What's happening, Letterboxd? I'm Móglaí Bap. I'm DJ Próvaí. I'm Mo Chara and we're Kneecap and this is our four favorite films. (upbeat piano music) I'll start off with Hunger, a film about Bobby Sands, obviously, a hero from West Belfast. It's not one to watch if you're hungover. It's really fucking rough. It's a great show, obviously very heavy, but like just the life that this man lived, just the sheer willpower and strength that he had, is fucking mindblowing. I'll go with "Intermission," the film that made the whole of Ireland try brown sauce in their tea. And for my third one, probably Pulp Fiction. Just a wee classic. Anything by Tarantino, even though he's a fucking weirdo. That man loves a good foot. I suppose my last one is In Bruges. Don't have to fucking explain every film, but it's just fucking hilarious. Yeah, my first one's gonna be Braveheart. It's a romcom. The Wind That Shakes the Barley. It's about... - Have you seen it? (Móglaí Bap laughs) I'm not gonna spoil it for yous. Go watch it. Good one! Team America. Great actors, great soundtrack as well. ♪ America, fuck yeah ♪ My Left Foot, Christy Brown. That's gonna be my fourth one! (laughs) My number one favorite movie of all time, Sing Street. [Mo Chara laughs] So you can watch this movie when you're hungover. It's got some lovely songs in it. It's about a bunch of teenagers who start a band in the '80s and they're trying to make it and I think they do in the end. Yeah, they're gonna be superstars. My second movie, I'm gonna go with Man About Dog, a very niche film based in Belfast— basically at the time when taxi drivers didn't really have a license. Everybody was skint and they lost all their money in the bookies. And there's a dog who runs, but his feet are too big, so they have to put him down. My third film, I'm gonna go with Hereditary. Is that how you say it? - Yeah, you're doing alright. Hereditary. I think it's a horror film. It's quite scary. There is a little girl in the movie and she gets her head chopped off. I'm gonna go with The Blues Brothers. Iconic film. Ray Charles, [Aretha Franklin]... How do you say it? [Aretha?] (Mo Chara laughs) [Aretha Franklin] Disrespecting her name, but I literally can't say that. English is my second language. She doesn't deserve that. She deserves to have her name said. James Brown? - Yeah. ♪ Get up, ah ♪ He's in it too. Thank fuck that's over. [Aretha Franklin]. (all laughing)
