Potential Jury Misconduct? Aussie Insider & Karen Cole Discuss the Karen Read Trial Juror Interview.

did you know who I was we did know because there was someone in the jury who knew about you and we talked about it a little bit there was information being told to us by family members why were family members talking to the jury that's weird about what was going on with the media for lack of better terms someone on the jury was telling us that you were in the courtroom and there were people who talking about different angles there was way heaps going on here yeah if that was before jury deliberations that would be juror misconduct you would think I don't know like whose family members are they saying is it their own family members or they talking about the family members in the courtroom so wow Us by the family members about yeah that sounds like duror misconduct doesn't it they're talking to anybody outside the jury jury misconduct is defined as any conduct that conflicts with the judge's instructions on how jurors should perform their duties such as speaking to people about the case who are not on the same jury or concealing personal beliefs that could influence impartial deliberations and in that clip that I just played where Aussie Insider and I are having a discussion about Turtle boy's interview with a juror we heard that a juror was being told by a family member that Turtle Boy could have paid for the crash investigation that the crash daddies did they wondered if that was paid by turtle booy or by Insurance the insurance company for Karen Reed and they were talking about turtle boy being in the courtroom so check out the uh review that Aussie Insider and I did the links are in the description area below they're also in the chat also check out turtle boy talking about the interview with his uh chat that's very interesting you may have noticed there's a lot of problems with the Karen Reed trial and because she's being retried this is very concerning and I've done some videos on this how successful are retrials and I've also done a video on prosecutorial misconduct so check those out
