the South Sydney rabbitors have finded Latrell Mitchell $100,000 following the emergence of a photograph of him standing over a white substance earlier this month Mitchell will have to pay $20,000 of that fine immediately with $80,000 suspended pending any further breach of his playing contract or well-being program the NRL have also issued Mitchell a one match ban and a $20,000 fine and Mitchell will be required to undertake appropriate training education and Remediation there is no suggestion the white powder in the photo was an elicit substance
