even people like Nathaniel Klein who's maybe not a first team player he's a fantastic Premier League experienced veteran um deichi kimada great player Will Hughes another lad who's got tons and tons of experience and then uh this Chad Riad you know highly looked after um Daniel manise I don't know too much about um but yeah look they've basically put out 90% of their first team um which I anticipated because they need a bit of a confidence boost um and hey cryp crypted good to see you again my friend um yeah I feel that they need they absolutely need to go for us and um that is what it looks like glasner is going to do but I am confident absolutely um by the team that we've put out I don't think yannes is um rotated too much um I think it's nice to see certain players I think the only one I'm really peed off about to be honest um I don't know which of you guys follow me on Tik Tok or not but I put my preview out there as I normally do uh and the only role that I've got slightly different to yannes is uh Hanley and I put Brad Hills in there and I just feel like if you're going to put Hanley in there why not put Brad Hills in there but caser are I guess um I guess Hanley maybe maybe he's got a part of his contract where we pay him a million quid if he doesn't play a certain amount of games uh I do think should start Sergeant uh because he could do building up confidence ready for commentry away yeah that's true the only problem with that is um cuz I know what some people are going to do they're going to take sergeant not being in Star as he's going to get sold on Friday or Saturday um for me I think it's a big risk if Sergeant gets bullied and uh suddenly causes another tweak to that ankle just before centry that's a big big Miss um just like I'm very worried that he may very well get sold this weekend um and if he does uh well hopefully we've already sorted a replacement before that happens um guarded Palace have started this team really wanted a decent cut run to boost the confidence yeah me too I mean look let's not write it off at the end of the day cuz if we do go ahead and take this team to penalties or beat them um which is not impossible at the end of the day um it will be a fantastic confidence boost because not only would we' have still got a win um but we'd obviously be in a situation where we've beaten a very strong Palace side H away from home um we we've got the potential of going straight to penalties tonight no extra time and all of that nonsense is now not part of the efl cup which is great um don't have to deal with any dreaded um repeat legs at Cara Road even though it would be nice to to watch a Premier League there of course but um but yeah you know fair play to all the norwi fans who've gone down on a Tuesday post bank holiday night as well to get all the way to sellur I was weighing it up but um unfortunately trying to book a last minute day off work was not not quite on the cards this week um but yeah look let's have a quick little run through the team so uh long and goal I'm happy with that I want to see uh you know our cup goalkeeper playing in the Cup competitions at the end of the day uh Kell Fisher really happy with that Jack Stacy need needs rest at the end of the day he's such a crucial player to us um down that right right wing back position and Kell needs needs football he's a a really really confident young lad he's got something about him but if he's not going to play and he's not going to go out on a good solid Championship loan then we're just going to waste his talent um Grant Hanley on peed off I hate it um I I will put 20 quid to any of you Lads here he will make the first mistake that concedes our first goal um if we concede but it will be him it it straight through that right center back position Cordoba it would be nice um to see him do a full 90 to be honest um if he doesn't do a full 90 I really hope that that's because he is going to start against centry away um cran I'm not I'm not upset about it I'd put Doyle there to be honest with Cordoba coming in um but chenan I think has played really really well in uh the game against Sheffield United and I don't think he looked that bad against Blackburn um I know a few people were criticizing it a little bit but caser ra um Nunes I was kind of hoping he'd get a bit of a rest maybe a senson coming in um but fair enough um I put it as a 4231 as uh sofa score hands because I agree with them I do think this will be more of a 4231 I don't see Gibbs playing that mlan role but of course Lim Gibbs coming in uh it' be good to see him play a good solid 90 minutes as well um forson I really hope he doesn't play the full game um I just we we need to have him fit and ready for centry to him for him to cause some Havoc at the RICO um for scyth out on that right wing really looking forward to seeing him against some strong opposition um I think he is a fantastic player up and coming uh as so many around Norwich are saying and then onell I think it's good to give bourger a good rest again got to keep centry in mind it's such a crucial game uh this weekend to try and get our first win of the Season uh cernak I'm I'm excited for this one I'm hoping we can get some good service in and see what he really does against a strong really really strong defense um but yeah let me know obviously your opinion as well of this team and each of those individual players in the comments Cordova will be the main man today really excited how he gets on absolutely totally agree with you crypted um yeah he is going to be crucial cuz look whatever happens we are going to be under a lot of pressure in this game that that's obvious to anyone uh I'm sure so we going to need him to step up and uh well make up for Grant Hanley so Cordova is going to be doing uh the work of two men I'm sure um he's big enough to do it I'm sure think forson looks like the player tonight who he can cause Palace problems absolutely every time that boy touches the the ball it just gets you up on your feet gets you excited um it's been amazing watching him at Carro these past couple weekends and I can't wait I will be at the uh at centry this Saturday can't wait to watch him again it's just beautiful watching him play football um and the more that SS is getting back into his his usual uh you know bit more confident play the more that we're seeing Marcelino settle alongside foren is is is really really good um and hopefully yeah cak now up top uh um potentially a couple more players coming in before the end of the weekend um yeah it's it's starting to become a really nice team to watch and the biggest thing I I've got to say as well and I've said it quite a few times both on Tik Tok on um on my uh shorts in a few videos NOW yannah Thor Thor ball is really starting to tick um and the more it ticks the more excited and happy I get to watch Norwich of the weekend A Love that I had really lost over the past couple years of pain um while people attempted to play football um The Possession style the attacking style I expect us to to see it tonight I don't imagine him being a manager who's suddenly going to go right boys forget everything I've taught you over the past few weeks we're just going to sit back and try and try and COA this one out um I expect us to really take it to Crystal Palace and that's going to be our best chance to win and I think at least then you know look you know if we if we unfortunately um the form table or the the um the expected winner comes out on top at least to the Euros very unfortunately he didn't play a lot more to be honest um but when he did he he did look exciting I'm sure we're going to see plenty of him on the ball tonight because he is crucial for this Palace team and there is a terrifying looking Eagle not very big wings I can't stand Hanley ellot I I I think most of us at the club can't um he's he has served his time well uh when we maybe we're playing a slightly different style it worked a bit better but yeah he needs to go to a club where it's a bit more Route One defending um I think unfortunately there just aren't many clubs like that now and that's why we are struggling to find someone who would take him off our hands for his salary um as much I joke about it I'm sure that there are parts of his contract that would make it unfeasible for us to just not play him to just have him Sat On The Bench um I'm sure many of us play football manager and uh we all know about the dreaded not playing uh fees and stuff so uh uh unfortunately it's it's one of those things forson does look great he looks like an absolute absolute pick uh for 4 million quid as well we found ourselves another bargain another Superstar for the future um and I I had the audacity to say it when I was breaking down my thoughts on Sheffield United but he makes me feel like I don't need to miss Gabriel Sarah um who hasn't quite kicked on as uh as many were hoping at Galatasaray um so again Gala fans out there we're more than happy to have him back um you know we'll give you 10% of uh sort of refund um but yeah I mean with how well forson has come in and played alongside Marcelino and um the early signs of how good he looks already it just gives me confidence that you know we we're quite good without Sarah we're doing all right we've made a we've made a nice potential upgrade but he's still got to proove a lot of course of course he does um it'll be interesting to see whether he does play in the S position I think he might um sort of sat just in behind cernak or whether it will be Gibbs sort of playing in that McLean role uh and forc and dropping into kind of where I've got Gibbs positioned at the minute uh we'll see how it goes in the first 5 10 minutes and then obviously we'll update the team as we see it see it settle down um but everyone else I think is pretty much in their position uh I can't imagine much else changing uh we will have have to see I would imagine that this is minut minutes silence for sveni Ericson who sadly passed away this week oh that's nice doing a minutes clap instead we'll join him doesn't quite have in a holding midfielder role by just being an absolute dog uh if he makes mistakes he he will run that boy down and and make up for it so he's going to need a rest Stacy definitely needed a rest um and I think signs as well um just also mental fatigue don't want to put these players in a position where especially if results aren't quite going our way we've been very unlucky not to get a win or two in the last two championship games uh and a really tough result obviously against Oxford um you don't want these players getting too beaten up being on a losing side too much so I think br signs mlan Stacy back into hopefully a Winning Side against centry on Saturday is going to be a good move but look we are underway Crystal Palace kicking off and Norwich already putting on some early pressure and that is a terrible terrible clearance and onell will take the first throw in in the attacking half for nor so early 15 seconds and we're we're on for a winner boys we're done this is uh this is going to be us all over bit of a shame to see quite a few empty seats in the home home stand I don't know what the home tickets were priced at I know was about 20 quid um for the tails are up they're obviously very keen to get a get a strong win here really try and give themsel a confidence boost going into uh into their their crucial Premier League game this weekend as they still in search of their first win of the Season Norwich have just got to try and settle this one down quickly still looking to play from the back can't blame us but just feel like there is a see immediately soon as Grant Hanley touches that ball E Straight on him um unfortunately every manager coach fan in the country knows that Grant Hanley is a really big weakness for our side um there's got to be a reason why he continues to get selected maybe maybe this is this is it this is the out of the frying pan and into the fire oh is cernak oh nearly tried to bit of a mixup between gayi and um Henderson there cernak trying to get onto it but my oh mateta lovely little ball out there's so much space for Crystal Palace here kleene it's going to just come back there's Mya little bit of a little bit of a stumble on it nice play from Palace really lovely play from Palace have just settled it settled it down perfectly and you can see all 11 men of norwi behind the ball now and Palace will have no issue with that just continue to just knock it around and wait for an opportunity and we are going to be having to get used to this quite a bit tonight as Hughes spreads the ball lovely there it goes wide out to e keeps hold of it Gibbs just gives him a little shove and yeah comfortably Crystal Palace bring it back and just rinse and repeat hopefully what is happening here is G hanley's looking at how to play uh how to play football out the back that's nice from Nunes just put bit pressure on but that's just lovely from palace and this is this is where you get the difference between championship and Premier League all the little passes in the tight areas just work a lot better as crenian does well just can only clear it as far as Will Hughes though nice little onew into Defenders coming in uh behind Henderson to to cover the open goal everything was right about that attack as soon as forson got the ball whipping it over head to Hernandez who's got the pace to get in and away from him his from his man and look Palace might have a bit of an issue here with one of their center backs having to come off which is not going to be an early change they would have wanted to make I would imagine would it be readen World they probably bring on um who's a fantastic player I don't get me wrong I don't think we're going to be seeing someone who is an easier player to play against coming on but at the end of the day um you know that their plan was working very well Norwich have just upset them on the counter uh and now they've got to make a change as Richards who's going to come on to another another young Defender uh coming on here uh they're still going to have to try and get this young lad off off the pitch but it looks like he's just being pulled to his feet Mr glasner telling this man just just play football son keep it simple whatever Grant Hanley does you do the opposite and looks like they're going to get there get their young Defender off the pitch and get another one on just to replace him but we will see we will see it be a goal kick obviously once play does reie um don't really know why we need to see him just rubbing his knee yeah come on get the sub on can we crack on please obviously the annoying thing is this does take this the spice out of um a Norwich team that just giving thems a chance to really waken up the senses a little bit with trir Le Oran have taken a 1-nil lead against milw QPR drawing 1-1 with Luton s nil nil with Bolton uh one n to Huddersfield Against walaw One n to Watford against Plymouth and one n to Fulham against Birmingham and obviously is 1 n to Crystal Palace here and this is a terrible terrible terrible sight for Norwich fans a wank foron is down on the ground holding his shoulder and not looking in a lot of comfort and this is a time to get very worried he's just oh he's slipped trying to put the pressure on Hughes and he's landed heavily oh he's kind of his elbows hit the ground and Jarred because you you really do then run a risk of of simple little muscular injuries fall injuries twists turns you run the risk that the these sort of things can have players out for 3 4 weeks um and with such a crucial game against centry this could be a big big problem um I mean that the there's no sub being prepared but they're getting the gas and air out which to me this looks like he's dislocated his shoulder uh which really they will probably now try and pop it back into place quickly so a bit of gas and air sun and then hold hold tight cuz we're going to we're going to be popping that one so there we go there is the substitute Kenny mle getting himself prepared he's coming on uh should be level with that forif chance absolutely yeah we Crystal Palace are fortunate to be one n up we are the ball forward a lot more and it makes me feel like they're really trying to get a second goal before halftime um a lot of times you can just feel it in a game this doesn't feel like this is done for Norwich at all uh we just need that one chance and we could cause chaos as that's a lovely little knockdown to Kellen Fischer there from Gabriel for the two youngsters on that right hand side playing beautifully ah mlan just getting the ball stuck under his feet um as onell gets stuck in lovely forces the ball back to crenian this is nice just intricate little passes right in between the Crystal Palace players no fear showed from the canaries today and that is absolutely positive going into uh into the weekend and into the international break this is not a poor performance at all from the boys just one mistake that chrisop Palace have capitalized on so far as we go all the way back to George long who's going to hoof that oh tried to find Kellen Fischer but unfortunately didn't he's lost it now dor missed an opportunity to get a quick pass to e finds him who's a now a offside and finishes with a plum but it doesn't matter cuz he is a absolute mile offside there um really really poor from a lot of the palace players to be honest this evening a lot of the times being quite easily caught offside um you you would expect better if I'm being honest you would definitely expect better uh just taking analytics and I can see that we've had I haven't had any popups uh cuz I think most people obviously going to be um subscribed uh just with without the alerts on um but Norwich very very close to Drawing level quite quickly after the goal uh forif striking the the edge of the post um really really close uh range as well after cernak had his shot saved at almost a yard out um so yeah I think we've played really well I don't think there is V tonight Elliott um if there is there definitely should have been a couple of those off sides that should have been checked and but because obviously League 1 and League 2 clubs and even Championship clubs don't have V you can't have V AR just at the Premier League grounds it wouldn't really be fair um you know it'd be like a secondary uh you know advantage or disadvantage for those teams fortunate or unfortunate lovely there from mlan just knocking it back to George long yeah it would be unfair to teams that then get an advantage or a disadvantage from having V just because they were drawn against the premier League team uh that's to be expected though again against Palestine yeah against a really strong Palestine we've actually looked really good I think unfortunately it's going to be one of those nights where um if Norwich can't can't get level and uh you know take this to penalties or or or get ahead um it's going to be another one of those games where at the end of the day we're just going to be like the past two weekends the results a bit unfortunate we played really well we really just need that first win and I think a lot of stuff is just going to click into place as I think yep the ref has blown for halim there so one n down at halime um as I was just saying obviously uh really really strong performance from Norwich especially uh after conceding very very early about a minute and 40 in uh really unfortunate that we've had forsen go down with what clearly looks like a dislocated shoulder um I don't want to talk about it too much because it does scare me for the weekend and how long he could be out sometimes these can be up to three or four weeks uh depending on what sort of extra damage is done how quickly they can get it back into Spa into position there's so many muscles and things going on around that shoulder it's it's just not it's not an obvious easy one to fix uh and yeah seeing him on gas and air was not a good sign um but yeah all in all I'm quite happy with that I it'll be interesting now to see what both managers do um as I keep saying glasner is adamant that he can play this team he can play his first team last weekend tonight and at the the weekend again AL so nor is actually coming out on top on possession very interesting sorry stats just coming up uh um so yeah only one clearcut chance going to Crystal Palace that would be their goal but 54% possessions in orang in the end it's really really strong you know performance against the strong Crystal Palace team you known for being able to dominate position against some very very good teams um key passes getting out out outdone there passing accuracy 91% from norwi 76% in the final third a lot more fouls there from from Crystal Palace as well compared to Norwich which is uh it's good causing a few problems that will start counting up in the ref's head you know maybe cause a little red card uh what we got so total shots were even 33 uh only one of ours On Target though compared to two for Crystal Palace um a lot more successful dribbles and attempted dribbles though for Palace so yeah a lot of those stats you'd expect but that possession one you really wouldn't um very very good especially after the first 20 minutes there's no way that we had more than 30% possession in those first 20 minutes uh I'd be absolutely would e eat my own arm if that was the case um we'll have a little look on uh what sofa scores saying for the game as well um so stats-wise pretty much all of the nor players sat around about a a 6.4 bizarrely um and this is where I I always struggle with sofa score um Gabriel forif and Kell Fisher I think have been the most exciting uh talents other than probably ano Hernandez um for Norwich this evening both of them sat as our lowest rated players same as Marcelino nunas bit weird um highest rated player at minute across the entire pitch is kamada not surprise obviously scoring the goal and causing a lot of problems for Norwich um attacking momentum wise yeah other than the uh uh the the near goal that norwi got pretty much even very very close across the the first half which does feel right uh let's do a quick uh swing around the houses so for those who are on Gabby Sarah Rock watch it is halim uh out in Turkey uh the young boys currently leading 3-2 in the Champions League qualifying round and it's nil nil on the night as Stoke as touched on earlier 5 nil um if anyone would like to know the goal scorers manou getting two uh kumas getting one uh Mami getting one and T getting another uh very very impressive there from Stoke uh barley are actually now one n up against Sheffield United uh wats getting a goal there for them Barrow and Derby are nil nil looks like a pretty even game there uh Blackburn where it's that man gayi getting a penalty to uh put them in in the lead against Blackpool Brighton are two nil up against Crawley sento and and dingra uh those who obviously remember saramento from his IP switch days last year will not be surprised to see him on the score sheet in lower league opposition commentary against Oxford commentry looked to be dominating that game but can't break Oxford down which might be a good sign for Norwich going into uh the weekend Everton are one nil up against donc rabona scoring that goal just having a look at Everton similar to Crystal Palace obviously had a bit of a a struggle start to the season and yeah they are playing a very very solid team themselves so trying to get the confidence Fleetwood have turned the game around they are now 2-1 up against ram Sheffield have turned the game around as well they're now 2-1 up against Grimsby Jamal Lo and uboa getting the goals uh Preston are destroying harate 4-0 now two two for Greenwood and two for OS manic uh Leicester are two-nil against trir couple um goals either side of uh half time the mayos are still winning one nil thanks to aay against milw uh QPR and Luton are drawing Santos getting the QPR goal before Nelson equalized Bolton have gone one nil up against Shrewsbury only a couple minutes ago um Huddersfield are now 2-n up but down to 10 men uh they went down to 10 men I believe just in between the two goals yeah just before halftime um and it looks like Warsaw also have missed a penalty uh um very unfortunate for them um Watford are still one nil up against Plymouth looking to cruise that one and Fulham who are just at half time themselves they are two nil up against Birmingham Jay Stansfield one who could he be coming to to Norwich especially if Josh charant leaves uh him getting on the score sheet against Birmingham so we are all here together we are giving giving it the best that we can in this first half they're just playing the replays oh that Gabriel for got if we' got that and he' got his first senior goal it would have been a lovely lovely moment confidence that has grown within Norwich um playing out of the little spaces um we just need if there's any substitute at half time I really want Gibbs to come off um I'd like to see Oscar Schwarz who we were told pretty much is definitely going to play some sort of uh game time this evening I'd like to see him anyway and I'd like to see him instead of Gibbs because I don't know Gibbs just seems to get the ball and he's immediately his head's up but he's not scanning he's just immediately looking to launch the ball somewhere uh and there's been a couple attacks that have kind of been stunted by him unfortunately um hit me in the comments what do you think is going to be obviously we're one nil down at the minute uh what do you think the score as we go into the second half in the next sort of 10 minutes um you'll have to uh have to give me some predictions who do you think's coming on for both teams um and who do you think will end up being n's potential saver or who will get Crystal Palace secure in this game as I just checked my dibs results to see how we're doing no ful are not doing me a favor I still need one more goal and a god an absolute ton of Corners to be winning a ten tonight so yeah they're just putting up all the scores a lot of these games are obviously going to be coming to an end soon Norwich uh versus Crystal Palace and Birmingham mil uh Fulham being the the late kickoffs the 8:00 kickoffs this evening could be going late into the evening if we are able to get this back to penalties it's great to see that Sky Sports have clearly put on a lot of fantastic halftime shows for us uh as always really delivering the entertainment for us God to love it sky thank you so much you are very much worth the fee oh now we've got possession stats into percentages 54.2 for orang it gets even better statistically for the canaries uh who have given as good as they've got this first half just unfortunately did not have The Cutting Edge that Commander did for Crystal Palace um that is actually one other substitute the more I think about it um I would like to see Gabriel for come off I just don't think he's the sort of player as great as he has been and very close to scoring I don't think he's the sort of player that's going to really get at that fresh legged Crystal Palace play uh Defender um who hasn't looked as confident since coming on for his inra compatriot um but we'll see we will have to see what happens just going to get some some tweets out and see what everyone is thinking about the next half if we are able to get through to the third round as well what looking for you know do you want another another Premier League outfit would you like to see us come up against an easy opponent at home uh you know give us a good chance of being able to um you know get through to the fourth round um you know and build up a little bit more headest steem a little bit more confidence in the team um yeah I hit me with it what what would what team would you like us to get if we are able to make it through to that third round uh how's Hernandez playing Elliot I think he's playing great um unfortunately we just haven't been hitting him too much there was one bit just before forson got himself injured um where he just took a little touch on his chest and he knocked it over and Hernandez was straight in behind um squared it to cernak his shot was saved very well by Henderson uh and then the rebound Gabriel forif put off off the post um are one really big chance in the in the second half sorry in the first half um I think Hernandez look good I I don't think he's as much of a squad player as maybe he has been in the past I think in in johann's style of play herandez coming on for half an hour 45 minutes a game he can absolutely do do a lot of damage I mean Sheffield United at the weekend he was so close he just had that ball just clipped away from his feet he was so close from setting himself just outside the six Shar box able to square at the sergeant and would we would have won that game 2-1 in late on in in the uh in the evening but um but yeah no I think he's played well played really really well um and and look like like I said when uh when we saw him on the ball a few times getting his head down and having a run he's he's the only reason we're here let's be honest those two goals against stevenage were um very much needed in the end so a few Crystal Palace fans I still need I I want to find an answer I don't know if I can find the answer now because obviously the game is currently on um as to uh how much these tickets cost cuz I I it feels quite a bit of a shame that there's so many empty seats um Palace let's go to Crystal palace's website they might have ticketing news on there chrysal Palace as they are going around all of the uh all of the fans and showing us as much of the um uh as much of the empty seats as possible um it is very very much what I would expect though where you've got a that one chance but kamada now his ball in is blocked behind by Cordoba uh Palace really going to be needing their fans to try and will that ball into the net cuz uh it is as I say it looks like they're trying to build up ah head of theme and get this uh this second goal that they really need to just secure this game for them so we're going to have a corner uh George long just instructing everyone where they need to be so be Will Hughes to whip it in again he's got well he had munis close but he's just sent him back taking our taking our time as always so Will Hughes goes to munz into opposition we will just get the score line changed for you all because unfortunately Norwich are now two n down as things stand well I think it's safe to say that's definitely going to be an early early front runner to um goal of this round as Doyle has just come on for Cressen so yannes is not giving up this game I'm GNA have to make another another tweak of the overlay we will quickly just yet we didn't play a real dominant team yeah absolutely um yeah you know I don't blame them for doing what they've done tonight it was part of the reason why I predicted losing 3-0 um because I thought they were going to play a solid Squad I mean it looks like now Adam warton's coming on which is just ridiculous um why on Earth you need to be playing Adam Warton at this point I have no idea uh um you know England International of course um yeah W uh looks like who else we got coming on here s mangar who loves a goal against Norwich so that's going to be great fun a here has uh profited from a slip and mateta Mata kills the game it's 3-0 um it was a slip from Kell fiser I didn't see the lead up to that cuz Sky were focusing on substitutes that were just being made ready again sky producers have no idea what they're doing uh and that is the easiest goal Mata has probably scored in his time at Palace so the only thing that I think I'm going to be hopefully joyous of tonight is that I got my prediction completely right if Norwich can keep it this way but that is not not really a lot of constellation unfortunately it is painful as ever yeah poor slip from Fisher and that is a bullet of a shot from Mata long can't do anything other than just Palm it into the back of the net there was nothing at all that he could have done there uh and that is that is really that is going to be it um I can't I just can't see at all norwi coming back into this the best we can get is a constellation goal um but hey ho yeah hopefully nor can get that goal as you say crypted um you never know and it'd be nice for one of the new boys to get a goal you know that that's got to be something at least but going to take a lot cuz Palace have looked very comfortable and the fact they're bringing on players like Warton uh as I say looks like sar's coming on here as well um it really looks like glasner is just using us as an opportunity to build up a lot of confidence here um this is yeah this is this is a lot this is going to be a bit of a kicking to take for Norwich fans of course um but yeah we'll discuss it after we will discuss it after of course still Mata staying on as well so playing still against under 21s but he's he's bit me for that one scoring two quite lovely goals uh one just a very simple finish that third one but his second one absolutely beautiful beautiful goal so 70 minutes in Norwich struggling 3-0 down now um and really just probably waiting for the coach back home or up to centry depends I guess what we're planning on on doing Doyle now with Cordova Palace now with fresh legs just looking to press every single time Oscar Schwartz here does well keeps the ball Doyle launches it forward but ah Hernandez had made a run in behind guyu just said no I'll I'll easily mop that up so e turns goes to Mitchell who goes for the shot it's blocked nicely by fiser now onell into Nunes this is nice from Norwich though and that's a nice little ball but Klein is there just to clear up make sure that Nunes does not have an opportunity run through on goal uh and that's where you got fantastic Premier League experience ex Liverpool player been a fantastic servant for Crystal Palace for a long time at top level now Doyle Schwarz does well keeps go of it Schwarz has looked good he's looked confident for a young lad who's come into a very not I'm not too upset um from at least the performance point of view and the way that we've gone about this game and what I feel it gives me uh looking towards Johannes how he you know attemp goes about the future of of norwi City uh as we look to build again Kell Fischer here but Palace just they've seen their opportunity to launch the Press Cordoba for his first 70 minutes as well solid start um he's done very very well up against three fantastic quality players uh we're now five with the uh you know with with SAR coming on and even munis and Kamar have caused him problems so now Oscar Nunes going to go all the way back to long in goal let's just make that a little bit bigger so we can see that easily uh and yes we've got Joel Ward coming on we've still only had um uh three substitutes one that was enforced as forson came off uh with injury uh and Kenny mlan coming on for him who has played well played really well Barrow have now made it 3-2 on penalties still with a one-goal Advantage there for Barrow looking like they uh if they can keep perfect penalties they will be in the next round and knocking Derby out which is a very very impressive result it's a poor ball there so Crystal Palace will win it in the orange half and very easily just go back to Joel Ward I think they'll probably look to slow the pace down now Palace you know they don't need any goals 10 minutes left nothing silly keep a clean sheet for confidence as well and just carry this game through Joe Ward now just knocking it back and forth between Gaye and Richards Derby have missed their of a deflection off of uh actually might have taken a deflection off of off of Lura there so whether he'll try and claim that goal we'll have to see but um e I'm sure won't let him have it um I think it should quite clearly be E's goal um yeah unfortunately um one of those things so uh back to what I was saying norch related um other than us conceding goals uh H indeed yeah I don't know I don't know what else to say at this point this is uh this is a good kicking in the teeth unfortunately for all Norwich fans um yeah happy that Nunes has been replaced and rested um but I don't really want to see Stacy and signs going on in a game we've already had one key injury although Signs Now on the ball here one back by Gibbs tries to find Gibbs but he's he going to come back to signs we'll find Jack Stacy and inter passes with signs but look at all the men behind the ball there from Palace who really want to keep that clean sheet that is both our predictions gone crypted absolutely yeah I think that's why I'm probably even more disheartened e hasn't even allowed me to get the 3-0 prediction right cheeky sod um as Norwich looked to try and just build something but we just slowly pushed all the way back to our keeper uh good defense by Crystal Palace just working uh working that clean sheet into existence at least isn't a league game absolutely there are bigger and more important things to come um again we'll talk about it in in more depth after the game is finished but I don't I I can't think of anything particularly to Bone nor about at this point um it's just we have played a much better team we've played a you know a solid Premier League team here and and well we're bottom half of the championship this is what you'd expect as lurmer lumps It Forward looks to find s height and build so that's going to be good fun throughout this season Stacy now with fiser so it looks like Stacy is kind of playing like a you know almost a bit of a a right winger oh that's nice there from doy good positioning to open up the space there for Gibbs to find him and signs goes down the line for onell onell who run all all evening he will always give his everything for Norwich and just falls on top of Mike kahe there playing a few little Shenanigans between them as we start to approach the 90th minute hopefully not too much um injury time I think both teams be quite happy especially having both got two pretty nasty injuries in the first half I think they'd both be quite happy to um get away from this one without any more injuries especially when the game is absolutely done so Coba now finds Kell Fischer in a bit of space he comes forward and he definitely fouled and this is a free kick in marcelona nunz territory I'm not going to say it don't you say it all right at the half time and for the first 10 minutes we dominated a lot of The Possession um as well so um Palace have just been ruthless uh to be honest scripted when it comes to taking their chances be on the council or playing direct football um bloody fly trying to make a cameo here tonight uh Cordova now on the ball only a minute left and I'm sure the referee will not look to uh long out much more than 3 minutes players looking tired game is done so let's blow the whistle in the next 50 seconds please ref as Palace just knocking it around nor not really looking to press um as I say I think everyone is kind of done with this game now this evening um and we will look to move on with our lives into the more important Championship season Henderson pumps it forward it's going to for to Stacy who does well not to lose out to Mitchell there fiser gets away from E lovely from the young man uh schwartau now young Oscar does well strives away from Joel Ward leaves him in the absolute dust there now onell Hernandez goes to Kellen Fischer Kell Fischer finds Lim Gibbs but that is fantastically defended by Mark g Who is just Shed off the pitch but that is it that is fulltime uh the ref seen enough mark gay is seeing concrete on the other side of sellur Park and um well uh where do we start um obviously look uh well done to um Crystal Palace um absolutely fantastic victory for them 4-0 it's going to give them a lot of confidence going into the Premier League season um they had the absolute coners to play a strong Squad uh run the risk of getting some quite key injuries um but get themsel a much needed confidence boost and get the winning feeling back into seur park um from an orang point of view I was happy with the team that was presented I'm still a bit peeved that Hanley started over Hills Hanley wasn't particularly bad he looked reasonably all right he was clearly the the weak link perceived in that um that norwi back line every time he touched the ball the Press would start but I don't really blame him for any of the goals uh the first one was a a short passing Midfield just in front of him uh and the ball was played straight in behind him um the other three goals were all just spectacular to be honest mata's F his first goal an overhead kick about 12 yards out Cas ra uh his second goal was just very well worked as you said crypted Norwich finishing with 56.6% possession um we'll take from that what we can uh and then E's go at the end yeah lovely just little dancing feet and just a beautiful finish back across the goal it's just it's just pure talent at the end of the day so I don't really blame Grant for the defense uh I'm very worried about foron as I say a dislocated shoulder it will be very interesting to hear how quickly we hear about whether that injury is confirmed as I think it is um whether or not we will see him this weekend I'm very dubious I'd be very surprised if we did um I think we have got some good uh you know good positives to look forward to um in cernek in Oscar schwow um they both looked very up for it Doyle as soon as he came on he absolutely changed our game as well he he's just so good so so good um I thought Kell Fischer was absolutely man of the match for Norwich I think he played brilliantly he created so much down that right hand side I think he'll give a headache now to yannes because I love Jack Stacy and what he does for us but I think Kell was just as good in this game um especially when you take into account the fact that this is a much harder opposition we're under the lights of seur park there going to be a lot of pressure on a very young shoulders um I think that gives a lot of thought now for yanis as to who he plays at right back um I thought that Lim Gibbs actually played pretty average um he played all right across the whole 90 odd minutes but it's just so many times he's just rushing the ball he's just not he's just just not as calm as we see in so many of the other Midfield options we've got um Nunes looked tired um I think it's a shame that we played him as long as we did he was clutching at his chances he just didn't have the flow that's a lovely goal they're showing it again from meta there's nothing you can do about that it's just audacious um yeah there's there there's not a lot that I feel happy about you know Nunez about but I don't blame him he's played a lot of football Coba looked fantastic throughout the 90 minutes really calm again just like Hanley I can't really blame him for much um he looked comfortable on the ball he was very he he helped that presence of being confident to play out from the back um yeah look that's all my nonsense um I'm quite happy that we didn't play Sergeant I'm very happy that we got away with no other major injur uh roll on centry that's got to be the big thing roll on centry but look you just before we head off I'll give you guys a few minutes get get your thoughts in the comments um let me know to Waters um we heard earlier Barrow were able to knock Derby out on penalties Blackpool were able to knock out Blackburn 2-1 uh they scored both their goals to turn the game around within five minutes so a lot of shocks here even the championship all Championship um uh fixture of middlesbor versus Stoke I think most people would have middlesburg being favorites there um Brighton destroyed Crawley they won 4-0 Crawley even went down to 10 um at the end of the game um so you had omah honey Webster saramento and andringa scoring those goals uh comry uh were able to get the job done against Oxford took a goal from Thomas as Sante though in the 57th minute Everton actually ended up with a quite comfortable win against Donnie uh Betto and Di and igara getting making it 3-0 uh Fleetwood uh won 2-1 against ram Gren getting two goals for them and mcart getting the early goal for Ram shefford Wednesday did great they went down in the first half uh in the 18th minute by because MC Janet putting grimby one nil up at halftime and it took them until the 53rd third minute to draw level but then they ended up winning 51 um I think that's Callum Patterson there yeah getting two goals and Valentine getting one lay on after um Jamal row and ugbo uh or ugbo sorry getting getting the uh the two goals to get them back ahead hargate lost 5 nil to Preston um OS manic getting a hattick fantastic FC there for Preston to get their season back back up running uh with Sam Greenwood also getting getting two goals very very impressive uh Leicester won 4-0 um Harry Winks uh W and Dei madidi and IU so strong Leicester team there getting put out just having a little look and it doesn't look like a certain Cannon played is he maybe on the way to norch we will see uh the mighty O's thanks to aay they beat milw so another upset there um milw being knocked out so a lot of Championship sides crashing out here uh QPR amazing job by them they were able to beat Lu 4-1 on penalties so another another upset there I would say personally um Bolton were able to win 2-0 Charles and oo 2u uh with the goals walaw fantastic effort by them so I believe that's League two warala causing another upset knocking out an all you know perfect starting Huddersfield 3-2 what a game as well so Huddersfield took the lead with coroma they then went down to 10 men they increased their lead through Ruffles but then uh Warsaw turned the game around within 14 minutes um it was Nathan low getting two goals in the 63rd and 70th minute and then an own goal from helck uh was able to secure a 3-2 win Watford comfortable win as I thought it would be against Plymouth they won 2- nil thanks to rajovic who got two goals uh one in the first half on the second and then finally Fulham were able to knock Birmingham out 2-0 Jas sandfield and Ral gimenez with a penalty in 10th minute they had the game wrapped up after 15 minutes um Joe I've just seen your comment the one thing uh I'm going to say we tried our hardest uh we need Sergeant on the bench we didn't even bring him on how do we prepare for centry so yes absolutely the performance I've got nothing to fult Norwich for genuinely um other than we're just not as good as Crystal Palace but that's not really our fault that's not where we're at at the minute um Sergeant I I absolutely feel like he just didn't come on to protect him as I say I would have been very upset especially once we were two or three nil down to see him come on um especially when we've had a big injury already um how do we prepare for commentary we just got to put this to the bed you know very quickly I'm sure Johannes will have the boys in probably for a light session tomorrow afternoon um and just say look recovery starts we're done it's a cup game it is what it is get it gone um we're going to play a very different starting 11 against centry we're going to be playing a very very different team a much easier team no disrespect for commentary but it's just fact we're going to be playing a much much easier team uh than what we've played tonight and we just got to you got to crack on the best thing to do with these situations Joe is put it behind you by going and winning the next game doesn't matter who you lose to what competition is in that's always your best best opportunity so it just makes it even more important now that we uh that
