[Music] whether you Ponder on which club to back just a person passing through behind the scenes here at dear o Playmore they have paved the way through football's rocky road now as fans we must do the [Music] rest a youngster with dreams to dream talking means a lot it's my local Club it means everything to me I go home in a way to support this club I'm here for Life perhaps an old goal of 92 I've been to every home game for 28 years it's a last part of my life it's the club that I chose to support and it's the club that I want to keep supporting my earliest memories of Playmore were coming with my dad my granddad my brother um my first season was 6768 in terms of my memories of talk United my first game here was around about 46 years ago now and I've been supporting the club ever since so my memories are of survival last year and more ways than one the club surviving obviously off the pitch and our survival from the relegation struggle last year talk United means everything to me I've been a supporter since my first visit to the ground in 1963 uh the first game of the season in front of 9,000 people and I was uh I was smitten absolutely smitten a new goal was hatched and I was on my way um promotion 20034 season yeah we won 2-1 at saan on the last day of the season but their goalkeeper held on for promotion that's a first automatic promotion I've s United um clinch [Music] the third round of the FA Cup um against Tottenham Hotspur and with a few minutes to go yeah it looked like we were down and out in a crowd of approaching 21,000 people and then Robin stubs grabbing two goals in the last 10 minutes a crossbow was still shaking from a header from Tommy nor cour set up a replay at uh whiteart Lane it was an amazing amazing feeling [Music] the football league day is getting promoted with the Tim sils go and Chris arz at Wembley and so excited moving forward now a great Club of friendship and deep Soul at plain M has always been our way dark clouds over our team's fine ground what I reckon my L Lo was the struggle that this club went through last season the pressure the pressure Built For This Club yeah my Lo were Administration it got me worried I thought we weren't going to have a club thankfully the bring cons s saved us and we've got Club to support certainly relegation from the football league which coincided incidentally with the first game that I brought my lad to watch talky um was certainly a low and of course the events of last year I think was probably the lowest point um in supporting T United uh my first game was against Stockport in 2007 we then got relegated so that was instantly a low the most disappointing moment uh was the playoff final at Ashton gate probably getting relegated a couple seasons ago yeah relegations unfortunately um twice now into non-league football twice into the national South Sun Shines on our home again sh hands now do their very very best well I think a fown model is is the way forward for sustainability of the club it means that we that we are not taken for a ride by by someone's eego trip I think more than that it allows the fans to feel that they're a real part of the club and that uh and that their voice will be heard uh via the trust members on the board what we're inviting here is the opportunity in front of us is for this football club to be guided by his supporters all have a stake in the future of our football club because I think all of us are probably all agreed that we never ever want to find ourselves in the situation we found ourselves in February and to this end we need your help to raise a minimum of £100,000 so I'm Matt Gorman um I've been a talki supporter getting on for 46 years now I know I don't look old enough obviously but um uh the prospectus is in the process of being signed off at the moment once it's been signed off we'll be using a platform called crowdfunder to help us raise the money we want to try and make it affordable to people £250 you'll get a certificate a pin badge you get your name on the new third shirt that's going to come out in October ,000 or more then you get those benefits but you get your name on the shirt in larger writing uh the director for the day experience families who want to subscribe together businesses to ensure that this football club is on its Journey back into the football league I think it's fair to say that the Brin Consortium of save this football club they realize the benefits of harnessing the support of The Wider supporter base and the community share issue that we are now proposing is an opportunity for fans to get involved through the talk United supporters trust all of a sudden the club is their Club it's a club to use Michael wescott's Words which is owned by the fans for the fans and we truly are one Club [Music] it is a bright New Beginning there is still a long way yet to go but our fans have always been our backbone they will rally to the cause this we know share the joy of being united and in Union and share success of our own football team let's return once more to meet old friends where you are valued and truly belong so new and old let's be United as one filled with hope and cheer just come along blue and yellow still runs through our veins together into woven with expectations and desire celebrate the dry land on which we're now standing and not wallowing again in the mire come on yellows
