sing this song corruption all day man what is up with the donut and pizza stories did anybody else find all of that information bizarrely irrelevant I mean yeah the family tradition of making pizza to celebrate 21st birthdays makes perfect sense if it was someone's 21st birthday even if it was just a regular birthday nobody was at DN to celebrate that they were all back at the Albert's house and there's even holes in that story because when Carrie spoke with the police that morning looking for John she called it a blizzard party and Sergeant good apparently knew what she was talking about neither of them made any mention of Brian Jr's birthday in fact after pouring through all of the police reports I didn't really see any mention of Brian Jr's birthday that all came up on the stand there was a time in days gone past where I had access to American public records and I would have gone on a mission to find out what Daddy's birthday is but as you all know I had to dump a bunch of subscriptions so that I can continue with my house build so we're not going to be doing that suffice to say Carrie said it was a blizzard party and offs a good agreed and even followed up with something to the effect of maybe he was invited but he couldn't go because he was working added to L's endless hours of did you know it snowed it really did snow that night everybody knows it snowed that night did you know that it snowed that night I mean he really went overboard with the whole it snowed that night when the weather guys didn't actually back that up it didn't snow until the morning even his own footage at midnight showed that it still hadn't started snowing heavily yet but he was pretty adamant it snowed everyone said it snowed so it must have snowed and now that we know that it did snow because of L's insistence that it did we can safely assume that it was a blizzard party weird how some things come back to bite him on the ass eh anyway something that perplexed me throughout the trial was was everybody going on and on about Karen's insistence about going to DNE for pizza because again the inference turns around and bites L on the butt that she didn't actually have murder on the brain she had pizza on the brain but what was the purpose why did everybody want to insist that Karen was going to that pizza store for pizza and not thinking about ways to murder John the thought had crossed my my mind that after a heavy night of drinking drinkers usually aim for some sort of greasy type of food it's just an observation that I have made because I don't drink personally but many of my friends who do drink they'll all be line for a bacon an egg Brey or something equally greasy but the time frame that they're putting this into is while they're all drinking it's not after a night of drinking I'm sure that the inventor of the story which you might all agree with me was probably Jen mccab knew in her mind why she was going to harp on about Karen's alleged insistence about going to DNA and then because she prepped everybody else they all made a big deal about Karen's alleged insistence about going to DNE but what were they getting at what stupid justification did Jen have in her mind for tring everybody to repeat that same line from reading the police reports it's only Jen who ever mentions it and it's not till later not the immediate police report cuz she did like seven different reports apparently but even when she does mention it she doesn't really get to the point what does it mean in the grand scheme of things and if you and I can't work it out how the hell is the jury supposed to work it out if we were to assume it meant something like Karen was up for continuing the party then she already got invited to continue the party back at the Albert's house but then her actions once she got back to the Albert's house was yeah now I got a tummy ache I'm going home and maybe that was the point of making up this story line to somehow discredit that Karen had a belly ache I don't know that they thought Proctor was going to get on the stand and give Karen's Bach story CR inedibility with some of the things that he said imagine thinking that you've got every aspect of this story all sewn up and then all this stuff comes out on the stand that you weren't expecting she must have been shattered their obsessions with food somehow thinking that what they ate and when they ate it gave some sort of credibility to their own stories is really odd from Matt McCabe's cheese snack story to to the weight loss competition to the Obscure loaf of bread in the car story it was all just really really weird but the one that takes the cake pardon the pun for me is the donut story what we do know is that by morning the blizzard had started and nearly every first responder reported that they had to shovel themselves out the weather reports that I've seen indicate that that was probably the case by morning the dash cam footage that we've all seen shows us that that was the case by morning but Julie Albert testified that she jumped in a car and went off to Dunkin Donuts without any mention whatsoever about having to shovel herself out that morning in the police reports it says Julie told us that she was asleep at 455 a.m. on January 29th 2022 when her phone woke her up and it was Jen's missed call and that is how she found out about John D so she missed a call and it was the missed call that somehow told her Jonah died in her own reporting to police Jen said that she checked with Julie Albert to see if John had gone to their house Lord knows what reason but Julie said she missed that call and as I pointed out in my previous videos checking with Julie Albert to see if John had gone to their house was actually a stalling tactic because as Jen explained to Karen that she did not leave John at the waterfall because they were outside Jen McCabe's sister's house after the waterfall I very much doubt that's the way the conversation went down but that's what she reported to the police she very well knew that John did not go to Chris and Julie's house anyway here's a quick recap by Alita regarding Julie's donut not testimony Julie also testified that it's her tradition that when any of her kids or nieces or nephews have a birthday she gets up early goes to Dunkin Donuts and buys a half a dozen donuts for them then she drops them by with a birthday card before they wake up and on the morning of January 29th 2022 she said that it was the birthday of her nephew Brian Albert Jr so she testified that she got up early went to Dunkin Donuts and then at 8:30 a.m. swung by 34 Fairview Road to drop off the gift and while there she says that she was invited into the home where she was greeted by Brian and Nicole Albert as well as Jen and Matt mccab and they were the ones that told her the news about John so which is it Julie you found out because Jen McCabe's M call somehow spoke to you or you found out because you were delivering Donuts in a blizzard to your nephew where you also stated you were going to leave a coffee and donuts sitting in his car in the freaking blizzard cuz you know everyone loves cold coffee for their birthday and that is how you found out that John had died you see what I mean the food stories don't really corroborate anything else that they're trying to tell you they are necessary details that really don't add anything at all to the case against Karen if anything they're so badly thought out that they make cases against themselves anyway what do you think
