Wedding Announcement | We're having a Disney Wedding, But Where?

hello and welcome to the family Bob special video today you're looking very Dapper B oh well thank you I thought I'd dress up for the occasion there's also a couple of hints about what this video might be about why would you dress up for this occasion but oh well it might be a special video see I've got my smart on the out outside outerior I was going to sayi outerior is not real word and then something fun on the inside that you know I may have got it special location that is related to this video I'm not doing there well L but stay tuned because we are going to give you an update about something that is happening in our lives we're having a Disney wedding [Music] [Music] if you watch our latest Vlogs you will know that en you got a special ring on the Disney Dream of which she then instantly started thinking about weddings y didn't you yeah will we had um what 7 hours in the airport before our flight back from uh from Miami so I start working yeah there's uh there's one thing about Ena is she if she gets an idea in her head then that idea that that you know cracks on with so those seven hours in the airport you did quite a lot of work yes yes I did I spoke to photographers I found my wedding dress yeah In fairness you knew which wedding dress you wanted beforehand yes and we may have had some discussions beforehand about what the wedding may be mhm but it was much more cemented by the previous trip yes the having this definitely I know helped out with that but it did change the plans that we kind kind of mhm not not made but discussed yeah that I had dreamed of and Bob was willing to listen to so yes we are going to have a Disney wedding yay but where is that Disney wedding in you well I mean if you've watched any of our videos on our Channel you'll see there's a very recurrent theme he here we are walking on board Disney Fantasy please welcome aboard Bob and Anya you're right Disney Fantasy on to the Disney wish please welcome please welome all B [Applause] and in that we love Disney Cruise Line yeah and but prop osed oh on a Disney ship I did insert sh of me proposing so there was kind of only really one choice so we're going to have a Disney Cruise Line W yay which you can tell we're very excited about well we had a Disney Cruise Line proposal and that was a very good week and everyone on that ship then proceeded to go but are you going to have a Disney cruise on wedding well yes to which I went yes you'd already planned it but you had planned it for slightly different well different time anyway yeah different time um yeah we just we'd initially discussed about it we discussed how we could do a wedding honeymoon yeah kind of thing and then we went on the dream we did in April in April and April April's nice everything was just story oh the weather in April in the Caribbean is just lovely yeah weather is just delightful oh it's like humidity is not I mean it's there but you don't notice it sun is quite pleasant as a little breeze April yeah and for me there was kind of only one location that I wanted to get married and you know having nice weather for it is kind of very important um so we've decided my shirt is a bit of a hint that we're going to get married on Cast Away key hooray cway keys I know there's a time to come I know I'm like wedding April wedding in April in April of 2026 2026 so not the one just coming up the next April after that that would have been oh that's way too quick yeah C ke is amazing and we initially thought about doing it later in the year mhm but the weather in April is just so lovely it was so perfect and yeah it was just so perfect and it just helped cement it and then it will also be the date that we've picked it's like a day or two outside of the date you proposed to me yeah it's pretty close um which is also really nice oh that's sweet but then it goes go into right we've decided we're going to have a Disney Cruise Line wedding so we we had thought that we' planned that we had a look around cway key mhm when we were there yeah and then we got home thinking there's a long time to prepare for this get ready you know some money etc etc well because I am someone who as Bob said once they get an idea in their head they decide gungho we're getting this sorted yeah um which worked out particularly well I had already started having discussions with photographers we had um Zoom calls with them yeah um and i' already kind of started getting an idea of costs and what we wanted and thankfully we' done that but you can't book anything until the Cruisers come out so everyone was like oh yeah we worry about this time because usually um Disney will like release kind of a year out yeah for the following lot of cruises we're like okay we're looking at you know kind of spring early yeah this year beginning of next year with's timeline yeah well we were kind of we were kind of thinking like springtime in 2026 um oh to do the wedding sorry I thought you so we were already going okay cool we won't have the cruises come out until like November December January yeah um and then Disney decided to go forget that and released like a year and a half's worth of cruises in one go and then we were like oh and then we were like have to pay for this oh Lord um so that was a very expensive month of putting down all of the deposits for everything deposit here deposit there um it was also very manic because we were like okay we'll be a bit further on we were thinking that maybe we would go through a um travel agents so that we could make sure we'd get in early for everything coming up and then it just turned into okay things have been announced we have like a week to sort this yeah cuz they it was like we're announcing all the dates you can then start getting them point and because we're now gold though we got we had a few days before the general public but still it was yeah crazy yep it it was so thankfully for us because we'd already started looking into everything and I had been hyper planned um we got our photographer that we wanted fine straight away um I rang up day of as soon as everything released and I spoke to them you also have to book the cruise and then you book The Wedding as like an add-on so you package or something yeah so you can't go oh like is there availability or not on these dates you kind of have to go in and go I want this this is what I want this Cruise um and thankfully the very lovely Disney agent that was on the phone proceeded to go as I rang up because I think she was a bit worried because we'll tell you what ship we're on um that seems to be very popular with Brides um I rang up and I went I want these dates I want this Stater room and I want to book on the wedding package to which she went okay and then proceed to go I have a wedding package for Cast Away key on this cruise is that okay and yes of course it is cuz that's exactly what I want want yeah um because we're going to get married on the Disney wish yeah which is apparently the the wedding one the wedding ship everyone wants to get married in the atrium yeah um we don't we will get married um but having spoken to photographers and people in that Bas they've all said everyone wants the atrium it is nice though it is beautiful which is but it's I mean I don't know we've got that desert island Palam tree sea behind you ship in the background sand everywhere Etc who doesn't love sand Star Wars so yeah we want get man Castle key and I think looks much nicer than the atrium to be fair I think so too but the atrium is a very good backup venue to have that's the thing um so we had a lot of considerations yeah we to think well I went to spreadsh mode yes because we had to look at all giant whiteboards and whiteboards pros and cons etc etc cuz we look all tinies and which ones mostly we went for the one that cost the least but had what we wanted oh it cost the most we end up costing quite yeah it would cost more but it was like I was putting them all on if you want this then this and this and this and this this all the different options wearing them out costs etc etc but the main factor was that you go to CW key on the first day yes and we were between the wish and the dream because the dream really stole our hearts yeah it would have been lovely to get married on the dream it would have been lovely but the dream didn't have the right itinerary it just didn't have the right was last day yeah cuz we want to get on yeah and just go and get married as soon as um one I then don't have to worry about not eating too much and not being able to fit into my dress um it's also a case of jet lag won't have gone away so we'll already be getting up early um which then gives us time to get ready and do all those kind of things and then also I just I don't want to be hanging around waiting to get married it's a funny thing cuz if you yeah if you do it straight away you're on you're straight away you do the wedding then you enjoy yourself you just celebrate their yeah exactly otherwise you're just waiting and waiting and waiting you don't want to wait till the last day to have a fun time which you'd have a fun time before but but it's also then you know most people go and get their pictures and things and you don't want to be getting all your pictures around the ship when you haven't got married yet so we have on the wish mhm the only itinerary that had that was a Ford Knight yes which goes to did uh C first Lighthouse Point second yeah then D and we then added on another three act so it's like a week long cuz it' be fun we want to enjoy this only get married once well second in most cases we only intend to get married once I'm not doing it again and the second Cruise goes to cway and then Lighthouse no or is it just C cway and saso oh yeah yeah correct which was fine for us cuz Cast Away was where we want to go and this way around we get to enjoy Castaway with we won't really get to do much on the day of the wedding but we'll have a second chance to just enjoy Cast Away um which is lovely also it means that we get to have the opportunity to have photos on both Islands yeah so we can do the actual wedding and all the pictures Etc cway key the next day go out and let his point and take the pictures again which is very exciting and was a big plus cuz now we get so many Island photos yeah we do which will be amazing I know cuz it was the other options were like Cast Away in naso yeah and then you get off and they were like you can get off for NASA to get a picture taken in front of the boat which sounds nice but light Lighthouse I imagine will be nicer that's um yeah so it's all very very exciting is there there exciting um we are booked oh we have our dates we booked deposited we have dates it's all there it's all there um so obviously we have other bits and pieces that we need to sort and organize yeah we have to all the bits that you can pick and you can choose and all the things and stuff and weding you bits so this is it if you do it through Disney it basically comes as like a package deal um and then you can just select from their various things mhm um as to what you want where you want to add on bits and pieces and do extras um but yeah so I'm sure that we will do some kind of video we might more seeing what we've uh other plans other parts other things so we can show you that we haven't even looked at the I I certainly haven't I I haven't looked at it either you tried to get cake testing but I don't think we can get that no you can can't do that if you get married on the cruise ship so we could ask on the magic to be like can I we have some cake we just have some cake please please please we're getting married on the wish we have some cake now thanks um so it's all very exciting um yeah yeah very very exciting I didn't have Brier so that's why I put the TR on I didn't know what else to do yeah haven't made them yet no haven't made those yet I have time you've got time okay um okay yeah yeah so I think there'll be some other videos after this with more details about what's what but for now wedding on the wish on Cas Kei in April 2026 can't dance on I don't know how you end this you I'm too excited all right stay tuned for some more wedding chat when I won't be wearing this cuz it's really warm it's too much it's it's hot today this is not going to be the look for Castaway by the way it's not a bad look no I might wear the shirt to be fair you can wear that shirt all you want we have an idea well we know exactly what you're going to wear and it's got all planned out anyway so you want to see what is being planned out um we can go through maybe we'll do another one when we go through the like what happens day on the day that we know about anyway and what our ideas of what will happen and then we'll probably go through another one where we look at all the options yeah there'll be bits and pieces obviously it's incredibly far out um which Disney weddings are even like not aware of they're like this is the furthest out we've booked anything so even there it like could change you know um so yeah I'm sure there will be bits of videos scattered throughout we'll tell you all about it and as we get closer to it and we cost I mean obviously we know some cost but we'll give you the other breakdowns of costs Etc cuz that's one thing you always want to know and no one ever says no no no one ever tells you how much it actually costs but and people want to know I think anyway yeah so we'll we'll tell you that ear ler date but
