today we have an opportunity to celebrate the life of our friend Rob [Music] [Applause] burrow at a place he left so many wonderful memories family friends teammates and supporters we are all hurted but let's all come together this evening to smile remember and be thankful for Rob's time amongst us we all lose special people but it's very rare we lose someone so special to so many Rob showed how to live in love through the most difficult of times he inspired us all and will continue to do so to the bravest and toughest man I have ever met thank you my little friend a very emotional night um especially because leads against Lee was the first home game I brought Rob to and uh he loved every minute and he always used to look for Philly their results as well so I'm glad they're doing so well in Super League he had a fabulous sense of humor and uh he he he used to always go on about different teams and um but I wish you could see this this it were cheeky it but he was it was a lovely lovely lad and I miss him so [Applause] [Music] much yesterday was an emotional day as the lenos HED L during their first match against leopards since his death as the teams emerged at headingly fans in the East stand held up blue and yellow play cards depicting his initials and shot number two giant burners were unfl and one with Bar's image and the other with his coat in a world full of adversity we must dare to dream L Bar's family attended the match his father gave a tearful tribute saying I wish you could have seen this crowd he was a lovely lad and I will miss him so much he was a lovely lovely lad and I miss him so much it was an emotional night especially because LS versus was the first game L attended he loved every minute a video message from Kevin sanfield who is currently in Japan with the England rugby union team was among the tribute shown on the big screens sanfield called B his little friend and the bravest and toughest man he has ever met l b died age 41 earlier this month 4 years after being diagnosed with the m neon disease regarding L Bar's funeral Le Renos and his family are still discussing plans for for the public to pay tribute during the funeral the funeral will take place early this month we send our deepest condolences to his family and request you to give them prayers don't forget to subscribe to our channel for the latest news
