Intro hi I'm Rob zip and I'm in Sugarland Texas at Constellation Field to see the Sugarland Space Cowboys take on the El Paso Chihuahua it's not just a regular game today is Justin Verlander day yes he's going to be here trying to make a comeback for our Houston Astros so join me and let's have fun no they're giving away Justin verl the bobbleheads today and I didn't make it I'm here 15 minutes early I still didn't get the bobblehead got all the uh the sponsors right here right when you walk in I guess they're out of chicken fingers too there is Orion the mascot their mirror walls a little bit better so it's a Saturday night so it's going to be a big crowd anyway but because Justin Verlander is here this is a sellout but I got the hookup for my friend Terren he is a season ticket holder he actually inv invited me to join him tonight so uh hopefully he's here you'll get to see him he's got a YouTube channel too I'll link it in the description he posts um videos of him beating a uh villain on Devil May Cry 5 every single day he's beating this guy so if you're into that you definitely want to check out his channel here's the schedule for this year the remaining schedule just a to be a YouTuber whatever you have use it nothing Stopping You Justin Berling is looking shaky he gave up a triple and then a double space Cowboys are down one to nothing the second inning not looking good for the future Hall of Famer berlander got of a little Jam there some bad base running from El Paso [Music] got the T-shirt cannon totally bypass the section we got bny Halen oh yeah all right I got a subscriber here Omar hey what's up guys first minor league baseball game ever he lives he lives right down the road for me and Umble uh so it takes a it takes a while to get down here would you consider coming back down here again oh yeah I mean if if Terren up it's a great crowd here great game yeah or SL what's the SL symbol did they have a hand signal I don't know but he's wearing the appropriate USA national team the women W won the Gold Cup so congratulations to them um it's a fun game Jose berlander is not playing well but it doesn't matter he's just trying to get back in game shape so so oh and you didn't even know he was playing he like what is that Verlander out there I had no clue he's just coming for a good game I love I love mod Lake baseball it's always fun to come and just have a nice night out it's like 100° out but it doesn't feel that bad Sun's gone down we're in the shade there's a little bit of Breeze I uh you can bring in a unopened bottle of water I have started the game he is a starter we're gonna might do a circle and show you the stadium how it has changed since the last time I was here how has it changed emergency exit we're coming upon the grass land is's a grass burm above the bullpens they have both bullpens right next to each other here see the uh Chihuahua relief pictures hanging out the view from back here is not terrible so far from home plate though but you can bring your own uh chairs and blankets might be a little more comfortable than the chairs in the stadium definitely more Elbow Room another strikeout they get 11 strikeouts we get free Shake burgers from Shake Shack the Bud Light Ice House right in the Outfield right next to the kids Splash Pad I'm not going to really show you too much of the kids Splash Pad I don't want to be the weirdo filming kids keep that in mind other vloggers it's kind of weird that the bar is right next to that here we are in Centerfield Centerfield cameras the batter's eye right here with the playground right behind it this is the carach Cantina right next to the playground again playground bordered by two bars no judgment just stating the facts look at that sunset in this area above the manual scoreboard is private party area so you can rent this out for for all of your corporate events and another bar and barbecue and chicken and diping dots the ice cream of the future that guy has an interesting uh shirt oh fbow that's [Music] cool this ballpark is one of the very few minor league ballparks that have a sweet that has has a suite level you can see inside of The Suite so you can see the uh the game on the television up there or actually they're watching poker we're watching poker instead but if you want to watch poker you can you can watch the game have a nice view of the crowd here Upcoming Promotions here are their upcoming promotions and do you guys are good um so have to get here really early really early get this stuff I did not get the Justin Verlander bobblehead today maybe I'll come back for a Harry Potter night get a Harry Potter Jersey sounds fun doing a umh Space Cowboys basketball D that's really cool can't purchase tickets for the playoffs Space Cowboys did already uh they won the first half in the minor leagues they do first half second half champions so they were the first half Champions so they will be in the playoffs the blizzard of [Music] dollars this is where we came in right here some of these uh all these tables that were here earlier are gone now and uh I've already showed you all this so I'm going to make my sorry Mom all right while I was gone the Chihuahua scored a couple of runs so now it's tied three to three I got the guys all sitting behind me oh in their bottom of the seventh Gameplay many people have gone home already Justin berlander went home like an hour ago but we got a tie game here still three to three the bottom of the seventh can the space Cowboys pull ahead got a full count right now and he struck out Justin Verlander pitched the first three Innings then Gusto came in and he showed his gusto he's pitched we're in the we're at the top of the ninth now with two outs and this guys been pitching from the fourth inning on and uh that's foul still tied three to three top of the ninth maybe the uh Space Cowboys can pull out some heroics in the bottom of the ninth we shall see there air Riot L version of a riot man we had a couple guys hidden it foul left if they straighten it up a little bit that'll be a walk off come on Cooper humel let's walk this one off baby oh I guess you can't hand it if it's way outside all right they getting the crowd hyped up with some Mega Death sick the uh public address announcer here definitely likes the metal [Music] all right uh he's challenging what's going on he's saying it's that's a strike he he struck out he thought it was a walk he challenged two pitches and it was wrong so now we're uh down to two outs the bottom of the ninth still tied three to three oh he struck out at the side so uh we're going to Extra Innings here in Sugarland going to the 10th inning still tied three to three minor league Extra Innings so the first pitch of the 10th inning the Manford Runner scored on a uh single went all the way from second to home that's what happens in these Extra Inning games now they're replacing him with a pinch Runner I'm sure he's going to attempt to steal a base the Manford Runner yeah we are in the T thing and we still have justo pitching so what a show of fortitude from this young man pitch such a long game double play oh that's not how you make a double play that's not how you make a double play so it's a fly out one Runner is going to score and the other Runner advances the third so now it is 5 to three chihuahuas all right they got him out at first ground out to first so uh going to the bottom of the 10th down two runs Gusto's been pretty good go in the distance all right we got Bas up now dude's got 21 home runs and 73 RB here in minor league baseball so far that's really good for this point of the season so this is his opportunity to shine send everyone went home Happy um that foul oh that was almost a double play he caught it so we got we got two outs we got one out left and try to uh win this game or at least tie it and send it to the 11th Shay wi come at 300 average 24 homers 89 RB and a 923 Ops this is the dude first baseman is he the Astros first baseman of the future perhaps I mean they they've had Den zenzo playing first base the past couple of games for the Astros and he he hit his first home run of the uh season for the Astros today h he hit it over the green monster into the parking lot again some more metal here in the stadium I'm loving it this the most metal baseball team all right down to the last strike here and it's a ball good eye yeah yeah Fight Fire with Fire baby come on let's go Shay it's all right here oo swing and miss and that's the game the chuah was win five to three in Extra Innings handshakes and high fives for the visitors it was a hardfought game congratulations to those guys they got some hits off of Justin berlander that's something they'll never forget getting some hits off of Hall of Famer so it's all right we'll get him tomorrow 605 uh 65 start time tomorrow Terren thank you sir welcome Eric it's nice to meet you
