A Family Dynamic

[Music] I mean just look around you know it's it's a pretty special golf course I think you I can be here till 9:00 at night and you see the sunset catch the pink in the sky as it's coming to the top of the mountains and then it slowly lights the mountains up and it's crazy every morning you got guys taking pictures that have been here whether it's their first season even I still take pictures looking at 11 seeing the Sun come over mountains you know glistening through the trees it's like probably one of the most unreal things just a shape we keep it in is I mean like Top Class A lot of good places to grow grass there's a lot of great clubs but being able to have such a great team is is really what separates this job from any other I've had I think that it's the people here that make this place really fantastic um got to meet a lot of great people um throughout the years that I've been here and um it's kind of like it started as a family and it still is that today I don't know I think it's definitely all the people here it's it's like a little family starts all the way from the membership on down the values that are imparted on us and uh kind of the support they give us in our in our department and we just try to reinforce that as we bring people in that really care we got I think 16 degrees on staff so that's pretty special to work with guys that are educated and willing to kind of go the extra mile it's uh the people that that's here here uh Scott all the managers great people I think everyone works as a team we're just really trying to do the best we can out here and really trying to grow from each person and just get better every day and put a course out there that people want to come see and people talk about when they they go home and um you know just something that you don't get a play every day like this course is pretty special I've been at three the top five courses in Colorado and Castle Pines is by far my favorite place to work I just love everything about it [Music]
