Introduction hello my name is Chandra Rogers and I am hard-working loyal a collaborator I communicate well and I like learning I applied for the assistant principal position because I would like the opportunity to work with a team to positively impact more students I want What are your goals for CISD to work with my team to implement strategies to help our students become more successful I want to help my team guys students to levels that they didn't know that they could reach it has been my experience that when we all work together on a campus to reach our goal it ultimately leads to the students success that we're all seeking that we're all looking for with regard to What are the most important elements of building new relationships stakeholders in our school community I believe the most important elements of building new relationships what our stakeholders are carrying collaboration and communication in the past I've experienced that effective communication with all of our stakeholders is essential to creating an environment of trust and built got by in collaborating with our stakeholders to produce the best learning environment possible for our students is essential to their success and when people believe that you care and that you are willing to work with them this creates a buy-in necessary to help our students succeed it helps them to be the best that they can be being selected as an assistant The three leadership qualities I possess principal the three leadership qualities I possess that would really make a difference if I were selected as an assistant principal in Kali is dr collaboration passion and persistence it is so important to work with others to obtain the best ideas and when we do so we would be able to develop strategies to help our students with their individual needs I think that we have to be passionate about doing what's best for students and when we're passionate will be persistent and finding the best solutions and strategies for our kids these are the three qualities that are most important was working for our student success and I want to be a part of a team that is willing to work persistently with others to help our students master the goals that we've set and so that they can be the best that they can possibly be Rita Pearson says that every child deserves a champion and an adult who won't give up on them and who insist that they be the best that they can possibly be thank you for the opportunity to submit this video in the initial screening process for assistant principal positions and Crowley is D and I appreciate your time thank you
