you can finally get the senior discounts at IHOP oh Dam burn you're all way is a blast by the way I want to start off by saying I was so obsessed with the match that you had with J Parker that street fight on NXT girl you know we need to talk about it because that was badass tell me about you know just you know how you felt about the match overall heading into it coming out of it the hbang man I am so proud of that match I am proud of Jada even though she still you know got a little attitude or whatever I'm going to I'm going to give her the respect that she deserves but it was just so much fun and it was just cool to be it felt like I don't know what it is street fights feel like my element and then with her never she's never had one before so it was like I got you girl like don't you worry I got you but then it was like explaining certain weapons and how things work and you know it was just it was just so much fun and so aggressive and she is she's going to be a star she is going to I mean she's already won now but she's going to be a main player on the main roster whenever she does come up just because she got her character down she got the promos down like she is and she's such a she's going to hate me for saying this but she is such a sweet human being like I think that's why we jelled so well because she was just easy to talk to Easy to gel with and just easy to the fact that she wanted to learn more like from me first of all who the hell am I but like she actually wanted to learn from me it was like oh dang like you actually you actually want to get better like that's cool so she she has a genuine heart and she has a love for the game that I'm like okay girl come up here let's do some stuff up here too I was going to say I think you can tell that both of you guys have a love for the game because that match was incredible that dive that you did mechin I practically jumped out of my seat I was like it was in what are you okay uh I don't know what happened to be honest um it was cool not going to lie it was very very cool as long as long as it brought cringe that's all that matters but like I remember I didn't feel it until the next day where I couldn't even walk cuz I like banged my knee on it but we good we we toughen it out it's cool we ain't 100% but we going to tough it out anyway but it's part of the game you know well I going to tell you when I saw that I was like oh my God what the hell I never seen anything like that blah blah blah it was so cool though thanks shoty for the inso no you killed it you you both killed it it was very very awesome and like part of me feels like that match was h honestly one of the matches where I feel like the WWE fans really got to see what you could bring do you feel the same way I do I do it was like I think because I'm so laser focused on the match like I was just focused on Jada that hearing the crowd it it felt like being in a black bubble bubble and just having her there so it wasn't until the next day when I started getting like text messages and seeing all the the positive reception and I'm like oh wow like even people on Twitter are putting it over like dang okay like right Twitter the cess po of negativity and toxicity wow it must be really good so it it it was definitely a proud moment of mine for sure yeah and honestly I know like you said I know Twitter's filled with a lot of negativity but when something is good they're talking about it and that match was definitely good and I feel like a lot of fans coming out of that where like we want to see more of mechin and obviously we've been seeing a whole lot more of you over on Smackdown talk to us about that and some of the growth that we're seeing for you on the show because I feel like it's sort of been like like a finally kind of moment right I think and I'm so thankful being able to to go to NXT for a couple months because I think for a while I was having matches like maybe once every two months three months um I live in Dallas now so I'm not close to the PC to kind of get like the rust off so going to NXT and it it felt like home like this is where I grew up in regards to like my WWE career like it felt like I was back so I was able to kind of shed that layer of just insecurities and just self-doubt and just like you know what I'm here to wrestle let's just wrestle and we got like a whole crop of new girls there I just want to like meet them all teach them whatever I can and just have fun so my mindset going in was just to go wrestle have fun and I think especially with Jada like everybody always talks about oh why you keep slapping her ass I'm like well first of all this this flat board right here this is mine so when we get a little a a bonga you know we going to appreciate it so we going to have a little fun with that booty yes so it was just cool to just like kind of feel comfortable in the ring again so then when I went back to the main roster it's like oh yeah like I'm used to this yeah I could do this so I think going to NXT really really helped me up here too um and that's the big thing is once you can get this right then everything just starts falling into place so I think that's what's happening and it's just it's nice to snatch the wig off and just like worry about my character myself and not have to worry about the edges um but it it's it's cool I I feel like I feel like myself I was I I really truly feel like I see it like I feel like your time is now I I really do feel it I feel like this is the moment where we're going to start to see you do like a whole lot and really see you live it up in WWE when you think of like those goals that you have for the year what do you have in mind well surprisingly I think I've already accomplished the majority of it which is just to kind of show people who I am and to have people realize that I can I can do this I know what I'm doing but I guess for 2025 like I would love whether it's a tag titles maybe a new midcard title hopefully I don't know um anything like I would just love to finally say I've won a championship in WWE so hopefully that that's the next goal well I think we need to make it happen now me
