hello hello hello how you doing today this is Twan and I am on a gop1 weight loss journey I am on the injection pin we over 2.4 mgram which is the highest dosage I have been on this now for a year and a half and I want to share with you all and show you how to properly give yourself the injection okay so the first thing I do is I take it out of the refrigerator okay I make sure I have my alcohol and my cotton swab okay I've already washed my hands prior to this injection just want to make sure I share that with you all first make sure you clean clean clean clean your hands okay so one of the um sites that I use the most is my lower abdominal area you can also use your arm or your thighs I prefer to use my abdominal area for me I have greater um effects when I use the belly than I do when I use the arm I have not tried my leg I don't want to try my leg but when I did my arm I didn't really feel the effects of the medication as well as I do when I do my abdominal area so what I do is I rotate each week I just go around and I make sure I use a different um location so we're going to go ahead and get started so I am going to go ahead and take the alcohol take my swab make sure I get it on real good like so and then I am going to find the area that I want to clean and inject and I'm going to bring a little closer so you can get a closer look okay I'm going to go ahead and clean this whole entire section right here I want to make sure I get the right area okay then I am going to take the cap off like this and as you can see the clear area here that is where the medication is and the pen is in there you really can't see it that well cuz it's way back in there but it's in there and then I am going to well the needle not the pen the needle is in there it's way back in there then I'm going to go ahead and hold it up against my skin like this make sure you can see it going to hold it up against my skin and then I am going to push it in and you're going to hear a click and then I'm going to keep it press in until you hear the second click and when you hear that second click you also hear little squish sound that's the medication that mean it has went all the way in and what I'm doing I am just continuing to hold it for a few seconds normally you just count till about 10 seconds and then you remove it that prevents it from leaking I did another video showing you all how um it leaked on me one time and I didn't realize that was going to happen I was showing you guys how I do the injection and it just happen to leak so I do have that up so to prevent leakage this is what I do so the yellow shows that all the medication has went into my abdominal area Okay so that is it you guys I have completely given myself the injection and I am going to take the cap and just put it back on like this before I dispose of it into the trash can I just wanted to share with you all how quick and easy it is to give yourself the injection how painless it is to give yourself the injection I know sometimes whenever you think about a needle you know you may get scared you may freak out but trust me nothing to it at all some people say it hurt when you put it in your thigh that's why haven't tried that I just rather just do my belly area and be done with it I hope I hope I hope you all have learned something from that quick tutorial and if you want to see the video of the leakage and what to do to prevent leakages or how to handle when you have a leakage check out my other video on this matter of fact I'm going to put the link in the description box below for you thank you so much for joining of Tan's life have a God blessed day
