everybody this is Carolyn from moms for justice how you guys doing today I got a lot going on today with um our episode Jocelyn is not here today she is sending her son off to college and uh she gave me permission to say that and that she is packing and getting him all ready for college which is pretty cool so she couldn't be with us tonight so I'm going solo I am not used to this and um it's it's rattled my feathers a little bit because I'm just not even used to seeing the screen this way so um anyway how's everybody Bud doing um I don't even see my chat box up here so that really stinks so let me see if maybe I'm just let me just move something around here and see yeah I don't even see my chat box today so um hopefully you guys can see each other's chats but that is going to be a problem because if I can't see what you're saying I can't communicate with you guys um anyway but what I'm going to do is I'm going to go through um some news with yall I'm probably just going to make it really quick since I'm probably not going to be able to interact with y'all um unless I can figure out where I'm going to be able to see uh any chats that you have and I don't even have my laptop next to me today so um I can't even see them there um okay so the first thing I'm going to do is we're just going to do an update on Wade Wilson his latest developments he's um being sentenced tomorrow so tomorrow is going to be an interesting day um life or death is what they're deciding and um I'd be curious to hear what you all have to say if you think he should get life or death but today there's a news article here um regarding uh his sentencing that is going to take place tomorrow so I'm going to play that for you all right now let's take a listen convicted cave Coral double murderer go to prison for life or be sentenced to to death I'm foxw senior reporter Caitlyn nap and I've been covering this case since it started from the trial to the Penalty phase and beyond that now I'm going to show you how we got to this point and what you can expect during the sentencing are both the state and defense ready for trial this morning yes you're honor yes those words marked the start of what would be a relatively quick trial for Wade Wilson he was accused of killing Christine Melton and Diane Ruiz both of them died on the 7th of October of 2019 both of them had been strangled and both of them before they were forever silenced State Attorneys brought up police officers friends and family of Christine and Diane but also Wilson's dad who gave powerful testimony he just told me you know he did something there was two people gone that would not be back he he said I'm a killer two days in both the state and defense rested their cases with the defense not bringing up any Witnesses during closing arguments the defense tried to convince the jury the killings were not planned which would have taken the death penalty off the table I'm not arguing Insanity I'm not arguing I'm just arguing that the state's claiming premeditation and I'm saying he's whacked out he's just out of his mind Wilson was found guilty on all charges including first-degree murder with the death penalty officially on the table the state argued his crimes were heinous atrocious and cruel he inflicted pain and he showed utter indifference to her life but the defense said Wilson is quote sick and has a quote diseased mind what do youall think about that um that's very well possible and we already know that he a long time ago had a car accident in which he um had some scans done back then that showed that he had some brain damage from the car accident so um it's looking like they want to have some more forensic um examination of him uh before he gets sentenced tomorrow so this the they actually put in for that request a week ago so it's going to be interesting to find out what they um come up with tomorrow during his sentencing because they're supposed to have an MRI done of him by tomorrow so I guess we will find out um but here's the rest of that they brought in doctors to back up the claim there's enough data to support that his his brain um is not functioning like a uh normal healthy individual however the state had its own doctors who contradicted that ultimately the jury recommended Wilson be sentenced to death now the time for the final decision is on Tuesday where the judge will hear from both sides and they will show more evidence ahead of the sentence the defense recently got approval for a CT scan of Wilson's brain based on a previous evaluation by a doctor okay so it's not an MRI which I read today it was an MRI maybe maybe they changed it since then but um according to this newscast it it was a CT scan possibly indicating traumatic brain injury it's not clear what the state will present during what's called a Spencer hearing but what we do know is after the hearing the judge is expected to sentence Wilson Community correspondent Sherie Armstrong and I will be inside the courtroom telling you the judge's decision we will also stream it live and bring you live updates as it happens in studio Caitlyn nap Fox four the Los Angeles in okay so that's that's Wade Wilson um as of right now and we'll be hopefully I'll be able to pop on tomorrow and we'll be able to go over uh what happened in sentencing um so the next thing I want to talk about was Scott Peterson so there's two shows on Scott Peterson right now there's one I think one's on Netflix one's on peacock and there's they say that one is leaning more towards Lacy and the other one is leaning more towards Scott and they're very similar I think the same person they're using the same footage in both but I did watch both and um I watched the one uh that is on peacock it is strictly about more on Scott's side of things um and you know what you know what something that I never noticed before I never noticed before that um I always thought okay there's no way that anybody would be able to in midday light bring a body over to the San Francisco Bay to go fishing and not be seen but I felt so stupid because they pointed out that when he went to the warehouse if he had killed her and brought her body to the warehouse he could have just backed in his truck right into the warehouse where his boat was and then nobody would see and he'd load her in to the boat first which I didn't even think about um and then attach the uh the boat right there where nobody could see it and then drive off um yeah and then that would make sense so if he was at the Berkeley Marina then nobody would really see it because he'd have umbrellas or things like that over top of her so it's just something to consider you know um but definitely watch the two shows because we're going to do another episode on him pretty soon when Jocelyn's back okay Dan marel so we're only three weeks away from Donna adon's trial so that is I'm so excited for Donald adon's trial because I really do think that um there's going to be a lot of new information on Donald adelon and even maybe Wendy that we didn't even know about because I think Georgia kapan the uh prosecution for that case is has got some cards she's holding close to her and she's not letting them all out for people to see so um and that's just speculation you know because it's just she's been so strategic about trying them one by one and it's taken so long I mean nine years is a really long time to uh try all these people but I just hope and pray that Justice for Dan will be done and that this is the way it needs to be done the long way you know so um as far as Dan marel is concerned one of the reasons why I brought him up is because her trials in three weeks but also because we're going to do a review of Charlie adon's trial and we're going to do that on Thursday night so we're going to replay part of his Direct examination and we're also going to play probably most if not all of his cross examination from Georgia Klan and just to review it and to get ready for Donna's trial because I you know and he's he's quite a character you know and he he was found guilty and he's where he belongs but he's definitely an interesting character and I think that there's so much information in his testimony that um just helps to refresh us on the trial that's coming up so yeah but before we do that what I will do is I'm gonna move over to this other little update I have on Donna just to help get you guys here whatever the latest news is on Donna and this was not this was not today or yesterday but this um video newscast it was about a month ago yeah and it was on the testimony and who's who scheduled to test testify one of the key people okay so I'm gonna I'm G to move over with the adelon as a Florida court is asking that one of the Hitmen convicted of murdering Dan marel be moved for the purposes of testifying against Mama Donna adelen Louis Rivera part of that conspiracy to murder the Beloved Florida law professor now you'll recall at one of the trials he testified that he said that Donna's Son charlie ad paid for the hit on his sister's ex-husband and who was to get the money once the the job was done Katie right and did she get the money yes ma'am do you know where she got the money from do you know where she got the money from yeah the people she who are the people the dentist I called them the dentist at that time the dentist like w u Wendy and her brother okay and do you know which one of them actually handed Katie the no absolutely not and you weren't there for that no ma'am now you remember when Donna Adon was arrested last November today marks the 10year anniversary of Dan marquel's murder his family calls him Dany and his family released this statement saying in part quote it has taken a tremendous Collective effort to keep Danny's memory alive and to bring his Killers to Justice goes on to say while nothing will ever repair the hole torn in our hearts when Dan was stolen from us we appreciate all those near and far who have joined our family in Seeking Justice and in keeping Danny's blessed memory alive yeah and you know let me just say that it is so important that we try to highlight the victims more than we do the criminals because um Dan was a human being a father a son and um he had parents that loved him very much and and and the real tragedy in this whole case is that these kids not only didn't get to know their father any more than past three four years old but they will never ever get get to get to know him and on top of that it's sad that the that it bothers me and I will say this with no problem even though she has never been um arrested or indicted but she was very vocal and outspoken about the fact that she took those boys last name away from them you know and I think that is a travesty of Justice and um they should carry on their dad's name you know and it's such a slap in the face to his family it really is um so I think whenever I hear a statement from from the parents my heart just goes out to them um you know being a mother myself I cannot imagine what they're going through I just can't um okay our hearts go out to the mark family now let's talk about what's ahead for defendant Donna adelon I want to bring in Celebrity attorney and law professor Randy Kessler standing by for us this morning good to see you my friend uh and you know this has just taken such a Herculean effort for these prosecutors to get these defendants one by one they kind of had to start with the the loow hanging fruits so to speak going after the Hitman and then working their way up to who financed the job uh Randy tell me what you're thinking as we're approaching trial I mean we're looking at September 9th prosecution already sending out subpoena seems like they're ready to go doesn't it yeah and I'm starting to feel better for the victim's family you never want to feel good for the victim's family because what they went through was horrible and you're never going to reconcile what happened but the more people you can put away the more blame you can expose to the public the more you can keep other people from even thinking hey if I did something like this I could get away with it this is all just it's it's great stuff and the coverage is great the publicity is great so that everyone knows don't even think things like this you shouldn't think things like this you shouldn't speak about doing things like this and you definitely shouldn't do things like this the Hitmen may not be the best Witnesses in the world may not be the most credible but boy they were there they were in the mix they are eyewitnesses they are they're going to be credible you're absolutely right Randy preach my friend I I have a clip here of Lis Rivera testifying about the shooting uh the shooting of Professor Danny marel as he was in his driveway totally unsuspecting the place where we know we should feel safest in the world right our our own home let's listen back to some of what he told the jury first year jumped out and shot him how many times twice where was he standing when he fired the shots right um right in front of the driver's side right by the driver did you see what the victim did during this attack he put his hands up how was it decided that Mr Garcia would end up being the shooter instead of the original plan which was for you to do it I was I was driving I ain't had no time he jumped out and did it he had the gun the whole time all right so either one of you were willing to do it when whoever wasn't okay just so you guys all know I can see your Chats on my phone at least okay but anyway um let me just real quick just stop and say hello to you guys [Laughter] hi hey Sue kremeland who's on drugs I know right he certainly was um he's a total psycho Wade Wilson I'm just catching up real quick uh a little late but here I am hi Anna thank you so much that's an interesting name KL land um um but I'm so glad you found us as well Donna is Donald adelen um she is got a big trial in three weeks and I can tell you real quick before I continue if there's anybody listening just so you just so you guys know um Dan marel this is about Donna to answer your question um Donna Aden is the mother of Wendy adelen okay so there was an FSU law profess Professor named Dan Marquel he was shot and killed in tallah in his driveway um he had a bitter custody battle going on with his ex-wife Wendy and the investigation revealed that sigfredo Garcia and Louis Rivera were hired by Wendy's brother Charlie adelen to uh basically kill him um and so that Wendy could relocate with her children to South Florida to be with her mom Donna I hope you could kind of understand all that it's a complicated case look it up um Garcia received a life sentence Rivera cooperated for a reduced sentence and and Katherine magbanua which was the girlfriend of Charlie adelen um she's also been found guilty and is in jail um Charlie adelon the brother was recently tried and found guilty and now Donna his mother is going to uh go on trial in three weeks so that's who Donna is just so you know I hope hope you got all that okay so I'm going to get continue a little bit more of this cover here driving when the opportunity arose maybe but it was it was really his job job so he took he did he did it you mean he why was it his job he's the one that was getting paid but he knew about the whole thing well you were getting paid too right yeah but I but he secured the job yes ma'am secured it as you know Randy through Catherine MC benowa who was dating Charlie working for the business and the person who stood to benefit the most Wendy still hasn't been charged um Randy I'm curious do you think we're going to learn any new information in the trial against Donna I feel like we know the story so well but um as this case has progressed incrementally we learn more in more stunning details your thoughts please we're not going to learn less right they say sunlight is the best disinfectant and I think we're going to hear some things and who knows I'm not there I don't know what the Witnesses are going to say but I'll tell you as I watched that video that that that phrase bone chilling just that someone could sit there and talk nonchalant about a murder uh where they were present they were part they were the ones doing it and orchestrating it just yeah well he talks nonchalant because he is the head or you know of of the what the Latin Kings I think is the name of the gang he was in I mean this guy is a you know a criminal all all across and that's why he's so cold and and that is why Charlie needed somebody like him to go down this to uh or go up should I say to Tallahassee to go ahead and murder Dan marel so that his sister Wendy could come down south and with her children and make his mother Donna happy cuz that was what Donna wanted that was what Donna wanted crazy um I think we're going to hear more is it going to be good evidence is it going to be credible evidence is it going to be just another is it going to be a wild goose chase so far everything has seemed to pan out for the prosecution in this case unlike some that we've recently seen uh being covered so I think there's more to come I think we're going to see some stuff come out that nobody expected I'm with you Randy I just have a feeling I just have a feeling that it's everything is going to start getting really nasty you know amongst the family members you know because we know Wendy's been a witness and uh mamad Donna I think she never thought she would be in this position let's roll a clip from her now this is where she's getting arrested just as she and Harvey were about to board that international flight and try to save uh save themselves from any prosecution you have [Applause] give it oh she was stunned there wasn't she Randy uh you know you see a lot uh family law is the area that you practice you're very well known you do so many high-profile cases uh you certainly can speak to the dangers there are when when there's dissension among a family and there was so much animosity with this divorce and the child custody battle um I bet this isn't all that stunning uh to you Randy would you talk to us please about some of what you see unfortunately it's not I can't tell you Julie how many times people say well maybe I shouldn't get a divorce maybe I should go find a different kind of laer you know hey Misha sorry I'm pausing it hi Misha how are you um okay let me just yes this case is absolutely crazy you've got to read about it and this case coming up in three weeks is going to be a doozy let me tell you this woman is I don't know how old she is definitely like in her 70s I think and um I I can get her age for you if I need to but I'm pretty sure she's in her 70s um she's been sitting in jail and um unfortunately um she was just this really overpowering um mother that just had wanted all this control over her kids' lives and and what they were supposed to do with their own children and in their marriages and all all sorts of stuff um and there's a lot of phone calls um with her on there um there's her signing check checks to pay for the uh Hitman well essentially paying for the Hitman because she's paying Katherine mbanow so she was writing checks to kathern mbanow who was the girlfriend of one of the Hitmen so there's a lot of evidence against her and um that's coming up again you know innocent until proven guilty but we've we've all heard a lot of really damning evidence in some of the other cases um if Wendy was involved and knew do not think the mother will call her out because the KY kids need her mother I totally agree with her agree with you and you know what else is that they um it it it's possible and Joselyn and I have spoken about this that that if Wendy is completely innocent in this whole thing it would make sense that Charlie and Donna would conspire to do this and say let's keep Wendy out of it let's keep her out of it because you know what those kids are going to need a mother you know what I mean hi Misha all right let me play a little bit more and then I'm going to move on to the next little defense lure and that could just you know end the whole thing and people say it half jokingly usually 100% joking if I think there're serious I've got a real issue who do I contact but the thought is there the the concept is there are there other ways to solve this you know and lawyers are expensive and the process is not always just and people are scared of going to court in divorce and custody situations and they think they can handle it and manage everything the way this family apparently did by you know orchestrating this this horrible murder and then custody would fall into the lap and the parenting time and the move would all happen it it just doesn't work don't even think about it there's no way it ever pays off what goes around comes around and I'm a big fan of the idea that the system does work there's a lot in the Press about you know our system doesn't work our system does work you just got to stick with it you got to persevere and this is a good example of how taking your time devoting resources gets the system to work and the people that should be held accountable ultimately are maybe not soon enough but it looks like it's heading in the right direction ah Professor Randy Kesler you are so right about that it's taken a long time for this family to see justice but year by year they do okay so that's that so um I'm really getting excited are you guys all getting excited for that case I know Joselyn is right girl are you listening Joselyn I think I think she's got us on while she's packing um so she's got to get her kid out to college right Misha right colleges next year possibly who knows um okay so the next thing I want to cover um let me go back to full screen here the next thing I want to um go over is okay guys there's a show on peacock about a guy named Nicholas Rossy okay this guy is nuts like we were watching this show last night and we binged it and went straight on through to the end and I could not believe what this guy did like his name is Nicholas Rossi but he's also known as and I can't pronounce the other name but he's got many aliases Nicholas ATI something warp whatever I can't even say it also known as Arthur Knight in the UK but anyway he's originally from Rhode Island and he he I'm you know I'm just going to play you a little tiny bit about him that explains the storyline because the way this documentary showed it to us they were do like starting out like 2 2020 and then going back to as early as I think 2008 um to show oh you know that case too well let me tell you it is crazy it is so crazy and it just every every like 15 minutes there was something more and it just got worse and worse and worse but anyway here is a video of it wait hold on let me pause it and start it over hold on I'm going to move it over for you here check this out guys this guy like makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up this is Nicholas Rossy or is it this guy claimed he isn't but faces being extradited to the US on rape charges confused let me explain see Nicholas Rossy has gone under multiple aliases throughout his life raised in Rhode Island his TR trouble childhood saw him end up in the care system where he claims he was abused fast forward to the crazy story that is um I was attacked by Nick rasi in 2008 he sexually assaulted a woman in Ohio of which he was convicted for 2008 he was put on the sex offenders database and his DNA was later linked to a string of other rape reports but it wasn't as straightforward as the police calling him in Rossy was apparently dead his friends say that in 2019 Rossy claimed CLA he had cancer around the time the police were after him for these charges he later allegedly died February 29th 2020 there was even an obituary on his website seemingly written by himself however over in London that's where someone called Nicholas Brown was a former Irish orphan who had a very odd accent hi I'm alanite and this is my wife around the night doctor's records show that during his time in the UK his name changed a couple of times becoming Nicholas Knight Brown for a while then Arthur Winston Knight Brown eventually just sticking with Arthur Knight which he claims to be to this day when a photo of Arthur was shown to one of the victims she claimed that was Rossy police in Utah the UK and the FBI are looking to prosecute him on rape charges and for defrauding his foster parents he was confirmed as Nicholas Rossy by a sheriff down to the obvious resemblance DNA and his tattoos Arthur and his wife protested his innocence saying it was just a case of mistaken identity and the court case to prove this was just as bizarre Knight claimed he was tattooed while he was in a coma in hospital accusing someone of trying to frame him as Rossy today Rossy AKA Arthur was accused of Faking his own death and now he can be extradited to the US to face the charges all right did you hear all that did you hear all that y'all um that is just just a small tiny tiny bit about the story but you know one of the things that we were like um flabbergasted over is that you know when he was young he had all these tattoos everywhere all over his body and then um he changes his identity and then then runs and goes to the UK and hides out and he's like with this woman Miranda and uh he marries this woman Miranda who stands by his side and everything and then he starts you know obviously put on some weight and then he's wearing this um oxygen mask he's got a tank attached to him so you know he's always like this so you can't see him that well and he wears like these weird like peaky Blinder style thre piece suits and and hats and things like that and at one point they're like I know that this guy is really Nicholas Rossy running you know he ran and changed his name so they keep asking him to uh show if he's got any of those tattoos and he's pulling up his sleeve like all weird and there's nothing there nothing and they're like okay how can it not be him you know um but I'm wondering I'm just going to wait because we're going to do an episode on it so but go ahead and watch the documentary and then when we're all come back together we can you know chat about everything that we watched so okay the next thing I want to go over is we I definitely want to do a case that is not a murder but it is um a case about negligence um and it involves a huge disaster that happened back in 2016 I believe it was yep no 2015 um and it is um I know a lot about this case um and I remember reading about it and I've read two books on it there are two books out there that you can get on Amazon um about it it's called The the SSL Pharaoh it's a cargo ship that sunk um into the Atlantic Ocean uh during Hurricane walking um and it is a compelling story and it 33 people 33 people were on board including the captain and they all died so here's a tiny little thing about that um and then when me and Joselyn can plan a little better on when we're going to do that that episode I'm really excited to bring that episode to you so um here's a little bit about the AL far Hurricane Alley in the North Atlantic is famous for its storms and right now the crew of the 790 ft container ship elaro has already changed course to avoid a big one tropical storm Wen alaro is about halfway into a 2 and 1/2 day weekly run from Jacksonville Florida to sanan Puerto Rico but by 1: in the morning they're hitting the edges of the storm then it gets worse please be advised hurricane wa has been upgraded to a category 3 storm in less than 24 hours Wen has grown from a category 1 to a powerful Category 3 hurricane near its center it's producing sustain Winds of 115 mph oh my God at 400 a.m. Chief mate Steve Schultz is standing watch on the bridge and AEL Seaman Frank ham is at the helm down in the engine room alarms are going off damn it I think we just lost the plan at the worst possible time the ship's main engine sputters and shuts down the engineers need to restore the oil pressure if they are to have any hope of restarting the engine without power alaro is at the mercy of the Hurricane's enormous waves the situation is critical with a dead ship in a violent storm starting the engine is their only hope to survive no matter what they do the engineers can't get the engine back online line alaro could capsize any moment the captain has no choice but to activate the automated Mayday signal all right let's push the button distress button's been activated it's the last signal ever received from alaro bring the abandoned ship you okay yeah you good there you go Focus go go [Music] go all right so that is uh that is quite Theory story and there is a lot to it and I will wait for Joselyn on that one as well um there's a lot of detail and there's a full transcript of all the calls um that were uh actually they're not calls it's a black box that recorded all the conversation in uh the main uh where the uh Helm is where they steer the boat and um it is uh really really compelling to find out how things went down uh weather report were coming in some were delayed um they they come in on this machine and they also can get it through the internet as well and one is always more delayed than the other um and I'll get into the details of that um and then the actions of the captain that was on the boat um are pretty interesting so we will get into that as well okay um so listen I let me talk to you guys first so um Misha says is and I'm assuming she's talking about which case typical sexual victim and then abuser Behavior who changes your name okay so you're talking about the aelon there I know just total disrespect for the dad right I mean you just don't do that you honor him um even though you're not married to him anymore those are his children and they should have a right to carry that name and she took that away from them um so it should be be their their choice why is this so much harder to watch which one which is harder to watch I'm curious and guys when I'm done and I'm almost done I was just going to go over a few more things um uh you know get some questions ready for me so I can answer for you that would be really awesome and we can even go back if you want to like ask a question about Wade Wilson you want to talk about something with Scott Peterson just uh mention it to me um okay so there are two Miss people in Tennessee where I live and I wanted to talk about them because um they're minors and they're still missing and I just want to get their face out there if I can do any any kind of good and and helping out with that but um the first one is Sebastian Rogers and he's from Hendersonville Tennessee and um wait hold on a second give me one second all right I just want to mute that real quick because I don't want that to play over top of what I'm saying okay so the first one is Sebastian Rogers he's an autistic boy out of Hendersonville Tennessee and he was um well I'll just let I'll just play this clip for you because I don't want to talk too much because that's for me and Jocelyn to do together but um oh the butt one the boat one it hit it hit harder oh you know before I say anything there's something about the ocean for me that is really dark and maybe that's because I grew up with a family that um um my father loved boats and um I grew up on a boat like that's where I was all the time on the weekends um we go out to the ocean and we would have rocky water and he had like a 36 foot what was the name of that boat 36 pacemaker he had a 36 foot pacemaker growing up and um we would go out there and you know things would happen out there you know thunderstorms would happen out there and it'd be some crazy weather and bad bad waves and all that and there's just something eerie and so scary to me about sinking into the ocean how dark it is there's no light and you're you're there and no one can ever find you isn't that like the most eeriest thing um reminds me of The Perfect Storm yeah kind of like that and you know what there are videos that I can play for you when we do that episode um and I'll find I'll find a video that has waves that are exactly the same height as what the Laro ship was going through and I I just think this is going to be such a I don't know it's just riveting for me for some people uh the ocean is not scary to them but to me it is it's just dark and just to think that there's somebody down at the bottom there were people like buried in our ocean and um it is just super super scary you know so yeah reminds me of The Perfect Storm yep the boat one hit you harder yeah there's something about it that really gets me too okay so Sebastian Rogers I'm going to play um a little bit about him um he is right this poor kid okay watch this guys oh let me unmute it but Sebastian was gone she searched the house and he was nowhere to be found Sebastian's stepdad Chris proudfoot was not home and Sebastian's father Seth Rogers was at work about 45 minutes away police responded and began trying to figure out what happened that was February 26th 2024 and as the days weeks and months have passed still no sign of Sebastian no sign of Foul Play and no answers about what happened did someone harm Sebastian or did he just walk away we're searching for answers as we investigate the mysterious disappearance of Sebastian Rogers from the beginning this case has not made a lot of sense because of the lack of evidence the lack of leads I want you to take a look though at the original Amber Alert in this case because I think it's significant the Amber Alert went out issued on behalf of the suar county sheriff's off office for Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers Sebastian is a 15-year-old white male 5 foot five tall 120 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes Sebastian was last seen on February 26th 2024 in the area of Stafford Court in Hendersonville Tennessee February 206 that's the last time he has been seen so what's going on right now you know we we profile missing children all the time every night so my question right now is is anyone anyone still searching for Sebastian let me bring in my special guest someone I know is still searching Sebastian's father Seth Rogers is with us and also joining us the Rogers family spokesperson Tony matthys thank you both for being here um appreciate uh the opportunity to speak with you and the opportunity to speak about Sebastian uh Seth let me begin with you is anyone still searching for your missing son all right wait just to give you guys a little context um when Sebastian went missing he lived with his mother and a stepfather and then the man you're seeing on the left hand side of the screen is his real father um there are so many people that are um you know trying to come up with all these theories and and blaming the parents and nobody knows nobody knows anything um at one point there was some video footage of uh what looked like a flashlight in the woods behind his house and they thought that that was the moment where he was being taken um he also didn't go outside without his shoes on um and that was uh an important piece of evidence for them because they they thought there's no way he would ever go outside barefoot and he had the shoes he always wears wore were in the house um so those just a little bit of cont text there um he has not been seen since and there has been a lot of uh search parties but they have you know it's dwindled because they were never able to find them um and there is a heavy presence here in Tennessee where they're trying to get more search parties going to try to find this guy um he is so sweet he looks so sweet and um I just I really hope that they could you know find them soon um and then GI some peace to this family because nobody knows really who's involved with it at all um all right I'll play a little bit more and then I'm going to talk about one other child I am I have a private investigator that's still working on it she conducts her searches in private she has her own volunteer base we're not going to stop until we find it of course let let me ask you this Seth outside of what you are doing is this search still active let's talk about law enforcement from my understanding law enforcement is still searching they're doing it privately as well that's good to know they're checking in on tips when they come in if we get tips we pass them on to them same time we get them and how is that part going with with tips are are are are people still providing information when they come across things and and what are your thoughts about we still get information I mean we still get emails every day we have a tip site that is up I Pi put that up it's a valid tip site for anybody who wants to eat email or call wants to be anonymous or whatnot look how sweet he is if anybody is watching this now or watches this after we're done live streaming and the video stays up just look at that face just keep a look out especially if you're in the Tennessee area or even surrounding states of Tennessee because you just never know you know what I mean and you know Anna you mentioned trafficking you know it's a problem in our country so who knows where he could be you know and but if something happened to him and he's no longer with us I just hope for the family's sake that they are able to bring him home so they can have a proper burial you know um so just keep an eye out just try to remember this face he's so adorable and um everybody here has been praying in Tennessee to try to find him um the other one is from Tennessee also Hawkins County um her name is Summer Wells and she she was she disappeared three years ago um she is also absolutely adorable let me pull a little clip for you up of her if you guys have any questions about Sebastian um you know go ahead and ask away or you know something about Sebastian or you know anyone's looking in your area for Sebastian that would would be really really helpful if we could all like spread the word about it okay so summer Wells here you guys go oh no that's not summer Wells that's Matthew Perry By the way Matthew Perry do you know he's being uh he's got five people invest being investigated for his death I don't know if anybody knew that but all I'll play this and then I'll talk to you about Matthew Perry girl disappeared from her Hawkins County Home never to be seen again TBI investigators say the search for summer Wells is still active and they refuse to call the case cold in tonight's appach and unsolved tin news anchor Britney Bailey talks to Summer's father and looks into why the search efforts so far have come up empty it's the face that launched a thousand tips searches social media posts conspiracy series and one big question what happened to Summer Wells she could be being tormented every day tortured every day she could be locked in a basement with chains she could be going rounds with drug dealers there's all kinds of things but there is a small bit of hope that she could be with possibly someone who cares about her we don't know these are the thoughts that run through the mind of Summer's father donells he says in the years since his daughter disappeared he's been treated like everything from a grieving father to a prime suspect we don't pay no attention to them because they they have no idea we just we we can't go there because that's just a waste of time so you can say you had nothing to do with your daughter's I absolutely can a lot of times in our misery at night when we can't sleep you know we'd befriend somebody on Facebook and we'd talk back and forth and then they'd come out and say where's your daughter we know you had something to do with it it would just rip your heart out more than it's already ripped out many people have speculated what they think has happened in this case the the difficult part of speculation is that if we as investigators speculate and focus our efforts in one direction we're making a huge mistake TBI investigators say they have to explore all possibilities from Summer wandering away to her being kidnapped we look for children when most people AR um and and this case is one that we've just not been able to overcome and it's [Music] troubling this case has been troubling for nearly everyone who has followed it including many who didn't even know summer personally I've got little blonde head blue-eyed babies too yeah it's hard it's hard to like see her and know that it could have been mine I mean it could be anybody's Adrien Kelly is from Ohio but when Summer's story started spreading on oh boy Enrique what you just said we're going to talk about that in two seconds don't go anywhere dying to hear about that line she joined others from across the country in becoming deeply invested in Summer's disappearance the only thing that we can do is keep sharing her picture and someone will know something and someone will eventually report it I have to hold that hope that hope has been simmering for more than 3 years now summer disappeared from her home on Ben Hill Road in the beach Creek community of Hawkins County around 6:30 p.m. on June 15th 21 authorities set off on an exhaustive search lasting late into the night and just after midnight on June 16th the TBI issued an endangered child alert around 12 hours later that was upgraded to an amber alert which is still active today in the days that followed Crews searched more than 3,000 Acres using helicopters planes drones and scent tracking dogs then in June of 2023 2 years after summer went missing the TBI released an enhanced age progression photo of what summer might look like check that out cuz she's not going to look like the other picture anymore I mean she's about eight years old now you know and I don't know it just makes you want to um go look for her like right now right I mean I live in this state I would totally be up for being a part of a search party um unfortunately her parents have taken a lot of heat they've been blamed and there's no proof of anything at all and all I know is that they took her swimming in the creek and they got back to their house and she went to go play in a certain part of the house that had several that had like kind of a weird door that went out the back door and that's it the uh her brothers were playing like a video game and they said oh she was just here playing and then she went out a door and never to be seen again um and of course people attack the parents and there's absolutely not a shred of evidence that they did anything wrong they're basing their opinions on them thinking that they're just not good people so you know I'll keep an eye on the case and see if they ever come up with any kind of evidence about anybody but as of right now there really is no evidence um so okay I'm GNA move on one more I'm going to talk about Matthew Perry um famous guy from friends um you guys remember him right A lot of people love that show let me RND this here okay andler and the legendary sitcom Friends but Perry's rise to fame did not come without a price he struggled mightily with addiction both during the filming of friends and afterwards Matthew spoke publicly about his battles and wrote about it in his 2022 Memoir friends lovers and the big terrible thing fans were heartbroken when Perry died in his hot tub in 2023 at the age of 54 his cause of death the acute effects of the drug ketamine after his death everyone wondered where did Perry get the drugs that killed him and today Federal prosecutors say they know the answer and have arrested five people including Perry's assistant a doctor and a North Hollywood woman known as the ketamine Queen tonight we will tell you the story of how Matthew Perry was killed I'm V politic I won't play the rest that's just a a little update but yeah I mean there are five people being charged I mean who would have thought that was going to happen everybody just assumed that he was a drug user took too much went in his hot tub and whatever you know had a heart attack and and and died this is wild they arrested people who were involved right uh which one you refering to yeah five people we've got Matthew Perry's as personal assistant an acquaintance two medical doctors and the ketamine Queen Somebody very known in Florida I mean not Florida Hollywood sorry I've got adelon on my mind um somebody in Hollywood that is known to be the ketamine Queen there's no name for the person yet but um also supplied Perry with a large amount of ketamine and text message how much the former friend star would be willing to pay so there was good so you know what this reminds me of it reminds me of the Michael Jackson case so the Michael Jackson case you know he hired a doctor to take care of him but one of the you know job descriptions for Michael Jackson was that you were going to give him what he want wanted and he wanted Pro propa fall Pro propa fall I think it's how you say it um oh she said Michael Jackson first haha okay there you go all right I'm gonna have to read go back and read that comment but that is wild yes um so yeah Michael Jackson that's another case I wouldn't mind recovering because um he hired somebody and I heard that he didn't hear I mean I I heard the testimony in court that um if you weren't willing to do what he wanted and it was you know against your ethics as a doctor then you weren't going to get hired so the guy he hired um basically was giving him infusions of proall proa Paul I'm saying it wrong I don't I just look it up real quick because I don't want to say that word wrong anymore H propa fall yeah propa fall so I kind of had it right um he was giving it to him at night and that is a drug that's only used to knock you out for surgery you you you can't just get that over the you know with a prescription and go down to the pharmacy and and go get yourself some some propop fall it's only used for anesthesia so he needed a doctor because he felt he was just not getting rest that would give him an infusion of it along with uh uh the anti anxiety drug uh Xanax as well and he was supposed to be watching him and he was on the phone with some girl and basically Michael went into cardiac arrest so that is very similar because Matthew Perry was basically obviously in text messages um and going back and forth with the with doctors saying how much you willing to pay for ketamine so I guess it remains to be seen what's going to come out what what is the evidence going to be um and we will certainly visit that I'm sure there's going to be a big trial for Matthew Perry so so that's really it today so before I go does anybody have any questions about any of the cases that I brought up um I can try to answer them for you I still have to do yeah good one to look into is Michael Jackson's Neverland with the kids that's a good one yes um leaving leaving Neverland with the with the two guys right Wade Robson and I don't remember the other guy's name let me look it up Wade Robson that is a good one to look into and you know I've watched um a lot of documentar on Michael Jackson including those there's two of them there's leaving Neverland and another one that's like a spin-off of it and my mind has changed over and over again about Michael Jackson and you know what do you guys all think about Michael Jackson I mean everybody has a different opinion about him um there's I'm I'm I'm half and half okay Wade Rob and it is by the way he was the choreographer for Britney Spears Wade Robson why am I not getting this guy's name oh James safe chuk James safe chuk okay Enrique that's why Joselyn disclosed that her boss is friends with Harvey adelen Joselyn if you're listening right now why didn't you call me because I'm like what so oh so she told you that and didn't tell me that's okay um wow so you know Harvey Aden is like there's like nothing on him like there's no evidence on him that I know of um the only thing you can say is is how how would he not know what was going on in his own family I he's married to Donna still you know and he was with her at the airport when she was trying to take off and go to Vietnam so he has to know something right um but I would love to talk to anybody that knew the adelon well you know uh any signs of what was to come you know um even but more importantly actually like friends of Dan marel you know or uh friends of of the marel family that would be interesting to hear from them I would love to know what what Wendy was like as a daughter-in-law and what was Donna like as uh Dan's mother-in-law you know we only know so many things from The Trial so yeah Jocelyn's entire thing sounds like the defense talking points meaning like she's defending Wendy she does defend Wendy and you know what I can't say anything more about Wendy because you know what she has not been arrested and she hasn't been tried for anything I can only tell you what I think or what my hunch is but she has not been arrested for anything and if they have have something she'll be after Donna I'm sure you know hi Mom all I see is the you got to type something else I wish Joselyn would say something I think she's listening right now but okay so if that is all then I'm going to probably just close it out right now now um but I'm really really interested to hear which case you guys are excited for the most that would be really awesome um we're going to do let me just remind you all that we're going to do Charlie on uh Thursday to that we you know we can think and say our opinions but we don't know until they're arrested and the evidence comes out but yeah there's a couple things that have bothered me about it Michael
