well well well well well I said it somebody did it I don't think they was listening to me but I said it somebody did it a petition for the recall the of the entire city Commission of Springfield Ohio has been filed or in the process of being filed pursuant to section 59 of the charter of the City of Springfield Ohio we the undersigned have subscribed our signatures on a variety of separate parts of this petition uh when aggregated to constitute at least 500 resents residents of the city who are duly registered to vote in Municipal elections hereby submit our petitioner recall and remove the entire membership of Springfield City commission namely Mayor Rob Rue assistant mayor David estrop and Commissioners Crystal Brown Bridget Hudson and Tracy tat the grounds for seeking recall and removal of the entire membership of committees Commission is as follow the current members of the commission have breached their public responsibilities the commission has created an untenable housing crisis by purposely abandoning prior practices for the consistent code enforcement the commission has permitted unscrupulous landlords to PR to proliferate unsafe tenements which have caused their occum to occupants to live in substandard conditions have created substantial occupational hazards for Public Safety officers who are dispatched to such tenaments and cause long-term residents to be squeezed out of the local housing market the commission has failed to maintain adequate Police Department several years ago the city voters impose on themselves a special real estate tax levy to employ an additional 24 police officers the use of the tax levy funds was limited by the charter to employing and retaining an additional police uh additional police officers instead of employing the additional 24 police officers the Commissioners have spent the restricted funds for the purpose other than the intended police officer compensation the Commissioners have caused the city's Police Department to be under staff thereby impairing the ability of the police to promptly respond to Residents calls to regular enforcement traffic stops and other laws thus undermining the order of and peace of the peace within the city bravo bravo what an excellent approach they took now you can't sit there and say yeah we want to we want to recall you because you let these migrants you just can't see it it probably technically against the city Charter but boy did they go in and look at this Charter and find exactly what they needed and I think this is genius watch this point two the commission has permitted unscrupulous landlords to proliferate unsafe tenaments which have caused their occupants which is the illegals to live in substandard conditions when I tell you this point right here is genius this point is genius because what they're saying is all these slum Lords that y'all are allowing to just rent out property to anybody that's not in repairable and safe conditions is violation of the charter they have created substantial occupational hazards for Public Safety officers who are dispatched to such tenements and cause long-term residents to be squeezed out of the local housing market wow so in point two they pulling the police officers now this clearly tells me that there is a division between this board or the um what are they called in Springfield the city Commission of Springfield in the police department because the police department wouldn't be mentioned in this unless the police department was rocking with the people bravo bravo Springfield Bravo and this what this is what has to happen immediately all around the United States this this has to happen immediately you it just has to be like you gone you got recalled you are absolutely recalled done we pulling you out of here and it's over with now with under the current news cycle with all this information going on them 500 signatures boy they got them right now they got them 500 signatures right now they could have probably did 2,000 signatures and got them you know what I'm saying they got them on this now I'm interested in seeing how it plays out this is breaking news today which is Wednesday it probably won't come out to you tomorrow which is Thursday I might wait till Friday to release it because by Friday it'll be into the right now we going through the the whole new cycle of the damn debate which I'm quite frankly I'm moov to debate so I might need to wait till Friday to release this but I'm telling you I'm recording this on Wednesday because the cycle is so powerful right now it's just going to get buried in a cycle but this is phenomenal ladies and gentlemen phenomenal go ahead citizens of Springfield B Simpson and them not playing over there in oh man they not playing y' better leave little Bard alone man
