Marcus Opens Up to Jenn About His Fears and Feelings During Unique One-on-One Date in Hawaii

[Music] he's heating up so dude how you how are you feeling about this week you know I think uh this is definitely the most important week so far yeah um I think I have a lot on my heart though I think I have a lot on my mind and there's a lot of answers that I still need a lot of things that I need to figure out sure she definitely said that she's she's falling and I think she's a bit ahead of me right now really yeah okay um I think I spent years just kind of like running from Love and avoiding it and my biggest thing is like I don't want to miss someone incredible sitting right in front of me I'm like Beyond excited to be here in Hawaii and I'm excited to connect with Jen all the time that I've spent with her is wonderful and everything about her I enjoy but as well as things are going with Jen and I like I'm not to the point of being in love yet oh okay there we go there it is I just haven't had that I guess Epiphany yet or that feeling yet and there's no reason why I shouldn't be feeling that way so I'm doing everything that I can do to to get there I think it would be wrong for me to get down on a knee right now with how much uncertainty I have I think that's why this this kind of date coming up is going to be super important yeah I think it's big two like what do you need to to hear or see from Jen that you think will help you yeah I mean I think it's just kind of um I want to see what it is that she sees in me and like maybe kind of peel back the reasons of you know why she's chosen me throughout this this journey you know how much of an inspiration you are right I know that I'm trying seriously you've been through so much you deserve to be happy yeah we're we're trying yeah um you know I have no idea how this is going to to play out but I know that one lesson that I've kind of learned throughout my life is when you're the most afraid yeah that's that's when it's time to lean in and kind of show What You're Made Of so I I'm treating this the the same way well it sounds like there's some things you need to hear and things you need to see before you know for sure that she's the one but I hope you're going to get some answers that you're looking for yeah thank you I realize how lucky I am but the conversations that I want to have with Jenner are definitely necessary you know I'm trying to figure out if like I am in love with her but I'm like lying to myself about it um or if I'm trying to find feelings that just aren't there there's days like so important I need to figure out if she's my person person or is it time for me to to go [Music] home today is my overnight date with Marcus I'm very excited to see Marcus he's been one of my strongest connections since the beginning Marcus and I started off really really great since our second one-1 day together my feelings have really grown and grown and Marcus and I told each other we were falling for each other at hometowns but there is a lingering fear that I might be emotionally further along than he is but I am confident in how I feel and I know how I feel I'm in love with Marquez I've been feeling it for a couple weeks now and my hope is that we pick up right where we left off hey stranger Aloha how are you good you look great thanks so you oh my gosh H how are you that your yeah yeah missed you it's been a while H mhm miss you too I was storting to get no wonder if you were even in still here yeah still here I was like did he go home what you have plan for us today oh any guesses does it involve a a boat potentially yeah no I have a really really special day plantas and it requires the sun to go down and I'm really excited for it okay are you ready to go yeah okay let's go I have a really special date planned for Marcus and I it's a Once in a-lifetime opportunity to and I can't wait marus and I just had this connection and this natural comfortability to [Music] us we have that physical chemistry that Baner I don't even know why you put that stuff on I can look presentable and then you just take it 15 seconds and then okay this is your fault you should start wearing lipstick just borrow it from me yeah I think that's the I going work something out I'm sure M when I'm with him I feel fun and flirty it was so easy to be myself with him and have fun and laugh about anything and everything and I'm just excited to be back in his arms you know I was here when I was 3 years old what well not here I was in just by yourself by myself just wandering the island wandering the island all by myself my dad won a free trip to Hawaii on an internet ad when I was three years old and the whole family when I get the email that's like you want a free trip to Hawaii I'm like never on it immediately delete back in the day those those things were real back in the day that's how they get us welcome back thank you I'm very excited to be back the way that Jen makes me feel was incredible after hometowns I was kind of on a high and I'm feeling really good about Jen and I but I kind of get in my head and I start to doubt a little bit so I just don't want any of my like inner conflict to get in the way of just having an amazing day with her are you an ocean or or a land boy I can pick one yeah probably the land oh I don't know how long I can tread water for I want to be a mermaid you kind of look like one today thank you yeah every time I'm not with her I think I have all these conflictions between my mind and my heart and then when we kind of get into our dates like all that stuff goes out the window and I'm just in the moment having fun with Jen and I feel good when I'm around her hometown's went better than I expected it's been pretty hard for me to kind of picture M how our lives can like fits together and I think that coming away from hometowns like it was a little little sneak peek for for me and me too um everyone was so fun and nice and so like I don't know I felt like really really comfortable with them all which I really appreciate good and I I mean I had a blast I think I was scared that it was going to go so well which is why I was so nervous what do you mean well I don't know I think when you bring family into it all like I know it was going to feel really real um and yeah I just feel like my feelings really grew a lot that day and I was scared of that um but it was a good thing yeah I mean I feel closer now than mhm I have in a really long time mhm um but yeah it's also a bit uh scary could be terrifying yeah absolutely I'm right there with you yeah yeah I'm excited for today though so since the Sun is setting we're going to jump in and go snorkeling with some of the Mana rays and they light up at night they do not they do it's going really cool yeah isn't that crazy that's insane they're down there right now I think so I've never done anything like that oh my gosh I've always wanted to though this is going to be I think it's going to be beautiful getting to have this beautiful experience with Marcus just I don't know it just feels so romantic when we're together it just feels right and we have this unspoken connection almost there's like a certain depth to our relationship [Music] [Music] I feel so much closer with Marquez he has a comforting calm energy he is just there for me he's stable he's grounded he makes me feel at [Music] peace to have Marcus here and be someone that I feel so strongly about and confident about makes me feel really reassured I just hope that tonight our relationship continues to grow even more I can't believe so that's crazy
