Don't Yuck The Yum!

hey y'all most of you may know that I do my best to post about magic about the beauty about things that encourage and Inspire and uplift and point to the creative possibilities that point to self-accountability self- responsibility self-care selflove well-being I am a fan of your well-being I would hope that you're a fan of mine lately I've had two people that say they love me poke At Me Maybe unintentionally about something that I've shared pulled apart some kind of post that I've made made it political or written to me from a triggered place of desperation or political stance or fear and I just want to say it's not cool it's not cool anyone who knows me knows the struggles of my life of early widowhood of death of being a hospice RN of coming out of an abusive narcissistic codependent 8-year relationship my peace has been hard earned and it's my choice to post things that are um uplifting ing when I could post about so many other things so when people that say they love me come at me through the back door or the side door from a triggered place they're yucking my yum and I'm not cool with it whatsoever so notice my loves whether it's me or anyone else somebody that you love somebody that you don't even know notice before you respond where you are responding from and if you are responding from a trigger place in you then that's the energy you're going to give to the other person and I'm not about it y'all know I'm not about it I'm not about that I'm not about yucking somebody else's yum and I'm not about receiving your yuck if it's coming from a place of desperation of fear we got to be so much more responsible right now than that noticing ourselves and noticing where we're coming from the environment is agitating where are you in all of it dog sitting I think it's relevant their noise I'm a human woman in the world made it this far would love true authentic unconditional caring support especially from people who say they love me take really good care of yourselves and each other
