Will Pochettino Be Fired Before the World Cup? The Pressure is On for the USMNT

will Mauricio poino get fired before the 2026 World Cup that's a high possibility if he continue if he continue to do what his predecessor did Greg bahal there's several issues going on with the US National Team coach and a lot of people are like oh wow this a good this such a good appointment I know that moio Pino is a very good coach you know he's PR's proven that in Tottenham I think for me personally I think Tottenham is one of his best club that he's he's produced like some unbelievable Talent from toam like some of of us knew Deli allei back in the days of um Moro Pino in totam but the moment he left you can check out today um check out um this thing de Alis career where is he now you don't really know about him but morrio poino he's he's really unique with the young players he bring them he movs them up so it's a really good thing for the United States Men's National Team but there are some things that we got to start looking at right now when it comes to United States soccer as they call it here in America they don't want to call it football but that's the topic for another day United States soccer is in the rise as some people might say but here's my point here's my problem with the United State Men's National Team how can you keep on calling players who are just quad players in your respective clubs they don't have regular minutes they don't have game time but you bring them to the national team and you expecting them to do well and better how is that possible when they guys playing in the MLS balling out balling out but because there's this assumption or that the MLS is a minor league and we don't take those guys to represent United States and you start seeing problems no no identity if you watch the last few games of the United State national team you're going to ask yourself what is the identity of this team you can't tell nothing you cannot tell the identity of the United States Men's National Team I know Mauricio Pino is going to try to address that but from day one if Mauricio portino I'm talking about today if Mauricio Pino does not like send out the memo like hey guys there is nobody in the in this team right now in order for you to deserve to be on my team you got to prove it at a club level we have to create give opportunities to everybody who want to represent the color of the United State of America this is America guys it's not any other country America is always known for competing for every single trophy but the World Cup is just like oh we just got to get out of the group stage really is that a standard now like I've been watching some of this Pandit talk about this stuff and I'm just smiling and laughing I'm like is this really how America is that oh if Mauricio potina gets out of the group stage on the 2026 World Cup is going to be progress or some success oh wo so America getting out the group say she winning the World Cup now I don't understand it we're pushing this narrative and wonder why the players feel so comfortable just trying to relax after all we get to the get out of good good phrases use success we got to start telling these players hey guys we're playing we're playing the World Cup at home so yes's what we need from you guys when we need this trophy to stay at home stay in America I personally come from from Cameroon Cameroon is like a footballing nation so we you see football or at the Americans called soccer growing up as a kid you just see everybody the passion I understand you're in America we got the NFL we got the NBA we got the um MLB and got a hockey league too but soccer is World spot and slowly but surely it's going to break out in this country country I see there are a lot of young people growing up now and they have passion for the game and they're trying as much as possible to break out but when they're looking up to the national team and they're seeing these dudes who don't have game time in the respective clubs come and represent the country and they don't even show that that greet for their country they're like oh my God I need an opportunity well I hope I hope Mauricio portino is going to give this young Talent the opportunity to shine because we can't say oh because this players play in Europe they just have to come and represent the United States that is not it you can take example just take a look at the um the US men's um US Women's National Team just look at the women's team where does majority where do majority of the women's national team players play professional football or professional soccer it's in the United State it's in the United State and they've grown that League to be one of the best attracting a lot of good talent around the world why can't we do that with the MLS look at let's just take a look at Canada right now look at some of the players where where do they play they play in the ML and see the passion for the game and you see Canada is beating the United States 2 one come on guys we got to change the narrative from oh getting out of the getting out of the group stage is a huge success no it's not it is not I understand the United States is not Brazil Argentina or France or Portugal or whatever you want to call but these count is always known for that fighting Spirit no matter what happens you always see America fighting to be at the top what what's what's happening with the national team I just hope maio Pino is going to set the tone from today like guys nobody's part of my team until you deserve to be part of this team you have to deserve it and you got to show me that you deserve it at a club level I'm going to watch you play and I have a system in place that I need this particular type um style of play and I got to watch you closely even see oh this guy is good this guy is good but we got to give opportunities to the guys in the MLS we can't just sit down and say oh we have a lot of talent playing in Europe yeah they're good but we got to try to find the right balance and show the world that the MLS to got a place in the world of football we can't just keep on bringing Squad players and they don't have game time time and they come to the national team to get game time when the players in ML MLS balling out look at Columbus Crew very good club very good club in the MLS they play some really attractive football why as some of the players not called for the national team I don't understand it we have to find Talent there a lot of talents in America but we got to give the opportunities to those folks to drive we can't keep doing the same things and and we're expecting a different outcome I can't even go into Greg bahal I mean Greg bahal did what he could do to bring success to the US Men's National Team I know a lot of people have been trying to say all kind of crazy things about him but he did the best he could but my only problem with Greg was why do you keep calling those guys who don't have regular minutes to come represent you in the national team you know how the United State men national team is the media never blames the players they always blame the coach or the manager and you as a manager you have the decision to make like hey I decide who comes to my Who belongs in my squad I can't call anybody because at the end of the day I got to be held accountable for the results so I have to make the right decisions that is in accordance with my system a style of play and how I want how I see this team moving forward but he kep on calling the same guys and the problem never the same problems and we wonder why the results were not coming I mean he had some some good time you know he got some good wins against Mexico but the second spell if you really take a closer look at it you're going to realize that the interim coach even did a better job than him I'm if I'm lying just write in the comment section the interim coach did a better job than him I hope that Mauricio portino is going to bring some drastic change changes to the US Men's National Team nobody got a permanent role a permanent um membership in the United State Men's National Team that should be the tone he sets starting from today if not it's going to be the same thing and all of a sudden we we approaching the World Cup maybe two or 3 months to the World Cup and there is no hope there is no hope hope you're like oh where is America going to be probably they're going to get out of the group stage like they did in the cup of America nobody wants that scenario kudos to the US men's um to the US Federation for pulling this off Mauricio poino is a really great coach he did he had tremendous success in Tottenham hosper I I would only call to hamers but because Paris and ger come on guys come on and anybody can win a trophy Paris s gerain you got Neymar mbapp Messi come on guys even my grandmother can coach that team and win talk less of Mauricio portino but I'm not going to um speak less of him because he coached Paris and Jama he did a good job and he won C the France and the league but like I said my grand could do the same thing but he's a good coach regardless of what happens in the United State Men's National Team but I wish him all the best and I hope that he's going to bring the American dream to the young players coming up like oh I can represent this country I can do my best to make my my mother proud to make my family proud to make my city proud to make my state proud to make my country proud that should be the spirit of the of the team they have to be that great because now this team now they're too comfortable and they don't really like you see them play even against New Zealand you like where's the identity of this team the players I don't know they have to be some sense of accountability hey Mauricio please if you're listening to this or you're watching this by chance make sure buddy you better hold this place accountable and bring out bring the players who got regular playing time in their respective clubs players who are shining they putting their holding critical roles in the clubs don't bring anybody because of the name because they've been representing America and they have a permanent place in the squad nobody has a permanent place in the squad that should be the tone from they one if not you see United States have the largest media Market in the world you see how everyone is welcoming you now that's how they're going to be letting you they're going to be saying oh this guy got to go he has to go he has to go please buddy do the best to bring out the best in this players and you going to have a good time in America and I heard this rumor I hope it's just a rumor I just hope it is a rumor and it's not true I heard some reports that Mauricio putino wants to stay in Europe while coaching the United States Men's National Team I hope that's not true because if that is true it's going to say a lot about um how he he views the United States Men's National Team and that's not a good look I just hope that just rumors but because if that is true I don't understand what the US Federation was doing when they were negotiating for that deal I just hope that is a rumor you know as a cameroonian I I would love the United States to succeed I mean I've been living here for the past five six years now and I love this country and I hope that this changes in US soccer is going to bring the best out of the players and out of the young dreamers coming up they need we need to give opportunities to those who believe they can do better they can be called to represent their country and and do better nobody have a permanent place in the US Men's National Team squad that's all I wanted to say today because if GRE um if Mauricio poino comes and start doing the same thing Greg bajart did it's going to be a problem this is America the goal of this country should be winning the World Cup not coming out of the group stage it's winning the World Cup you can't give this guy some slack saying oh they're not Brazil they're not Argentina Brazil got their own issues other countries got their own issues but America got to be striving for the World Cup not coming out of the group stage it's all about doing something special and I believe that mcio Moro Pino is a compet um competitor he's not going to come in here just just to get out of the group stage I'm I believe and I hope that's that's the case he's coming to see how he can make history with the United State and I just wish him the best but if he if he makes the wrong decisions from day one it's going to be a problem and it's going to have a trickle down effect I just hope that coming in it's a good thing for him and a lot of people were saying that it's a step back I was listening to some um reports from Europe um watching some news report from Europe and some some of the news ankles were like oh that's a step back talk spot Simon Jordan saying oh it's a step back for the world class manager the United State is not a step back it's a big job I understand it might not be lucrative or like football um lucrative from a football standpoint like Brazil Argentina or France but still United States it's a pretty it's a pretty good place to be and it pretty has a pretty um bright future ahead so is this a good move or wrong move let us know in the comment section and please
