football season is here want to know some of the easiest ways to get to the stadium I'm Bill Riley voice of the UTS and swoop and I want to help you get to the game and back and home safely and easily of course we want to fill the seats but not the streets of parking lots a great way to help is by taking Transit one of the best things about the usth partnership with UTA is that on game day your current game ticket is good for fair this means you can take a UTA bus tracks and front runner just show your game tip to the operator Fair inspector or UTA police if you're coming from the north and you want to skip the freeway traffic you can take front runner down to Salt Lake and get off the Salt Lake Central Station not North Temple why because at Salt Lake Central UTA adds extra buses that leave right from front runner and go directly to the stadium non-stop UTA personnel and high viz vest will be there to direct you to those extra buses but if you're taking front runner from the south end of the valley then you get off at the Murray station why because on Game Day UTA adds extra Redline tracks trains in fact for more than an hour before each and every Utah football game a tracks train leaves from Murray every 8 minutes Redline trains go directly to the stadium so you don't have to transfer but if you're already on a green or blue tracks train then you'll need to transfer at the courthouse station to a red line train to get to the stadium after the game you also have options from the stadium platform you'll get home quicker if you take the first train going in the direction you want even if you need to transfer later you're on a train and you're on your way home but if you don't want to wait for a tracks train to go back to the courthouse then you can take the bus instead UTA will have extra buses waiting on University Street next to the stadium platform those buses that face South will go directly back to the courthouse track station with no stops so if the trains are full you won't have to wait as long again Ask A UTA employee in a high VI vest now if you want to go directly back to front runner at Salt Lake Central with no stops then take the buses that are waiting across the street north of the tracks platform in front of the law building a UTA employee in a high VI vest will tell you where those buses are waiting swoop and I hope you have a great time at the game thank you for supporting Utah football and thank you for riding UTA
