picture perfect four on three fast break [Music] knows how to compete they lost a lot last year it was going to take them a while to find out who they were to gel as a team another nice save from news he makes Richmond reacts and then a carbon copy now right last year one of the all-time upsets in college lacrosse so I just look at those matchups I think they're all going to be good look out for Michigan I mean Michigan playing Cornell I mean they played incredible lacrosse if you look at their losses they were like five plays they were five plays away from really being a top five seed in this tournament Cormier are you kidding me he comes out of the Maelstrom around the crease with his fifth goal today right here again shuts driving up getting to schellenberger the soft hands in the Finish Cormier just the patience as Virginia scores its fourth goal on its last four shots vigu thought he had that I could bury one I think it's gonna be shots but he hasn't shown the ability to do that on a consistent level throughout this season under 10 to shoot as shellenberger sets it up garno lost it and big U Scoops it for Richmond I mean the thing is they've got so much talent on that Midfield line the convy one of the top active scores in the country shots former number one recruit Connor real two-way player Sunderland is a freshman number two recruit in his class who doesn't even play on the first Midfield line when he comes in on attack Dixon bumps out to Midfield so many weapons and we know what makandi can do O'Neill off the pot on the rebound [Applause] Austin young with the second goal today a nice awareness goal from Dalton Young O'Neill drives it up to the corner right we're gonna see here the individual effort hits that far post and then young with the Twister off the rebound gets Richmond at seventh of the contest back to schellenberger Dixon saved by vigue it's a couple times big U's gotten the better of Xander Dixon that was a nice job by big U playing his Xander Dixon really has nothing to shoot for there can't see any net as vigy plays picture perfect position in the cage over the top to the next level is can Peter garno start finishing with a consistency from the outside that he showed his freshman year I think he's lost some confidence in his shooting over the last year and a half or so Virginia needs him to find it Cormier again a sock because he's had some injuries during his collegiate career as a flag comes in they might be able to get an extra season for him playing lacrosse this is the rebound Devin Craven is the goalie the
