I wonder what people fat shame lizo now I mean she lost a lot of weight looking way better I I commend her I salute her and um a lot of people that was doing a lot of fat shaming got got bigger people in their family or they big they damn self but they quit to want to Fat shame her now when she was bigger and certain outfits she was wearing in public was out of pocket I think you should dress how you how your your frame is you know if if you you extra big and certain things that you shouldn't wear because it's not appropriate to other people's eyes but at the same time to keep it real she was confident in her own skin and she felt good about herself whether she was big or not and she made some changes because being severely overweight is not good healthwise it's not about shaming or anything like that it just healthwise is not a good look but people used to just fat shamer like they didn't have people in their family big or they Mama wasn't big they big Mama wasn't big and I just thought that was corny and she was never an ugly female you know in my opinion but um salute the lizo um I heard she had some personality issues I wasn't personally there so I don't know the speculation that she was a little nasty with the attitude and if that's the true then she got to definitely fix that along with the as she's fixing her body type but if it wasn't true then it was just rumors cuz we don't really know just because a person say something don't necessarily mean that's what it is but I salute anybody that want to make themselves better for themselves change the eating habits I personally did it change my I wasn't nowhere as big as her no but when you want to change your your eating habits and you want to do things to um make yourself look better and feel better and be more healthier and you know it's it's a good look so just like people quick to fat shamer and quick to um look down on her when she was a certain size let's big her up and lift her up when she's doing better for herself because all you dudes that was talking trash about her now you probably hit it now because now she just a regular thick female R versus being an obese female so a lot of y'all looking like oh I'll tap that you know you got to keep that same energy man we got to start biging each other up it's easy to bring each other down we all got flaws ain't none of us perfect man you know whether you skinny medium slim and shape you everybody has some type of flaw whether it's a character flaw a physical flaw something you know some of you females look good but got blown out coochie some of you fellas might might be handsome but breath stink or might got character flaws or might got mommy issues or daddy issues whatever either way somebody got something ain't nobody perfect in his world so at the end of the day I salute her for you know she said she got tired of of of being a certain size and she did something about it you know my thing is it's one day at a time you got to treat it like you're a crackhead like you're trying to get off that ready rock you know one day at a time when it comes to weight because changing eating habits is not easy when you've been doing it all your life when you used to eating what you want to eat and all of a sudden you you know you got to change it up you got to drink more water you got to exercise you got to do whatever but when you start seeing the results it's it's a good thing now some people cheat they might take weight loss drugs or whatever it is what it is like you trying to do something if you can lose the weight and keep it off that's where the That's Where It's At so anyway salute the lizo um for her weight loss and salute to anybody else that's that's um Los want to lose weight and better yourself whether you whether you're a black woman a man whoever like you know I salute everybody peace
