RANGERS EUROPA LEAGUE REACTION & NEW FORMAT BREAKDOWN! AS TOUGH AS IT GETS?

hello everyone this is c992 and today we're back from the brand new video and sorry I'm actually laughing here because I know every single person who's actually clicked on today's video and saw this topic and saw this talking point on the day of all days is instantly disappointing because I know everybody wants transfers I know everyone wants player profiles and delicious Ranger rumors I get it ladies and gentlemen but there is also a little nugget of information is very vital to our football club and terms in the Europa League so I thought before one over looks and forgets it chasing down every Rangers rumor that's actually out there today I thought let's actually have a look at what directly impacts our football club and discuss it before it gets lost in the old Shuffle as there is some key differences between this Europa League campaign in previous years where we've actually been pretty damn successful so I didn't shoot the messenger ladies and gentlemen but let's talk about Rangers things for what should be the first of many uploads today and I know not many people actually click on today's video because again all the transfer stuff is actually out there but I know there is some people that don't maybe have Twitter they don't have Instagram they didn't play fitball manager they don't know about the new rules and the format changes and how this is a completely different Europa League campaign than we have ever seen they're probably not payid attention to the Champions League draws we wear an in it and for those that did you know how vastly different actually is I mean the psg's Chairman's face said all when his task and his test of the Champions League stage this year has actually been revealed but unfortunately we didn't make it to the Champions League because of a lot of circumstances not only because of red card but because we Wen to good enough to actually be there and I think the way that Kiev was shoved to one side by salsburg probably backs it up no matter what would have happened with the I Brocks game but we are in the Europa League and again that is not something to really look down on because we've had some great memories and great moments there is money to be made and there is some big teams in it as you'll find out if you watch today's video but before we speak about the who we've got in the group and some of the we days that we've got coming up and some of the big teams we've actually going to be playing I want to dive into the new rules and new format so everyone leav today's video hopefully knowing a little bit more about the competition than when they clicked on today's video so I let's get into it as there has been a clear directive to sort of rip up tradition and what's previously happened year after year is it's completely revamped and changed every the traditional format of Home and Away us getting broken into a little group that's what we've got to qualify then we go through it the next and that is all GL there's no more Group after Group after group there is only four manyi leagues if you will but they all directly impact one major league with every single European team in the same competition I know that might sound a bit mental and I'm probably not explaining it well but if you give me the next couple minutes I'll break it down a little bit better than what I just did and it is funny right because I know this has pissed a lot of people off and a lot of people are disappointed in it because you're losing that Home and Away atmosphere you know me we've been in a lot of away games right here on the channel we've shared those experience experiences that's been kind of ripped up you didn't get the same onew punch anymore and there is an argument to be made that you could be doing well in your mini league if you will there's been four different mini leagues you could be doing well in that but still not go anywhere when it's all combined at the end of the group stage and that there is a bit of a sickner but if you think about what it actually is called and what European competitions these are called the Champions League the Europa League this is probably a bit more faithful to the actual name as we are in a league in Europe but for us it's Europa it almost looks perfect and as we've already mentioned a couple times throughout today's video the one two points of the home and a away fixture against the same team is gone you will only play one team from each of your group once and that's already determined who's at home and who's away and that's where we're going to go next we're going to break down where we're going and who we're actually up against and I'm going to grab my notes right here ladies and gentlemen so don't mess this up their first game is going to be Tottenham at home hopefully at I Brooks that would be very very nice we then face a we trip to Old Trafford as we play against Manchester United it's not the easiest start to a Europa League or any European group stage Tottenham and man united it doesn't get much easier from there as we then return back to home as we play Leon again at ibr the difficult away date of Olympiacos then comes up as we all know what Greek can be like on a Chey little away we've got the familiar foes and a familiar fixure in terms of Union s jelan or USG if you actually want to call them and we'll need a similar type of performance the last time we played them at home at at ibr if we're going to be D well right here as we begin giving a difficult test to start off and the word famili there leads me to our next opposition as we move away to play against Malmo a team that's always been associated with Scotland seems to always be in and around us but this time they won't be led by Chola KFC so hopefully we can put them to the actual sworders again you're starting to look at these games now right these have to be three points these need to be wins right here right now and we know how difficult the malos in that can be we know how difficult USG can be we know what happened to them last time we went away but new with this new format you're talking about saying if you want to do anything in Europe now that needs to be a win that needs to be a win or you're actually going home as is the next and last two games we play fcsb at home again at I Brooks before a tricky little away day the last game on the old calendar is a away to nce ladies and gentlemen I can't help but feel like our Europa League group stage or Europa League pop mini league whatever phrasing people want to use these days is almost a perfect summary of where we are how the rebounds went and how the start of the Season went because it almost looks like it's the most difficult route possible and would it be any other way being a Rangers Fan at the start of the Season probably not but that's about as difficult as it gets in my personal opinion as you have two possibly three champion I League level sides if you act in and amongst it n we didn't have the the benefit of taking each of them at I Brooks and maybe getting a good result in doing this now there's some tricky away days there and that is it it's one and done and this is the pressure of this new Europa League actually brings you and because we spoke a lot about these rules and because we spoke a lot about these changes you might be thinking right you've explained this this and this but how the hell do we qualify and how on hell can we possibly get another deep European run because we love European thday and I get it why you're actually saying that and the way actually gets unfolded is again all the Min leagues get combined in one and where the top eight teams combined overall automatically progress into the next round you then have nth to 24th all go through to the next round to play in a knockout tight whether or not they progress into the last 16 of the competition that's right ladies and gentlemen and this com league with all these other teams these four other mini leagues it's all got eight teams in them we need to finish in the top 24th if we want to try and progress in the next ground and give us an opportunity to play in a knockout stage to hopefully have more delicious European nights and mad European memories but you might be thinking to yourself if you didn't then qualify for that let's say you're 25th and you're near the other bottom in the league what happens then where do we go is it the conference League do you go through the basement do you go through to the next competition nah ladies and gentlemen you're out out that's it if you didn't finish in the top 24 overall in terms this new European League you're out and that's it and where I do think there is a level of excitement as it is a bit new is a bit that I do feel like it has lost a little bit of the spot because I loved going to tricky away days right and taking them back I Brook cuz we had the chance to do this your 12th man could have done this our knees have been cut in a way and you can really beat around the bush I think this new format and this new stage and the new rules about being able to take prestigious clubs that might not even qualify for any of these European competitions but they can now say because you heard Prestige we putting you in this clearly this is aimed at the big teams that have a lot of money they spend that can spend this that can do that so they can try and cherry pick and make sure the quote unquote biggest teams in Europe are getting through to the qualifications they didn't want Rangers making a final they didn't even want Frankford making a final ladies and gentlemen now I know that's a swear word right here on the channel but see all that in West Ham not they didn't want anything like that they want to try and make sure it is the quote unquote most valuable biggest teams that they can promote and get there you've seen it we even our run to the Europa League final the next again year when we were in the pot I mean we got less time than some of the teams that never even made at the group stages with the promo packages that's where the money is that's where they want to go and for me that is what this is clearly aimed at as it tries to benefit them because again even if You' have been handed a difficult group like the spars has had and man united had sometimes been handied in group stage because are we bit lower than that well now they've got an opportunity to get through as it's all chucked in and it's all put together and again you're given a much more wider net to try and make sure who's actually getting through so I think the team's like us that's on a limited budget and is obviously punching above their weight in Europe I know that's not nice to say because we absolutely love ranging that but you know the financial and differences and everything that it's just oh there we are well and truly punching well above we waiting we have done for a long time in European football they are chopping us at our knees because that whole atmosphere we've been able to create and really been able to rally and get in the heads has been limited but again ladies and gentlemen this is the rules this is the changes the Underdog's task of making latter stages and qualifying just gets a little bit more harder and again if you want a part of that money they're making you there more jumps and Hoops for it to actually go through so it is an interesting one I have no idea what you're going to be saying in the comment section below I imagine some people's pissed off some people might be excited about being able to play all these different teams as again you're not tied in with three other teams that were playing Home and Away you're now getting eight games so you're getting man united you're getting Tottenham you're getting Leon you're getting Olympiacos M you're getting all these Toms now you're getting to actually play I get it from the excitement point of view but maybe I'm just a bit of a traditionalist ladies and gentlemen I think I'm going to lose the overall Sparky knowing that we've got at least a chance at him versus this this and this we've not really got that right now so honestly I'd be very curious to know what your thoughts and opinions are down in the comments section below as I know this video is is not going to get the same amount of views as Everyone's Watching transfers they're watching this but for those that maybe didn't have social media maybe on the older side or maybe just didn't care about social media that is what you need to know regarding where we are what type of competition is what changes are actually been made and the Hoops that we now need to jump through if we want to get more European actual magic and again it's no the Champions League ladies and gentlemen but how can we have a European Thurday on a Tuesday at Disney even makes sense and I know what European song I like better it's so least that stays despite everything else changing but that's it ladies and gentlemen this might be the first of many times you see me today hopefully it HS well but I want to try and
