I'm sorry that the AC is like very loud but I will die if I turn it off like you can't leave babies in the car without air [Music] conditioner I am absolutely drying right now like it's so hot this guy has like the biggest truck and it just felt like he was going to hit me I'm sorry um I'm absolutely frying it is so hot just got out of the shower I washed my hair and I just put it into pigtails for the day and that's just going to be what it is um I do need to like straighten my roots later so yeah it's just going to stay like this until I do that um I have a couple of erands to run I need a multivitamin from Sprouts so I'm going to run to Sprouts and I'm sorry with the AC is like very loud but I will die if I turn it off like you can't leave babies in the car without air conditioner and I need something for lunch so I will probably grab something for lunch I might grab it at Sprouts cuz they like make sandwiches and stuff and then I need to go to Best Buy because I want to look at another vlogging camera option yeah just to make things a little bit simpler I don't know we'll see but that's the plan stand got my water we kind of matchine today oh my gosh and I honestly feel like I'm forgetting something you know those days where you're like hm there's something else I'm supposed to do I have no idea what it is at the current moment but I know that it is something so I'm going to run I feel like one of my cars driving it gets colder faster is that like a thing I do need to take my car in though I feel like I need to get like a good look over like get my tires rotated get a oil change all of that stuff maybe I'll take a personal day next week I haven't taken much PTO and at my I feel like I need to turn this down for sound but I just can't um at my new old company that I went back to I negotiated more PTO so even though I was a new hire you supposed to get like I don't know like a week or two I negotiated even though I had been there 5 years previously they would not give me the full amount whatever I negotiated 3 years 10 years so I get like an extra week and a half plus an extra fleux day of vacation in PTO and I only used like 4 days when I went to California I used maybe one day for my wisdom tooth removal because it was on a holiday weekend so I already had like some extra time and then I worked from home a couple of days so I didn't have to use full PTO so I think I might take a personal day cuz I just feel like there's a few things I need to do I want to go to uh the doctor cuz I fell a few weeks ago and I hurt my knee and it's fine like it doesn't hurt when I walk and it hurts when I kneel on it which is weird so I feel like I need to go to like Physical Therapy potentially and I probably need to get some scans on it as well so I need to do that um oh my God this is a spider web I walked into that when I was going through the bushes and I thought I got it all off of me but I didn't um and what else oh I do have a dentist appointment I need to do so maybe like I don't know I'm thinking maybe take next Thursday and Friday off and just like get a lot of appointments and stuff like that oh my neighbor has a boat and it started rolling and I'm like what is happening um get a lot of that like little stuff out of the way so I did go to Sprouts and I forgot to take out my camera which is why I want a little bit of a smaller camera but let me show you guys what I got I went on a bit of a protein Bender I've been trying to like just eat my protein but unfortunately the way that like my life is set up uh I keep forgetting to eat until like lunch or after lunch because my ADHD medicine kills my appetite and the unfortunate thing about that other than me sweating because I don't have on the AC right now um is you're supposed to eat over 100 g of protein for maximum efficacy so on a good day I'm getting maybe 60 grams of protein um but before I used to put protein in my coffee all the time I don't drink coffee every morning because I can't have it at the same time as my ADHD medicine or I will get jittery I used to I like have to wait in between when I have it so I thought I do drink water every morning so I got a p like a I said pure but I meant clear protein this is the wild clear Protein Isolate way Protein Isolate and the Citrus punch flavor and then I was like hm if I got a protein maybe it would make it easy for me to like drink it so I got this trani this is lemon cookie I believe yeah lemon cookie flavor and I only bought this I was like back and forth because I'm not really sure how my stomach will handle protein I used to like not get along with it too well um but I grabbed it we'll try it sprouts has a good return policy for supplements and stuff and if you purchased it you got a free shaker bottle which is worth $25 it's a little it's stainless steel Shaker so I got that and then I just got some Strauss I figured I'd just put some Strauss in there blend it with some ice and that should be like a quick easy breakfast and then I did get just a couple of the symbiotica high potency liposomal vitamin C packets because it seems like I'm sorry I can't do it I got to turn on AC it seems like pretty much everyone around me is getting sick at the moment and I would not like to join them so I'm going to have one of these did I eat today yes I had a Reuben sandwich it was pretty good oh it farted in my mouth I do not recommend that let out the air first blatantly um ignoring um what o tart I do like the symbiotica one it's probably one of my favorites if you tried the Mary ruths oh and I got this this Mary Ruth hair growth Max thing that I've seen all over Tik Tok I got this because I've been wearing my hair out because my scalp has been so bad lately I have soric D dermatitis and psoriasis in my scalp you can have both and I've had to wash my hair every week so I haven't braided it cuz it would just like ruin my braids and I have like some patches where I have not had hair regrowth because of like pulling like the the flakes and stuff off it kind of pulls out all the hair follicles with it and I have like pretty fine hair anyhow like I don't have like super thick hair but um the easiest way for me to get scalp like get the flakes out without pulling out a lot of hair is to straighten my hair so I'm just doing my due diligence with like this and then I have um not K18 what's the other one like oplex that I use and a couple of other things that I use like just to keep my ends from like absolutely like frying and breaking off and like to keep I mean obviously they're a little bit heat damage but I just need my scalp to be healthy and then I will cut my hair gradually you know but that's what I'm doing anyhow so this is what I got I'm have one more stop to make and then who knows what we'll be doing next you guys will see I've made it to Best Buy I have on my Crocs and then I just heard that they owner is like racist so now I can't buy any more Crocs which is disappointing that's like pretty much everything um has some basis of racism these days and I'm just annoyed because I just want comfy feet and now I can't have comfy feet but we're going to go in and check out this other camera obviously I won't be able to show you the footage cuz I can't put my SIM card in it but hopefully it's cute and it'll be useful let's go I mean nothing's wrong with this camera obviously I mean you can't see the outside of it it is a little bit beat up because I just throw it in my purse but overall it's fine it's one of my favorite cameras if anyone's been wanting it uh snail m this is like I think a pretty good deal because I think I paid close to 30 for one bottle on Tik Tok got my shampoo then this one too cuz I mostly for the conditioner but the shampoo is fine too and then deodorant all selfcare so far I was hoping they have the Nyx fat oils but they don't but this is good a good start so I got the egg bites look how good the salad looks me and my mom will definitely take this down and I got some raspberries as well and her paper plates that she requested everything's loaded I didn't end up getting anything else let's go home I just got home from work it's 102 outside so hot I feel like I'm still cooling down but I got a package so if you follow me on Instagram I posted a reel about going to the Coach Outlet I needed just a plain black purse so I ran over there um they didn't have what I needed but they showed me that it was online so I ended up ordering it and then I got a place pair and then I got a pair of sunglasses which I do not think are going to fit my face but we'll see if not I'll just give them to my mom I went to chew Sando for lunch and I also got dinner I got their uh daily I think it was the daily lunch box is what it was called and then I got this one for dinner this is the spicy something or rather I can't remember there Eden look how cute she is but I wanted to show you I was on lunch break at work and I didn't bring my camera so I didn't get to show you inside the store but next time I go I'll show you right Eden okay let's go inside and have dinner girl it comes with am miso soup which I cannot have and um like some seaweed snacks and like uh Ginger and wasabi and all that kind of stuff but it looks delish come inside girls in a home with vampires it's always so dark in there so this I'm tilting the camera is my new purse let me grab it by the other handle this is uh the Darcy car all it's at the outlet so it's not super expensive at all I think uh original price it was kind of expensive I probably would not have bought it for $400 but I really do like it there was another one that I liked more to be honest but it didn't have a pocket on the outside and I have this thing where I don't like to have to open my purse to get my phone necessarily unless I'm just like a one day going out kind of thing not for like my everyday purse so this has a pocket on the outside and then it has two like hidden outside Pockets here and here so I really like it and then it has a cross body strap so this is the Darcy bag from coach I got these Sun gles I thought they're going to be too narrow for my face and they are a tad bit too narrow for my face but they actually still look really good like the frames don't look too narrow the sides are just a tiny bit narrow but I like them a lot I was going to give them to my mom if I didn't like them but I do like them and I still have on my rib and they just came in this little case perfect an investigation that winds up in the lap of the FBI I just pulled up to work let's take our symbiotica one pouch is 1,000 Mig of vitamin C from aorc Acid it has potassium biotin a little bit of sodium mix it up I wish uh my Sprouts have the boxes of these but they don't but I I think I can order them online oh I hate when I do orange fart in my mouth there's just a little bit of air in there it tastes really good all right we've supplemented it's Friday fing Fring getting down a high little dragonfly at my window I went to Target only got what was on my list very demor very mindful if you're not on Tik Tok you have no idea what I'm talking about but um I was going to get the regular tea lemon but they have a mango one so I got that and then this new chbani zero sugar creamer the cafe Bell vanilla this one is unsweetened and the regular no sugar they have one that is sweet as well and then a cream cheese Minecraft anyways where I need to go is Lush got Old Faithful been using this for forever this one too I usually like a shower melt as well that one I don't think I like chocolate [Music] smell good morning you see how I do a hot oil treatment on my hair very demure you see how I I take my vitamins very mindful these taste pretty bad I like the symbiotica ones better but this one's Elderberry and vitamin C so you get like a two in one symbiotica has an Elderberry one and a vitamin C one so you would have to buy two even though the peak are a little bit more expensive it's combined I don't know I'm just taking them I had a discount Cammy from lagona Beach I follow her on Instagram and she had like a little promo code so I ordered it and it's fine it doesn't taste that great a little tart not that great tasting the in biotica one I think it actually tastes pretty good um theirs is just like a citrus or lemon vanilla flavor but it's only vitamin C I'm like deep moisturing doing a deep moisturizer on my ends and then I have a h h hot oil treatment from Lush so I'm going to put my uh sis stuff on my scalp to do like 15 minutes rinse that out I don't know the H is supposed to go on dry hair though that's like my only complication in this is that I don't know if H will have a reaction with the solution that goes on on my scalp so I'm like what order do I do this in I don't know but I'm mostly just putting it on my ends so if I just don't smooth it all over my like all the way to my scalp I think it should be fine I don't know but yeah we got to make coffee before we do any of this I'm making an ice coffee this is the best angle I can get at the moment so um this is just some like Blended ice so that it's very fine then I'm going to use the vanilla of the cafe Bell let me see if I can get it to focus if it's not already there we go the vanilla Cafe Bell gorgeous and then I'm going to do some of the new chabani this is just sweet cream flavor this is the only zero sugar one I saw so just do a little blip of that and then I'm going to do some of this uh protein shake I saw these at uh Dollar General sure other places have them as well just going to fill that up and then just a little drizzle of the like Smuckers sugarfree o she F in just across the top and I need to mix it some more than it's mixed currently mix mix mix squirting out the top okay there we go and there we go our ice coffee my hair is in a oil treatment right now getting ready to wash it very good m probably going to close out this Vlog now cuz I don't know how long it is I also got a package from Tik Tok shop of course um I got two pairs of jeans cuz I feel like I have barely any bottoms I have like two pairs of dark wash jeans that I wear to work so these are more like casual jeans from CI Rose Boutique I feel like lots of people sell Judy Blue on Tik Tok I typically end up ordering from these ladies and I think it's because they're in Texas I'm pretty sure unless I'm mixing them up I feel like they all have like kind of similar names but I'm pretty sure this one is based out of Dallas so they usually get here in 2 days and I'll show you the two styles that I got I got both of these in a 24 you as you can tell this one's quite distressed um they just said Judy Blue they have kind of a Wester pocket on them and I'm pretty sure this one has like some distressing I'll try them on for you later um so there's some dressing up here and on the knee and they're a light wash I don't currently have any light wash denim and then this other one's like a medium medium dark 24 as well and I think this one has more rippies on it than the other ones yeah they have the knee rips and a little bit of distressing up here so those are the two that I grabbed and I'll try them on for y'all later I have another pair in a size 24 and they fit fine the other dark wash pair of jeans I have is from Lauren Conrad actually from Kohl's and um these were both on sale for like 30 something which is why I grabbed them cuz typically the Judy Blues are 69 each but these two styles were on sale so I'll try to link them below is this the one that's in dollas I don't know it doesn't say on here but anyways those are the two styles that I got I'll link either the Tik Tok link or their Boutique link whichever one I can find or has the better deal I guess these ones actually have a little rip under the butt too so you can uh see a little bit of your butt cheek we'll see how the boy feels about me showing my butt cheeks off but you know hot girl summer okay this is what I using my scalp it's the bage scalp sink it works really well and then I got this Lush theen hot oil so you just mix it up until it becomes a paste and put it on your hair I don't have like very thick hair so I kind of feel like I can split this into two uses okay so I'm going to use this glass bowl it says it has to be in heat safe Bowl I'm just microwaving some water you just like put it in here and you mix and it starts to get thicker I'm such a blondie I didn't even notice that it said the directions right here on the stick that's funny okay I had to look them on online so it says to start with a little to pour it over it so I'm going to do like that much to start with and then start mixing till it becomes a paste and then it says just add more at a time so I'm going to keep stirring and then I'll show you guys like once I get to whatever the consistency is I don't know if I'm going to need more oh yeah it is starting to thicken a little so I guess we will need more water than this oh look how thick it's getting that's crazy I'm so intrigued all right I think we need a little bit more water not too much I want to get thin we just keep doing this until it dissolves fully o see how quickly it thickens anyways and to keep going which I honestly feel like this is plenty for my head so I can probably save the rest of this for later lately I've been the queen of eating a packet of tunit for tunit tuna for lunch because I keep forgetting so I picked up some snap kitchens for lunch let me show you what I got okay so this is lunch I got a black and shrimp a tii noodle salad with grilled steak yakatori chicken bowl this is a kids meal they have new kids ones they has like a pizza and then this is the chicken dunkers I'm going to take that to work as well and then this is one of my faves the chicken tenders barbecue chicken tenders with mac and cheese this was free they are going out today like they're the date they're dated for today today's the 18th so they gave those away for free and then I got a little B of the C churro sticks and this is my lunches for Monday through Friday I also went to Sprouts hold on let me let the dogs in it is so hot out there they do not they the door is open they can kick it open they just have not come in yet girls hi Eden you want to come inside it's hot out there you want to come inside oh my gosh she's panting oh she's panting oh it's hot it's hot you got to go inside pretty baby oh your fur's hot too your booty's hot hot butt hi okay go inside come on Belle come inside baby it's hot go inside okay so I saw this sheet pan dinner o the like Instagram ad for New York Times and it looked phenomenal so I got sausage which was not part of it but it was feta it was Tomatoes but Tomatoes give me like acid reflux more than like Peppers do so I swapped out tomatoes for peppers a red onion lemon they roasted the lemon along with it and some broccolini broccoli Rob tender ston broccoli whatever you want to call it so you just put this all on a sheet pan I'm going to do a sausage for protein super simple sheet pan dinner I got one of these to try um TBH I hate the taste of the hair one it makes me gag every time I have it these are two vitamin C Fizz sticks I got a homeopathic um sleep thingy cuz I need it it's for racing brains and I do have a racing brain I also got some mouthwash these were two for seven I believe now that I'm back on the sauce AKA coffee I got the almond coconut pistachio creamer this is a limited edition one and the reviews were really good on it so I picked that up and then a little bit of imitation crab for the rest of my cucumbers that I have oh I almost missed these these Starbucks goodies fiber candy situations low sugar fiber candies so that is my dinner prep for the week and I do have some like shrimp tempora tacos left over which will probably be tomorrow night and then I'll have this like through the rest of the week so yay we have a plan he doesn't like this picture but I just have to show you that the numbers have been following me lately 333 I'm home from work I'm getting ready to make dinner very Demir mindful dinner and I'll show you what it's going to be I'm I'm done saying it after this week the trend's going to be over if you don't speak Tik Tok you're probably a real adult I haven't ascended yet but um I just let the dogs out let me um get my cutting board and stuff out and I'll show you it's so easy it's just like throwing some stuff on a sheet pan it's actually going to be parchment paper cuz I'm making it an the air fryer not in the oven this is the brand of sausage I ended up getting this one is um from Sprouts still needs to be seasoned but you get the Vibes some lemon slic bell peppers onions four pieces of broccolini a sausage a couple of pieces of feta ideally I would like it all in an even layer but you know limited space in the air fryer and it's summer in Texas it's 104° I'm not turning on the oven so I'm going to spray this pretty liberally with some olive oil put it into the air fryer and season it up and dinner will be served I do slice the sausage I don't know if you'll be able to see this hold on I slice it kind of down so that it blisters and gets a really nice crispy skin on it but everything else is just slic kind of normally I did split the um stems on the broccolini but other than that very Demir the Green Goddess um seasoning from Sam's Club the uh onion salt from CH Jo and then some black pepper yeah don't let it happen again I do not like when men talk and you just keep on you know know going keep silencing me you see how it went back inside to get my Vlog camera very demure very mindful closing early anniversary to me I bought myself a new camera and a new Macbook to celebrate it's been 10 years since I bought a new M MacBook my MacBook is a 2015 I got it in 2016 though I believe yeah but it's time for an upgrade because I love it here and I want to keep creating and okay we're just going to have to do this and it makes me happy and I cannot wait until we're moved and in my own place and I can you know know film exactly the way that I want to film cuz my parents house is a place where vampires live it's incredibly dark in there all the time which is why I film outside so much it's so dark you cannot see anything in that house but um thank you guys for being here during this kind of a weird season but we've been through a lot of weird Seasons together and I feel like we'll be
