what was the greatest thing a friend ever did for you in college I fell down and got a crack in my right ankle my leg was in cast and I was advised to complete bed rest first for a week then for another and then for another since the doctor used to say one week every time I told my parents to not come to take me back home with them my hostile room was on the second floor and the only way to reach there was to climb the stairs I couldn't walk at all I stayed at my friend's room on the ground floor every morning they put a chair in the bathroom and helped me get to it when I was ready to come out they brought me back to the bed they'd go for classes and return at lunchtime brought a plate of food in the cafeteria they left everything I might need on the table beside my bed went to attend the rest of the classes when they'd come back they made sure to take care of all my needs they took me to doctor's appointments every time my ex- roommate would come every evening after the classes to meet me and she brought me fresh clothes took my dirty ones with her she'd even wash my Intimates herself whenever any of my friends had free time they'd come directly to my room and if I was awake would keep me company I had a hard time being dependent on others but I couldn't have asked for better people to be around I always had this feeling that they were giving up a lot for me but they only gave everything with love and never brought it up again I have had the best of friends
