How to get 740,000 world of hyatt points

what would you do if you had up to 415,000 high a points I'm going to show you which ones how to get it which are the best cards to get and this is how we're going to do it this is how you break out the Matrix This Is The Life Hack and we're going to get into it so let's go all right all right so the first cards that I'm going to be talking about today is the personal the world of high the credit card on the personal side and on the business side so the plat one it's the personal one and the black one is the business side so there's a little bit time offer right now with the business credit card on the on the business side 75,000 bonus points and the personal 60,000 take advantage of them they both pull from Experian so the way to do it is that you get 30,000 bonus points on the personal side after you spend 3,000 so there's the annual fee of $95 and then you spend $15,000 and you get a 30,000 bonus points that's how you get the the 60,000 bonus points no foreign transaction fees and the Visa signature card the uh on the on the business side is the exact same thing you get 60,000 bonus points after you spend 5,000 on the first three months annual fees is $200 and um you earn additional 15,000 bonus points after you spend $112,000 so right there that you see if it's definitely worth it for you and if you like the world to high at I I will will be doing the Marriott one uh later on in the future but on my last video I showed you with the American Airlines it's a lot of Master cards but you're going to have a combination so you have Master cards and you'll have Visa cards so when you're out there traveling and there's ways of you can do it you can sell your points you can cash out your points you can do a lot of things you can do but this is just the power of watching my channel and what you can do with this information all right so you want to get the business cards before uh the personal cards with Chase because of the 524 rule all right so the next card it's uh the the chase Inc business Preferred Credit Card this one's hard to get before um getting the other in cards but you can if you get it you get 120,000 bonus points after you spent 8,000 on purchases in the first three months after account opening so 8,000 so you have to do your calculation see these cards and you have to be strategic on the way you do it you got to have a strategy so 120,000 bonus points that is a lot right for one card so remember you got 75,000 got 60,000 and you got 120,000 just to be a a card earn uh to to hold the card just to hold the card so there's a $95 annual fee 3x on points uh you can redeem for flexible and Rich rewards 5x on lift rides and this is the good thing about it right U employee cards at no additional cost so if you have employees on your business business or if you want to hire people uh just to for them to hold this card and for them to use it you don't pay for it so that's a really good thing uh really good really good card to have for it there's no foreign transaction fees there's uh travel purchases and coverages they on top of your business with this card weit to redeem it it shows you and there's one point one point per one point transfer so it shows you everything here I'm talking about this video with the travel Partners they got is the world to high at they have the marott bonvoy and they got the IHG I like the world of haatt and the marott I have a good experience with the IHG I didn't like it um that's why I didn't even put a bad review about them I just you know I just didn't don't like them um you know so but then we have all this that I'll be be talking about in the future but the world are high at this is how you get all this so here's another way to get more points look you can earn up to 200,000 points per year just to hold the card by referring business owners you can earn up to 40,000 bonus points for each business that gets approved for any Chase in credit card so that doesn't mean that it just has to be the preferred it could be the unlimited it could be the other ink it could be all any ink and you get 200,000 bonus points so technically speaking you get yourself 320,000 bonus points just getting this card so you tell me is this card worth it or not I was going to keep to the end but I had to get right to it and just let you know why this card is one of the best pulls from experience all right so let's get to the next one the next one is the the sapphire preferred on the personal side and this one is mostly basically the same thing just personal utilization lead leads you to uh utilization hell so I mean but it's good to have it there just to have a quality profile you earn 60,000 bonus points after you spent 4,000 the first 3 months um easy to get just how you do it that's one month of rent in Miami for a two bedroom and a two bath you know I'm just telling you so you get all this stuff you get all these perks no foreign transaction fees you get all these things the partner benefits the travel and purchase coverage uh the chase pay over time you get all that stuff uh read the white paper I just wanted to tell you pulls from Experian just watch out with the 524 I already told you about um how to do it apply for the business cards first before you apply for the personal ones or if it depends on the way you are in your credit Journey right if you want to do the personal do the personal and wait for the business but just know that they do have that 524 and if you don't have a business manager it it it'll be hard to override that right okay so uh get to the next one uh the world of high yeah it's this the personal side uh definitely get that you can only it pulls from experience you can only get two uh Chase cards in the first 90 days right right so um you're going to get automatically denied if you try to get the third one so you have to be smart with it so that's why I said you know if you're going to go for the business go for the business and then go for the personal because the 524 rule meaning that you can only have five cards in the at all with in the first 24 months so you can only have five cards in your credit report for 24 months if you want to get these Chase cards they will automatically deny you so you have to be real smart get the preferred get the world the high at 9 $5 if you like the high at cuz in the next video I am will be talking about the Marriott so you come up you make your decision so you get um nine total points per dollars those are um loyalty points you can get that uh you get the the resort of fee waved uh you get a free night every year uh one through four category category 4 is the best you get the resort fees waved uh no foreign transaction fees um you get the late checkout automatically Discover it so you get like free water late checkout early checkin if possible of upgrades if if possible as a discover for $95 so so you get you got some kind of status right just like with the American Airlines first class business right so this is definitely one of those cars that you need to get remember it pulls from Experian good credit minimum all right next one it's the business one that I was trying telling you earn 75 spend 5,000 you get 60,000 bonus points and then you get uh after you spend 12,000 you'll get 15,000 bonus points which more like One X but whatever you know just get it right just just get it pulls from experience so there's so much experience pools you can get right so you have to um you have to make a decision on which ones you want to get right so you can you know you three pools you get three pools like I showed you with the American Airlines which ones pull from experience so you just have to come up with your decision for the first six months which ones you're going to do all right so um here you can read the white paper the annual fee is 200 bucks and you can um you still get the the status you can right here it tells you you can earn up to 50,000 bonus points you can earn 10,000 bonus points for each business that gets approved so right here I showed you you're basically getting 125,000 bonus points to hold this card so you got your money back get your money's worth no foreign transaction fees and you get business benefits you know this is what I'm talking about look up to $100 in high high statement credits 10 10% Redemption fees high at leverage membership employee cards at no additional cost which is the best which is awesome I love that from that just having that perk so um you can do all this stuff man I wouldn't waste my time definitely um doing the the research here for you and the last card is a personal one it pulls from Equifax it's the build card and I'mma just keep a simple with this one you know it's just a Hidden Gem nobody really talks about it but I'll definitely have this card it's um it's it's branded by WS Fargo so if you you know what WS Fargo is you know the build card is definitely powerful right it's like a sleeping giant but here's the trick with this personal credit card you can refer people for free and you get 2,500 uh points right and you can transfer him to business partners which they have is haad they don't have American Airlines anymore but they still do have the high at and you can transfer 2,000 per increment so you can get up to 100,000 bonus points each calendar year with no annual fee this card right here so I'm just saying with all these referrals you can get it you can even pay your rent with this you can and you can get that right all depends or you could pay your mortgage what ever however you want to do it you got to be creative either some things that I'm not going to be talking about in this video or just talking about personal and
