Four Corners RV Resort and Marina, Antioch, Tennessee. Season 2 | Episode 17

[Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Applause] all right what's going on family my name is Ron with p and we are the RR here and we are clamping this weekend but first ba which is me dear got me cooking yeah she want me to cook today so got a little bacon I just got things doing the pancakes and cuz I didn't cook breakfast in a minute so I decided to cook breakfast this morning but yeah we are at Four Corners or Resort in Antioch Tennessee and uh I can say this is a real nice part and of course from all the other videos that you guys have looking at guess where we at again yeah we are at a lake this is the lake view and we're at site number 51 so of course I will be doing a full review of this part so hey also don't forget to like And subscribe and hit the thumbs up for this video and we some stuff at the office so now I'm going to go ahead and do a little little review around the park I'm going to start on this side [Music] first uh and then we'll go to this side and then we'll go over to this side and last but not least we'll check this side out here so I'm going to go ahead and go back to the uh site get my map so all right I'll be right back okay I went in got my map so right now we're heading to sites uh start with site number one all around to site number 49 now if you look at the the colors of the sights the blue is more like the Lakeside views and then you got the purple they're more the standard views meaning that you not able to see the lake but if you step out you can see the lake anyway so and one thing I like about this Campground you have a lot of space in between sites and and that's a RV's dream I think and if you like me hey go ahead and leave a comment because I'm Petty more sure there's over 80% of rvos out here that's that's glamping or camping however you want to do it they prefer space in between the sights cuz uh ain't nothing like seeing the the the stinky Slinky approximately 2 feet from your picnic table huh it's a real nice sight and again a lot of space in between I'm surprised they got some empty sits out here cuz uh I'm shooting this on the Labor Day weekend and it's a Saturday so we got in kind of late Friday which was yesterday but oh let me check something out here I want to make sure ain't no Critters out here if you know what I mean okay and over there are the floating cabins I think I'm going to hit that place last now there is rain in the forecast this afternoon so we do have a overcast so depending on how much uh do this Park walk around the park for a full review uh I'm might have to cut it short cuz it's supposed to rain sometime this afternoon so we'll just uh you know play it by here all right on with the review [Music] this a site 24 and they also got a doll Park so actually on this side over here these are SES uh 41 through 49 well 41 43 45 47 and 49 even though you don't have the lake view but if you walk outside your RV and look out the front this is what you see still a nice view yeah they also got laundry service here of course you got to have the C to get in they got bath houses of course you got to have the codes and I'm not going to go into one cuz I don't know my code so and that's the ladies over there nice facility oh uh before I forget they also do golf cart rentals I just found out this morning this the main office this where you come and check [Music] in now if you're coming in pretty late these are the hours and they Clos at 5:00 so we got here a little after 6 last night and what they did they put a they put like a little some type of uh like a hanging shelf and it goes down and they have this inside one of the sleeves with your name on it see cuz normally I thought we had to go into the mailbox but you know I'm just exaggerating but but they made it easier for check in for RVs coming in after 5:00 yeah because you know sometimes you know some folks like us we not full timers or any any rvers for that matter they come in late you know whether it's traffic and I'm going tell you the traffic was bad yesterday in Nashville I mean bad so we going to go ahead and cover this area right here so we're looking at SES 111 all the way around through site 131 now these SES are in the South section of the of the park but they're also standard meaning there's no Lake PW but overall they're still nice sits a lot of space in between I mean oh this is a nice place right here this site in the corner we call it the corner lot so that's a nice sight too site 113 whoa look at the space this site has you can do anything you can play football you can have corner whole tournaments I mean it's a lot of space out here and you know believe it or not I'm I'm not used to seeing a lot of space in between sites on some of the parks we we have been to but hey I'm going give you guys a thumbs up for Corners R re Resort cuz you guys know what you was thinking I'm sure you had a lot of reviews from rvers and put in surveys to ask rvers on what they prefer and I'm going I tell you we prefer a lot of space in between sites that's what we prefer of course they got [Music] cabins and from the looks at it this is it's not really a pretty big part but I'm going tell you they have all the right things for rvers here D And you know you got rentals pontoon oh you got a marina down the street too so what I said earlier I said uh Four Corners RV resort is actually called Four Corners RV Resort and marina so sorry about that I got to get the title straight that's a nice RV right here man that's a nice truck too got some nice looking RVs out here all right so we're going to cover sections start with 96 all the way up to correction we going to start at SES 109 all way around to our last site which is our site which is [Music] 51 now don't don't get upset when I'm about ready to say okay uh I've seen a lot of for dues out here yeah a lot of Fords H can I say they're designed to pull maybe again don't get upset I am really liking this Resort so will we come back here again absolutely absolutely now what I mentioned earlier in the video we got here late yesterday traffic was bad but my garment to went on a different route and that route was a whole lot better going through downtown Nashville so uh somewhere up in here I'm going to show you the route if you're coming up north like from from Kentucky all the way down through Tennessee you you actually I will go this route now coming from south and going north I I really don't know direction for that one but so just keep in mind for those you that been through Nashville before you know exactly what I'm talking about traffic is horrible it it don't matter what time of day it is it just terrible so all right let me get back to video now this corner site right here uh which is site number 74 it's a good site but it's a lot lot of traffic around this corner and here this is site 85 and there the marina and that's where all the Boat Owners keep their boats and stuff at I'm sure they got rentals over there too as well now the one thing I do like about this Resort is most of the sites of level I can at least say some of these sites are actually I'm looking at blocks stuff like that on the tires and all that there I don't really see too many so that lets me that lets me know that this sites are Level cuz you know how it is you get to an uneven site you got to use blocks and wood and all kind of stuff to get your your camper level those of you that got the refrigerator dual electric and propane you know exactly what I'm talking about because your RVs have to be level in order for your refrigerator to work and you got slides you got to be considering you don't want your slide to go out sideways and at a catac corn if your RV is not level so you know leveling your RV is very important [Music] you [Music] time m [Music] all right these are the floating cabins the house boat lodging now and they got places where you can to off your boat and stay in these floating cabins it looks like they have a they have a total of six of them but these are nice now earlier I was talking to one of the employees at the uh at the office up here and she was telling me that they got something going on at 5:00 they got this this huge party live music food food trucks you name it so yeah one thing I also forgot too this auy Resort is gated so when you check in you're going to give you some information like a little brochure you have the Wi-Fi code the gate code and all the information you need to stay at this RV Resort [Music] oh yeah also I forgot too you can also have packages sent to this R Resort and here's the Shelf where they keep them at Amazon packages you name it so if you saying it for a long period time they do offer uh mail services here particularly packages and stuff like that oh I'm in the office and I'm with Kenley the manager and I was telling her that one thing I like about this AR Resort is the space how you doing KY I am fantastic I am so happy that you're here what can I do for you my friend so one thing I mentioned earlier in the video as I was walking around and tell me the reason why you guys like to have a space in between sites so one thing that we get a lot of comments on is a lot of like you were saying a lot of the parks in our area you're really close so some of them have great views but you're looking out your side you're looking into your neighbor's windows and you just we we could have fit a lot more um pads yeah here if we wanted to but we thought it was really important to have space between so that you have room for your dogs to run around or the grandkids to play or whatever you want to do and your neighbors can't hear everything that's going on next door so what's going on at 5:00 so at 5:00 we have a food truck coming so pretty much for all of our major holidays 4th of July Memorial Day uh Labor Day we do a big event so we'll have the which I'm sure you saw out therea um we have the Kona Ice shaved ice truck we be here from 2:00 to 4: and then they'll be at the marina from 4: to 6: um and then we've got our food truck coming and one of our awesome tenants his name is Paul is going to be playing for us he plays downtown um he's played all over he's played the blue Bluebird Cafe he plays at the restaurant a lot uh he's going to be playing for us tonight so we're super excited to have him he's been here about 6 months now but he's been in Nashville for about a year um and so he likes to just do a free little concert for for the so we're super excited to have him with us thank you thank you thank you so much I really appreciate that there you have it guys come to this risort it's called four corners or Resort in Marina and is located in anoch Tennessee Tennessee an I finally got it right guys we're right outside Nashville yes yeah right outside Nashville right outside Nashville and please don't go downtown Nashville Interstate 24 to get here we we took a different route cuz it was no you go 40 yep we 40 and got on Highway 171 171 and it brings you right here yep all right guys back to the tour [Music] and there you have it from uh Kinley uh she's a real nice young we came back hey the college games was on so I start cooking we start watching the games and apparently we forgot all about it so uh we do apologize for that but I'm going to go ahead and start cooking because it is going to rain here shortly I don't know when but I'm going to go a and get started I got my ninja Woodfire Grill get ready to go I got my charcoal grill over here got my meats and I'm going to cook me some some chicken some steak and some ribs and you know your your basically your typical menu for Labor Day yeah I just hang in there I'm going to start cooking and bringing some more footage and I think my ninja Woodfire is talking to me and say it's time to add the meat so I'll be right back guys stay tuned [Music] good morning YouTube family it is a Monday unfortunately travel day for us uh also this also Labor Day we are going to hit the road head on back to the house roxan is inside taking care of all the you know the inside stuff I'm going to take care of this outside stuff and before you guys go anywhere me and roxan going to you know talk to you guys and and give you our reviews and out thoughts about this this Resort and also we got a big surprise for those of you that don't know so stick around when we get done we'll let you guys know what our big surprise is okay we all packed up ready to go uh of course let's get that old expression from Ann on travel day give us that expression real quick good morning there you go yes it's travel day guys yeah and I was uh I was talking to the family um so what do you think about this this a resort um I think it's nice it's spacious it's one thing that I do like the the pads is you know it's spread it out you know everybody has they own little space but not all on top of each other like exact some RV parks are um it's nice it's quiet we have a beautiful view for relaxation oh yeah um and one thing that I haven't um had the opportunity to take advantage is are the Hammet swings over here that was right next to us and yeah they were highly utilized this last couple days we were here it was nice the pool is a little small though I would highly recommend that um yeah that the the resort here um invest in putting another pool area like toward the back for the other guest that's here in the park um I would just say that they need to possibly invest in another pool for the resort um but other than that I would say it's a nice um RV resort to kind of get away relax refresh you know um absolutely I say the same thing I was talking to the manager yeah was it day before yesterday uh her name is Ken yeah Miss Kenley and uh that's one of the things that the rvers was put in a survey for this actual Resort and they all they all 90% of them said space space in between because of course talk to Ann over here about space she talking about petitions and stuff like that trying to trying to get me a to-do list to build I like whoa wait wait wait wait yes I mean I mean you don't really see that in a lot of RV parks or um individ ual in their own little um slot to where where you have the Utility side yeah and I'm just thinking as far as space it's just like a fence a privacy fence so when you're sitting now and you know your neighbors um stinky Slinky if you would is in your view why not put a little not a picket fence guys but just like a little petition those little rat tan uh like a fan it has four sides and just slide that out it has like the little um steaks at the bottom of just stick it in just to cover up that area I think that'll be a good idea so once we locate one and put it out you all to see exactly what we're talking about and I guarantee you that'll be a hit for others to kind of just block out that area it's like a priv defense of the slinky stinky Slinky if you would you know it sometimes be you know you go to a site you really can't do anything because the stinky sake is right there about a foot from your picnic table exactly it ain't nothing like you eating on a beautiful day you know burgers and hot dogs and steaks or whatever real and all of a sudden your next door neor comes out and started draining this tank and then you have the what oh my gosh then you just want to get up and mo if you just like me and you this this one over here boy woo and you looking at it it's just like really really she she loses it but but yeah I think that's a good idea uh remember earlier I mentioned about a surprise that we have to tell you guys some of you guys guys have and and Ladies of course have seen our Facebook page and I'm going let Ann talk about a little bit you know guys even though this is travel day for my RV and glamping you know that doesn't have to be the end of your um getaways or your luxury getaways or you know your Extended Stays or whatever your dream vacations I myself we are with Intel travel mhm and you know if you're looking to get away or just want to get that cruise and and just lay back and relax like we do at the RV campsites this doesn't have to be just for RV is just be for anybody that just wants to get away you know for that luxury vacation just reach out to us and just let us know let us
