hey how is everybody good afternoon this is Freddy Yan two-time GM of the Year PanAm Cup champion and most importantly host of that fantasy football show with Freddy Yan I want to give a shout out to uh the myth the legend uh J dot Brian mclusky for uh putting the logo together and everything uh we're going to change it up a bit this year because we are getting bigger we are going global we are getting ready to rock and roll I I am uh currently right now drafting a best ball lineup on H DraftKings again those last best ball lineups in um we're going to go over today some interesting stuff we're going to go over a couple um you know who who I like and who I don't like and kind of like the top 50 guys um and kind of just put together a very basic draft strategy whether you are doing a snake draft or whether you were doing an auction draft really doesn't matter really want to um just go and look after the guys who I think are going to be good picks this year and the guys that I think are not going to be good picks this year um I want to give a shout out to this guy who runs this website called draft guides I paid like uh 10 bucks for this this uh draft guide which I think is a it's a really good draft guide for both uh you know beginners experts the whole nine yards I think this kid really puts it together um and I I don't know if I you know I don't know if he's gonna be mad at me for using it or not but uh we're just gonna go ahead and and and share the screen and go ahead and bring this draft guide up this is uh you know if you look it's ww. fanasy guides.com I think I bought this draft guide for something like 10 bucks but you know it's got great graphics as you can see it highlights all the players in order um you know they all got different things on all that different stat lines um per position you can go to quarterbacks running backs wide receivers tight end uh kickers even he's got on here uh and defense um you know most of the time it looks like you know you're either playing with a defense and not the kicker the kicker is kind of going away from this but I think the John G League actually as a kicker and no defense but you know whether it's a um you know whether you are doing a auction draft where everyone gets 200 bucks or you are doing a snake draft I think the the objective is in the first two rounds with uh you know 12 teams 24 guys is that you want to get out of there with a halfback and a wide receiver um you know you'll see people that go wide receiver wide receiver you'll be see people that go halfback halfback but I think really the best strategy is to make sure that you go you leave with both a uh running back and a wide receiver you I I I can't fault anyone if they go running back and running back because as always in the NFL there's just so many bell cows to go around why wide receiver usually has a lot of depth um this guy's got the first you know 24 guys and I kind of uh you know this is this is about how everything is going how I've seen in baseball drafts how I've seen in um auction drafts you know CMC had a great year last year he is the you know the uh consensus number one pick uh he's in a great situation with a you know great coach uh San Francisco has a lot of uh lot of offense on that team they have a great offensive line um they have a tough schedule this year CMC as long as he's healthy he's going to put up some numbers uh this is great thing on this uh fantasy guides is you know when you click on the player it gives you you know the strength of schedule how many indoor how many outdoor games um goes over his stats from last year and then this is pretty cool too this you know he's you know CMC he's on 81% of the snaps he's got a 19% Target share 80% route running he's got 71% opportunity 5% touchdown he's got a 19% Juke rate um and it's a good thing to compare so CMC obviously you know if you're going to pick I think there's only three running backs in the first round if you do not get CMC you know the next guys that you want to go after are uh Bree Holland bejan Robinson um cmc's really in a in a tier of his own and then this next tier is Bree Holland bejon Robinson both both of them have a little questions marks Bree Hall was uh banged up last year they have high expectations for Bree this year um whether or not whether or not he's going to uh repeat on what he did a couple years ago he's another guy with a very hard schedule um doesn't get as many opportunities as CMC uh has a great offensive line though and um same thing with bejan bejan really Arthur Smith just did ruined him last year he's gonna have an opportunity this year to be a lot better he still got Alger right behind right behind him but you know once again Robinson's got a uh you know great offensive line better coaching there um he's got you know an easy schedule really easy schedule um Atlanta has the easiest schedule in the NFL and uh you know scheduling counts bejan's going playing a lot of indoor games as opposed to outdoor games in Atlanta um and it's really gonna have an opportunity I really like Robinson a lot um going through that second tier of well really the third tier of halfbacks right over here um I'm an Eagles fan but I'm gonna tell you guys I love saquan Barkley this year saquin Barkley is going to be in an opportunity where he is behind uh the best offensive line that he's ever been before uh the Eagles have weapons all the way around they have a little bit of a hard schedule um but I think you know C Moore the new offensive coroner there is definitely going to get uh Barkley involved now that he does not have to be the man and the primary center point of the offense um I think he is a great fantasy player I even put Squan up there in kind of that second tier with Bree and ban uh Gibbs another guy that I really like a lot I think he was a little banged up um going into the beginning of the season but I I you know Detroit is a hot team um really when they another thing great offensive line uh really when they released Gibbs um last year I think it was like during a week eight or nine he just took off he's not going to have the biggest snap count of some of these guys because he's still sharing the back field with Montgomery uh but the guy can catch balls out of the back field especially if you're in a PPR half PPR League gives us a great running back to pick Taylor I you know Taylor the jury still out um you know Taylor was the you know number one consensus pick two years ago he did not put um did not put the numbers up he spent a lot of the time injured does not have a big snap count um has a fairly easy schedule uh they're G you know Colts are gonna need him to win some games he's got a great offensive coordinator and uh Shane stenin who's also the head coach um you know Taylor is uh you know he's F but he's a guy that you're gonna see drafted in the first two rounds also uh this next guy a chain a chain I think is gonna be a guy that really makes or breaks um fantasy teams this year a chain we the you know the jury's still out we don't really know what this guy's going to do he was phenomenal in the few games that he played last year um you know he had 199 touches uh 20 altoe 93 rushing attempts 26 receptions uh 936 yards the guy scored eight touchdowns um huge touchdown percentage Miami's going to um Miami is gonna score a lot of points with uh with that head coach McDaniel um big thing here is he's not going to get that big of a snap count Mozart who had 20 touchdowns last year don't count him out they're not going to give the keys to a chain immediately all the way either um but I think this guy is really going to make or break you in the um in the halfback he's either gonna be awesome or um he's gonna be a bust and uh you know going in this next tier right here etn I I really don't think you can go wrong with etn you know he's a guy that can catch the ball out of the back field he's a guy that can uh put up a lot of points he's got a 74% um snap share which is really good uh he's going to get a lot of opportunities down there in Jacksonville he does have a little bit of a hard schedule but I don't think you can go wrong with etn and another guy you can't I don't think you can go wrong with I think derck Henry is going to really show a lot this year now that he is on the Baltimore Ravens uh they have a good running black offensive line really good running scheme with the coaches um you know they can score a lot Baltimore loves to run the ball in all kinds of different places they have a fairly easy schedule um as far as running backs is concerned um you know not that big of a snap count they they expect from Henry the guy is's 30 years old but I think he's still going to get a lot of touches I think he's got he's got an opportunity to score a lot of touchdowns here uh this next guy is really someone that I don't like he's someone that I'm really staying away from uh they moved him to special teams um which is a which is really kind of uh uh if you had kyen Williams on your team last year you probably went to the fantasy Championship or at least deep in the fantasy playoffs um Williams big share 82% snapshare touchdown rate um you know injuries are a big concern with Kiren Williams has kind of a fair schedule I really don't know what is going to go on with the Rams what it's going on with um you know what's going on with him exactly and I know that he's got some guys behind him that are going to be looking at a play especially that guy from Michigan Blake corm um and then just this last this this last that we'll go over really quick poo I don't think you can go wrong with poo either um you know coming off his second year poob had a really good year last year especially in the um playoffs I think that you know you can't go wrong when you when you have a running back that is on a team that scores a lot of points they're going to get a lot more opportunities um like you know you compare poo and camra uh Cima still has a lot of talent but uh you know the one thing about CRA is the Saints AR going to score a whole lot of points um you know they got a tough schedule uh camar is a little bit older uh did not have that great of a year last year but um you know I really think that uh you know I take poo over all these guys you know Josh Jacobs over in Green Bay I'm not big on Josh Jacobs at all James Cook I'm really not that big on I was big on him earlier but just uh you know he's got a really tough schedule ahead too you know has to play a lot of tough defenses uh Kenneth Walker you know he's still got Charon knock on the door Rashad W had a great year last year um don't know if he's gonna do that again this year in Tampa Bay Joe Mixon is a guy that I like a lot I think Mixon is going to have a uh be on a team that's gonna you know with Houston new team have plenty of chances to score some offense but uh those are the uh top running backs make sure you get one of those guys in your first two picks whether it's an auction draft or snake draft you know I think really going back if you can get you know all the way up to Henry these one two three four five six seven eight about nine nine running backs um in the first two rounds and the other guys are going to be all wide receivers which we're going to go to here um you know this has been a really big toss up it looks like the first three picks in most drafts are going CMC CD lamb second Tyreek Hill third um Tyreek Hill has been uh Tyreek Hill's a little bit older he has a hard schedule this year um take notice and you know McDaniel I think McDaniel just has a great offensive mind um you know 67% snap share uh 71% catch ratio 41% of his uh is contested this is the the big number that you want to look at too is if if you got guys with high Target chairs that's what you want to go through Tyreek has a 32% Target uh you know they're still G to be throwing them the ball a lot in Miami the guyy is still fast he's a year older is he gonna have the same year that he had last year probably not but you know I don't think you can go wrong taking uh Tyreek early whether he's the second or third pick or whether you're spending 57 to 6 $65 on them in your in your auction draft um another guy that you know I'm looking at Dallas right now and Dallas really has a bad you know they don't have any running game whatsoever they don't have a lot of other wide receivers they have a decent tight end but I think this is just going to be Dak throwing to lamb all day long again once again easy schedule for the Cowboys when it comes to secondary um 30% Target share which is pretty big uh 92% uh route running um lamb scored uh I think lamb scored lamb scored 14 touchdowns last year so it's just really like you know the guy is just a uh you know he's a beast and he's gonna get the ball again I I I don't think you can go wrong with either of these two I I'm I'm finding myself taking Hill a little bit more but I have taken some land and some drafts as well uh these next C guys this is where it really gets a little dicey I don't think you can really go wrong with these next four guys um Aman ra God what a story man this guy you know came out of nowhere three years ago if you had him on your fantasy team you did Super well and now you know he's ranked as like you know the third top receiver um you know he's on a team that's G to score a lot of points too I don't think you can go wrong with uh am manra easy schedule a lot of indoor games which is going to help him you know he's got a big Target share too uh 95% route running um you know the only the only knock on him I think is that you know Detroit has uh you know Detroit has a lot of um a lot of mounts to feed with leaport you know Jameson Williams is knock on the door Gibbs is GNA be catching out of the back field a lot that's the only big knock you can knock on him onra but I don't think you can go wrong with him uh Justin Jefferson was the um you know he was the consensus number one overall pick last year he did not live it up to his status because he spent a couple games injured Kirt cousins um Kirk Cousins is no longer in Minnesota Sam darnold is there but don't not Sam darnold either um you know Jefferson did really well with the backup quarterbacks last year when cousins went out um Jefferson has a little bit less of a Target share than the uh the other guys up top but I you know I think this guy's going to get the ball a lot I don't think you can really go wrong with him in Minnesota Minnesota doesn't have much of a rushing game um really not much of an offense they're really not expecting much but I do think Jefferson got put up some numbers no problem another guy I like a lot and just not because I'm an Eagles fan AJ Brown is just I mean he was a beast last year he slowed down at the at the end of the year but at the beginning of the year the guy was phenomenal and I think AJ's got a you know good connection with Jaylen Herz uh 32% Target share a lot of mounts to feed in Philly now uh with Barkley catching the ball out of the back field but you know I think that um I think AJ Brown is going to be a you know guys's day a little bit of a tougher schedule than uh most of the teams there's some tough secondaries that he's going to be going up against but I think he'll be fine uh Jamar Chase has not been at practice um you know I don't even think he's practiced yet but uh you know this is another guy who's got a really hard schedule ahead um he's got a little bit of a uh 27% snap share a little bit less with t Higgins uh still with Joe burrow healthy and uh Chase there I think Chase you cannot go wrong with him he's gonna be an alpha wide receiver um really these four guys you know these four guys am man Ron Jefferson AJ Chase I'm I'm I'm good with you know any one of them for different reasons as we get down to these guys there's guys in in the uh you know these are late first round picks early second round picks and I think that a lot of these guys have a lot of question marks one guy that I am not drafting a lot he was great last year phenomenal not taking anything from him but that's puka N Easy schedule a little bit of less Target share I think with Cooper cup there it's going to be a little bit hard for puka to really um go out and be the dog that he was last year he's still going to be really good but you know I mean Cooper cup is old he's been banged up but let's not forget you know three years ago Cooper cup was you know put up you know wide receiver numbers you know that were the best since you know Jerry Rice and Megatron and uh you know cup's still gonna Stu cup's still gonna be a baller so you know I I'm I'm just staying away from uh puka I could be really wrong about this another guy that I'm staying away from a little bit too is um Garrett Wilson I heard Aaron Rogers looks really good in Camp but the guy's 40 years old he's coming off a uh you know torn ailles Miss an entire year I know he's a four-time MVP um you know gett Wilson is a great wide receiver he's got a you know fair schedule he's got a 30% snap share a lot of outdoor games which isn't going to help him especially weather related being with the uh being up there in New York uh with the cold weather I you know I I I'm not I'm really laying off both Wilson and puka and and this next guy I've been taking a lot of this next guy he's uh you know Marvin Harrison and you know there's a bunch of reason why Kyler Murray is healthy um Harrison is really going to be the alpha dog when he gets there you know the guy was picked really early in the draft I think it was the fourth overall pick first non wide receiver taken um or non-quarterback taken I think that you know the quarterbacks weren't so high this guy was going to be the number one pick hands down uh Cardinals have a horrible defense they are going to be behind a lot and uh they're going to be chucking the ball Harrison is going to get a ton of opportunity we really don't have any stats on him as a rookie we're not going to see what his Target share or not is but you know really easy schedule um you know has uh more indoor games than outdoor games um and I I just think that Harrison is GNA be you know a beast if you got him you're going to be in good hands I like him a lot better than both Wilson and pakua guy that I don't like too much is we go down here to the next H let's just go to the next let's do a couple more you know Devonte I'm not too big on a year older Gardner mitchu has the ball with him he has a good snap he has a good um good Target share you know he's got a lot of indoor games very hard schedule for Devonte Adams um I think uh you know I just don't see Gardner minu and Devonte Adams scoring like 15 touchdowns Adams is a lot past his prime I think that Adams is probably going to be traded by uh by the trade deadline as well another guy that I'm not really too big on although I do have on some teams is uh Al Al uh you know didn't get along with Derek carrr too well you know 26% um Target ratio he's got a lot of indoor games with a really hard schedule um you know then this another one just because of the quarterback play you know I I can't see a Lobby being that great Drake London another guy Drake London as you can see the numbers here you know he's he's got cousins throwing him the ball now cousins was putting up great numbers before that AC tear uh really easy schedule for um Atlanta again a lot of indoor games I don't think uh Drake London is that bad of a pick is the guy G to score a bunch of touchdowns like 14 touchdowns probably not um Mike Evans I you know the guy's a year older but Mike Evans has been really good I think uh Baker Mayfield's played a lot better and is a uh underrated quarterback um I'm big on I'm I'm big on Evans I'm taking him a lot DK maaf same thing I I don't think you can go wrong with these two vets both Evans and meaf uh the next guy uh Samuel I don't think you can go wrong with him either even though um aak is back uh did not get traded I still think Debo is goingon to you know you're going to see Debo run the ball a lot out of the back field he's still going to be PR's uh PR's big guy let's just take a look at Debo's Target shair 23% a little bit less because there's a lot of mounts to feed in sanran um Nico Collins is a guy that I'm staying away from I'm staying away from all these Texas receivers because there's just a lot of mouss to feed um you know I I think uh Collins Diggs and Dell are all still good wide receivers um really this is the guy that I'm staying away from just because there's a lot mous the feed not saying that he's not going to be good but I think the Texans are going to um I think it's going to be a little bit different Cooper cup is a guy that I'm drafting here and there if I can get him late I'm seeing cup go really early in drafts Jaylen wad I'm just staying away from um you know I never like drapped in the guy who's uh second tier you know the second receiver even though you know he's a great receiver uh DJ Moore another guy that I'm really staying away from as well because I think that you know the uh you know much better quarterback play this year with CB Williams but I think with adun and Keenan Allen now in Chicago that more is definitely not going to get the same opportunities as he did he had a 28% Target share really put up great numbers uh easier schedule this year for the Bears and then uh you know lastly before we go this last guy I'm going to talk about Malik neighbors a little bit Malik neighbors is on a really bad team the New York Giants they have a hard schedule they're going to be in cold weather uh Giants are going to be behind a lot Daniel Jones has not been playing well since coming back off the injury but uh the Giants really have no one else so I think they're going to feed neighbors like crazy um is he going to score not touchdowns probably not but I think he's G to get a lot of catches he's going to put a lot of yards on I mean the guy was really good in college I think both neighbors and Harrison you're gonna be really surprised um so that's it yeah that's uh just a little bit on my uh you know who who the top guys are who the top guys are going to be and really just a basic strategy um you know whether whether it's an auction draft or whether it's a snake draft I think the most important thing is making sure that the first two guys are you know a wide receiver and running back you can go wide receiver wide receiver running back running back but I really think just ining it out and getting you know an alpha dog on you know a a a bcow halfback and a alpha dog wide receiver is really going to start you out for the draft you saw the guys I liked you saw the guys I didn't like um hopefully at some point we are going to get some kind of like um you know I'm 46 years old so I don't really know how to do all the uh the the um you know all the great stuff that everyone puts on YouTube with all the highlights etc etc but uh you know J dot is going to be my uh hopefully you know look at the graphic he put up it's a great graphic now only if we can get like some highlights on here and the whole nine yards and start doing these shorts then we'll get more than 15 um you know 15 uh likes and subscribes but anyway check it out uh that fantasy football with Freddy Yan make sure you like And
