shows the scale of the use of rocket propelled grenades in fact this time it's not a grenade it seems like uh almost like a missile being used uh these are exclusive pictures of insurgents in Manipur using those missiles and uh those catapults to throw those missiles uh into Villages and uh these are exclusive pictures we are attributing them to Manipur poce in fact so these are authenticated and these are dangerous weapons in the hands of uh Manipur insurgents not we're not mentioning which side is using that of course the police knows which side is using those uh catapults and uh improvised missile launchers so to say uh we have seen over the last one week see the missile see the scale it's almost like a four or 5 ft long rocket that has been thrown into the valley from a Hilltop these insurgents are using the Vantage oh [Music] clearly yeah you have to you have to you have to play this picture again to understand how big the Strife has become it's not just uh civilist stri with p b this is clearly taking the shape of warfare with drones and missile launchers being used improvised missile launchers being used uh what and we will have to understand possibly who could be using this who could be sending these weapons and who are the targets I'm told an the Baka joins us live from infal in fact he's the one reporting for the last one week from the ground in inall and uh manip and uh anud I believe you have sourced this and uh please tell us who are these insurgents possibly which is from which location these pictures are coming from and uh who were the targets of this missile attack seems like a very improvised missile launcher and uh is this the first time that this scale of weaponary is being used yes uh yes I was definitely this is a major concern now it has turned out to be a national security concern in fact as improvised weapons are being used by the insurgents in uh Manipur and as we report today from the moirang area we were in fact hardly 300 M away uh from the second spot where the rocket landed at the uh at the former residence of the ancestral residence of the first C minister of Manipur M Quang Singh and uh this uh this this rocket uh landed in the campus of his ancestral house which now houses the office of the uh of the M coing uh Memorial trust and and the impact crater was around more than 5 ft uh radius uh the the more than 5T diameter uh was that of the impact CR and it had it had the splinters splinters caused massive damage to the nearby building and also a wall was completely damaged in fact one person uh was hit fatally by a sprinter that went out from the uh rocket uh which was launched at the moirang in the afternoon today at around 3:30 and we were hardly 300 M away from that spot at that point in time and uh and we have got also exclusively got access to these visuals that we are showing from the foill areas when this uh when this Rockets were fired this Rockets uh the length of the Rockets are at least 9 to 10 ft long with a capacity of carrying explosive to the tune of at least 20 to 25 kilogram in some cases they might also carry explosive to the tune of 30 uh kilog Prime we have also talked with the forensic team which arrived they didn't want it to come on record as of now because it is too early to comment but Prim they have also informed us that looking at the explosive the nature of the explosion and the impact it seems that potassium nitrate has been used in this explosion inside the rocket uh Rockets this Rockets are made indigenously like let me tell you these are not factory made Rockets these are made indigenously by the underground militants in the hills in the hill areas suspected to be uh cookie underground militants they have they have indigenously developed this rocket with the by using uh steel water pipes water pipes were being used in in order to manufacture this rockets in in the in their camps which are located mostly in the foothill areas and the once these both these Rockets were fired from a distance of the first rocket was fired in fact from a distance of around 4 to uh uh 5 kilom and the second rocket was also fired from a distance of around 5 to 6 kilm and what is more concerning in this area is that this area is also the it is where the valy Begins the lock like begins here and when you come to impal when you when when the flight that comes to infal before before uh before making the final landing at the infal airport all the flights fly at a very low flying Zone in this area and with with s Rockets high range Rockets being fired in this area is a me safety concern now and also let me uh tell you a fact of that the the second rocket landed hardly three 300 M an these are dangerous portents and you rightly mentioned that this could prove dangerous uh for even civilian flights in fact it seems that there are elements who are helping these insurgents improvise weapons to a level that Rockets can be converted into missiles of this scale anud mentioned going up to 8 or 9 or even 10 ft long carrying explosives of the order of 20 to 30 kg and earlier we have seen the use of drones very sophisticated high-tech drones to deliver explosives and grenades let's listening to left General Himalaya sing retired he has hinted while speaking to anud that this improvisation of weaponary in the hands of Manipur insurgents cannot happen unless there is a foreign hand listen in tree which is anical to India will try and exploit the fish and various um problem areas as far as nor Eastern India is concerned so I have no doubts in my mind that there are indications for involvement of Chinese and certain elements based in Myanmar who are anical to India who are helping the crisis to uh prolong actually here there are also talks being said that uh the US is also somehow involved in creating the disturbances particularly if we talk about the pro Democratic forces the CNF or the PDF in Myanmar they are openly being backed by the US it's a it's a game it's a Berto lintner that writer if you recollect he talked about uh great game East you know in Myanmar this region Myanmar region so I'm not very sure about what the great game is as far as the United States is concerned but but the but there are signs that China in particular and also certain elements in Myanmar and now with the happenings in Bangladesh certain elements even from Pakistan backed elements like isi and all uh they would be Keen to actually exploit this U uh vulnerability of ours so it's a very serious national security issue if we talk about the use of drone you have had served in various capabilities across India and also in the western sector never we have heard about use of drone in India by any terrorist group aler this for the first time that terrorist group is using drone means sophisticated modern technology have rised the hands that should not have been how do you see this development which have really shocked the country this is a huge um it's a huge challenge for our security forces we have had drones for reconnaissance photography camera and all that in the past but the type of drone which can carry about let's say 2 kgs payload you know which the bombs are dropped and all these are not the toy drones you know they they are sophisticated um mechanisms involved and the fact that these the bombs have been procured either from across the border or manufacturer whatever it is either way these type of drones which can carry more than 2 kgs payload it's a dangerous escalation are you getting my point that and uh we we have had drone activities in the western sector in Jammu and Kashmir and uh like in patan courot that uh attack by the Pakistani back terrorist but in Northeast India this is the first time of its kind such kind of a weaponized drone being used against civilians so this is a uh this is not happy sign for our uh uh for our uh from the National Security perspective and a huge challenge for the security forces and uh unfortunately I don't think we have um I'm not very sure but uh I do hope that we have counter measures but those counter measures which we military have is for conventional bringing to you two documents two order copies by the Bengal government or the health department there that have surfaced there is one which was released on 8th of August essentially assigning duties to doctors and uh Medical Health officials in so far as uh the Independence Day event Independence Day festivities and the Independence Day uh parade is concerned and there is another document now on air which is backdated but handwritten suggesting that this was created post facto and this do docent has a separate names a different set of names of doctors Junior doctors and interns three of them one of them happens to be in fact a son of a TMC leader and uh essentially It is believed that these three were actually present at the scene of crime or the spot of crime at the RG car Medical College and hospital when the gang rape or the rape and murder happened and so this document was created to create an alibi to show them at some other place let's go to mayuk ranan go is joining us do they show yet another cover up by the mamata government when it comes to the rgar case do the documents show that those who were present at the scene of crime including one son of a trinu leader they were an alibi was created to show them at some other place when the crime happened well abishek uh the first name here is abig De who is abig de abig de is one of the doctors who was seen uh in the seminar room viral footage abig day an outsider at RG car Medical College is actually a trinal congress guy he was the trinal Congress students Wing medical Wing uh Dr Cell uh president uh he he was the mentor and chief of uh trinal Congress Junior doctors Association what was he doing uh in that morning was the biggest question but after this notification has come it's clear that he was supposed to be uh present uh in in argar hospital for the Independence Day parad uh rehearsal at 5:00 a.m. so is it possible that AIG day was present in the crime spot or at the site of the crime uh at around 5:00 a.m. in the morning remember aish according to foreign six Abaya was killed at around 4:30 to 5:30 precisely 4:00 a.m. to 5 a so was abik present in that point of time when uh Abaya was uh getting murdered was was a present at that point of time secondly the other two doctors they are also known as very influential and close to the ruling party why HTI uh this this notification is surfacing at a time when Indian Medical Association Bengal chapter is also questioning this notification because this notification does not have a proper memo typed if you can see the notification the memo number and date is handwritten so basically the Indian Medical Association Bengal chapter uh of office bearers or the portfolio members of IMA they are questioning whether this notification was letter uh printed and this notification was circulated just to show that abik day was in charge of something else in a in a in a separate separate area and he was not at all present in the crime spot so IA in fact that's a breaking news also IA in fact is demanding mobile uh tracking of AIG day Mobile location tracking of AIG day as well uh so basically this this character this particular character who was very close to the ruling party trinal Congress who was very very big name in the health Syndicate according to opposition may become a key suspect if police or CBI just find out
