what it do my regat your boys coming through with another video man this is going to be on the actor from the 70s Show man Mr Danny Masterson what a what a piece of crap he got sentenced 30 Years to Life for multiple counts of rape you know different different uh girls the guy is already prison man but but um why he keep he keeps on moving so much why they did drop his level uh is he G to get out where according to the computer says 20 2042 but there's another another area which says 2038 right let me explain all that to you for what I know he probably not going to get out sooner than that guarantee man he's probably going to like 2032 he might get out I'm explain to you everything right now but before we do this I want to thank all of you for actually taking the time and watching my my family I got two beautiful kids I got a business of my own and now I decided to do YouTube to share my story to actually uh give back give you some a story that might impact you in a certain way to help you or make you change the way you're thinking man better yourself and stuff like that it's about breaking the side man all this doing the same thing expecting a different result is not taking you nowhere nowhere so this is my message I'm just trying to help you guys if you if you don't want to be help I mean I can't help somebody who doesn't want to help themselves so I can only do so much my part is being done I'm sharing my story and that's it but right now I'm going L you up on on on this case how CDC is working right now cuz I just came came out of CDC are I knew the the new rules that they being implemented so I'm going to break it down so let's go to the story man to the so old boy Danny masteron right got convicted straight to put 30 Years to Life from the top he's going to go to a level four he not going to have a lot of points as other level fours have but uh the fact that he has life many how many years he has the the his uh his crime time is going to give him a certain amount of points right so how this works so as you can tell old boy went to uh nor K first um that's going to be a Reception Center he only lasted a month right there which is pretty quick some indiv like me I lasted three months right there other people even last six months it depends right but since he's a high-profile case they're like get old boy out of here get him out of here cuz trust me as soon as old boy walks in even an inmate doesn't know who he is the officer always going to speak on it oh you know who old boy is this who he's the one who did that just so inmates can do something about it you know that's how it is that's how officers do it you know so he got through committee one month he landed on corkran after being in corkran for two weeks he got transfer again to another institution let me tell you what happened so two weeks so you landed to basically to to to your president which his president it was going to be cor he went to committee you go within two weeks you go to committee they're going to read your case you're going to be in front of a counselor you're going to be in front of a a captain uh Warden stuff like that and maybe an officer or whatever uh and they gonna go through your case see what what's going on with you if you feel save whatever they're going to go through everything they're G to tell you where you where they're going to put you and stuff like that so apparently what happened to old boy right here they already knew he was going to be he's a high profile case in the level four he was going to be the victim of every individual there at least you got the nor Riders you got the Sistas you got the the two FS every single uh prison gang was going to take a piece of that pie guarantee guarante there's no way old boy was going to get it the institution already knew this so what he did they were like you know what we can't stay right here we're going to send you to another prison one with the lower level level three or level two I think it's level three how can he do this okay they they can do whatever they want but now this is not how uh cdcr is doing and I don't know I mean in black and uh black and white like they didn't supposed to do this but they did it uh nowadays basically if you got one year clean you can have a 180 points right 180 points that's level four to the max I think you need a 60 59 points to become a level three right so let's say and every year you drop uh you're dropping eight points no or 12 points now it's 12 points every year you're dropping 12 points so you got a let say you have 200 points you have 200 points it's going to take you years to go to L three so now like a few years back cdcr pass this uh incentives basically saying if you got got one year clean one year clean and they see that okay this guy is trying to do good it's not that it's not like oh he had one year with that incidents but who knows right no you have to prove like okay this guy's trying to better himself he has one year clean that will they will override your points and send you to a to a level uh to a lower level one one level down me I was uh I think I had like 54 points around there 54 to 40 something it was like 4 and I end up going to a level to a level two you know and event to a level one so I can do it before this was not possible they were just doing it to guys who were snitching and stuff like that now they they got some of the [ __ ] now so that's why oh boy went to a CMC right the men's Colony booo ass prison man they got I heard right there people got their own Keys uh to their sell and stuff like that that like that's some weird [ __ ] you know I mean it's lovely but that's where they got the high profiles like it's it's some way out stuff like that so that's how he made it uh so what's going to happen right here oh boy alive right um what I heard for what I investigated he's on the east side on was on the East uh East facility the West facility or I don't know if it's closed or what what not but he's on the East facility on the west facility there's the there's uh the lower level West facili is the level ones and the level twos but I think old boy went to the level three so it's the East facility on the level ones and level twos that's where they got uh the far Camp uh they have uh all kinds of different locations uh and they have U what else they have they had a um something big too they have something big good all but anyways whatever it is anyways oh boy it's on on E facilities he's in a level three if he's going to go to to uh to a book Camp no he's not he's a lifer he cannot go to a boot camp he cannot he cannot be in a level two that does not have a electric fence he can go to a level two well that level two has a has to have an electric fence there's certain institution who have uh level two who have electric fence I believe to hasp level two is vulnerable uh but I don't know if that The West Wing if it's still it's still open if they do have electric electric fence which I I doubt it man um but no he's not going to be able to go to to the bot Camp he's a lifer he cannot be into a level one level two cuz he can escape he's a lifer so he's going to still on level three and eventually from that level three mark my wordss and within if not a year if he last right there in a year he's going to go to a lower level man straight up uh but again that's how they got away with it where they uh they dropped their um their uh points and they no they didn't drop their point they override their uh their points and he's with the level four points in a level three right which right there they got everything every VOC but I mean all the pr they they have that now it's about now they're doing that Rehabilitation thing in the cdcr right before it was CDC now it's cdcr and it took forever to do that but I'mma explain to you guys now why he's not going to do this whole time whole term and they just changed this in 2016 17 and 2017 they changed this because before they used to there there was something called rack credits and another is called mileston there's two things milestones and and rap credits before in 2008 they had passed this law where R credits mil whatever only to the nonb they're able to get this basically if you go to school you do college you do any kind of program they give you incentives they lower your sentes right 2017 basically now everybody's can't do it everybody all violent crimes everything so meaning he can do it so what this means this means that he can get a rack credits and he can get Milestones rack credits how can you get rack credits every every time every time you sign into a self-help group program that's when you get rap credits uh there's a cap of how many R credits you can have but there's no limitation of how many you can have in your file you know so it goes by 52 hours every 52 hours that you go in a group you can even have like five six seven groups per week and you go basically an hour an hour and a half and all that thing builds up so every time you go 52 hours they'll take one week out of your sentence for old boy is going to be one week out of uh whenever he he goes to board you know so that's uh the the cap on that is going to be uh four weeks per year so four weeks per year but he can have stack those up and even though he stop let's say he stopped going to groups at a certain time he's still going to start getting all his credits eventually every year so that's four that's four weeks uh a year that he can get now the Milestones is a whole different uh story Milestones you can get three months of your sentence every year so how you get those Milestones Milestones you get them through college you can go to college every uh every class every class you take it I believe take two weeks uh and you can take up to four classes or whatever you know every six months you know so is that that's mil M come with the with your vocation every time you do a a certain test or whatever they'll give you a certain amount of of uh Milestones it can give you like three weeks uh four weeks at a time every time you do a test uh I believe School whenever you finish school you whenever you do a test it gives you a certain amount of Milestones so Milestone is Cap at three months per year plus the one month of uh the the what's it called the rack credits so basically out every year oh boy can't get four months of his sentence if you that's four months of his sentence let's say he does this for whatever however time he wants to do it let's say he does it for 10 years Man 10 years which you can do it for 10 years that's four months 10 years time four is going to be 40 months so that's going to be 40 months of his sentence so what is 40 months do the math man cuz it's too much for me so is he's going to he's going to be able to go home at 2038 2040 42 I don't think so man I think that if he does what he what cdcr basically gave you for you to do to basically overcome your whatever or rehabilitate yourself or whatever so there's people who are actually taking advantage of these programs and there's people who are actually working the system to get time after sentence uh again I mean it's it's part of the game CDC cdcr is not like it used to be and excuse me and uh basically the the 85 percenters 80% went down to 66% uh I believe in 2020 and or 2021 and then uh on 20 somewhere 2020 2021 and then uh the 50 cers the was the nonviolence they went down 33% nowadays you go into prison for 5 years yeah you only get 33% you get out like in two years man straight up like probably a year and a half uh but again one thing that I forgot to mention you guys is okay you got your Milestones you got your rap credits but when you do like a certification in a sense that uh when you get your AA when you get your U another degree uh your Bor degree or whatever you can get as many degrees I think there's like three of them you will get six months of your sentence there's another one there uh when you become a counselor for alcohol and alcohol and drugs you get six months man you get six months of your sentence and that's on top of actually the three months that you can get uh in uh and of your sent of Milestones you know so basically if you get that in one year you're three months plus you get your degree that's nine months of your sentence plus you get a a week of your uh a month of your uh rap credits that's 6 7even 8 n that's 10 months of your sentence within the year you know so again it's old boy is going to get out in 2024 2 no I believe his board day is going to be on 2038 but he's going to drop some years he's going to drop at least he's going to drop 5 years straight up at least 5 years so he's going to go to board probably on 2033 this being said hopefully you have a clear understanding of what cdcr is offering when it comes down to reducing your sentence uh again old boy has money so I mean there's going to be that one officer who wants to autograph and he going to be cool with him for whatever reason and trust me he's going to have probably like a phone or whatever especially on those lower levels people don't mess with them that much oh boy he's going to he's he even is going to have a key to his uh to his uh cell unless that's the level two and level one cuz for my understanding he's on the east side so I believe that's going to be the level three uh but again on the east side is different from the west side west side is level ones level twos that's your boot
