Kelowna residents talk upcoming election

[Music] I'm I have no clue what's going on here I really dope politics aren't exactly top of mind for many Colonial residents during the summer months but with the recent collapse of the BC United party as well as the BC general election coming up in 7 weeks Castanet hit the streets to talk to people and see how in tune they are with the political parties running for office well it's e and uh Falcons gone so e and uh r that well I know David eie for the NDP um I can't remember the conservative party member or Leader's name but I know E's uh you know in in power right now and uh I I see a shift in things personally I have no idea for the province no I don't pay too much attention yeah are you you planning on voting i c I certainly am yes the conservative party um is kind of tow along with um Pierre pv's uh tactics and uh is looking to uh lower crime uh get drugs off the street I'm very excited that the central Right is coming together and that we've got a strong voice to take the NDP out of power we need to get people in power that are looking after us and doing the right things and making good decisions and I think it's important that I put my vote in there for the person I think that can do that I've lived long enough to know that it doesn't really matter because they're all going to promise to do this that and the other and they never really fulfill the promises the 2024 BC election is taking place on Saturday October 19th for cight and Colona I'm Ben LAN
