Intro footballers the most important muscle for a footballer the most powerful muscle in your body how to become an an athletic footballer this is day 24 30 for 30 football entangled stop doing Glute Workouts glute workout stop doing banded glute activation warm-up yes it's very important to have strong glutes but here's a truth bomb targeting your glutes in the gym or with bands does not make you glute dominant doing crazy barbell hip thrusts with four plates on each side doesn't mean you're strong on on the pitch it means you're strong in that position in the gym doing that movement it doesn't translate over to the pitch in fact it is more or less bodybuilding for your glutes it has it does nothing to actually increase functional glute strength which comes from the foot to glute fascial connection this means your glutes are Glute Fascial Connection activated unconsciously which is the only way it can work on the pitch it does not work to consciously try to squeeze your glutes on the pitch athleticism must be part of you it must be woven into the fabric of your being this is why if you isolate the glute muscle in your warmup with a band this is artificially tiring out parts of the muscle in isolation the opposite of what The Human Body you want remember athleticism is a full body story it's a skill it's a coordination of the brain down to the feet the fingertips the tongue every inch of you is involved everything is interconnected and entangled every muscle has its role inside the fasal tensegrity unit we call the human body no magical warm-up is going to is going to transform you into an elite footballer 30 minutes before the match if you want change you must change that means deep athletic transformation and that's what we do in the way of the natural now a short story is I've worked with a lot of guys that have that have backgrounds in different methods of training and myself of course and my and it is a life-changing experience to feel your glue glutes when you run on the Feel Your Glutes pitch or to feel your glutes when you shoot or when you strike a ball it is something special and all of you that have never felt that or or aren't aware of what I'm talking about realize there might be some things that you don't know you don't know now someone who is naturally athletic that's how they've always been and so what I'm saying to you you're like yeah duh but for most people who aren't at your level they don't have that I can't put you into their skin and so that you feel what they feel when they run and they move that's why when two people go and do the same exercise for example run some hills or some stadiums why is it that that those two people feel different things one guy can feel their calf burning and then one can feel their glutes burning or their haming or their abs there's a reason because Under the Skin your patterns of recruitment how your brain decides to activate and contract and relax muscles is different and that has a multitude of factors that go into it so we see in the gym in the rehab world all these exercises these weird kind of like clamshells band warmups all these things just trying to cheat the body very kind of sad and loner Vibes of trying to activate the glutes when in fact the glutes are like an onion you have to break down the layers of the onion and get to the the the Deep core to get that full uh you know basketball shape all Outro right and so if you've ever been caught doing these band warm-ups doing these clam shells doing these things to try and force your glutes to activate or to warm up just realize that it was the wrong thing and it's okay I did it too you know everyone was in that phase of their life all right but now you have an amazing opportunity to become glut dominant to become naturally athletic so that when you go for a walk you feel your glutes so that when you do a header or you do a pass you feel the power coming from your glutes from your posterior chain hamstring glutes and abs that is a magical Priceless feeling and I hope everyone of you one day can feel that if you want to get started drop a comment down below baller and I'll see you inside the entangled tribe this is Day Day 24 I'll I'll see you tomorrow for day 25 talk soon
