unsurprising because I mean that guy seemed I think that guy lik to seem a lot smarter than he is I'm not a fan of the foreman but I'd still interview him if you want to come on the show I know he likes to pretend to be scared of me I've never said name that's the one thing about this if I'm such a bad guy and I'm so dangerous how come two jurors now have reached out to me and agreed to do interviews and how come I know the name of the foreman and I know that he voted guilty and I know that he appears to be like a [ __ ] and I haven't said his name how come like if I'm so dangerous and I'm like like Captain doxer I'm well within my rights to say his name I could do that tomorrow why haven't I done it yet if I'm such this monster right like wouldn't I wouldn't I be doing that if I was like a monster and it wouldn't even be bad if you did that like if I did that it wouldn't be a big deal but I haven't done that so how bad could I possibly be but all right um Andrea sends 10 very much they're playing in Cincinnati tomorrow we're off to Cincinnati we're on to Cincinnati so we have that tomorrow anyway let's just jump right into the content shall we we'll start with this jur interview so I found remember like a week ago I think it was on Rumble I was saying this that I found the name of a juror and he worked as an EMT because a Interview with a juror couple of his co-workers contacted me and let me know about it and I'm like I reached out to them didn't hear back from the jur and uh you know I'm like well I I this whole rant I'm like I'm not going to say you know the juror's name or anything like that I could I'm not going to because I don't think that first of all it's gonna scare other jurors away and I'm just not about that at doesn't do anything but this particular person was interesting because of their background as an EMT and because they were originally one of the six to6 uh not guilty voters on manslaughter and was uh then switched to guilty after being bullied and got it up to 9 to3 and then little did I know they actually came back so that's this is an interesting twist that they uh told me in an interview and if anybody doubts this is real first of all that would be [ __ ] weird if I like made up a whole interview in quite funing an interview that a lot of the answers were like what the [ __ ] like I think a lot of people read that like what the [ __ ] is going on here um and the other jur that I that I interviewed the first time around is pissed off now pissed off and is uh you know I said like really pissed off after reading that and is talking about wanting to come on the show like real pissed off and I'm like do it do it do it do it do it they were really really afraid before of their identity being revealed but like I'm like like so this this EMT you know like I would assume now the other jurors who are probably watching this program um they have to know who this juror is right I mean right they have to know and so like do they feel betrayed I don't know this jur was just game like down to talk about whatever and I didn't even set any parameters they didn't ask for anything not once did they say I can't answer that question like nothing like no fear in this jur whatsoever so let's just go over some of the shocking things that they had to say all right so I go who was the most convincing witness for the defense the most convincing Witnesses were the Arca guys because they were strong in their delivery and presentation okay but the but okay so that's when when I hear the Arca guys are the strongest it's like okay well that should be not guilty for manslaughter then because they said that Jon wasn't hit by a car but the arag guys were unequivocal that Jon's injuries didn't come from a motor vehicle collision clearly those who voted guilty did not find them convincing what went wrong and this is wild the group in general felt that the defense was trying to derail us with them derail us with science like bro I can't I've I've already as soon as I heard that I'm like I've lost faith in the criminal justice system whatso like completely like the guys with the phds the crash daddies who were so sharp and so insistent that John o'keef could not have been hit by a car the take of the jurors was these guys are tricking us this is all a trick job as if it's their job to decide like what like Jennifer M was honest but the arcer guys who have no stake in this whatsoever are tricksters like what like this is this made me think about what my case I'm like I'm going to a bench trial I like what I looked at these people for 10 weeks they look normal and then this happens like what so the J goes on to say a lot of people were saying guilty because these individuals came in and gave us this information but they couldn't say who was sponsoring them who gives a [ __ ] who is sponsoring them whether it was an insurance company or no offense was it yourself I [ __ ] you not me that was a topic of discussion was did Turtle Boy pay off the Arca guys are these guys just hired by the insurance comp the insurance company I kind of get that kind of makes sense why they would think they were hired by the insurance company right because the insurance company's gonna hire but insurance companies you know they're gonna hire somebody that makes you not seem at fault right that would be their interest in this but again this is grounds I would think next time if we can get AF to David signed here by these people and this is two jurors who have told me this now I hope the defense is paying attention we get them to sign after Davids saying that if we knew that these guys were hired by the FBI that would have changed everything everything like clearly this matters like this Motion in linan to prevent the jury from knowing about the federal investigation what is the purpose of that except to obstruct truth and Justice like I'm the one they're saying is obstructing justice they're the ones not allow allowing any mention the federal investigation into the trial like bro goes on to say I go you know because I'm like wait a minute they couldn't say who was sponsoring them okay like it's not their job to figure out who's sponsoring them like what as if like they're paid okay did you know who I was because I'm like me and he goes we did know because there was someone in the jury who knew about you and we talked about it a little bit there was information being told to us by family members this seems like an issue if this is true this jur is not saying they're family members but they said another jur had family members who told them about me and like turtle boys in the courtroom have you seen them like they're not supposed to be discussing this stuff with family members about what was going on in the media for lack of better terms someone on the jury was telling us that you were in the courtroom and there were people who were talking about different angles I don't know what that means I had so many questions that like every answer this juror gave I just had more questions and I'm like I look back on this now and I'm like man I should have asked about this I should have asked about this I just should have asked about this but I could have talked to this person for hours man hours goes on to say so the jury guessed that possibly Turtle Boy paid for the Arca experts but no one suggested the feds like I like somehow I came up as a possible source of who's hired these guys but the feds did not they had no clue about the feds based on our charge which was to follow the evidence so we left it alone so because of that factor that we didn't know who sponsored them because the defense utilized them but the prosecution did not like that mattered to what so unless the prosecution used the the the witnesses they're just discredited they're not believable because they're defense Witnesses is that what they're saying here like that's crazy so it was confusing on whether or not they were there to derail us and some of the jurors felt strongly about that strongly I felt there must be some truth in why they're trying to present this information and why the judge would even allow them to testify if they weren't credible yeah why did aie be even let them testify they were Vader were they not like they went through this this is sad this is scary that people this dumb this dumb can be on a jury and decide another person's feate this is not he no so this this person was not they're they're not saying that they're they're saying that other jurors were saying this so it's really important I think not to [ __ ] too much on this jur even if you don't like the things that they're saying simply because it will deter other jurors I think from coming forward like don't you want to know what there don't you want to know what happened isn't this information extremely valuable don't you want to know about this I think that's what we should be saying anyway um goes on to say was there pressure to reach a verdict and the said there was a lot of pressure to come to a consensus but like it only worked one way and this is why it's such a scandal that those other jurs were removed those other jurs had very strong personalities and they were women all of them and uh they were not the type to just sit back and and go with the flow like for instance I know that the big fat mailman who seemed like a nice guy I know that he was one of the uh guy he was one of the six that was not guilty that switched to guilty because he just I mean he seems like a nice enough guy but he's just a pushover just a pushover just you can push him like Whoever has the strongest personality in the room can just push him around and the two strongest Personalities in this room were the foreman and this engineer the PHD who sat in the front row right older guy I know exactly who this guy is um again you think I dox if I'm such a bad guy why am I not doxing I'm not doxing anyone you know so yeah like it's just matter of being persuasive so you have these two really strong willed strong personality women who are coincidentally uh eliminated right when they're about to go to deliberations okay okay sure thing nothing nothing Shady about that at all right okay all right so it goes on um why did you ultimately vote not guilty maybe we were willing to accept a lesser charge I [ __ ] didn't like that at all right maybe we were willing to accept a lesser charge it's just like bro this is the Lesser charge is 15 years in prison and it's like they were just like yeah so we just split down the we'll just call manslaughter n murder n that seems a bit much we'll just call it manslaughter because John's mom's crying we gotta give her we gotta throw her a bone right we like that's why John's Mom shouldn't be allowed to cry in court like no like Auntie Bev didn't let Sydney chestna cry in court I don't know why this woman's allowed to qu cry in court it obviously affected these people they want to throw her a bone they want to throw her a bone um we're gonna take a we maybe we're willing to accept a lesser charge but in the end I switched back and thought about it and said not guilty because the individual who asked how see he even this juror's reasoning I I didn't get this and again I should follow up on it it was just a lot of information coming at once I thought about it and said not guilty because the individual who asked how to get to 34 fairv Road was John O'Keefe he was the one who called and texted J mccave he was the one who programmed it into his ways he was the one who wanted to go out drinking there is evidence that there were scratches on the arm but the clear-cut delineation of what killed John was the blow to the back of the head and the hypothermia and because of those two things it was not her well but then I pressed this jur on it and I said well then you must believe it was Albert's like this came up somewhere in the conversation it's like it has to be one of the two there's no third option here like if if John was not hit by Karen then John went in the house and John was beaten to death those are the only options and so I don't even understand what this jur is saying and maybe I'll follow up on them because they're willing to do another interview with me and I'm not trying to judge this person or anything I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this as a reporter I mean how could you not want to know what took place inside the deliberation room about this trial that you've been covering Non-Stop and that the whole world is watching you know how could I not want to know about that so um how did the vote move on Del Liberation six to6 to 8 to four then 9 to3 and then back to 8 to4 how are they initially able to persuade you to guilty there was an engineer in the group okay engineer think they know everything and the engineer and the foreman also a medical person both were and they said let's look solely at the evidence okay yeah let's look at the evidence sure and also look at at the idea that perhaps it could have been and this is conjecture so that's why I went back when I changed quickly on the second day of deliberations I don't even get what that means but the question was did it seem like the car backing up caused enough idea that John was perceived that he fell backwards and he fell backwards because he perceived a threat perceived and Engineering wise that kind of made sense why there was no impact so he's saying that I'm like was he was he suggesting that John just saw the carck coming and jumped out of the way and hit his head I'm like this this is like the engineer now keep in mind the engineer's got a PhD so he's in the room acting like I'm so [ __ ] smart and by the way I just want to give a shout out to the three jurs who never wavered at all they are Moder day heroes they would not budge because I'm sure there was a lot of pressure in there once it got to nine to three right to better three come around and I would love to have any of those three on the show I know who all three of you are I don't know your names I don't want to know your names but I would love to have any three of you are because let me explain to you you guys are heroes you're modernday Heroes you the millions of people are watching this Tri trial and all know that Karen Reed is innocent and you were inside a room where her fate was being decided and it's not just her it's it's John O'Keefe was on the line here Justice for John o'keef would not be achieved with a fake conviction of an innocent woman and you three you said [ __ ] no I am not budging so shout out to all three of you guys I know the the skinny guy at the end with the with the with the chin strap there paid attention he's the one that sat closest to Jennifer mcab and like wasn't falling for any of this [ __ ] the woman next to him with the gray hair I don't like her she seemed like I know she was a guilty voter and then then was the jurer who got eliminated juror three and then was shout out to juror four because jurer four was the young little cute nurse there who nurse so there's another medical person who said [ __ ] no not on my watch and I knew I knew she was solid the whole time some people were nervous about J 4 not me I knew Jer four was solid the entire time okay and then jur five was also a not guilty vote j five longer hair dark brunette glasses probably I'll throw a compliment we'll say early 50s early 50s and um yeah and then I was right the the crying girl at the end jur 7 guilty guilty voter uh you know but I the the phds who were jurs five and six like they like I shocked that those two are this [ __ ] stupid you know and then I count the jur was the foreman was jur eight in my book I called him jur eight and this guy who I'm this is jur 17 I was speaking with like the last one but who sat the furthest away I didn't even ask about that but anyway so you just want to give a shout out to those three who just refused to budge and protected an innocent woman and unfortunately we have to do this all over again but it sure beats a conviction doesn't it all right and so I go so that means I based on you guys that I mean it's just I look back and perhaps this could have been a conjecture the question was did it seem like the car was backing up caused enough idea that John was perceived that he fell backwards I go so that means that they rejected Trooper Paul's Theory I mean I should have just stopped right there and got an answer but instead I said speaking of Trooper Paul who do you think was the least credible witness and this comes to some more shocking answers he says Trooper Paul and lucky lochran lucky lochran was he said the worst witness I'm like what lucky lochran it was established by David unti that this dude for all intents and purposes had MC Albert Ty like was knew the Chris Albert for a long time knew Brian Albert lived in Canon his whole life he's a real Towny you know his brother's on the board of selectman and his testimony he his testimony if anything should favor the MC Alberts but it didn't and there was so many Shady things about like he was didn't just say that there was a body on the front line there was no body on the front line he was insistent on it that there was nobody on the front line insistent and that had a body been there he would have seen a body because he drives a vehicle called Franken truck for crown allad and it lights up the whole front lawn and that he insisted that there was a Ford Edge Park there at three o'clock suspiciously that wasn't there before and then a body appeared okay so this guy was his legit is legit comes like he has no reason to lie whatsoever and like and this is what they said this is he didn't report I go lucky he didn't report that other piece of accident that occurred but he remembered all the other details let me pull this out I'm gonna go to what day did lucky lockran testify Karen Reed case Brian laughren let's see if we can find this testimony we need to replay Ryan Lin's testimony he reported it that's what I'm saying like am I wrong that he did he didn't report it he absolutely reported it in the morning sir with your headlights on what if anything did you see on the front lawn in the area of the flag I saw nothing if there had been a 62 200b man l in the would youen it objection now once you pass the resence where do you go I go to the end of uh Fairview Street does that to left or right on CH I take a left all right on Chapman once you take that left to the end to C press of the front lawn as you coming down from Cho stre coming down CH just about the entire front lawn and again with regard to that area around the FL you see anything on the nothing no now after you've done these two passes sir where do you go I I then take a right on the SE press I proceed up uh Spring Lane come down Spring Lane and then do the remaining of my route how long did it take you before you back what time was it your best estimate in terms of when you would have approached you approach cedarest I'm sorry to the decision you made that choice what decision did you make on january9 went all the way to the end correct I saw a u Fort Edge on the side of the road for Ed park on the side of the road in front of the Albert's house where in front of the Albert's house uh by the flag pole and why was that unusual the Albert's never had cars that were parked out front and if it just stuck out is weird it's it's starting to um accumulate even if it wasn't a Ford Edge which he insists it was a Ford Edge the mere fact that a car was parked there at all is so suspicious and the state police just didn't give a [ __ ] they're just like nah I don't care what kind of car was there we're not investigating [ __ ] and I'm like isn't it so suspicious that the police didn't even search seek this guy out to interview him like they didn't even try to interview him I feel they they finally interviewed him after two days after I did only because he said that the FBI interviewed him which imagine he said that imagine he got to say that out loud that the FBI interviewed him like that would change everything a lot quicker than what it was previous and what policies does the DPW have regarding cars parked on the streets during a blizzard where there's um we are to uh notify the super the uh supervisor at that point he will uh make a phone call to the police and depending on if they can have the resident move it it gets moved if not it gets sted and with regard to that policy did you comply with that policy morning no I did not why because I was being courtious to the Albert family now once you saw the what did you do I had to go around the vehicle and as to not hit the vehicle all right and probably obvious but as you're approaching the vehicle was it fac in the same direction that you were traveling yes and so you're going around to the left or the right of the vehicle left and once as you were approaching that vle were you able to see on the side of that vehicle from La side yes did you see any uh anything on the front line that objection oh did you see anything no still on correct now once you pass the vehicle did anything attract your attention at all no you I go up to the end of Fairview and do the same process that car that you saw moved from when you passed it the first time no were you able to see the front lawn of the Alberts in front of um as you coming down not as much as it's the first time because the car blocked the view now after that how long did it take you before you came back to that area to follow again about three hours you recall about what time it was that you uh wound up back on fairw uh I I don't honestly recall what specific time sure um approxim was 35 330 that time come go further than Carriage Lane okay then when up fa you came back down came back down as I'm going up I am actually seeing uh First Responders and at that point turn around ask questions about what so I want to see the part about hold on we got to see if we can find that uh the whole testimony of that day this be was it day 29 would you agree that very briefly based on your timeline were you on Fair Road at 5 a.m yes how so sir uh it was about three hours after the last time I went on it so it put me the last on it about quarter or 4 about 5:30 on the road about 2:45 and said it took you about 45 minutes to sort do the loop and come back correct correct and um from the time that you were on there including the time that it took you to plow and the time that it took you to do all those things along the Route you're coming back to Fair Road 45 minutes later or it took you 45 minutes to R it was about 45 minutes and so from there 45 minutes from what time are we talking that first so I mean what [ __ ] to try to discredit this guy it's like I mean you don't they look like such douchebags trying to make this guy look like the villain are you lying are you in on the conspiracy too Mr Lucky lockran trying to are you conspiring with Josh lovey too to frame poor Michael morrisy oh they're the victims about 3:30 about three hours after that be about 6:30 it was about I mean I know I went up there and saw the First Responders coming down and what I'm asking is you testify that you may or you were on Fair around 5 a.m. no I I was attempting to avoid the net by going around he's talk about the net hit the basketball hoop by accident that's after having reviewed that remember fresh that as to that conversation you had in May of 2023 no it does not do you still after reading that don't recall telling anybody in May of 202 that you came in around 11:30 pm 12 a.m. on 289 I never came in 11:30 12:30 at night it was 2:30 calling you call indicating anyone may2 at 3 or 330 a correct correct now if the part of Fairview um that you were talking about you didn't say that in May 2023 because at 3 or 330 the roadway wasn't blocked off correct correct blocked off sometime around 6 a.m. correct correct and so if you had said that the roadway was blocked off at 3 or 3:30 in the morning and it was actually six then when you saw the vehicle would have been off a little bit as well correct the [ __ ] think of these Hoops they jumping through to try to discredit this guy what the [ __ ] you talking about 132 in the morning with the beinged off at blck off at 3 or 3:30 in the morning if the road locked off at 6 a.m then that actually would have mean you saw a car sometime around 5 correct see black Le Su in front of the house at 34 Fair around 5 a no did you see a black Lexus SUV she he tried [ __ ] I forgot he tried to do that he tried to suggest that Karen Reed's car was there now you also were asking questions and you spoke to some Troopers in August of 2023 correct and count they have a parking B in Canon is that correct correct that goes from November until April correct now part of your plow route is a is a road call Tipp car correct four Fairview and at some point when you were plowing on Tippy cart that night you actually hit a basketball is that right here we go yes and did you call that in yes and as a result of that what what happened with the basketball after that nothing the the point was to make sure I was covered basically why I notified my supervisor that I I hit the basketball hoop but what time is that to the basketball I don't recall it's just like they're really trying to completely discredit this guy by saying that he accidentally hit a basketball hoop therefore nothing else he had to say was valid like this is a joke but it's not a joke because some [ __ ] idiot engineer who thinks he's smarter than everyone it's just like no no no no no no no no no no no that's this guy's dumb started when he ended I I don't recall I don't recall what time you don't recall anything specific about that time correct no just that I know I hit the basketball and obviously I'm not trying they're trying to discredit him Mrs Ash because he's such a good witness because he's his testimony destroys the idea that cry killed him if his testimony is accurate then cry didn't is 100% not guilty because John's body wasn't there at 2:30 but you didn't intentionally hit the basketball correct correct so you hit it because you didn't see correct no I I was attempting to avoid the net by going around it and the Machine had a different Siz body than what it originally had and I I underestimated when I was going around that I need to be wider so you misge the distance is that fa say yes like that's it so you know so again let's go back to the juror interview here and you know the juror says here that he didn't report the other piece of accident that occurred he did but he remembered all the other details and it's like they thought this guy was the least CR like that was the consensus in the room is he didn't report the accident except he [ __ ] did what was the point of this trial like what was the point of sitting through all that if he literally says the opposite and they're like no he said this but he didn't say that he said the opposite thing that you're saying he said what I mean this is what I'm saying the system these are supposedly smart people insane but again I'm happy to learn about it I'm I'm F I'm I'm I am this should be eye openening to all of us I think at the very least why would he not report that he got into an accident but he did report everything else he did what during the testimony when he was I mean that's what they took out of this during the testimony when he was presenting it to the jury he did not give us that information what information he asked he answered every question that was asked of him he forgot the whole piece of information which I think would have been important why is it important that he accidentally hit a basketball hoop and he did mention that like I don't even know what this means I go did you think it was odd that the state police never attempted to speak with him we found it odd I guess not that odd the whole thing was odd and then that's it no followup on that about like yeah that was shady it was six to6 because it seemed like there was so much information that was lost that could have been gleaned in the first few days of the case I don't know what that means and that at the time half of the group thought it was clear that there was a little bit of bias and it was not clear what was going on I don't even know what a lot of this means and I don't think they do either like I'm I'm wondering what the [ __ ] happened in that in that room for four days like what the hell kind of conversations took place you know this is scary go what about Khloe the jury didn't know and we were all told that Khloe was rehomed so we thought that as the jury and wondered why didn't they present anything about Khloe yeah why didn't they you know they could easily produce Khloe if they wanted to maybe next time push that defense after the trial I realized that Reon was another word for euthanize I don't think it is I don't think it is my understanding is that Khloe is no longer again MC Albert's insist that Khloe's alive produce Chloe are we losing okay we're back um because there was two experts that Karen had to fly in on her own dime and and and testify that John was not that John was bitten by a dog that those are dog bites on his arms so the jury believed there was Reasonable Doubt clearly they didn't that's why there were six people who had reasonable doubt it was very clear on charge one and three murder was decided on day one she did not have an attempt to murder but again this isn't really answer the question did the jury believe John was bit by a dog if they did then Karen Reed's not guilty because the dog wasn't let out in the front yard to go bite Jon's body after Karen hit him nobody thinks that but this was interesting interesting piece of information murder was decided on the first day remember the first day was after you know closing statements then they went to lunch they only deliberated for like two hours the first thing they discussed was murder and by the end of the first day Karen Reed was already acquitted on murder immediately that they believed that the Sullivan [ __ ] had no impact on them like none of that the voicemails from C Reed meant nothing to them like none of that meant [ __ ] the kids testimony meant nothing to them murder was decided on day one and then they spent the rest of the four days deciding on manslaughter that that's a as a reporter as a journalist that's fascinating information right like I I I would like that like that's interesting that's something that very no one else has reported on so I'm I'm a journalist that's what I do I'm reporting on this stuff and then from there they just discussed whether or not John was hit by a car but the arcer guys were obviously important in that and like what evidence is there that he was hit by a car well none of the Mac Alberts all their testimony said that Jon wasn't hit by a car because none of them heard Jon getting hit by a car car none of them saw John getting hit by a car and none of them saw his body when they left the house right so basically all of their testimony suggested that John wasn't hit by a car so what do they got they got the tail light and then they got I hit him I hit him I hit him and I didn't even get into I hit him I hit him I hit him with him but I got into I and as an EMT I probably should have asked him like what like do you see people at scenes like what is it like you know what is it like you know and um you know the tail light we're going to get into here so that's interesting the murder was decided on day one I go but how can they believe that if she went 24 miles an hour reverse and this is my big thing it's either murder or nothing it cannot be manslaughter but not murder that doesn't make any sense because going 24 mile an hour in reverse try it I did try it there is no way somebody goes 24 miles in reverse and hit somebody accidentally that does not happen no no no from 62 feet you can't even get that fast in 62 feet but if you could that would be intentional that makes no sense at all like no sense whatsoever I go how could that be if she won 20 4 miles hour inverse we believe that he wasn't hit well clearly some did so you all believed he wasn't struck by a car and that he jumped out of the way and fell the jury believed it wasn't intentional what like what are these I want whatever these people are smoking like all of it oh my God not even pleven like that's the scary part about this is people like pevin can end up on a jury that's should scare us all absolutely that should scare the [ __ ] out of all of us that pvin can end up on a jury potentially no one saw anything no one heard like dumb how could it not be intentional going that fast the sixth believed it was an accidental hit because he was struck at 24 miles an hour what I go how could you believe it wasn't intentional going that fast I don't know what the other jurors were thinking but is didn't you ask this is what I mean by strong personalities if you talk to this guy like I did nice guy right but he's not the type of person to push back on people right he's not like it's just the personality it's the dynamic of a jury room he's not Henry Fonda you know he's not gonna like if I if that were me in there and I heard like somebody say that like I would say bro I go how could you think it was intentional like what how could you reach go I would ask them this and they wouldn't be able to give me a good answer like I couldn't but some PE not everyone's a born leader like I am not everyone is the the two women who were kicked off the jury they were born leaders if you saw one is a lawyer so they argue for a living right the other was making faces the whole time with Proctor it was like pissed off like clearly had her mind made up all right so you were persuaded because someone on the jury was an engineer I go so so but you believe he wasn't hit correct it was inconsistent too because we thought that there should have been more damage to the car good yeah and the Arca experts said that so you were persuaded because someone on the jury was an engineer and they had a convincing argument and then you went back to not guilty because you changed your mind I went home and thought about it and I thought about based on the evidence what ultimately killed him and that was a blow to the back of the head and hypothermia but the prosecution is saying that the blow to the back of the head came from the ground and that Karen leaving him there to die caused hypothermia so that doesn't even I don't whatever I go are you one of the jurist who reached out the defense I am not I am not so that ladies and gentlemen makes six officially six I was thinking about reaching out to the group they have a group chat and saying that we should reach out to the judge as a group not as individuals so that the first and third count could be resolved this was this was the biggest piece of information I took from this because we did want to sign that the reason it ended up the way it did was because there was two of us only two of us in the group who wanted to reach out to the judge and tell her that we were unanimous on count one and three but the foreman said no that's not our charge we have to be unanimous on all three counts so this Foreman's a real problem he's a former cop and thinks he's a lot smarter than he is obviously got named the foreman before the alternates were picked which means he would could not even be in consideration to be an alternate interesting how that works so the foreman said that's not our charge so and again this is what I mean by strong personality if that's me in the room if I'm this juror this juror again and one other juror wanted to go to kenon Auntie Bev and ask Kon are we allowed to acquit on two charges but hang on a third and the foreman said no you can't do that only I get to talk to the judge only I get to write notes to the judge because I'm big dick foreman and you are [ __ ] and not everybody has a strong personality me I'd be like well dickwad I'm gonna walk out of this [ __ ] room right now and go and knock on Judge kon's door and I'm gonna tell you that [ __ ] you don't get to be you are not the gatekeeper you do not own the [ __ ] Auntie Bev okay that's what I would do and again if I'm such a bad guy why haven't I said this guy's name why haven't I said his name oh PR why haven't I said it oh no that would be a shame I and I I do know that J that the foreman is the same jurer who did that who hired a lock firm out of Worcester to uh go and write a letter or right sign an affidavit saying that we don't want our names put out there because we're going to get docks by turtle boy and where did you learn this stuff well I learned it on someone named Julie Carpenter's Twitter and she seems like a sane stable person and isn't like a a lonely Ginger wannabe bootleg Peggy Bundy in Indiana somewhere no that woman that's she's a legitimate source of news and who wouldn't immediately subscribe to her content the second getting out of jury duty that's nothing nothing Shady about that I this [ __ ] guy this guy a lot of nerve on this Foreman a lot of nerve but I haven't even said his name I could it's newsworthy I know his name I know his name and I'll say it whenever the [ __ ] I feel like it if I do but I'm not going to right now but at this point he it's it's getting close because this is [ __ ] up this is newsworthy this guy is telling other jurs now and it's Shady it's Shady how he got picked to be Foreman in the first place you know and and you know we got to get to that we got to figure that out I don't know do what let's take a poll right now let's do a poll do a poll okay St P I just put a poll up all right he said should I report the Foreman's name let's see what the poll says oh okay we got 100 200 votes right now 5050 oh no's winning yes is winning no's winning no's winning okay 5446 interesting interesting again I could just know I don't have to I mean come on I know his name I'm the only one that knows his name but you know it's not against the law like there's ways you know what if somebody else a a Haley wallrick of sorts or maybe not Haley wah or you know somebody out there starts saying the name on Twitter and then it starts spreading what if it happens that way you know what happens I don't know I don't know to me it's not because it's not a form of punishment it's not like a form of oh I want to hurt this guy whatever it's like I just think it's newsworthy I think it's newsworthy that this one individual told two other jurors who wanted to ask the judge a legitimate question about are we allowed to acquit this person of murder and this guy said no you can't do that you're not allowed to do that I'm not I am making up the rules as it go along because I'm the foreman and I don't know I think that's newsworthy that who this person is who did that I don't know but we'll see nothing's happening today let's just put it that way we'll see so all right um and right now it's 5644 for no so I'm going to do what the people say the answer is no for now all right um there were reports of bullying in the deliberation room do you feel the foreman was bullying he was given the charge of being foreman and therefore we believed he was the leader and knew what he was talking about the letters to the judge regarding how we were going back were well written I don't know if it would have changed things if we had asked the question about consensus so two of the jurors wanted to reach out to kenon and ask her if you could AC quit and hang on a third and the foreman said no yes he said it needs to 100% of the charges with unanimous verdict because he said so so now we know why this happened by the way this solves the mystery of why didn't they do anything because the juror wouldn't allow it the juror I mean the foreman would not allow it he took the law into his own hands I go so why didn't you just reach out to the judge because only the foreman is allowed to do that the foreman is the only one who can write the notes and it was two of us who wanted to reach out but since the foreman didn't it was 10 to two and agreed we we had to be unanimous so no note was passed to the judge I said did you feel the guilty voters were more persuasive once the liberations began there were jurors who didn't want to deliberate because they had made their decision already for guilty so there's o some J I'm telling you that jur number two she was a problem she I again she went in there and she like this crusty old looking lady looking lady and judging Karen sitting there and says that I am she's guilty because I said so I don't want to deliberate about it this is wild bro absolutely wild how did you feel about Brian Brian Colin Albert and Jemma C coming in the last day it was intimidating why are they there I get that they have a vested interest in it yes they do but it was not a comfortable feeling the majority of us were not comfortable seeing them there jur intimidation jur intimidation big Tough Guy Brian and Colin bang bang was brought in just in case they needed any backup so there was more than one of you that was intimidated by them I know for a fact there was another juror who felt intimidated we brought it up as a group as we were deliberating a couple people didn't notice them H did you find Jennifer McKay believable it seemed to me it was rehearsed I get it you had to review your material before but it seemed like they were all rehearsed or coached I mean that's good that Jem because she was very rehearsed very rehearsed she knew exactly what she was going to say but also lying but also lying about so much [ __ ] and I didn't really get into the Google search with it do you believe John went inside the house based on testimony you heard I'm not sure I think he might have made it in the house but what happened after that I don't know so that's not guilty then there was some of us in the room that believe there was doubt about whether or he made it in the house and whether or not there were interactions in the house well if there's any then that should be not guilty then if if you weren't sure he was in the house right I mean that means the people who voted guilty on manslaughter beli Beyond a reasonable doubt that he did not go inside the house which means that they believed the MCC Alberts correct like that's [ __ ] wild to me that you listen to Brian Higgins Brian Albert and all these other people and you're like they seem believable totally yeah not Mt M's not hiding anything no those guys would never lie about anything just tell them the guy never came in the house you read about the case afterwards a little bit if you had known about the federal investigation when that changed your opinion knowing the AR guys were hired by the FBI that would have changed a lot if it was told to us that they were part of a separate investigation that's all they needed to say without tainting our information but I think the jurors would have looked at that differently one of the major pivotal points was the engineer in the group said the arag guys did not give us any of their data what so this guy's basically this engineer he's like I'm an engineer you guys should listen to me I'm looking [ __ ] smart they didn't even give us any of their data they're supposed to give us data shut the [ __ ] up dude like they presented what does that mean they they did a test on the [ __ ] light to see if it would break it didn't break the injuries did not C from a tail light they presented the information but didn't give us any of the parameters they set up as far as engineering controls and any specific data what the engineer based on his experience said that they were not credible Witnesses like unbelievable the majority of us probably would have changed our vote if we knew that information yes so he never interacted with Fanning okay but they did say State Police were way in the parking lot um every time that they went to park so that that means the state police could get their license plates find out where they live where they go stuff like that I go was there ever any contention based on differences in notes it goes the group the group wanted to look at the CT notes okay why' they ask for the C team report there was this fear that some of the red tail light was planted yes the point of our contention was to see what time the first C team individuals were arriving and if there was a time to take pieces of tail light and put it on the grass prior to the state police coming good that's a good inquiry to look into there now I'd also point out that uh you know according to Lieutenant O'Hara who has a little problem with discipline himself uh the sir team was a nothing more than a Poss a vigilante cops who just showed up that day like he couldn't even name some of the cops who were there maybe one was named Kevin Albert he wouldn't know he didn't even know who they were there was not written down who all these guys were they waited hours to get going waiting for that green light and where did they dig exactly where Tully told them to dig which is exactly where Gallagher in company looked 11 hours prior and found nothing H okay so at least they're asking about that I go was the jury aware that at 7 am. the camp police didn't find any pieces of tail or or shoe how did jurs think the tail got there when State Police searched 12 hours later and this was one of my top takeaways as well this juror says some people were looking at it saying we're going to ignore these pieces of information because it seems like it's very convincing the other data they had some people were saying it had had to be there but the Canton Police missed it they believed it was more likely than not it had to be there because she was guilty what so they basically are like she's guilty so they they're wrong the can police are wrong because she's guilty so they decided beforehand she's guilty well what about this can police testimony that says there was no tail light there well they must be wrong they're wrong they're not Ling they're just incompetent and I hope they heard that I hope Sergeant good and Lieutenant Gallagher and Lieutenant Len and meany and sarra I hope they know that this is what the jurors thought of you they thought you were for lack of better word [ __ ] they thought you were [ __ ] that's what the world thinks of you that's what the jurors thought of you the jurors thought that you are so [ __ ] that you missed 45 pieces of red tail light under a half an inch of snow at the time that you are that [ __ ] incompetent and blind and stupid that and I and bro helina rafy how the [ __ ] are you not insulted by this how the [ __ ] are you not insulted by this that the state police made your entire department look [ __ ] that's how you guys look [ __ ] like no other way have some [ __ ] Pro if I'm the police chief I'm saying whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa there was no goddamn tail light there my officers are veterans they're trained they know what the [ __ ] they're doing they can find pieces of evidence at a scene do not insult our intelligence by doing that but instead helina RAF is like yep we are in fact actually [ __ ] I run an entire department of [ __ ] police officers who can't find [ __ ] tail light when it's right in front of them unbelievable unbelievable so she believe I go so they believe she was guilty and worked backwards from there and said the Canon police must have missed it or they must not have paid attention I think looking back at it the defense should point out how well did they look for it did they do a grid search that's a good point that's a good point because clearly they're like well this must they acted like this was just a Mickey Mouse operation looking for the tail light ask Lieutenant gallager is there any way you could have missed it is there any way that tailight was there and you just didn't see it would you have seen 45 pieces of tail light would you have seen that Lieutenant Gallagher with your $350,000 salary did would you have seen that I don't know everyone lost respect for Camp PD because why would you use a leaf blower you're gonna blow things everywhere so you could maybe argue that some of the small shards of plastic would be blown around to other spots so they are coming up with excuses for why they didn't find it because they debated this they're like why didn't well how come the cam police didn't find a tail light they must have the leaf blower must have blown it everywhere well if the leaf blower blew it everywhere then how did Lieutenant tly know where to search what he told them search right there and that's where tail was found did the leaf blower also blow a shoe because the shoe also showed up and was not there before I go so the Jos believe that the camp police are completely incompetent but the state police are very good and found 45 pieces of tail under a foot of snow that the C police missed correct okay I mean this is wild wild so like all we all thought that the leaf blower and the Solo cups and stuff like that would hurt the we thought that was gonna hurt the prosecution because it's gonna make them look corrupt incompetent whatever it actually helped them because it made the Canton Police look so stupid that they're just completely incomp ident that there's like well that explains why they didn't find any tail light they're [ __ ] like duh oh I had no idea it all once you figure out the Ty Kim Police Department is [ __ ] then you it all starts adding up and Karen Reed's guilty like that's wild a grid search bro they did it with a freaking on a video a grid search you [ __ ] like what I'm not saying this to the jur I'm talking about the other idiots on the jurry oh my goodness gracious did Karen's Reed's demeanor turn jurs off I think it was her demeanor and facial expressions at certain points during the trial she made certain facial expressions During certain witness testimonies some of the jurors looked at this in a particular way okay so let me just say this about Karen Reed's demeanor and so because this is controversial and I kind of go back and forth there about of times right she appears confident in court she smiles she looks pissed sometimes she looks confident she looks very confident in court and they're not supposed to judge that at all but clearly they did juror number the juror who was eliminated early said something to three other jurors about Karen re's demeanor like and I even see it with some of Karen's supporters there was a big debate today on on the page about like like this is what somebody some idiot posted I just want to smack them right let me see what I got here like what did the the comment said who cares what this woman does she is neither proven innocent or guilty yet if my boyfriend was killed I would not be smirking and smiling for cameras so it's like I would CUNY oh oh my god there such [ __ ] such I I don't like spur SM shut the [ __ ] up she didn't do it she can smile at the camera all she wants and I'm so sick of this I mean people who like respect my work and stuff like this and they're like I don't know they're like yeah she yeah the facts are all there but she's just kind of a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] if Ken Reed's a [ __ ] or not I don't care about any of that I'm not here to be Karen Reed's friend I'm not here to date Karen Reed I'm not here to tell you that you should be friends with Karen Reed I'm not here to tell you that she's a beacon of of of Goodwill or anything like that I'm here to tell you that she didn't kill joh o'keef that's it period it doesn't [ __ ] matter I don't give a [ __ ] about her messages with Brian Al I don't give a [ __ ] if she was blowing every single dick that came within a five foot vicinity of her I don't care none of that matters none of that matters because she couldn't have killed joh oef so it doesn't matter if she's smiling nothing [ __ ] matters oh these people these [ __ ] people oh anyway um goes on to say did they say that they're in Del liberations when statements were being made and would someone would either sigh or make an expression that was more of the commenting that we talked about during deliberation I don't know what that means did anyone pick up on Ryan Nagel mentioning the feds I wrote it down but I don't know if others did the jury writes it down but doesn't bring it up you know did the three holdouts for not guilty make it clear they would not be persuaded they were strong and budge God bless those three did you guys talk about any of this before deliberations no the manslaughter account is what took us a long time we took at the we looked at the tail light opened up all the packages looked at video footage to see if there was damage to the tail light prior to her getting back yeah and there and there was only a slight damage wasn't there like seriously bro they did not oh and why was there no footage of her getting back to joh O'Keefe's house I don't know they suggested Karen was the reason why but then they subpoenaed ring and ring didn't have any records of that and Karen Reed couldn't sign into John's ring do jurors think she deleted it I don't think she deleted it but I wonder if it was lost during the investigation because it probably wasn't saved on ring yeah a lot it wasn't I go well she goes we don't really know what time she got back well we do because Nicholas Gino said she collected into the wi-fi at 1236 which is also strange because it could have should have created video footage of her parking I would say it's more strange because it means that Jennifer mccab lied about seeing the car there at 1245 I'd say that's kind of a bigger thing speaking of Gino John's cell phone data shows them going up and down three flights of stairs Gino said this could have been caused by driving on a hill and moving the phone around did that ever come up we never looked at that oh my God the biggest piece of evidence putting John O'Keefe inside that house was never discussed so we looked at the fact that he did arrive but we didn't take into account whether or not there was validity to the Apple Health Data going up and down three foot everybody agrees he arrived did he go in the house the jurs Judge Karen Reed because she drove drunk the six who were guilty had very strong opinions regarding operating a vehicle under influence and the drinking habits of other parties involved so the first part of that it's like well there you go they just they're snotty people who judged um judge this woman because she drove after having a few drinks that's it that was effective period the parties involved though not just Karen like did they judge Brian Higgins he wasn't was driving around police cars at at at two in the morning when he was drunk on Jameson and Ginger one of the things we commented on was when John switched from drinking beer to hard alcohol in a glass so why did he switch that's what they were talking about John like of all the things to talk about we were all wondering what they were talking about they were talking about why did JN go from drinking beer to hard liquor that's what they were [ __ ] talking about like are you kidding me with that being said these people must be experienced drinkers okay Brian Higgins said he was going to go home and have another drink so we thought these people were all professionals oh what what did jurs think of all all the butt dials the Life 360 data in the Google search there was a theme with the MC Alberts that all the cell phone data wasn't reliable did you guys discuss the butt dials and what they talked about at 2:22 in the morning like did that come up all that shadiness and the juror says the majority did not take it into account or believe it had any sort of credibility about whether or not it created A Reasonable Doubt what the minority had doubts to some it was just a diversion tactic to create confusion so Brian Albert like this is insane Brian Albert and Brian Higgins calling each other at 222 in the morning for 22 seconds and then lying about it and saying that they didn't actually talk they were butt dialing while Brian Alberts was [ __ ] the [ __ ] out of his menopausal wife his grizzled old wife Nicole and Raggedy an yeah maybe they got to do the Raggedy an demonstration next time I don't know that he [ __ ] the [ __ ] out of his wife so hard that answered the phone and they thought this was a diversion tactic and then they they lied they were talked about this in front of the grand jury which you can't mention the grand jury but all this [ __ ] was about they didn't think any of that was true it's just a diversion yeah so they lied so they lied about a grand jury and a murder trial but it's just a divers okay right I mean these people I go the foreman wrote in affid David that protesters could be heard outside during Del liberations was that true we only heard them during lunch so they didn't hear them so when they opened the doors up and walked out and what did they hear when Karen's defense attorneys were walking out because that's when people started clapping and [ __ ] like that so there you go oh we were so intimidated Beverly conon did not bring jurors back to confirm the 12 Kola murder is there any discussion amongst jurs to come together and make a statement as a group about how you acquitted her of murder now that she's facing another trial for murder I have not text the group I was hoping the foreman would approach the group I think it's our I I would suggest people stop listening to the foreman because he's no more in charge of this group than you people are I think it's our duty to put out a unified front I'm with you brother no one has suggested coming out publicly but my feeling is that that in order to do our civic duty I want to reach out to them as a group and say I think we should all approach and make a statement that we found her not guilty on counts one and three yeah I mean let's do it I'm for that let's do it I thought it was gonna resolve itself basically I thought judge kenon is gonna change her mind here I wonder if legally if she can't but if we as a united front then she could do something like again not a leader you know just kind of like nice guy not a leader do you believe that the focus of the conspiracy by the defense hurt their cause do you think if they had stuck to Karen Reeds couldn't have hit him with their car because it's physically impossible instead of blaming the MC Alberts would that have been a more effective defense I believe it would have been the most effective defense if they had just gone with the facts of the case and not created all these other pieces but those pieces were important but fine but fine yeah fine I mean if if that you got to do it works period you got I mean I think it's very important but this is a test group right and they're just like it didn't work with them it didn't work with them they thought it was a diversion they thought it was a diversion and like I said they thought that by voting to acquit Cameron Reed they viewed it as like voting to convict the MACC Alberts and I don't think those are two separate things is great for Reasonable Doubt but clearly did not create a case for the those individuals did not create a reasonable doubt so yeah I mean what you guys it's either way bro we can get all we can get all we can think whatever we want about that interview but I don't care who you are you got to give it up turtle boy because I got the interview didn't I I mean that's cool no matter what yeah like like some of those answers are very frustrating to say the least very interesting because a lot of our questions are answered right now and that [ __ ] is awardwinning journalism 101 no one add sources like that no one and I'm going get imagine I get the jur jur the first juror I spoke with this close to coming on the show this close that coming on the show we're close we're close all right so there's that let me read some um some turtle chats here then we'll talk about the 2020 thing we got Dono read & questions - sub off to get to that all right nefarious Aquarius send 75 big ones woo says Karen suffers from the same thing I do that causes people to think I'm a [ __ ] without even exchanging a word with me it's called RBF which is an acronym for wrestling [ __ ] face for anyone who doesn't know yes I'm very familiar with wrestling [ __ ] face there's a Woman by the name of Renee rizzitano who displayed it throughout the entire trial and was featured uh heavily yesterday on this 2020 special next Danielle sends 10 bucks and goes and another thing just my opinion many of us many of you that got to go in courtroom during the trial and therefore saw the jurors reported to all of us how intelligent they looked and after hearing all of this maybe that was the problem I'm with you if there was another trial maybe they should select smart people with less formal education at titles they clearly look beyond the obvious exactly I would say that these people think they're a lot smarter than they actually are like the the engineer sounds like a problem he sounds did very loud mouthed in there like and I'm an engineer I have a PhD so I'm a doctor too [ __ ] so how about that next um Maryann sends 10 bucks goes I thought the jury picked the foreman exactly why' Beth pick up I don't know because this is norford County Kathleen sends 25 bucks says how the hell can one jur namely the foreman be the reason for the try of justice that occurred by Karen not being acquitted of one and three I know that's shake my head on our judicial systm it's outrageous Kathleen thank you Britney sends 10 bucks and goes I think they're planning to frame lucky and then it became more convenient to frame Karen a lot of people think that lucky probably would be sitting in prison with a life sentence right now if Karen didn't take an unintended bullet for him he's a national treasure in free count he's a great guy great guy honest only honest guy Ken not the only one but a lot of I like Sean curn to it there's a lot of on in Rita and all the rest of them I like them all but you guys get my point he's a he's an honest guy thank you very much Britney Madam court reporter sends 50 bucks and goes make sure we get lots of Irish Coffee in January Madam court reporter we will do just that thank you Chris KO sends 100 bucks thank you very much Chris and says the jury is very disappointing hopefully not as disappointed as the Patriots are going to be tomorrow but I agree with you they were extremely disappointing on that one Chris and uh it's really made me lose faith in the jury system after after that Chelsea sends 10 bucks and goes I sent the last message about the feds and lucky right before you mentioned it great minds I'd like to also ask the jurs if any of their opinions have changed since being able to now watch the trial footage or Having learned the free Cy movement after all they only heard testimony one time while we were able to scrutinize the footage during the trial and they weren't yeah yeah i' like to hear it's funny how none of these um all the jurors who voted guilty on manslaughter none of them are reaching out and doing the right thing really and saying yeah by the way we yeah we agree she was not guilty on murder it's like I wonder if they just jumped immediately into the MC Albert cess pool as soon as this was over or if they were in it the whole time just saying Kristen sends 10 bucks wait no yeah Kristen sends 10 bucks and goes I love uh 25 bucks 25 bucks thank you Gren it said I led seeing you on national TV thank you very much I liked seeing you on national tv as well thank you keep up the awesomeness I appreciate that um uh Danielle sends 25 bucks goes didn't the jury get this transcript of the trial I'd be curious to see to verify if its validity if they are saying lucky didn't report his minor accident where are they getting that from no they absolutely did not get a transcript they are entirely dependent on the not that they took in court isn't that crazy they're just dependent on that that's wild Josephine sends five bucks and goes uh we thought L was just completely incompetent and boring but this was strategic completely agree with that one he bored them into being [ __ ] then asked these insanely dumb questions that would only make an idiot be like yeah that makes more sense than science and actual facts exactly like the cross-examination of Lucky lockran was effective the cross examination of the Arca guys was effective remember what he asked the Arca guys so what was this big gotta with them did you know that there was DNA on the tail light did they inform you of that in the report no they didn't inform us that they also didn't inform us that Karen had nine drinks they also didn't inform us that Karen allegedly said I hit him I hit him I hit him at the scene you know why they didn't tell us any of that because none of that is [ __ ] science because none of that has anything to do with the physics of whether or not a an arm a human arm can cause a tail light to shatter into 45 pieces has [ __ ] nothing to do with it if if Kar was nine drinks deep or zero drinks deep the science Remains the Same right whether or not there is DNA on that tail light the science Remains the Same like no that that was the question l so we all laughed and we're like what a [ __ ] idiot but the J's the the engineers like you know what I'm really [ __ ] smart that's a really good point I like that point right there that's a smart guy right there he's definitely not paid off the other guys I'm just gonna assume are paid off by Turtle BL because I'm a [ __ ] engineer and I'm so much smarter than all of you guys because I have a pH [ __ ] D [ __ ] I mean Jesus these [ __ ] people that that's that's a great point that L was effective we all [ __ ] on L and he was a [ __ ] joke but there were jurs too so it worked next Josephine uh Chief wigam s 25 bucks and goes what I wish we could have said to the guilty jurors at no point in your rambling incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought everyone in this room is now Dumber for having listened to it I reward you no points and may God have mercy on your soul exactly Haley wre nice sends 10 bucks and goes thanks for the shout out on I appreciate it I'm still not calling you Daddy not yet you're not Haley not yet Jen snagle tooth sends 10 bucks and goes don't have to read out loud just want to let you know it's affidavit not after David no Jen snaggle tooth Jen it's actually after David and I don't have the clip and but I do love when people point that out in the comments section whenever just don't write that in the comment section if you write that in the comment section you are going to get destroyed destroyed there's nothing that gets more people more fired up than when they say it's actually affidavit and again if you know you know I don't I don't have time to get into the history of that one but if you know you know like look at all the regulars they're all like everybody's just like if you know you know it's yeah it's a it's after David actually I stand by my after David I stand by my after David I stand by my after David it three times anyway um Miss Mandy sends five bucks goes I sent you an email about a certain person shiz also known as Shannon harassing me like she did you also hangs out with crusty panties please respond to that question from Dana for 10 bucks says um I read somewhere that she got pregnant in 2019 by Farwell but miscarried her family said that and I would ask why didn't they report him if they knew that back then I don't know I've seen no evidence of that does anyone know what his reaction was so I don't I don't know I don't know that's why I find that hard to believe why didn't he kill her then then um Christina sends 10 bucks goes has Karen actually ever been asked if she truly did ask JMA cave to Google hypothermia how long does it take the d oh yeah I've asked Karen about that she says it's a lie she never asked her to do anything like that of course she didn't that is an absurd thing for anyone to do at that point like like what a stupid stupid stupid suggestion not your part I'm talking about on uh Jennifer MC's part okay um let me read a couple cash apps then we'll watch some of this 2020 shall we um Emmy sends 20 bucks has no comment thank you Emmy Deanna sends 10 bucks and goes watched the content on the day that I went to jail because I was in jail and I've never relived it and I went back and I watched the young jerks and and uh I thought that was interesting content and then I uh went back and I watched like um and then he was streaming that day the young jerks was streaming um unsafe spaces which was Dave's McGrath channel so I wanted to go watch Dave's take on it and it was just gone his whole Channel's gone I don't know what the [ __ ] happened so Dave McGrath if you're out there man you don't got to go post me man I don't bite come on I don't bite she post um all right next up uh Mike sends 10 bucks could the jury ask [ __ ] Bev who hired ARA simpletons no they could not ask her that Rebecca sends 15 bucks and goes hey Doc I think the family member that turtle chat um uh you know we'll do it that way so let's pull this up all right so I don't even know where to start here with some of this [ __ ] um let me find some good parts let's just 20/20 interview we'll jump around John that says they've seen the two square miles that we spent the preceding you were going to Canvas the rest of the the neighborhood yeah just gonna drive around in the two square miles that we spent the preceding night now I I have an immense sense of dread like a fright in me that I have not experienced before so you're driving around do you expect to see him like lying on the drunk yeah or passed out I was worried he might have gotten hit by a plow that was my first thought it's the only explanation I could think of for why John just disappeared Into Thin Air he's not where I thought he was and nobody has seen him the only other vehicles on the road are plows it makes sense John doesn't come home where is he maybe he got drunk and drunk people maybe start walking home we thought that was a good idea got hit by a car where the [ __ ] else could he be no one knows where the dude is it's just she's confused this was filmed in July I believe 24th 20123 this was filmed her with Gutman there and there will be near White out conditions at times I go back by the bar as I drive around after about 20 minutes of driving around I go to get Jen she gets to Jennifer mccabes Carri Roberts shows up and they decide together let's go back to John's you can see this moment captured on one of Jon's home security cameras the three women head inside to see if JN has come home this this was a delay tactic by the way looking around the house I mean what like like he's gonna jump out of a closet and say peekaboo like this is all Jen mccabes [ __ ] doing 536 still pitch black outside and we spent about 10 minutes at John's y the three women are now taking this harrowing ride around town in the blizzard conditions they're searching for JN screaming his name Karen is in the backseat now she's frantically texting more people but for the Afterparty as you come down fa you there's there's a bit of a decline and it and it curves to the left and my eyes are peeled and I said he's right there I jumped out the path passenger side and I fell into the street his eyes were shut and he had spots of blood in different areas on his face and he was still not stiff but but still it was cold I felt cold but I didn't feel dangerously cold and it was just an odd feeling to know that I'm okay I'm not dying but he's here with me and he's dying and I can't warm him up I know where are the blankets I don't see blankets Carri where are the the blankets they're in the [ __ ] house the [ __ ] house where you're pretending that you don't know your sister lives that's where the blankets are Jen 911 emergency does a man pass out in the snow man hello officers arriv to three females on the scene and John is laying on his back he's got injuries to his fing a longing she's crying I had called my father he didn't answer and I I texted him John is dead I didn't know for sure that John was de but I'm trying to elicit a response and I thought John could be dead and he called me back and I was distraught and I said I don't want to live I mean I wasn't I didn't have any ideation of harming myself I just I've never dealt with the grief of this magnitude and I just felt out of out of my that's why she was involuntarily SE stop you can't do that Mak me watch [ __ ] can't watch football without Tostitos congratulations toos the official chip a dip sponsor NFL yeah I guess it's gonna make me watch stupid commercial but yeah um not a police officer in the snow A man there's a man in the snow right and so a lot of people let me just say about this 2020 episode A lot of people are like really mad about this and like they didn't mention this and this and this and we oh they didn't mention a lot of [ __ ] especially the part about they didn't mention the they talked about the tail light Breaking they didn't show the video of her backing into the freaking car and hitting it the most amazing thing that they didn't show was the incident outside of CF McCarthy's that they have on video from September 18th when Allan Jackson the 2020 producer Eliza little were accosted threatened and told to get the [ __ ] out of Canton by Jim Ferris and Denise and Bob Galvin and they accosted 202's own producers they got it all on film and they didn't share it that's to me the wildest part that they didn't share that that like bro you guys got great footage and you didn't show that and we got the Sullivan [ __ ] the Sullivan [ __ ] that that's what you showed us come on you know but at the same time guys it was a good night it was a good night uh because Karen Reed got her voice was heard for the first time and she was effective she was effective she showed emotions that we've never seen before uh because that seems to matter to some people for some reason that seems to matter so I think it was overall a good night I'm just saying so let's get back to this by 2020 John is a single dad a cop raising two kids in the middle of a global pandemic and that's when he reconnects with someone from his past Karen Reed who he briefly dated many years earlier several years younger they were kind of your prototypical middle class brry family always a lot of stuff going out the house his mother uh is an unbelievable cook mainly Italian his dad is a very solid consistent funny guy the o'keef is one branch of this very large family tree what were they like Incredible family oh they got Jenny sack Jenny sack I I got I think these are all rizanos like oh my God they're so [ __ ] stupid all of them all of them I got is one of these Peggy sister I'm guessing like who are these hags I just recognize these faces from The Trial like the idiots sitting next to Peggy ke call my parents up and say we're bringing up a bucket of chicken and we're coming over to pool and it was great they were great Johnny and I grew up on the same street we were in Little League together Elementary School all the way through high school and went to Proms and homecoming together and he was at my wedding party I met Johnny in college the very first day of school we met at best friends ever since best friends they both shared a love for their Boston Sports best friends ever since but I never met his girlfriend of two years but we're best friends besides that best friends imagine your best friend you didn't meet their girlfriend of two years are you really their best friend are you John or do you just like being on television teams the New England Patriots and of course the Red Sox opening day was a religious day for him he went every year every year I just it's one of his favorite days dat Johnny early 2000s then stayed friends for over 20 years oh my God we were just important in each other's lives always like we were important in each other's lives always like dude you know she gave them all these pictures like the the these pictures did not come from the family and every picture of them isn't some picture of them just being fr it's from when they dated like it's from when they dated this chick with like so she got married and was recently divorced because every time her husband was [ __ ] her she called him Johnny oh [ __ ] me JJ [ __ ] me Johnny what what' you call me oh nothing honey I love you I'm was gonna close my eyes and Johnny Johnny what' you say oh nothing nothing nothing I didn't say nothing I didn't say nothing Johnny oh oh no no no she is [ __ ] obsessed this chick needs serious serious psychological help like she submitted all these photos 20 [ __ ] years ago Dude I think about who I was dating 20 [ __ ] years ago and if they were murdered tomorrow I would be like oh wow I dated that girl 20 years ago that that would be my reaction oh that's [ __ ] crazy oh man I remember her yeah she was wild wasn't she that was a good time no but she was [ __ ] like oh wow I can't believe that like that would be my reaction not her just like oh my God like she she contacts Boston magazine have you guys seen the Boston magazine article on this one yet you gotta see this I didn't write about this like so there's this article that came out in Boston magazine the week before I was Fe the month before I was featured and it's called remembering the real victim in the car case my friend Jon O'Keefe and she got to write an oped and this is the [ __ ] cover photo look at this picture look at this look at this [ __ ] Justice for JJ and it's like she's got the 2490 thing there and there he is there my phone was still on silent when I woke up the morning of January 30th to four Miss calls in a text that read call me when you get up I think something happened to John I dialed your number John who she answered your joh your John you're John your John you mean Karen's John or Peggy's John no no T arrian's John her her John John O'Keefe uh well technically my ex-boyfriend no no no he's not technically your ex-boyfriend he is in fact your ex-boyfriend like that he is your ex-boyfriend he was so much more than it no no he was just that he's your exboyfriend period and it's [ __ ] weird that 20 years later you're like he's my best friend who I [ __ ] 20 years ago and you know she'd [ __ ] him again you knew no wonder Karen Reed was a little bit jealous you know what I mean no wonder she was trying to smooch Higgins in the garage because John's got these crazy [ __ ] lined up who will just [ __ ] them in a heartbeat everywhere like crazy [ __ ] like this who are just holding candle light vigils hoping for the one day that John o'keef realizes that he misses that sweet coochie and he comes running back for more they are just waiting for that so that they can dump their husband or their boyfriend wherever they're with and just baby it's been waiting for you baby it's been there's might be some cobwebs down there it's been a while but get in there and get back to work officer John o'keef get in there like that's This Woman This Woman's [ __ ] nuts absolutely [ __ ] nuts yikes yikes you know it's true you know it's true you know you know women out there it's like you all know it's true too like you can all relate to that like you know Jon o'keef is like I could [ __ ] this girl whatever I want to I'm not going to because she's [ __ ] crazy and I'm not opening up we broke up before because I'm not opening up that can of crazy again you know what I mean but uh I mean dude this is wild dude oh she would definitely [ __ ] him well she can't now obviously but she would you know she would totally [ __ ] him again if she could she would she would dig up John's grave and cuddle with is do you have a skeleton at I don't know how it work how long does it take to decompose she would cuddle with whatever's [ __ ] in his whatever's left in his goddamn um coffin she would get in there and and have a candle and just place some Barry White and cuddle the [ __ ] out of him like she would totally do that if it was permissible if it was permissible I'm just saying so she goes on to say she would totally dig him up you know she would you know she would please read the part where immediately called Jon's phone and knew he would answer oh my god did she say that did she actually say that in the article we had seen each other through some hard times we had a special connection no no you didn't no you did not we met in 2001 and had a big love that evolved into a friendship what spanning more than 20 years this is bizarre bizarre I immediately hung up and called John cell I knew he would answer explain the mixup and we' to laugh about it oh oh my God she called a dead man's phone hoping that the dead man would answer he's been dead this is January 30th he everybody knew he was dead the day before this chick somehow doesn't find out till the 30th even though she's so close to them and she's like I'm gonna call his phone and Johnny's gonna rise from the dead like Jesus Christ himself and answer me because I didn't get the [ __ ] him one last time that's all I wanted I just wanted dear God you told me you told me I could [ __ ] him one last time like this is this is psycho [ __ ] she is a [ __ ] psychopath that's what this chick is that's what I told myself but it didn't instead it went to voicemail I tried him again voicemail [ __ ] he's dead I learned later that John's brother Paul had been awakened the previous morning by a call from their mother relaying that John had been found in a snowbank he was the first to arrive at the hospital where he sat for 45 minutes alone while doctors tried to warm John up when his parents arrived all three were escorted into a small room to a hospital employee waiting for doctor or nurse to come in they were still wearing masks but I could tell by the look in their eyes well the nightmare began differently for each of us John's loved ones it ended the same for all of us he was gone John's wake was an emotionally agonizing yet poignant tribute to a man defined by his deeds in a life rich with purpose just the wish you right oh my God as a parent in the 16 veteran of the Year veteran of the Boston Police Department given the magnitude of the turn out the Gathering was held inside the church and brain tree a thousand people waited patiently in the in the bidding rawness of that Frosty February day to pay their respects officers from around the country none of whom were named Brian Albert or Brian Higgins wearing pristine uniforms and expressions of Devastation formed a procession led by Boston mayor Michelle woo as I inched closer towards the blue coffin my trembling legs turned to lead I was not ready to face this reality the finality of this moment with John adorned in his police uniform he was as startingly handsome in death as he had been in life like bro bro are you kidding me in the Wake it felt like floating through a bad dream the funeral the next day proved even more surreal among the parishioners a distinct cluster of faces were painfully familiar we nods of camaraderie from across the pews we had been here before John's beloved sister brain tumor blah blah blah blah blah it's all bad I get it all but they act like what the [ __ ] does any of this have to do with the facts after the death of his sister and brother-in-law he made the selfless decision to abandon the familiar bachelor life he had known to embrace the role of single parent to his six-year-old niece and three-year-old nephew he traded the city for a Suburban life in Canon and transferred to a safer portion for the sake of the children I would ask this to Tera carrian [ __ ] how many times you babysit how many times did you offer to babysit the kids so that John could go out on a date with his real girlfriend did you ever do that once Tara did you ever say John I'll even when John didn't have a girlfriend if John just wanted to get out of the house you say John oh since we're so close since we're best friends [ __ ] John you're best friends with a woman why don't I why don't you just go out with the boys have a night out I'll take care of the kids did you do that once Tera carrian did you ever [ __ ] do that ever offer to watch his kids because they call Karen Reed the babysitter with Benefits that's what y'all jokingly called her right because oh yeah she actually did something for the [ __ ] kids she did she up rais them the [ __ ] did you do where were you where were you besides sitting at home with a custommade dildo with John ois face on it [ __ ] just giving it to yourself giving it to yourself anyway um yeah and that goes for the rest of them too how many times any of these [ __ ] offered a babysit officer johon o'keef how about Dad John O'Keefe how about that how about Uncle John O'Keefe how about yug Gio because that's all these people do is talk about he's a police officer oh he's in his uniform in his [ __ ] he wanted to be a cop his whole life from what tells me he wasn't that big into policing he wasn't he in the Boston police for 16 years didn't wasn't in love with the job a and I know plenty of cops that just aren't in love with the job but you know job's job pays well it is what it is you got a nice pension at the end of the day and that's why people like John uh didn't really rise in the Boston Police Department because they're not Brian Alberts right they're not attention seeking hero cops anyway goes on to say I got to read some more of this um the children bestowed upon John the endearing nickname JJ and renewed his sense of hope and life seemed too Bleak to carry on it would be those children who would lose a third parent on the night John died during the service Paul remembered his brother in a moving eulogy that evoked both laughter and tears he spoke of their childhood their closeness now John never left their sister Kristen's side during their battle with cancer praising John for providing a home full of love for her children he concluded with the haunting words we'll take it from here oh my God I hate them these people in their [ __ ] we'll take it from here those are some of the very same words that John said when he eulogized his sister nine years PR we'll take it from here really did did you adopt the kids Paul how did you take it from there how did you take it from there Paul what did you do exactly how have you taken it from there have you looked into who killed him Paul have you taken it from there no you haven't you haven't done [ __ ] you haven't done [ __ ] at all oh these people one of the most touching tributes today was when hundreds of strangers with their hands on their hearts and blue ribbons F fix to their clothing Blue Line the sidewalks along the funeral route from St Francis Church to the Blue Hill Cemetery in a demonstration of sorrow and solidarity as we B in this outpouring of kindness none of us could have foreseen that Jon's parents had and their last surviving child Paul were on the verge of being sucked into a toxic conspiracy fueled drama that would steal the Solace okay they charged Karen Reed with murder vehicular um vehicular homicide and manslaughter changing the charges to second degree to murder investigators concluded she was intoxicated when she backed over John with her car over at their dropping him off at a late night Gathering then left him to die in the snow his family also believed Reed was to blame what Jon's family considered to be an open and shut case though was about to become anything but that yeah you know yeah they did consider it open and shut because it looked that way but then facts began to reveal themselves didn't they and they probably at that point should have been oh yeah it would have been more convenient if it was open shut for sure absolutely but apparently it's not so you know he was my [ __ ] son so maybe just maybe I should open my goddamn eyes and give a [ __ ] but I don't because my name is Peggy o'keef and I got [ __ ] to say about has any heard Peggy o'keef say a nice word about her son because I've heard during this whole thing oh you can't be mean to Peggy o'keef oh you can't be mean to our turtle boy okay mother of the deceased very tragic right you die your mom's gonna be making some noise right most normal people doing that I've heard two words come out of peggio Keef's mouth since this entire thing started I've heard her say two words where's Lindsay that's it those the that's the totality of while giving me the middle finger that's it those are the only words I've ever heard out of Peggy O Keef's mouth were where's Lindsay because she brought some Ex side piece fling to court with her to troll me in order to have me kicked out of the courtroom That's how little she gives a [ __ ] about her son's Legacy and getting for joh o' Keefe she turned it into a [ __ ] circus right right okay we we feel really bad for Peggy though right and again none of these people have anything to say none of them did you see her in the documentary last night nope what about Paul was he Paul wants to talk so much was he in it nope nope nope how about Michael Proctor lead detective have you ever seen an episode of 2020 or Dateline where the lead detective doesn't appear nope usually they're on there telling you how they put the pieces of the cas together didn't they and you have the Ada on there but none of them want to talk none of them because they would have to answer real questions instead we got a BN we got a bunch of filler with these douchebags talking about Johnny oh my God Johnny he was just the best we got to hold our heads High these [ __ ] people oh my God in September 20122 Los Angeles based criminal defense attorney Alan Jackson Who defended Kevin spy and hard he wants in sexual assault cases who gives a [ __ ] join Reed's legal team I sat with John's family and friends in disbelief as Jackson transformed hearings into what felt like the set of a Hollywood who done it arguing that Reed was framed oh how dare he how dare defend his client he told of extravagant theories that I and John's family believe directly cont contradicted the facts of the case no one cares what you believe they did contradict the facts of the case that were presented to you though they the things that you thought were facts weren't actually facts still the worst was yet to unfold outside the courtroom RS a case that rightfully belonged within the confines of the legal system was soon converted into what felt to me and John's family like an unofficial and unregulated trial playing out on the streets after a blogger named Aiden Carney AKA Turtle Boy began writing about the case maintaining she was innocent Being Framed large number of his readers showed up blah blah blah so we're going to get to that now and then they talk about the Halloween and we're cop killers let's play let's go back to the show okay let's go back to the show this old crusty BR he's just a natural caring protector kind of person and when John becomes an uncle he becomes this protector to his niece's nephew as well he slid right into that cool Uncle role Johnny was always there with sporting events or first communions or just family gatherings they were a a a large part of who he was but in 2013 the o'keef family gets devastating news when John's older day passed that was a huge loss when when she passed he lost a pot of himself Johnny immediately decided that he was going to move in with Kristen's husband Steve uh to help two months after Kristen did he was about to become a single parent overnight in a very short amount of time John loses his sister his brother-in-law he takes in their kids how is he able to handle all of this he had a big support system between family and a lot of people help talk and emotionally how do he do it like I guess he just knew he had to his life didn't stop oh this guy he was always doing something the kids came first came first by 2020 John except on January 28th 20 uh 22 didn't come first that night but go ahead it's a single dad a cop raising two kids in the middle of a global pandemic and that's when he reconnects with someone 2004 24 soing finance and she sees his sister three days very was there talk of marriage okay no no did you want that no I would have considered it strongly for John but it's not ever been something that I've aspired to you know some people just don't want to get married you know and for somebody who didn't work out well for me you know it's not for everyone you know what I mean it just it's some people marriage is like and and I don't judge anyone I know a lot of people that have just been you know they're was with a girlfriend for 10 years or so and they just don't get married and it is what it is and like some don't judge you know what I mean not marriage ain't for everybody so a lot of people look at this why aren't you married well because it's just [ __ ] easier you know why the [ __ ] would I want to get [Music] married we are expecting as much as 18 to 24 in of snow and 40 to 50 m per hour winds I think everyone knows that whatever you're going to do that weekend is going to get cancelled a snow emergency has been declared a lot of people take that opportunity okay I'll go out tonight tomorrow everybody's going be shut down City officials say this would be a blockbuster Event John makes plans to meet with a friend on the mag drag in Canton just about a mile from his house his nephew is at a sleepover that night and his teenage niece is at home early in the evening John o'keef goes out with a buddy down to CF McCarthy's and Karen decides to meet him there now John didn't okay can you give me a hug they stay at CF McCarthy's for a while and then decide to go meet some more friends over at the waterfall Bar and Grill which is just across the street and down you know two- minute walk the Alberts and maves we've got Chris Albert who used to live down the street on tasked with catching Brian Albert yeah there's videos so you can kind of see what's happening and it looks like a typical night people are snuggling up around the bar they're Dono read & questions drinking they're goofing around a little bit got some other stuff oh it's gonna make me watch a [ __ ] ad all right while this ad is playing let me just jump the moment I loved our Subaru Outback all right um let's see what we got here I'll read a couple Turtle chats if we have any Lisa sends five bucks goes Lauren Murray deserved better Justice she's the definition of altruism yeah she did you know but the community service was a good sends 10 bucks and goes again this is a long thing I can't do the long things I'm I can read it a little for his right forearm to contact the right tail light would mean he would have to have been hunched down and turned inward to the street not really because the tail light's up high the hit would knock him straight down flying in the air like fairy dust isn't plausible all right so thank you again this is a long long Turtle chat I cannot read the whole thing but thank you very much Karen I appreciate that Monica sends 10 bucks and goes can you please ask them about their notebooks after hours and weekends and who had access now they just left the notebook stayed there so um okay all right cool if anyone else wants to donate click at the link at the top for turtle chat let's get back to the show that's a smart move to get legal advice under those circumstances she had hired an attorney no this part this is the part that gets me wearily and then when John's nephew came home I just 20/20 interview wanted to see him look at this and squeeze him and hug him I was quite uncomfortable I said Dad come upstairs to the master bedroom and I said I think I need to leave I said I think John's mother thinks I did something to John at what point on Saturday the 29th did you have the I saw that [ __ ] um that piece of [ __ ] nurse Carrie llama posted on Twitter about like oh how did Karen Reed know like Karen Karen Reed's a liar John John's mom never talked to Jen mcab during that time so that's untrue [ __ ] look at her [ __ ] call log have you looked at je M's call log cuz Peggy o'keef appears on there you [ __ ] idiot and and and the Word was spreading je M was telling every she was on the phone all [ __ ] day she called ker Roberts she talked to everyone all of them so she I I like this is their big thing about how they know Karen Reeds guilty well she left that that morning and she was acting strange maybe she just didn't want to be around people who were suggesting that she had something to do with Jon's death and maybe that made her feel uncomfortable and she wanted to get the [ __ ] out of there maybe she hugged the kids goodbye and never saw them again after that because the family got a restraining order on her now listen to this with all to think maybe I need an attorney as soon as I interacted with John's mother at John's house when we were driving home I said to my father I got to get an attorney that's a smart move to get legal advice under those circumstances she had hired an attorney that was it no more contact which I find odd if you find that odd you are like you are so [ __ ] [ __ ] if you find that odd you find that odd oh you find that odd that she got an attorney who wouldn't get a [ __ ] attorney in that situation your boyfriend's dead he's he he was found in front of a house where you dropped him off at if you don't get a [ __ ] attorney in that situation you're [ __ ] you know who didn't get an attorney MACC Alberts because they knew ain't no one was gonna ever [ __ ] suspect them that was odd that was OD they didn't get an attorney what did the family do then yeah and like I wonder like do speaking of attorneys just does John Jackson think it's odd that Brian Higgins Brian Albert Nicole Albert Caitlyn Albert Brian Albert Jr uh Colin Albert Michael Proctor Elizabeth Proctor and a shitload of other people Kevin Albert all also have [ __ ] attorneys do they think that's odd do they think that's odd oh and the o'keefes they have they have an attorney too and they're suing and those the grifting o'keefes are trying to make money off of this [ __ ] disgusting blizzard could do anything anything we couldn't be together we couldn't go anywhere until like the day after went to Peggy's or Johnny's house and just to be with her and Uncle John and a few of his friends and um just to be with her we just sat around and talked and laughed and cried and you're now with a mother who lost two children in the space of a couple of years yes strong as [Music] steel because the Canton Police Department doesn't want the appearance of a conflict of interest there's literally a blizzard in this situation the crime scene that you arrive on is not the same crime scene that's going to exist quickly as you can but you also don't want to missteps because you're rushing so it's definitely a race against the CL there are plows that are going by and in situations like that you kind of have to just go with what you think is going to work best for the situation they bring out I like how they showed this video you know like broad bright daylight if there is 45 pieces of red tailight there they're gonna find it they are not the the jurs I know the jurors think the Kon police are [ __ ] but they are going to find some pieces of tail light at least one they find zero zero and they're trying to blow the snow to uncover whatever evidence might be beneath the snowfall according to police reports what investigators initially Preserve at the scene are six samples of what appears to be blood and a broken cocktail glass remember according to the security footage when John O walks out of the waterfall bar he's got a cocktail glass Vis it to Karen at her parents house they see her car I know I haven't done anything but they said if we're just trying to help find out what happened to John if you care about John you need to help us piece together his final moments you care about John and I answered their questions Karen appears very forthcoming she says they had an argument earlier in the morning about what she fed his niece for breakfast she admits that she was drinking that night and was operating a motor vehicle she tells officers that they go out drinking she says that she and John drove to the Albert's house but she tells officers that she had what she referred to as stomach issues so she said that she decided to call it a night and go home after the detectives interview Karen they seize her car and they tow it they then process the vehicle for evidence they noticed that the rear right side tail light is broken and there's missing pieces of the red and clear plastic that should have been on top of it oh that's not what it looked like at that time but go ahead there were shards of glass that were in the bumper of the vehicle the medical examiner is searching Jon's body precludes the medical examiner ruled that John's cause of death another [Music] [ __ ] to fill the void and I got a couple C let me do some cash apps here all right first one is Dono read & questions from uh mallerie sends five bucks and goes you're on fire tonight congrats on the 100,000 well thank you very much mallerie Mike B sends 10 bucks and goes tell JJ's brother to go [ __ ] his mother okay Hannah sends 10 bucks and goes for a 100,000 donate $10 to Karen's defense okay thank you very much Hannah um Mark sends a dollar and says you deserve the plaque regardless of your violations well thank you Mark they're not real violations by the way Carrie sends 20 bucks goes Big Daddy we need sex cult merch captain of the sex cult I thought we had don't we sell sex cult shirts in the store I think we do so thank you very much Carrie um anybody else here let me just check the turtle chats um Billy Jack sends 10 bucks and goes any way we can secure Khloe's DNA from all the pists from the front lawn congrats on a 100,000 well the Khloe's DNA would be all over John's arm right but if you were call the arm tissue samples also disappeared we don't have those so anyway back to the show was of police [Music] officers it was like nothing I've ever 20/20 interview seen before Johnny's funeral mass here we go grew up with Johnny yeah we know sadly the priest at John's funeral had presided over his sister Kristen's funeral mass as he he spoke about the pain in the room that this family had been through too much oh my God and lost too much already and then Paul got up he was Brave he gave yeah we heard how Johnny never left Christy's side yeah for taking care of the kids the way he did and then the last line of his like we'll take it from here how how do you explain that necklace to the guy to your husband yeah this is for Johnny a guy so so is he like your cousin and you're related to him no just I used to [ __ ] him and so I'm just going to wear his badge number around okay and that was John's last line of his eulogy nine years prior oh as well putting together their theory on what happened that snowy night and how John O'Keefe sustained those fatal injuries and they've determined that the evidence points directly to Karen Reed it was about 700 p.m. I was talking to my best friend on the phone and I said there's a lot of stops circling and I said I think I'm going to get [Music] arrested when they come it's they look like regular people but they're here to take you away it's scary did they knock on the door can't remember if they knocked or if they rang the bell but they circled the whole property there were cops everywhere they were shining lights in my back window my front that's what was that moment like when you felt the metal handcuffs go on you and they put you into a a squad car it's scary you're short of breath and we're kening up the highway your ankles are Shackled and your arms are behind you and you you just try to concentrate on your breathing frightening it's frightening when I got to the barracks there were local news stations Karen Reed's charges and what she was arraigned on were manslaughter negligent missing from Karen's tail light yeah the tailight and according to police statements Carrie Roberts who was with Karen in the blizz did I hit him during the search for John's body did I hit him in court assistant district attorney Adam L I hit him I hit him I hit real interviewed firefighter paramedic from the town of Canton defendants then made several statements to her indicating I hit him I hit him I hit him I hit him I said I hit him it was pre eded by a did and proceeded by a question mark did I hit him after being transported from the scene that's about 9 hours after they left the her attorney responded that day I don't see any in Criminal Intent that would justify manslaughter and there's a reason for that because there was no Criminal Intent the trolls always bring this up too oh oh David unti said there was no Criminal Intent so even he's admitting him with even he's admitting that she hit him with the car no no no saying there's no first of all Steve scan hadn't paid them a visit yet so they had no idea about this other theory of Jon going inside the house Steve scanland coming to them is a really big [ __ ] deal Steve scanland knew something Steve scalen didn't just make that [ __ ] up on his own Steve scalin had not seen the autopsy photos yet he had no idea what John's body looked like but he knew he got beat up he knew he got beat up how the [ __ ] did he know that we still don't know the answer to that question but he knew something and that is what ever since Steve scanland came forward and told them that they began operating under the assumption that John was in that house and he got beaten up this was not some random stranger this was my C its boyfriend somebody with whom she was in love she had no idea that he was deceased or that anything had happened what did you plead not guilty but the stakes are about to man slaughter and we're gonna ask what if you could face confidence we put 65 years of insect science in your hands so you can protect the ones you love always makes a time pass we do have a couple more here first up we have um no okay I got we got a cash app I know that from Deanna sends five bucks goes you know who could get together in a storm the MC Alberts so true yeah not they got they all went over the house that day because Julie Albert decided she had no idea John was dead none but she made sure those those [ __ ] Donuts got to King Brown ran Albert Jr right at 8 a sharp on the dot because that kid cannot function without half a dozen donuts on his goddamn birthday Kenny he simply has to get them he's got to get them and you have to go to this house to wish him happy birthday in person A text will not suffice just ask Colin Albert who went over there instead of partying with his boys went over there to say happy birthday to his gay cousin and uh you know cheese hog Julie bagel and you know because he's really into chicks like that and uh then just just like allly mcabe come pick me up because it's past my bedtime so come and get me yeah and then they went across town in the middle of a blizzard to go to Jemma CES house to do the interviews over there okay but this all makes sense all right back to this Allan Jackson was phenomenal in this by the way I said this guy didn't get hit by a car once I got the photos I realized something is very very wrong with this investigation at a pre-trial hearing the defense puts those photos front and center in massachusett autopsy photos are normally sealed until trial when John o'keef was found he had this set of wounds arm this is according to the Commonwealth a set of injuries that joh O'Keefe suffered at the hands of being struck by a moving vehicle that is a disgusting move to put those in public like that it's opening up wounds every single time you see those pictures I ask saying that it was a disgusting move to show what actually happened to John how dare you you're opening up John Jackson's wounds with your evidence how dare you show these evidence this evidence that his arm was clearly bitten by a [ __ ] dog no don't you know how this is going to affect John Jackson and Tera carrian oh my goodness gracious sense question does this look like a road rash or does it look more like claw marks and bite marks from an animal oh it looks like a team is laying out a stunning new theory of what they say happened they're alleging that after Karen dropped off John at fellow officer Brian Albert's home he entered the home and somehow became involved in a fight we know that he was beaten we've got evidence that John O was beaten he lay there unconscious and during that fight they claimed the Albert's dog a German Shepherd may also have attacked John contributing to those injuries then the defense says JN was eventually death and who murdered him and there are others in the house who are covering up that murder yes there are but the homeowners Brian and Nicole Albert and eight other people in the house the night of the Afterparty including Jennifer mccab and Brian Higgins say that John O'Keefe never St stepped foot inside that house every that Mr O'Keefe was beaten dead there was no evidence of any defensive the prosecution no defensive wounds look at his hand F and what they believe the evidence shows happened that show the hand exited Karen's vehicle she struck him with her SUV and left him to die in the snow they also argued Karen had been drinking heavily was alcohol involved it was so ridiculous I dismissed it immediately from the beginning there been multiple theories floated by the defense team this guy's like it's so ridiculous is it really that ridiculous Brandon is it really that ridiculous when you look at the autopsy photos to say wait a minute you know what's [ __ ] ridiculous looking at those autopsy photos and thinking a car did that that's ridiculous Brendan you know what else is ridiculous is that John lived 46 years on Earth and he was cursed to have grown up any where near you because he had to settle for you as a friend that's ridiculous that's unfortunate really really brenon like if John was just not born in brain tree he never would have had the misfortune of being friends with as dumb of a [ __ ] leprechaun as you like seriously bro like that's rid ridiculous it's ridiculous you guys are so [ __ ] stupid we the Smart Ones cuz we think that those [ __ ] dog bites on his arm came from a [ __ ] tail light but you guys are the ridiculous ones oh my [ __ ] god um Each of which more ridiculous frankly yeah frankly yeah yeah in the months leading up to trial the defense makes several claims they say point to their client's innocence I've never been more confident in anything I've ever said in a legal proceeding in my life Karen Reed did not do this the defense also accuses the lead investigator in the case of having a conflict of interest they claim in court filings and at hearings that the lead detective Trooper Michael Proctor of the mass prosecutor Adam La definitively denies any conflict of interest yeah not to belabor the point the kof does not concede uh anything as it relates to any sort of relationship the district attorney Flatout denies the trooper Michael Proctor was involved in any way in any type of coverup as the defense is alleging saying Proctor would have no motive to do so oh yeah also one of the defense's central claims appears in a motion they file about the timing of a Google search that Karen's defense after leaves at 226 must be with John laying in that snow in that front yard that means that this was a cover up Jon was murdered inside that house his body was placed outside Jennifer M knows that neither the prosecution nor Jennifer mccab ever denied that she searched for all right Olive gard's NeverEnding H is back all right Olive Garden 90 second commercial there okay all right um so let me read we're almost done and yeah like a lot of good things happen let's look at the good side right Jen mccab looked awful in this 2020 looked absolutely awful Michael Proctor looked awful absolutely awful right uh the whole country saw that none of these people who were used watching these shows who usually speak spoke any of this nothing and Karen Reed came across very sympathetic like this was a very good night for her even though that 2020 you know they're not going to get into everything I don't know what people were expecting I don't know if you guys ever watched these shows before but they're not going to get into everything like they should if you want the real takes you watch Turtle Boy period keep in mind I've been doing this for I mean how many shows have I done how many hours worth the shows have I done mean they got the solivan that's true they did have time for the Sullivan [ __ ] but they have to show the other side they have to try that's it so um all right let me uh refresh the donos make sure we're not missing anyone and then we'll get back to the show okay John sends five bucks and says I've done these Dono read & questions style interviews after the Station nightclub fire they control how they want people to see okay thank you John Karen sends 10 bucks and goes can't you dig up some stories on John o'keef that proves he was not always a saint no I would not do that at all like I don't know I don't care if John was the Saint John O'Keefe could be the worst person in the world it doesn't [ __ ] matter he could be the best person in the world it doesn't matter none of this matters they telling us where a great guy John was no doubt doesn't matter if John John could have been the worst person in the world you can't kill people period you're not allowed to murder people no one you cannot murder anyone period Point Blank That's it so that's it okay let's play let's go back to the 20/20 interview show and this is the end of everything um so you just it just feels like a kind of purgatory John O'Keefe was murdered no question he died at the hands of another person just wasn't Karen Reed I'll rise for the court [Music] please it's been more than a year since and argue over the prosecutors are clear they argue Karen Reed killed John o' there we go ground swell of support through every sing single court appearance there are dozens and dozens of people here you can notice all the placards around they are protesting in favor of Karen Reed saying she is innocent all of those placards reading Justice for Karen who shows up to a courthouse with signs at a pre-trial motion and who goes up to support a woman accused of murdering her boyfriend this case was different there's the dump truck was shocked I hold up to they were cheering for Karen yeah I know he gave her like a hero as well yeah get used to it [ __ ] Karen yes did arrested not just for manslaughter now second degree murder and they're cheering for her oh my God how dare they how dare they cheer on an innocent woman who's fighting the system oh my God you're supposed to condemn her was arrested don't you [Music] know these Crowds Are Here in large part because of a local live streamer and blogger named Aiden Carney who goes by the moniker Turtle Boy online what we know for damn sure 100% she did not run him over good point now C's known for sometimes confrontational and profanity Phil takes on local stories and he takes up the case of Karen Reed posting articles and live streams claiming Karen is the real victim in this case how many Subs I got you aren't B how many how many Subs did I have there eing out of your mouth on local stories and he takes up the case of Karen Reed posting articles and live streams claiming 98.3 th000 they took a somewhat recent screenshot of this nice Karen is the real victim in this case you aren't bleeding out of your mouth and your nose if you get bumped going slowly during a three-point turn yeah this this story has evolves talk about stories evolving remember back when the three-point turn was the thing when they said it was death by three-point turn all his followers were watching all of his streams and and from there um sprung all of their theories about what happened here and who was really responsible and almost overnight this goes viral locally I do that the prosecutions claims that receipts and security probably about four and not for that I completed either I didn't drink uh maybe more than a few sips at the waterfall and four drinks you felt fine to drive yep remember the prosecution says her blood alcohol level the next morning 9 hours later was between 07 and 08 and Massachusetts driving with a blood alcohol content higher than 08 is considered legally drunk I missed the turn that would have been the most direct route did you pull into the driveway no I pulled up the foot of the driveway and do you and John have a conversation about what's going to happen I said go check and let me know and I'll follow you behind so I pull at the foot of the driveway it's snowing John has no coat on it's windy so I drop him off he goes up the driveway and approaches the side door and as I see him approach the door I look down at my phone I hadn't been on my phone the entire night I queue up a song to to play on my my bluetooth and I just start browsing through you know Miss M text messages and a couple emails and I probably waited about a full minute and I looked back at the door I would have expected him to be either walking back to me or calling me that yeah we're here Karen says after about 10 minutes of waiting in her car she became irritated that John o'keef still hadn't gotten in touch with her and so she decided to leave and drive back to his house the prosecution says that John never made it into the Albert's home instead they say this is when Karen hit JN with her SUV right did you kill John O'Keefe I did not kill John O'Keefe I've never harmed a hair on John O'Keefe's head the Commonwealth drink says that you had nine drinks that night ridiculous you claim it's four and changeid is it possible that You' hit him with the back back of your car and just didn't realize it no um you had four drinks they say nine drinks so how drunk were you I had felt like I had alcohol I felt that I had a buzz yeah um but I did not feel it was unsafe for me to be operating my vehicle just for the r that you were angry you shouldn't drive it a BS but okay yes he was angry could you have been angry enough and slightly drunk because he had annoyed you that in the fit of rage you just backed up and tried to tap him never not to try to kill him but try to to tap him with my 6,000lb fulls size SUV I love that answer John's body with my no come on gy John's niece and nephew who live with them told is it them told law enforcement that their relationship was strained the niece said she'd overheard Jon recently tell Karen that their relationship had run its course is it possible that that anger sent you into no a fit of rage coupled with the fact that he apparently had wanted to to break up or insinuated that he never insinuated that he wanted to to break up I have been angry with John I was angry with him that night but being angry with someone and being angry with them and wanting to physically hurt them with a 6,000 uh pound piece of Machinery is is a another hemisphere of uh intention early in the am when she first leaves John Karen Reed is texting and sending message after B I think she called L her kill her boyfriend and calls him up and say this is great what's the prosecution's theory on this that uh supposedly a murderer having just killed her boyfriend and calls him up and says I hate you why would she then call him 49 times after that trying to find him maybe she's actually being very clever uh I I've never met someone that clever this is aam's Razer the simplest answer is usually Matt upman was great I thought I thought Matt upman was really good he's just like maybe like he was setting them up there to be like point out how stupid this is you know what I mean like maybe she was being clever you know I like that even that answer was like he knew that was [ __ ] like Matt Gutman I I've talked to Matt Gutman before we we we we we follow each other on Twitter we talk he knows full well that Karen Reed is innocent he is 100% free Karen Reed he can't come out and say it but he is 1,000% free Karen Reed right the prosecution says aam's razor is she backed up she hit this guy he died in the snow end of story uh no there has been nothing as divisive as this case the district attorney of this County had to come out and say we had State Police Protection to get us to the car we were surrounded we gonna that okay they're gonna make us watch a commercial when my hair started to well then we'll do one more segment because it's a turtle boy segment in the meantime let me read if there's any Turtle chats here we can get through Dono read & questions um no okay what about cash apps no dead Air Time holy [ __ ] okay that's all right I still love you guys oh no cookie Harris tried to send $50 and said congrats Unk but it failed well thank you anyway thank you Cookie I appreciate that all right um all right anyway um again I thought like later like we're not gonna sit people are like why didn't they do this why didn't the [ __ ] the crash D um it's just a two-hour show there's only so much they can get to Unfortunately they got to show the Sullivan [ __ ] they got to show the other side and what they're saying and you know what it really doesn't matter because at the end of the day turtle boy got National exposure on this thing and on this show and people are gonna google me right got a lot of new followers in the last 24 hours and they're gonna come to TBD news.com which is featured on national television and they're going to start going to the live show and a lot of there might be some people watching right now who just came to us from 2020 right and they're going to know now what the deal is once they come here we got them once they come here we bring them in we got facts we got them the Karen Reed case put Canton on the map for all the wrong reasons there has been nothing as divisive as this case oh yes look at this Cas any idiot 20/20 interview knows that Karen Reed is the O family is appalled and outraged by the accusations protests and harassment of people closest to John and his family I think where you see it is at the Town meetings when they get those Open Mic moments you'll hear it and you'll hear it from both sides here but there's a faction of that community that no longer trusts their police and and their government there are people that I know that have you know ceased Rel continues to S up here we go here we go ceased relationships with others it here we go Turtle all the while local blogger Aiden caring as Turtle Boy continues to stir up the over the cas on his website he's posting video of himself confronting prosecution witnesses in public he organizes what he calls a rolling rally going from one witness's home to the next Aiden Carney is eventually charged himself with multiple counts of witness intimidation picking a w again this this was filmed the day after the rolling rally isn't that crazy and and Gutman knew all about it's like fresh on his mind he knew all about thisness and conspiracy to intimidate Witnesses charges he denies and is pleaded not guilty to he claims his behavior should be protected by the First Amendment as a journalist those charges are still pending yes later he's also barred from the courtroom during Reed's trial when certain Witnesses named in the case against him testify I'll one of the most unusual things about this case is there's such a fervor among you know on this online movement that the district attorney of this County had to come out and say the Witnesses in this case have done nothing wrong the harassment of them has to stop what's happening to the witnesses some with no actual involvement in the case is wrong it's contrary to the American values of fairness and the Constitutional value of a fair trial it needs to stop now Alan Jackson takes the opportunity to Rally more support for Karen and their case so Michael morresy decides he wants to issue this statement and give you a threat a threat he wants us to just shut up and quit he wants you to shut up and quit just go home and quit well I have something to say directly to Mr morrisy right here right now so listen up sir listen up and I'll speak slowly so you understand Michael Mory we ain't got no quit we ain't got no quit yes [Music] not yes that was awesome like this is great but beyond prosecution witnesses who Authority say are being harassed joh o Keef's own family and friends say they're stunned when defense supporting crowns begin directing anger towards them as well we've been yelled at on the way into court no that we're disgusting that we're defending the MERS you are I think at times they said that we've been brainwashed yes brainwashed by Who brain oh this guy is like so smart brainwashed by who oh I don't know the District Attorney's Office the state police and the people who murdered joh o'e you [ __ ] numnuts you [ __ ] [ __ ] I mean what a fool uh I I didn't know any of the people that were being blindly accused of committing this crime oh he didn't know them he didn't know them oh then this is me giving them an escort to their car we're leaving the courthouse and they follow us and we had State Police Protection to get us to the car I love how those [ __ ] like they're following us no [ __ ] I didn't even know who you were I didn't know where the nut job you were we were following Carl because Carl opened his big mouth with his stupid wife at the last hearing and started yelling [ __ ] at Carol Reed and kind of brought himself into this so this is I don't give a [ __ ] about you this is me escorting Carl to his car so you're just happen to be there and there I am on the megaphone giving Carl a free walk back through his car we all got into the car safely but we were surrounded and I remember this woman putting her face up to the the window of where I was sitting who is that lady and she was screaming cop killer at me why this poor lady I've never heard of such a thing in my life never heard thought okay they're going to call us names they boo us okay but they're not going to boo John's family right and then they show this they're not GNA boo John's family right and they show a video of Paul walking in but notice Paul is with the Doles he's with the Doles so like we're not booing Paul although we should he deserves it at this point we're booing the Doles and the other douchebags and it's like his Paul is hiding amongst them like they hid amongst Paul and they're like well they won't boo us if we hide behind Paul we're still gonna boo you we're still gonna boo you you don't get to hide behind the o'keef and when Paul gets to the top of the stairs he yells at Karen Reed's brother [ __ ] you [ __ ] but yeah oh they're poor poor Paul then they did it was getting crazy then they did chasing us calling us names using at using at us calling us cop killers it must have created a lot of anger yep not so much anger but when you walked in like the anxiety like we were shaking going because it was just then after like maybe the fourth time we were just like all right let's just hold our head up high and walk through this with Johnny hold your head up high and do what we have to do as a family your head up high and through with Johnny I think everyone should be in agreement that the oefs don't deserve this treatment they didn't get that treatment so now that they want to speak on lies let's see what actually happened shall we because there there is video of this did did did turtle boy boo the o'keefes you decide [Applause] [Music] so because they come around they've been lied to they've been manipulated some ways they victims they could stop this they could speak out they're choosing not to we'll get whatever we'll get them space they're not the bad guys here the bad guys here are the people who killed joh o cover up [Music] with oh what do you know it's all a [ __ ] lie CU there I am saying don't Boo the oefs they're not the bad guys here oh wait they [ __ ] lied to you holy [ __ ] I can't believe they [ __ ] lied to you like that that's so bizarre these are such honest people they would never just [ __ ] lie to you when there's undeniable evidence I mean look at this chick's Instagram oh this is a normal woman let's see what Tara carrigan's Instagram is so her entire Instagram is dedicated to John O'Keefe the whole [ __ ] thing and it's just eight pictures of her hugging and appearing you would think that this is John's girlfriend would you not would you not think this is his [ __ ] girlfriend or his wife really like this is [ __ ] d Ed I can't under us that demented absolutely demented or how about I love this video that I found on Tik Tok I met this woman she's lovely in Waymouth at the standouts check out there's a watch this Tik Tok it's good you know I have thoughts right Karen Reed 2020 dat line [ __ ] let's talk about it all right [ __ ] up [ __ ] [ __ ] before I get started I want you to leave a comment below on what you thought was the most important piece of information that they didn't cover in the 2020 interview and yes this was me last night with my popcorn in my lne wearing my bracelet because free read I'm gonna focus on how they portray the free car read movement on one scene where there was booing towards the OK family and in reality they were booing Carl Dugal and I will link my video below all about him you see Carl dugall assaulted Karen Reed outside of the courthouse the supposed yes friend fellow boss here a clip of what actually happened at the courthouse she got receipts that's Turtle Boy by the way oops hve vitim my mindover Mur they also failed to report how many times P keeth has flipped off reporters and the amount of times that Paulo Keef right there Pao keave told people the [ __ ] off or how about the guy from the first clip of this video this guy right here that scammed officer chesna's family this guy Tony fed after Michael chesna died tried to put through some [ __ ] motorcycle run getting donations and all the things oh well look at that here's a quote reported from turtle boy my family told the organizer not to use Michael's name or image but they did anyways I have a strong suspicion the organizer is trying to make money off of Mike's name Michael chesna I personally know that Mike's family is not okay with this aren't you the guy that ripped off the police I don't think the chest like don't how much how much how much money that [ __ ] [ __ ] I for free you [ __ ] jackass funny they didn't show these guys on 2020 all we heard about was oh ter carrian was so upset and we're just here for justice for John O'Keefe is this guy here for justice for johon O'Keefe this is these are the people outside protest is crusty panties here for justice for johon O'Keefe she never met the dude none of these people ever met him [ __ ] tell didn't a free motorcycle no no no another example of a Justice for JJ supporter a trooper Was Heard saying if that guy ever talked like that in front of my mother he would leave here with no teeth talking about Tony fed that guy that was just on the last clip he said as he was yelling the word [ __ ] [ __ ] this [ __ ] [ __ ] that [ __ ] you in front of grandmothers mothers sisters wives disgusting same group of officers another quote I bet the oefs regret inviting him to represent them what an embarrassing I bet they don't because you know how because they keep inviting him because they keep inviting him because the oefs suck they just [ __ ] suck just they some people just suck and and and Peggy and paef for included in it they just suck and crusty panties today made a post uh she probably l about it but she said that like the the o'keefes asked me to make this their profile picture I doubt that I mean maybe they maybe they are that pathetic that they would ask her to do that but the mere fact that they are associating with trash like this with trash like the fake victim and Tony fed tells you everything you need to know about what trash Peggy and Paulo Keef are trash and oh and even better they [ __ ] nicknamed him these cops at denam nickname him Tony Bag of Donuts but also Tony 10 for you 10 for me Federico you want to see another guy this guy watch this watch him a Justice for JJ another one completely separate from the first one look at him he's aggressive getting in women's faces Justice for JJ and then a cop had to separate him now remind me again who's the problem the free Karen Reed supporters or the justice for JJ people because everyone wants Justice for John the only difference between Justice for JJ and fre Ken Reed is a free Ken Reed side actually sees the corruption that's going on in the police system yes the other people refuse to God bless you Sister God bless you she's great that was awesome I love that I'm not a Tik Tock guy but
