(upbeat music) - This is "That UB Life." (Peter grunting) (dynamic music) Hi, everyone, I'm Peter Johnson, and this is "That UB Life." Right now I'm standing in front of a place that most fans never get a chance to go. But because you're with me today, today, you get access. This is the Brinkworth Family Locker Room inside of UB football Stadium. - Peter, how are you? - (laughing) Hey, Coach, how are you? - How's everything? - Very good, thank you for joining us. Can we go inside? - Absolutely, let's do it. - All right. (keypad dinging) (door clacking) - After you. - Here we go. Wow, Coach, this is amazing. First class, state of the art. - Yeah, this is as nice as any place I've ever been. - And what type of amenities do they have here? - Well, in addition to everything you see in here, we've got a nutrition hub right across the way, down a few yards is a recovery room where guys can go decompress after a long practice. - Yeah. - We've got a beautiful sports med facility with hot tubs and cold tubs in it. And right here in the locker room, we've even got a barbershop. - A barbershop? - Yep. - Wow. So you mean to tell me I can get tightened up? - No question. - Wow. I gotta see this barbershop. Coach, I got a question. We got the players here, we have their numbers, where they're from, but I'm noticing that some of the lockers don't have that. What is this for? - Yeah, so every player's got their own locker, and we have one vacant right here for you. - For me? - Absolutely, 'cause it seems to me like you probably have a little bit of eligibility left and we could use a great walk-on. - Oh yeah, there's still some gas in the tank, baby. There's still some gas in the tank. Show me where that field is, Coach. - All right, let's go get it. - All right. (laughing) Wow. Look at the view here. - [Pete] This is it, this is where it all happens. - Oh my gosh. And we want all of Western New York to come out and support these games, right? - We do. We've got fabulous student athletes in this program, and they are proud to represent their student body, as well as the city of Buffalo. - Well, there you have it. First-class facilities right in our own backyard. And don't be surprised if you see me suited up on the sideline this year. But that's just another day when you're living "That UB Life."
