Intro live on the air I'm Richard s this is world [Music] hello welcome back to another episode of loung time I'm your host R sale week one is finally here I know this episode's a little in recording okay I'm literally doing this right before the 1 pm. game start so this video will probably be out after they kick off forgive me it's been a crazy week but we still got content we got a lot today to go over okay we have two week one games we're going over Chiefs Ravens Packers Eagles I drafted my fantasy football team on Tuesday night I got it I got a screen recording of it right I'll have you guys take a look at it see what you guys think because uh I hope it's good man okay I think this is a really good team in a 10-man league so I'm looking forward to showing you guys my team don't roast me in the comments so bad okay this is a tough League man to win okay all right plus we've got NFL week one picks we got guarantees yes we're bringing them back I know last year was a little chaotic but we're bringing them back plus your boys back on the Survivor pull I had two pools last year one that lost week three and week 12 with the Vikings losing to the Bears and what was the common denominator of both of them Josh dos yeah he ruined my pools not this year though we're going to [ __ ] do good this year all right we're going to have some fun I'm all decked out of my Patriot gear whether we're going to suck this season or not I'm still wearing it week one I'm excited everybody's telling me we're going to lose wait till we get to the week one picks okay and spoiler no I'm not picking my team to win but I'm waiting on some key injuries that I'm waiting to hear okay and I'll probably check on my laptop maybe in the middle of the show probably not but let's get right into it so before we start guys some of these episodes are going to be probably released on Saturday some might be Sunday because of the way my schedule works during the week there's a lot of stuff I'm kind of dealing with as far as just some you know uh some games I'm calling on the side that I like to do uh and some other stuff that I'm doing so if I don't have them during the week that's probably why um so yeah just wanted to give you guys an FYI so some of these episodes going forward will be on Saturday and Sunday um looking to build some things for my sports broadcasting career this being one of them we're now on year number four on loung time okay I'm honored that I'm still sharing this with you guys and we're still doing episodes let's make this 2024 season another great one let's kick it off with the bandwagons as usual the toxic Chief bandwagons against the Baltimore Ravens on Ravens vs Chiefs Thursday I'm not going to lie to you guys I had a tune this game out it was just unbearable for me okay um I could not stand all they talked about was the 3p and you know NBC's The National Chiefs Network right the nice guys broadcasting crew okay with Jason Garrett and I think Deon McCord's there who I like but they're all nice guys they they don't they're they're not a like you know what's the word I'm looking for objective is like other people are right they're all nice guys Tony dun is another guy where he just they don't say anything bad okay Rodney Harrison's one who who will be critical and and I'm not saying it just cuz he was a patriot guy I just I'm glad Rodney calls it like he sees it sometimes where he can be a little strict but everybody else no they're just they're the nice they're the nice guys crew right um but anyway NBC's the national momes network as well they got a bunch of cheerleaders over there I I had to tune them out too uh Chris Collinsworth they're they're unbearable I I had to tune them out it was so bad all right I was actually not even joking I was playing m mo the show in college football 25 and then glancing at my laptop watching the game on the side I couldn't [ __ ] like listen to them it was just so unbearable bro but let's get into the game right let's get let's start with the Raven side first Lamar Jackson guys don't let the numbers fool you I was not impressed with him at all this game I think he blew this game um he has nobody to blame but himself in my opinion okay uh what is it 26 of 41 for 273 yards passing at a touchdown throw to Isaiah likele he ran the ball 16 times for 122 yards he did fumble though I think that was when he was dropping back and like the like the AFC Championship game he fumbled and Kansas City recovered he really did not play well especially on the last drive when outside of the one throw to bitman he did really good in a couple you know Escape runs that he got for you know a couple yards out of the pocket he he single-handedly played horrible okay the throw to Z flowers over the middle that's on you Lamar that's on you dude okay you had him wide open and you just sold okay and listen I know people are going to be like well Rich Lamar wins most of his games in the biggest games though he's not winning so I think Lamar Jackson sucks in big games I'm Gonna Stand by that I know I've Got Friends watching that are disagreeing with this take I don't care I've seen enough now he he could beat up on like average to below to below average teams he'll beat good teams maybe in the regular season if their running game dominates right but when it's a close game when you need to score against a really good defense a really good team he can't close he can't close they have to play from the play with the lead rather than from behind and when he has to play from behind he sucks okay I am not a big Lamar Jackson fan I know people that I talk to that are Lamar Jackson fans he sucks in big games especially the postseason I'm done I've seen enough Lamar Jackson just can't win the big games Okay um he's you know he looked faster you know Thursday night right because he lost some weight but it doesn't matter he still cannot throw get he can't win a game throwing the football and beating an elite team an Elite pass defense he can't do it right I've seen enough on that so Lamar Jackson you want to get mad at the ref's not calling Isaiah likely with the toe on the line which I did see a lot of people with some other calls where they ruled the guy out of bounds where the toe was on the line and [ __ ] right listen that was I was rooting for the Ravens okay even though I picked Kansas City on on Twitter to win the game yeah that was out I mean no surprise there um but yeah they sold Derk Henry I had him uh well that's I should I should wait for the later segment but uh 13 carries 4 six yards in a touchdown why he only got single digit carries in the second half probably because they were trailing but that makes no sense you got him for a reason to take the running game pressure off Lamar and you only give him 13 carries for 46 yards your offensive line can't get a push really that's concerning okay Isaiah likele went off 9 for 1111 and a touchdown he's going to be a very popular waiver wire pickup this week in fantasy I'll tell you that especially at that game if you got him before Thursday night hats off to you man that's a huge uh that's a huge pick up there now the Ravens defense now I'm not going to be that on them because again when you're playing an elite offense with Reed momes I'm not going to be on you especially losing Mike McDonald to Seattle I'm not surprised at the results here 27 points allowed two sacks they got ran Smith got an interception but apparently if you look at PFF grades he had a pretty low grade I don't really give a [ __ ] about PFF grades to be honest with you I really don't um he he was all right I I don't think he had his best game but he's still one of the best linebackers in football oh but because Patrick queen left he had a low PFF grade please he's going to be fine just it's game one week one's the perfect definition of overreactions okay so 7 to 14 on third down that's pretty good okay if you want if you're 50% or better you're going to win most games one of four in the Red Zone though bro one of four in the Red Zone there you go you only get you only get one score in the Red Zone on four tries no that won't cut it that won't cut it seven penalties 64 yards okay I'm gonna get this out of the way because we've had we've seen a lot of flags called in the first two weeks of the season I mean first two games of the Season see I'm already thinking a week ahead okay um first two games of the Season okay I'm going to expect we're going to get a lot of flags this year okay and I'm going to get into a couple of the penalties in a little bit because the bandwagons you benefited from it I don't give a [ __ ] what anybody says all right but again some of these you know they were obvious but some of them no I didn't agree with a lot of them too so I I'm going to be a little lenient but we're going to see a lot of flags this year man all right so I'm not going to be all on them that much but some were obvious some were not but I again I'll get into it later cuz I got something for the bandwagon said they you know they they won out right no you didn't okay let's get to you bandwagons all right so I'm gonna get to the to the stats before I go on my little Soliloquy I I I have no problem going off with the bandwagons my family friend yoham he he loves this [ __ ] so so let me get to the numbers first before I get into it all right your guy the [ __ ] everybody wants to anoint the the new king the baby goat 20 of 28 2 91 yards touchdown on a pick that's average it wasn't like whatever okay I'm going to get into [ __ ] ESPN in a minute because uh some of the [ __ ] they were doing I was not impressed with okay Pacho 15 for 45 for a touchdown 15 carries for 45 yards that's average I mean he did get in the end zone uh Xavier worthy if you started him in fantasy you're either a Chiefs fan that knows a lot about your team or you just have this feeling that Andy Reed's going to go crazy which someone in my league did and boy he got you what 21 points good call if you started him right 21 yard rushing touchdown early in the game two catches for 47 yards and a touchdown he's going to be their new Tyreek kill they're going to find a way to get him the ball and I think we might see shades of 2018 Kansas City's offense with this uh because everybody's going to start to double team Kelsey and if you leave this kid single high with the speed that you do not single high but if you leave him single coverage he's going to win with speed Andy Reed's going to find a way to get him the ball which makes it worse okay Rashid rice 7 for 103 I don't know how he wasn't suspended I don't know how that's going to be something later but he's going to probably be their new number one receiver their defense 20 points allowed that'll cut it in a game where everybody's scoring right one sack um again I I just their defense is good good I don't think it's the defense last year right cuz you lose sne you lose a couple of key guys right that helped you win some championships right before I think it was Ty Tyron Matthew but obviously he was he was gone before they won back to back right but sneed's gone they lost some other key players too on up there so I don't think their defense is the same okay I still think it's an average defense right but you bang wacket get so [ __ ] lucky and I got a lot to unleash on you bandwagons because you guys [ __ ] dominated Twitter the last two off Seasons the networks are on your side I can't [ __ ] stand it okay it's 11:00 a.m. I'm trying not to get pissed but you know let let's get into this okay first of all you bandwagons okay this is what they won't admit okay see this show see this is my area this is my home turf okay we call things like we see it here not on Twitter when they want to [ __ ] block out [ __ ] where they don't want to talk about certain calls now the real people that know football they'll talk about this [ __ ] okay ESPN they won't [ __ ] talk about it because they're the [ __ ] cheaps network over there okay with them with the superlatives okay with Mahomes and stuff they're not going to talk about that [ __ ] okay now some other networks they will talk about it okay here we're going to talk about everything here okay and we're not going to be the cheap bias that glosses over everything that was that they don't want to tell you no no no we're going to talk about it right here okay first I know y'all people saw what I saw okay Spagnola call a timeout but guess what America they didn't call a [ __ ] penalty or some kind of disciplinary action on Kansas City when technically it's against the rules for Spagnola to call a timeout H let me let me give you guys a little history lesson right now okay do you guys remember when years ago almost right 2014 Jets Packers week two I was talking with a Jet fan about this on Friday remember when Marty M went called the time out and it was a good play from Gino they call the timeout that ended up being the deciding factor in the game okay where I don't know if they call a penalty on Marty Morton wig but an assistant coach is not allowed to call a timeout the head coach is only allowed to call a timeout all right so you don't punish spagnolo for calling a timeout no flag no no no penalty actually but the NFL hasn't come out and said anything yet you notice that guys do you notice what I'm saying that's that's one thing okay remember this is this is with my team 07 remember when Rex Ryan called the Timeout on fourth and one they stopped Brady right in ' 07 technically the Ravens should have beat us for that undefeated season Rex Ryan called a timeout in 07 against us in Baltimore next play Brady gets the first down so we've seen this before but now it's against the rules but notice the NFL don't want to say anything on SP no all time out being against the rules why some's fishy now I got a reliable text not a text I got a phone call late last night somebody that we're going to have later in the show okay he's obviously a fan favorite okay you guys probably know who this is if not it's okay I got a call last night from okay from a very you know big fan of the show he thinks there's something up with that [ __ ] there's no question there is because notice guys why didn't ESPN talk about it why didn't the the NFL release a statement saying that Spagnola should have been penalized in the game you see they don't even aest this [ __ ] they just gloss it over which makes me think is there something going on there there has to be all right and there's no there's no question why don't you even say that that's against Terry McCauley the referee for the NBC crew said [ __ ] now Tariq and Kord supposedly said it even though I tuned them out okay but of course of course everything goes to bandwagon way which makes it so nauseating as a casual fan not even a casual fan a Die Hard NFL fan who loves football I just can't deal with it no more all right now listen I'm a patriot fan I know we were the dynasty before Kansas City right I don't remember like I know people would miss calls some we would benefit from I I do remember that okay now is it to this level to this Nth Degree some games probably were although I don't think it would have did that much again it depends on the game you give me and stuff like that right but like this bro this is basically the the Chiefs are basically the new Patriots and I said last year last year I realized especially in the playoffs what it was like for all the Patriot haters when Brady and them were great how they felt I'm feeling that same way now which is weird I'm feeling the other side of what all the New England Brady haters were saying okay it's weird but now I finally feel you guys okay um let's get into some other [ __ ] right um so you're going to tell tell me NFL the Chiefs are exempt from the rules compared to everybody else how about this guys did you guys see on Twitter John Harbaugh lip reading they're not calling it the same way which leads to my next thing remember last year around this time guys when jaywan Taylor the right tackle of the Chiefs used to get an early jump and they called it right on the money and they were going to get really strict with that stuff right noticed they didn't didn't [ __ ] get C catch him a lot they got him once I seen I don't know the final numbers on that but Ronnie Stanley they want to get four or five times because of the way he's align I think something with the back foot's got to be like on the line or something like that I don't know okay right but they called him forward of the first five penalties of the game because of how he was lined up you go to tell me something's not up with that NFL come on now come on this is this is BS okay John Harbaugh got caught in a video Lip Reading they're not calling it the same way what are we going to say about that nobody wants to talk about that though social media does we're going to talk about it because there is something going on there I told you guys we're in the National Mahomes League this kid's going to get every call the Chiefs are going to get every call it's [ __ ] nauseating and I'm sick of it but on this show we're going to talk about this cuz I'm [ __ ] fed up with it I am fed up with it you're is coming man wagons your day is coming and the day you [ __ ] lose in the playoffs the day you lose in the playoffs you better [ __ ] you better hope that I'm not as [ __ ] cruel and whatever because know what I did see on Twitter apparently Taylor Swift and mahomes's wife were in separate Suites you know why little politics involved one supporting KLA Harris another one supporting Donald Trump I'll let you guess who's which I'll let you even do the research I'm not going to talk about in the show cuz that's one gray area I will not tackle on the show okay um but who the [ __ ] cares that Taylor SW is at the game who the [ __ ] cares it's so old guys early on all right you know big deal okay you know she's at the game to okay every time she's at a game we gotta see her man I don't give a [ __ ] anymore it's so old okay and then guess what two weeks ago I'm texted a family friend about Mahomes with a quote saying that Taylor's getting really smart in football she's drawing up plays we might use him this season I don't care it's nauseating you see what I'm seeing guys I love my hair okay I don't want to rip it out good hair color it's growing nice you see right I don't care that she's drawing a play I don't care that she's becoming smart I don't care if you're going to use them it's enough the [ __ ] average fan doesn't care you [ __ ] brainwashers to would nausey him with the field stop with the [ __ ] celebrity showing Taylor smth every [ __ ] time the Chiefs score so annoying bro seriously all right let's get to the last of the stats before we go to Green Bay Philly four of9 on third down that's not bad one of three in the Red Zone see they didn't score well right six penalties for 45 yards that's that's those had a yards down but penalty number you know they called some on them right but they they weren't big penalties notice the Gap in yards all right and everybody's going to start saying oh the see like you know the Chiefs you know they're they're better than what they were last year was the year to get them ESPN Marcus Spear and [ __ ] Shannon sharp and Fox Sports Nick Wright they're handed it to him already they're handed it to already we didn't even play a game yet and they already handed him the [ __ ] Trophy and I know they went back to back and [ __ ] you basically handed him the threp and then you got [ __ ] [ __ ] too that are like well Mahomes went three to0 he's better than Brady I pray y'all [ __ ] lose I pray yall [ __ ] bro I got to stay off I I gotta stay off clearly okay let's go to Green Bay Packers vs Eagles Philly I gotta get off this damn game bro I need this beautiful hair to stay red dark brown whatever the hell it is I love my color okay right Jordan love all right now before we get into the stats guys yesterday Jordan love is expected to miss multiple weeks I think it's what is it a slight I don't think it's not a tear but it's a slight I don't know if it's spraining go look it up on Twitter nfl.com has got it okay he does have an injury to the name all right H it he's not expecting to miss the season but he's expecting to miss some time now this is a huge loss because Green Bay was a team that I had going to the Super Bowl in the NFC and I think this changes a lot of things okay because if Jordan love is going to miss let's say six to eight games this opens the door for not just the Bears and the Vikings who are trying to win games to fight for a last wild card spot the Lions now you have to take that division you have to take that the opportunity is there okay now it opens the door for the NFC as well because all those other teams fighting for that last wild card spot right it puts a greater emphasis on winning those games early when he's out because you have to take advantage of that window right every game has a window you got to jump through it okay and with an opportunity like this you got to jump on it now obviously I don't root for people to ever get hurt obviously but I'm I'm trying to explain in a frame where the outside teams are going okay we got to start winning these early games especially within the division you have like the other teams in the division have to win those games because you that helps you guys get up in those standings and then if he comes back that's when also you'll know okay we're going to see how good we are against a team that while Jordan love might be back let's say hypothetically let's say like week 10 he comes back right and let's just say the Vikings are like five and three okay right Minnesota's going to play Green Bay later in the season so they're going to have to win that game week four when they play him without him and then when he comes back that's where you're going to see okay how good are we and how what we need to be to become good if you guys get my point okay but Jordan love 17 17- 34 for 260 yards two touchdowns on a pick I don't think he played terrible I don't think he played great I think he played good okay um obviously their running game carried a lot Josh Jacobs 16 carries for 84 yards in a touchdown Jaden Reed had a 33 yard rushing touchdown he caught four for 183 in a touchdown right so I think Green Bay I think they got a lot of nice young pieces that are going to be really good okay now Jordan Love's Gonna obviously take a lot of the salary cap up because a you know he sat behind Rogers three years you they had to make a decision on him they had to pay him right now he's hurt going to miss a couple games right so these young guys this gives you an opportunity to see okay how good can our young guys be going forward that we're going to keep his future cornerstones they got a lot of young guys that can blossom into really really good players right jayen Reed Christian Watson Romeo dos Jacobs is a veteran right that comes in right you got defense Lucas Van Nest ran Gary who I like okay Devonte Wyatt from Georgia who I like okay you still got J Alexander in the secondary right we got a lot of young guys there that are really nice players they got Xavier McKenna who had a pick in the game as well so did Jer Alexander so Green Bay's got a lot of young players that are really good now it's just can they win and keep it going for you know the time Jordan loves out that's why also it also puts a bigger emphasis on them to try to win those games without him but again it depends who's backup quarterback for them because I think it's Sean Clifford and Malik Willis right now who Malik Willis isn't bad I think the Titans gave up on him too early Sean Clifford's all right um but those guys have to hold down their rooll and I think Matt laf Fuller can do a good job of helping them out taking less pressure on them and that's why they got Josh Jacobs right Christian Watson I mentioned had a touchdown their defense though I think it's going to be good I think this game is a little bit of an outlier week one you don't really know what everybody is 34 points allowed a fumble recovery two sacks two interceptions as I mentioned earlier right so I think that that defense is not as bad as what last night is okay Philly's offense is explosive in their own way too so I think that their defense will be good it's just right now you play a good team this was huge as far as looking at the tiebreakers going down the road because these are two teams that I expect to be in the playoffs I think this was huge in that regard I do think rebas defense is better than what Friday night indicated all right three of 11 on third down that's not gonna do it one of four in the Red Zone also not GNA do it one score game Red Zone critical third down critical you didn't win that 10 penalties though for 71 yards again I'm not going to be all on the officiating I caught a game and a half of this I was doing some stuff for uh some other stuff I was doing as far as like games and stuff like that so I got to see at like a fourth quarter and then like Midway through the third so I don't know like all the penalties and stuff you guys had watch the game I don't know how bad it was but I heard from like a friend of mine that said officiating is bad so I can only imagine there were some calls that that weren't in their favor that obviously benefited Philly and stuff like that um let's go to the eagle side of things right Jaylen Herz 234 271 yards two touchdowns two picks early on he struggled but then as the game went on he got better I feel like that's a game where you got to be a little concerned because you're like okay he's still kind of doing the same things from last year playing a little too much herob Ball but then I look at Sequon Barkley and I'm like okay you carried the ball 24 times for 109 yards you ran in two touchdowns he did catch a receiving touchdown from Jaylen Herz right so we had three total touchdowns on the deck I'm thinking jayl Herz why do you still playing hobo you got St on Barkley That's why you signed him in the off season okay but they also got K Moore calling plays and I said to my friend that's an Eagles fan you don't think Kell Moore is going to get two pass happy well yeah he's got explosive receivers Johan dots and AJ Brown Bonte Smith Dallas SCD yeah but he might get too happy with the pass right you but that's why you get saquon Barkley to help alleviate pressure off Jaylen Herz right and he ran away from Zeke Elliott although Zeke Elliott was diminishing I don't think saquan Barkley is diminishing at all I think it looked that way with the Giants because the Giants are so poorly built Sequon Barkley's not what zek was when Kore was in Dallas that for sure if anything I still think he's got legs where he could still give you quality production at the running back position okay so I think saquon Barkley is a huge huge pickup for them to help alleviate pressure off Jaylen Herz and Kell Moore run with him more right now you ran 20 you ran 24 times with him right so that's good you threw the ball with Herz 34 times so keep the balance all right don't get pass happy right but Jaylen Herz also has to do a good job of just not feeling like he has to play Hero ball forcing too much [ __ ] which early on in the game he kind of was doing right so yeah he um yeah that's yeah their offense is going to be explosive AJ Brown five for 19 in a touchdown Devonte seven for 84 G did all right right Johan Dawson once he's gonna establish his role as a number three they still got a top two top three offensive line in football they're going to be fine they're going to be fine offensively my question mark is the defense now I love the F vanio pickup but I want to see how that secondary holds up all right they miss Isaiah Rogers which was a key signing they had right Darius Slay their number one fangio um quinan Mitchell that kid's going to be a really good player all right they're going to have to really that secondary is a big question mark I need to see how they are defensively season goes on uh Zack Bond the linebacker two sacks on the day 11 solo tackles that dude is going to be a beast for them Devon white being out as well for the Eagles so I think the Eagles have healthy that defense if they could play better they're going to be a force to be reckoned with not just offensively but their defense has to just show that they're better than what they were last year cuz last year they were atrocious right and I don't think they will be under fio but that's secondary I need to see more games besides one I still have question marks about that defense obviously they allow 29 but it's a little misleading because Herz through two picks that resulted in short yardage field position for Green Bay so it's a little misleading right um but 29 is a Lot 23 if we're going to really account that still averages today's League the pick I mentioned right um four for 14 on third down is okay it's not great it's I think under 33% so that's not really that great three of six in the Red Zone you're 50% that's got to be better okay three turnovers A little sloppy seven penalties I know wins a win and I know you'd rather be sloppy in week one but it shows a little bit why you need a little bit of preseason reps to kind of get in the flow get a rhythm of things and that's what happens when teams don't play their starters all three preseason games that's just saying okay all right so what I'm gonna do is uh I'm going to show you guys my fantasy ESPN Fantasy football lineup lineup now I like this fantasy lineup a lot I think this lineup is really good in the 10 Team league uh so I want I'm going to hand it over to the screen recording of my fantasy football team in ESPN that I have this screenshot was before this season because Harbaugh loves running the football and Josh Allen you know Buff's gonna play Hero ball with them I like Cleveland defense against Dallas obviously and I like their early season schedule because the AFC North's physical Jim Schwarz is a great coordinator I like this team and then the bench I think it's not bad obviously in a 10 Team league it's harder to do but I like it I like my team a lot in that league so let me know what you guys think try not to roast me the comments so much for it CU it's a 10 Team league but let me know honest thoughts on my fantasy team let me one picks we're going to combine him all right because we're going to go through the games ready so we're going to go rapid fire week one with some guarantees we got the Survivor in this season okay two pools last year we're back at it again and I'm not hoping to get out in the first week that would suck okay for those who love it we're bringing everybody back I'm doing my guarantees right so let's start off with the Bengals and Patriots I'm obviously Deck Down The Patriot gear you guys are all wanting to see now as I'm recording this video I have been trying to figure out what's going on with t hickinson and Jamar Chase so I don't know if they're going to play all right but caveat if if T Higgins and Chase don't play or if Chase is limited to a regard dare I say I would take my new Engle Patriots plus eight points on DraftKings so I would take the eight points with New England now you're like why gerro Mayo's coaching you don't know what he's going to be as a head coach new defensive coordinator bill bich was obviously a huge reason for New England being relevant the last couple of seasons yeah but the Bengals are known for starting off slow next week yeser they have at Kansas City Trap game jacobe Brett's not a bad quarterback now I know friends of mine that are saying oh he sucks he's a good starter that will win games this offensive line we don't know what we're made of okay their defense is I think really underrated Lua rumo should have a head coaching job by now I don't know why he doesn't but Trap game Bengals are looking to Kansas City in Kansas City next week they're home they're known for starting off slow New England they're not obviously projected to do anything they're like oh we could beat New England right New England's supposed to be one of the worst teams in football yes I've said it okay but Jobe peret knows this offense under Alex vanel where did they come from Cleveland all right Cleveland plays Cincinnati twice a year okay so I think this is a game that's going to be a little closer than people think all right definitely eight points too much give me the eight points with the Patriots okay on the Bengals all right now who I have winning that game nonbiased I have the Bengals winning by by his score 20 to 13 over New England I don't think New England's going to score a lot however if they're G to score they're going to need to get on like a turnover which Christian Gonzalez is back right Josh us is back right their secondary is better than people think their front Seven Christian barmore he's he's obviously out that's a huge loss up front uh dealing with blood clots hopefully he's going to be good but they still got some dudes that are not bad up front Okay and again I think the offense we don't know what they're going to be so I'm gonna say New England doesn't score a lot the Bengals just get by them 20 to 13 Bengals I would take the eight if Higgins and Chase are both out for sure if Chase is limited and Higgins is out I'd still take the eight but if they're both playing I wouldn't take it but again that's a caveat for you guys there all right so let's go with that Bengals to win by 7 20 to 13 take the take this take the eight with New England all right if Higgins is out Chase is limited but if they're Bol out I would take it no problem okay bills and the Cardinals over 40 over 46 I like this I think Arizona's going to score okay I actually have my score prediction over so that's why too I think Arizona is going to surprise a lot of people offensively now their secondary I got some questions with right so I'm going to take over 46 Buffalo Arizona I think they're both going to score Buffalo's got a new receiving core right Josh alen they're going to move the ball but their defense their secondary is questionable Von Miller's old Milano again bicep injury travius white gone went to the Rams now I think right poyer's gone right michah I don't think sign their secondary Is Not Great okay rul Douglas is the only guy I think they have on there that I know so again okum too too so I think they're secondary little suspect Marvin Harrison Jr I think they're going to find a way to get him the ball with Kyler Murray all right I think Arizona is able to score on Buffalo I don't think they win but I would take over 46 in Buffalo Arizona all right now I'm going with the bills to win I have them in my Survivor pick as well in one of my Survivor P Buffalo their schedule after this consists of Miami I think they have the Jets I think in week six right um they don't have they don't have cupcakes after after Arizona right and I don't even think Arizona's a cupcake I think they should beat Arizona this is a game where I'm like if you're gonna take Buffalo now I would take him now or if you got a mid-season game that you like that's that but I do think Buffalo will get by Arizona game one I'm going to sweat it because I don't know if they're going to win but that's why I have two plls as well right but I think Josh Allen does enough Buffalo gets by Arizona I don't like Arizona secondary at all again I'm just praying knock on wood knock on wood that he does not get hurt because if he goes down my fantasy seasons in shambles and my Survivor pick goes down there so knock on wood please don't get hurt all right so so Buffalo don't overuse him these young receivers going to have to step up but Arizona secondary has some question marks it's a good game to see who they like I think K Kan might have a big day too if you're looking for a prop bet so give me Buffalo 2723 over the Cardinals over 46 on DraftKings I would do that Vikings Giants all right I I'm I'm going to love this okay this is almost a top play I think this actually is like one of my top five play on the day under Vikings Giants 41 a half under the Giants suck offensively they suck okay Daniel Jones against Brian Flores who loves the aggressive Blitz defense okay what do I mean he loves to run cover zero send the house Giants offensive line sucks okay Jaylen hayatt who I like Malik neighbors I'm a little questionable with the Vikings secondary but Daniel Jones at the end of the day is going against Brian Flores Brian Flores is going to send the dogs after him I don't think the Giants are going to get anything going cuz Devon sleary is their number one running back Darren Waller's gone their offensive line sucks Daniel Jones is terrible as a quarterback okay and the giant bayag not not bad wagons giant fans that I know that watch this show they're more quiet than ever they're not even confident right now okay they're not even happy going into the season they're they're hoping that Carson Beck does good shador Sanders Quinn yers does good but I don't know if I see franchise changing in any of those guys right compared to this last quarterback class so they're praying one of them is hopefully the answer but Daniel Jones sucks I think the Vikings too I don't think they're gonna score a lot because Sam darn I think he's good I don't think he's GNA score because again he's a downgrade over Kirk Cousins now JJ McCarthy being out that hurts too I don't think they would have scored even with J.J McCarthy a lot right I think what the Vikings are going to do is they're going to find a way to get Justin Jefferson the ball right Jordan Addison they're gonna find a way to get him going I Aaron Jones who I like I think they're gonna play clock control game I don't think they're going to score a lot right they want to protect Sam darn make sure he doesn't turn it over I think this is an under game I got 9 Vikings over the Giants I I think this is an under game I think Min Minnesota's defense is better up front than whoop him up front and I think the Giants offense sucks on top of it I think the Giants defense is actually pretty sneaky good Kon TI Brian burs Dexter Lawrence okay they're not bad up front Isaiah Simmons I think is still there right I don't think they're bad up front Okay Shane Bowen a defensive coordinator I think he's a solid coordinator okay under under 41 and a half Vikings Giants one of my top five plays of the day Vikings win 199 Titans Bears I almost went with the Bears no joke I almost went with them I would not be shocked if Chicago wins but then I slept on it and I said said to myself a lot of people are sleeping on Tennessee who I'm not a big fan of this season either right everybody's taking Chicago to win Caleb Williams looks great in preseason at the end of the day I'm not solding any of these coaches either Eber Lewis or Brian Callahan I don't know what Brian Callahan even is as a coach right because he's a rookie head coach I don't think Matty is that good of a coach either right Bears have the Hard Knocks hype I'm going to shock a lot of people with this I'm going to take the Titans to win I'm going to flip my pick I'm going to go with the Titans to win cuz I have a gut feeling that Caleb Williams he's going to put numbers up I do think he's gonna make a couple heads scratching turnovers where you're gonna go what are you doing Caleb and if you guys know Caleb Williams watching him in college he sucked against Elite defenses I don't think Tennessee's an elite defense with Mike Fel gone but I do think they're going to make him make a couple mistakes where you go okay this is the Caleb Williams that saw USC he can beat up on [ __ ] teams [ __ ] defenses but when he plays solid to really Elite defenses in college he sucks I got this weird feeling give me the Titans to beat to beat the Bears I almost said Buffalo that's how [ __ ] out of [ __ ] I am right now but give me the Titans to beat the Bears that's my upset uh 2317 over Caleb Williams I think that matu sucks as a coach this is a game a lot of people are expecting Chicago to win Tennessee wins I'm going with the Titans 23 to 17 yes I'm flipping my pick all right New Orleans Carolina all right this is my top pick of the day all right I don't love this but I I if I have to bet something that I like give me New Orleans to win in my Survivor pool this is my best bet because look at the Saint schedule after this game okay they got three of their next I think what five of their next six against playoff teams okay that consist of at Dallas Philly they've got Atlanta they've got Tampa Bay Atlanta's not a playoff team but Atlanta Atlanta at Kansas City on a Monday night if you're going to pick the Saints this is it I think New Orleans is one of the worst teams in football this season I'm not a big Derek Carr fan Alvin chimo has fallen off since Shawn pton left New Orleans okay Chris alve is a good receiver I don't think he's going to be all that in fantasy this year I really don't Dennis Allen sucks as a head coach right but I think New Orleans is better than Carolina I do Carolina is a train wreck of a roster bad ownership I think Bryce young is people think he's a bust ready I'm not going to go that far Canales is a rookie head coach in the dome I like New Orleans to win but I also like the under 41 and a half I don't think Carolina's going to score a lot on them either okay Xavier Leed who I think is a solid receiver they still got Adam thielen right offensive line is not really great in Carolina either their defense is the is regressing so I think this game screams under 41 and a half New Orleans Carolina I would take the under 41 and a half on DraftKings or ESPN bet I kind of had it originally ESPN bet but I switched over to DraftKings as far as like where I'm getting the numbers from because that's obviously reliable book most people do that too um so I would go over 40 I mean not over under 41 and a half New Orleans Carolina um I like that that's one of my um picks there so I like that okay and I like New Orleans to beat Carolina that's a solid pick so yeah we're going to go New Orleans 2613 over Carolina Chargers Raiders one of my top this is number four I'm like my best plays of the week the LA Chargers are going to beat the Raiders Aiden okono Garner muu trash Raiders once again no secondary don't like their front seven except Max Crosby who I think might have a sneaky Defensive Player of the Year case this year okay offensively they're going to score 20 because they got Adams they got Bowers they got Michael Meyer okay but I have severe questions at the quarterback spot which I don't think they're going to be good Jim Harbaugh first game in the NFL brought his Michigan guys with him right Jesse Minter the defensive coordinator right got some guys from his brother Gus Edwards JK dobins right Justin Herbert's the quarterback now well he's been the quarterback now right but Justin Herbert now gets a good head coach that knows what he's doing har ball won with the 49ers before three three NC championship game appearances a Super Bowl appearance right I like the Chargers to win 2820 over the Las Vegas Raiders this is my most confident winner of the day I would say because I think they're beating the Raiders I like Pierce as a head coach but that roster is bad another team who I think is going to be in the in the basement as far as draft selection the Raiders are bad so give me the ra give me the Chargers 2820 over the Las Vegas Raiders Chargers money line the odds on Draft Kings minus 155 give me the Chargers line okay Chargers 2820 over the Raiders Seattle Denver now one of my people that I know very well fan of the show likes Denver in this game not just for this season not just for this game but for this season actually to surprise people I'm not going to drink the bow Nick Kool-Aid yet Shawn pay I think they're one of the worst rosters in football because they have to be perfect nailing the draft I don't think they had a perfect draft I don't think they're going to be that good this year but something tells me are we that Sol McDaniel be Mike McDonald being that good of a Seahawks head coach in game one at home P Carol from Mike McDonald is a huge downgrade okay just because Mike McDonald's a coach with P Carol's roster doesn't mean he's gonna be P Carol so I kind of like Denver with the points another one that's in my top five I'm not saying Denver's gonna win but I'm like it's way too much man Mike McDonald we don't even know he's going to be as a head coach I think this is going to be like two years ago I've got Seattle winning by three 20- 17 over Denver I think Shawn Payton's going to help make it closer right but I don't think they're going to win I think Denver's under talented as a roster to compete with Seattle I think McDonald wins his game but definitely not by six and a half Denver plus 6 and a half but Seattle wins 20 to 17 Cleveland Dallas I have Browns defensive fantasy right I am going to take the under 40 41 and a half 42 actually on DraftKings right under 42 in the Dallas Cleveland game CD lamb just got signed to an extension he didn't play preseason right Dak Prescott against a good defense I don't think he's going to do well in a road environment no I don't think they're going to do well right Amari Cooper Revenge game too I think that Zeke Elliot's their number one running back I think they're going to clamp that run game up because that Dallas offensive line also lost Tyron Smith Zack Martin's kind of on his last legs kind of wanting to retire right I think Dallas is not as good as people think is this year okay I am going to go with the under 42 in Cleveland Dallas under smells under on the road Cleveland's offense is shaky DeShaun Watson's not that great Nick chubs on the pup list right Jerome Ford who I think is a good running back I think he'll have a solid game but Mike Zimmer is going to make it close this smells under defense Road environment all over it under 42 Dallas Cleveland which leads into the game pick I'm taking Cleveland to win 1713 over Dallas Dak Prescott's going to make a couple turnovers in this game he's going to disappo disappoint Cowboy fans and I think that Cleveland's going to get a couple scores off long drives where they're going to find their way in the end zone I think Amari Cooper might have a touchdown against his former team too Trayvon digs coming off a Tor ACL to on the year so Cleveland 17113 over the Cowboys Tampa and Washington I am going to take in this one I'm going to take Tampa 30 to 20 I think Washington's secondary sucks and I think that jayen Daniels running the Air Raid Offense under Cliff kingsberry I'm gonna take Tampa Bay with Baker Mayfield to score 30 Washington 20 jayen Daniels is I think going to be solid but I think Todd blls is going to send the house he'll put up numbers but I don't think it's going to be looking as good as the scoreboard says Tampa Bay 30 Washington 20 I actually skipped over a couple one piece games I apologize let me go back now right Atlanta and Pittsburgh kind of like Atlanta toight Russell Wilson's dealing with C injury I think rumors are Justin Fields might start but if Wilson does start I even love Atlanta more Pittsburgh's offensive line does not look good Arthur Smith's going to run the ball against his former team right I think Naji Harris is gonna have an okay game but pits offensive line sucks their defense will keep them in the game right cuz Kurt Cousins ain't that much better at quarterback either so but I think they make a couple more plays than the Steelers do and they're home give me Atlanta 2416 over the Steelers to win game one I would take Atlanta to win if you want a moneyline pick too I would take Atlanta as well I'm not sold on Pittsburgh but I don't love it again it's not on my plays because I don't want to bet against Mike tomin he's a great coach but that offensive Line's bad their offense looks not great and I like their defense so I'm actually not going to bet Atlanta in my plays if you wanted to take a stab at it I wouldn't be mad at Atlanta 24 Pittsburgh 16 that that's what I would say Okay Miami Jacksonville I forgot about this this is also the top two number one actually number one play over 49 and a half I think both of these teams are going to score Miami Javon Holland and Jaylen Ramsey are their only guys in the secondary xaven Howard's gone okay Jordan puer is a good player okay but up front they lost Christian Wilkins to the Las Vegas Raiders okay who I forgot actually they do have some run stuff ability so I digress my opinion there okay but Miami Bradley chub Jaylen Phillips coming off torn ACL injuries they they can't stay healthy right I don't think Miami's defense is as good as people think right but it's in Miami Jacksonville same thing I don't think Jacksonville's defense is as good as people think either because it's really just Josh Allen hindes I think his name is now right Hines Allen I forgot what it was Tyson Campbell as their best corner Jacksonville is going to score Doug Peterson loves to be pass happy I didn't draft Travis etn cuz he didn't he won't run the ball when he needs to so I think Jacksonville Miami over lot of points 30 to 28 Miami beats Jacksonville top play of the week okay Miami scores at home it's not in Jacksonville even if it wasn't Jacksonville still taking the over Miami 30 Jaguars 28 Texans Colts almost took the Colts plus three but I'm thinking Anthony Richards is coming off an injury too I'm not sure how that's going to go I'm going to take I'm going to take the Texans this year I said they were going to win the Super Bowl last week on Lounge time I think the Texans win I just trust CJ St more I think this game's going to be a much competitive game I might watch this game if New England Cincinnati sucks I might even turn on it early if I think it's that bad but Texans 26 Colts 20 Texans 26 Colts 20 Houston comes out with an early division win I like the Texans in game one on the road against the Colts all right now let's go to the Rams Lions this game I could see being a little bit over I think both teams are going to score I got both teams fantasy implications on this game I'm going Ross St Brown Cooper cup I like the Lions to still win at home I think the Rams defense just has too many question marks in the secondary and I feel like that the lions are going to score no problem their offensive line is a top three I think they might arguably be the best offensive line in football um I think their defense is a little better but Dan Campbell he's got to know when to be aggressive and not be like the NFC Championship Game basically giving San Francisco points on a platter so I like Dan Campbell 27 Rams 24 Detroit 27 Rams 24 that's what I like in that game Monday night ners Jets smells like a dead under defense heavy Trent Williams gets a full snap count auk's getting a limited role right Niners had a lot of offseason distractions right but the Jets are under the most scrutiny as they've ever been for a team Aaron Rogers first game back against a team he historically Is Not Great against okay and the Niners is his house of horrors okay Nick Bosa those guys up front Okay solid knows the Niners as well Kyle Shanahan hangover game maybe but I smell it under ners 13 Jets 13 ners 19 Jets 13 my apologies um that's who I have winning that game so there you guys have it those are my week one picks those are my guarantees so recap of the
