she's a young new Starlet celebrity whatnot she apparently doesn't know how to handle Fame doesn't know how to handle the sudden notoriety okay so this Chapel Rowan calls out quote unquote entitled fans for abuse and harassment in her new Tik Tock oh boy career already ending so here's a girl that uh somehow she captured an audience and um for whatever reason they like her okay Chris and I as of a couple of weeks ago we never ever even heard of her sure but she apparently commanded a uh a pretty good audience at the recent Lala paloa okay and uh so now she's at the point where um her fans who want to say hello shake a hand take a picture uh What not she is now uh claiming harassment and abuse and uh invasion of privacy yeah I should be able to be famous and get all the perks of Fame but none of the problems of it I guess right of course right uh Chapel Rowan is once again calling out fans who crossed the line and invade her family's privacy as her influence continues to grow on August 19th of 2024 Chapel Rowan whose real name is Kylie Rose took the Tik Tock to denounce a series of fan practices she feels that are quote unquote not normal incl including parasocial conduct from fans who act like her friends resort to stalking or respond negatively when she turns down a photo request among other things those bastards well welcome to fame their uh Chapel how dare somebody be upset when they're told no they can't have a photo with a celebrity right of course how dare you think that I need you to answer a question just answer my question for a second Rowan prefaces her video before recounting a list of hypotheticals implying these situations have Happ happened to her now you're going to love this and you're I know you're going to know the answer to this immediately okay the way that she prefaces this is a ridiculous scenario okay if you saw a random woman on the street would you yell at her from your car window would you harass her in public would you go up to a random lady and say can I get a photo with you and she's like no the [ __ ] and then you get mad at this random lady would you be offended if she says no to your time because she has her own time rowanne said she added would you stalk her family would you follow her around would you try to in dissect her life and Bully her online this is a lady you don't know and she doesn't know you at all would you assume that she's a good person assume she's a bad person would you assume everything you read online about her is true I'm a random [ __ ] and you're a random [ __ ] just think about that for a second okay would you expect somebody that changes tires to know how to put in a stem on a tire of course you would would you be offended if you went to that person to change their Tire to change your tires and they didn't know how to to put a new stem in with the with the tire yeah you go I thought you were a tire expert yeah you're a celebrity that's part of being a celebrity you're not a random lady on the street yeah you're not some Rando on the street see the difference is there rowanne is you're not a random lady you put your and she put herself there purposely yeah you're you're not an unknown just random person walking on the street you are now a public domain that's what you want I also wouldn't give a random lady walking down the street $150 to see her [ __ ] sing and dance but you because of whatever this alleged talent you have do accept that money that's what you're accepting money for I hate to break it to you but you're you're accepting money for more than just showing up for a [ __ ] hour and singing your dumb songs right that's what you're paid an enormous this amount of money for yeah you're now a celebrity this is this is the price of Fame it is it does you do lose your anonymity you do lose your privacy you do lose a lot of things by becoming a celebrity and that is why you are paid more than a rando yeah you're not a random lady just a randomly walking on the street and somebody running up to take a picture with you no random people in general that does not happen you know and and wait till she goes back to being a random person again and how quickly she's going to miss the attention right now granted you and I have we we have some very minor celebrity you and I I go to shows all the time people come up to me probably half a dozen times most of the shows I go to who are aware of the show their fans or heard of us or whatever and they come up and want to say shake a hand and take a picture and you know sometimes even ask for an autograph yeah I don't always understand it but I accommodate them it never said no once ever never but then then again I'm not accepting $150 per person to have me appear anywhere either but people come up and say hey neie good to meet you man I knew you were gonna be here can I get a real quick picture it's like sure let's take a picture yeah you know it's like what what's the big deal but I guess it might be different for woman but regardless of you're a woman or a man or whatever your gender is you're still now a celebrity yeah exactly now you're recognizable in the public domain that's how it works yeah so deal with it and shut the [ __ ] up Rowan continued in a second Tick Tock where she openly noted that the quote unquote abuse and harassment and stalking have been normaliz for celebrities but it shouldn't be the case I don't care that this crazy type of behavor avior comes along with the job the career field I've chosen that does not make it okay that does not make it normal yes it does yes it does I mean if you look at if you look at any of the old films like from the 30s and the 40s in the 50s when they used to have those big Hollywood Galas where they were having a you know whether it was the Emmy Awards or or the the whatever award show is going on in Hollywood or the debut of a movie or a big Prem mirror or something hundreds of thousands of people would show up these goddamn things and take a good look at Carrie Grant or Frank Sinatra or Marilyn Monroe or whoever whoever the big Starlet or star at the time was show up in droves yeah you know just to get a look at them and hopefully Reach Out And Touch a sleeve or or maybe get a picture an autograph right this has been going on for since the time of celebrity it's nothing new it's not un uncommon yeah and you don't get to change it because you don't like it yeah that's the bigger picture that's just the price of Fame as I said before yeah this doesn't mean that I want it that doesn't mean that I like it she added well then drop out of the spotlight then do you think that there's things in regular life that people don't want but have to deal with yeah there just is I don't want whatever the [ __ ] you think you're supposed to be entitled to whenever you see a celebrity I don't give a [ __ ] if you think it's selfish of me to say no for a photo or for your time or a hug that's not normal yes it is people gravitate toward you when you're a celebrity they gravitate toward Fame that's just how it goes yeah she's gonna be out of the business in no time that's weird it's weird how people think that they know a person just because you see them online and you listen to their art that they make dude Chris and I have experienced this so many times over the last almost 30 years you know we we run into hardcore fans and things and what's the first thing they say Chris remember that time when you and were talking about blah blah blah blah blah and you're thinking what when was that it's like oh yeah that was like 2008 that was like 16 18 years ago it's like yeah dude you know that's stuck with me forever you okay hey you remember that time yeah sure I do okay that's [ __ ] weird I'm allowed to say no to creepy Behavior okay in the caption for the video the singer clarified that the video was not directed at someone or a specific encounter and added this is just my side of the story and my feelings yeah cuz she's too too big of a coward to actually call somebody out for it right this isn't the first time that Rowan has decried similar behavior from fans back in July the star already admitted that she pumped the breaks on what she shared with the world outside of her art after dealing with stocking from fans in an episode of Drew a fulos the comments section not really know what that is the comment section podcast some podcast yeah yeah not familiar some fans follow me and know where my parents live and where my sister works all this weird [ __ ] rowanne reveals at the time it's kind of the forest fire right now she added I'm not trying to get uh to do a bunch of [ __ ] judging by her most com recent comments on Tik Tok it looks like the situation hasn't gotten any better what do you mean gotten any better you're gonna get that yeah that's part of being a celebrity dummy I mean even in this day and age when I'm out with uh Dawn uh I'll give you a perfect example um it was about a year or so ago and we were at this uh the genese theater in W Keagan Illinois and um the the the artists enter from the the back of the building there's a parking lot in the back and you know people who attend shows at the Gennesse theater they kind of you know know the lay of the land as it were and they know that if they maybe hang out in the back they're liable to catch the celebrity leaving you know the performer sure and maybe grab a picture or an autograph or whatever the case may be and uh as usual there's there's a bunch of fans hanging out you know after the show so rather than you know uh you know um try to shun them or whatever there's a set of steps that comes from it's like fix 81 steps that come down from from uh the entrance way well Don just sat on the back steps there and let each person just walk up next to him and sit down and take a picture and sign an autograph and then next and next the next and there was probably 30 30 people out there maybe right and he sat and took a picture and shook a hand and sign an autograph and with every each and every person you know and after he was done and everybody left and we walked back in the the guard there the security guard there he goes you know I've been working at this theater for over 20 years he goes that's the first time I've ever seen anyone just sit out there and just take pictures with the fans and and sign each and every autograph and talk to each and every fan out there see Don's an enabler according to Chapel Rowan right he's enabling bad behavior Hey listen if it wasn't for these people I wouldn't have a career that's right you know so he just he he signed every autograph every picture every hello every you know shake a hand well this chapero seems to be one of these [ __ ] new age New Age everybody owes me everything and I shouldn't have to endure endure anything that I don't like right she's of that era sure or is she 25 26 yeah something like that she was like 25 yeah I I sent you over the article I don't know if you could pull up her little Tik Tock rants or not do we want to see him I don't know I I just thought the you heard of it call her daddy podcast I have not she reached a multi-year agreement with sirusxm that encompasses exclusive programming from her company expected to begin rolling out in 2025 the deal between Cooper and SiriusXM is worth as much as drum please $125 million wow I didn't know Sirius XM had that kind of money well they're not paying o Anda anymore there's 30 million I know but does anybody listens to Sirius XM again they still get the they still got the people that have it in their cars man and they are rolling out a free version of a free with commercials version of Serius XM all right well I I just can't imagine that SiriusXM still has a subscriber base that can pay for $125 million podcast I gotta see who this person is Alex Cooper huh Alex Cooper Alex Cooper I thought SiriusXM was on their way out I thought their stock was like like six cents a share or some [ __ ] I don't know seriously yeah see what their stock price is I think it's like less than 10 cents a share hold on one at a time here I know um yeah I don't recognize her at all I'm looking at some pictures I don't I mean decent looking girl but I don't recognize her at all yeah uh the the deal between Cooper and Sirius XM is worth as much as $125 million over the course of the deal which runs a little more than 3 years $320 a share all right so it's higher than it was yeah it's up .006 from the day before all right uh see here with the deal SiriusXM will replace Spotify as Cooper's distribution and advertising partner Sirius XM will have exclusive rights for advertising distribution content events and more for Cooper's Flagship call her daddy podcast as well as the lineup of shows from her unwell audio Network call her daddy will continue to be available to Spotify listeners say that again it'll be available to Spotify listeners that's what it says all right I am beyond excited to work with SiriusXM Cooper said in a state I bet you are yeah for $125 million you better be excited plus before that she got 60 million from Spotify God damn what the [ __ ] we're doing something wrong I I know that's what I'm saying it's just like what what in the hell does she offer to get that kind of scratch now I gotta know what she does I mean I get it I get the Joe Rogan thing he's famous you know he he's had a TV career stand up career the fighting career announcer career you know so he's a famous guy but this this Alex Cooper yeah but if she's got an audio I mean dude this is the one thing what does she offer to get such an audience though um I don't know if she's if she's garnered those fans somehow she's probably masterful at social media apparently I mean that's the first thing and again I'm not saying this out of or anything it's I just don't understand it I don't I don't get it you know the the how that even happens especially when you go when somebody who is you know supposedly that popular and you know you never heard of them before it's like who who it's like never heard of you know the uh her her podcast call her daddy and let alone let alone Alex Cooper yeah but I mean we may not and again I don't know this one from anybody but we just might not be the demo I guess but she's she's what 25 to 30 years old she's not more than 30 would have thought you would see her on something I don't know man I mean I see tons of Tik Tock and and Facebook videos of shows and you know it's like like different topic all together but like the HW Tua girl has been making the rounds everywhere yeah but but well she lasts though no she's not going to last but the thing is is they're only feeding her to the biggest podcasts and she's on a lot of shows with people I've never seen before but they're the but they're the biggest podcasts in the world I think we are we are very distant from what is happening in this medium in pop culture in pop in pop culture especially in podcasting yeah yeah cuz like there are some there are some like True Crime podcasts that have 10 15 20 million followers a week and and you wouldn't know any of their names I think this is probably one of them okay and and unless I'm unless I'm just I just pulled up her podcast real quick and I'm just looking at the titles I don't know what she's doing but I'm thinking she's doing one of these [ __ ] dating you know this is how I keep my dude I like sucking his [ __ ] you know and I'm saying that not to be funny as much as there's a lot of that right now but we talk about that [ __ ] on the show all the but we're old nobody wants to hear a bunch of 60y old guys talking about getting their dick sucked but they do want to hear 30-year-old chicks talking about enjoying sucking [ __ ] there's a difference sure there's a definite difference and you know and and she's kind of hot and she's got like Miley Cyrus coming on her show and younger people coming on her show and whatnot so I get it um I I just think we we are truth be told we're aged out and that's a big thing I agree I agree you know we're we're aged out of this generation we have a very Niche audience too you know we and again we don't give a [ __ ] about the uh the commercial aspect yeah well there's that too you know we're not we don't Pander to the commercial aspect of of doing the show see Christa Carlo you're wrong we are old in this medium yeah and this medium in this medium we are very old we are old and played out we're a show that's 30 years old that is old yeah that's old you know think of a TV show think of any TV show that hasn't gone downhill in third that's been around for a long time little bar stool sports or you I do I do I I watch on Rumble all time is it uh is this are they saying that this podcast originated at bar stool Sports again I don't know anything about it I I don't know Alex Cooper at all I mean I I don't ever remember seeing Alex Cooper on bar stool all right Sirius XM among other recent podcast packs in January in a three-year 100 million plus deal with smartless the podcast and Media company founded by Will Arnett Jason baitman and Sean on Hayes giving the satellite radio and audio streaming company exclusive distribution and AD sales rights to its shows again smartless now I know who Justin baitman is yeah I don't know I don't know who I don't know what I again you know what bothers me the most about this story and it's not really this this woman and and her show or anything right it's what pod casting is podcasting is now just TV it really is I mean everything you're reading is well there's this network and there's this advertising opportunities and blah you it's television it is it's it's commercial radio yeah in a podcast form it it's just it's the only thing different between this and Commercial radio and Commercial TV is the time requirements like you don't have to you don't have to play to a clock and and these are celebr or not celebrities but but broadcasters entertainers show hosts whatever that that the advertisers are buying in on their organically grown show they're not they're not hired by a company to put on a show no they do a show and advertisers bought into it sure so it's not like you know the old days where CBS radio or Infinity broadcasting or SiriusXM hired a show host they hired they bought a podcast is what they did well now now the proof is finally in the pudding you know where before they would have to take a chance on some [ __ ] that was on public access or whatever right you know now it's like well this show has 100 million viewers in a month that's going to translate it's like the Pat McAfee Pat McAfee doing the sports show on ESPN they took him because his [ __ ] YouTube numbers were 600,000 an episode or whatever same thing with Joe Rogan hisb were huge but you know what this really boils down to or or hearkens back to Wayne's World yeah kinda I mean it's Wayne's World it's it's uh it's Wayne and G doing their Public Access show in their mom's basement and a corporation came along and said hey you guys got a good gig or got a good a good stick going on yeah you know we're we're going to hire you and Market you and you know make you into something and try to sell commercial advertising which that guy they were making fun of his products you know this guy sucks donkey dick and all yeah yeah sure you know that's exactly what happened yeah and and that basically uh that movie was what filmed in the late 80s yeah early 90s somewhere there yeah mhm yeah I'm just just reading these things in the chat and they're making me laugh because it's all [ __ ] that these cheuck and its crime junkie show and crooked media and its Flagship pod save America in 2020 SiriusXM acquired Stitcher in a deal worth up to $325 million from ew scripts whose my draw media unit return last year SiriusXM shut down the Stitcher app and web web streaming site while retaining the stitcher Studios and Earwolf networks uh full episodes of call her daddy have been available only on
