guidance they give on next best steps see if there is any way possible that you could still come in and fight for it if there's any way possible if you do have a bunch of merch and you have a number of other things related to using these words in this trend then to see okay what are some implications what would I be responsible for what would I potentially have to pay if I still tried to put something like this out or just what would happen and let that trademark lawyer kind of guide you in that aspect so that would be the first biggest step and then the other things I discussed earlier um are some other things that I would turn to at this point I know this was a huge monkey wrench thrown into everything but again when someone's out here playing checkers we're going to come out here and play chess let's go Jules
