Von Miller meets the media to close out training camp

Von Miller on his health I guess my question is a couple days ago maybe it was a week ago Dion said Von Miller looks like Von Miller what does Von Miller feel like I feel good for you what does that mean what is feeling good equate to I think uh health is Is wealth especially in this league and in life and um you know I feel good is it every day is it every gate no but I can you know I can do what I need to do to get where I need to be to play and um get to a place where I can play at a high level on game days and then and in Big Time practices for sure and um um I'm healthier than I was last year and I'm in a I'm in a good spot mentally and physically for sure mentally that's got to be a big part of it right trusting Von Miller on his mental health your body and yeah that's 90% of it um the body is going to do what it's going to do but um you know mentally you got to be in a great spot your perceptions got to be in a great spot um how you perceive things and you know um this Camp has been good for me it's it's a great start to this year and you just want to build on this and build on the type of practices that I had this camp and hopefully that that'll not hopefully but it will lead me into you know Big Time weeks and Big Time games this season and the last one for me it's just Von Miller on training camp training camp you're obviously trying to accomplish a bigger picture of getting better every single day but is there one thing you could point to and say this is something we accomplished and this is something we could build on I think it was I've played a lot of football I've played i' I got a lot of snaps I've been in a lot of situations for me it was the the big question for me was how was I going to feel you know out here healthwise and I'm in a great spot I feel great um and I think um like I said I said before health is wealth and you know feeling great on the football field I lead into that that mental aspect of the game that we was talking about earlier and you know yeah I feel great and that'll lead to you know success on the field for me for sure are you going to play Saturday do you want to play Saturday I don't know I'm waiting on Coach MC dman whatever coach got for me he got for me I'm a coach's dream so if he want me to play I'll play if he don't want me to play I won't
