made public two prominent personalities have resigned from the Kerala film body post senior Mal malyalam actor Siddiki has resigned from uh the movie artist body following rape and sexual assault allegations from an actress director Ranjit has also resigned from the Kerala chalchitra Academy chair and post following the accusations of the misbehavior leveled against him by a Bengali actress now even as the Kerala government formed a special uh investigative team that is sit uh of the high ranking police officers to probe the case another name has now surfaced the victim who leveled these allegations against Siddiki has now also claimed to have a troubling experience with the actor Ras Khan now Asma media reports the victim has alleged that rias Khan called her late at night one day and spoke with sexual vires the actress also claimed that Ras Khan asked her to introduce any friend who would cooperate with him now pressure is building on the Kerala government as well as more voices now demand action against the wrongdoers actors say that the stand of the association of Malayalam movie artist should not be wobbly and that the government should create a system to prevent such cases now calling for a drastic change within the actor's body the vice president of the top Kerala film Association blame the organization for not probing the complaint that came against sidiki in 2018 now the Kerala government which is facing the flag from the opposition says that the culprit won't be spread listening well you heard the reaction of one Kerala Minister now this stance this you know certainly we saw how initially the state government tried to you know triy to protect not prot to defend the accused but again we know for a fact that the director ranit who was the you know uh the chairman for this chalachitra Kerala chalachitra Academy which the state run movie organization he was trying to defend that same person but then later when he had to go through a severe backlash from the public from the media he did clarify that he was not trying to protect anybody but only trying to say that the state government will not punish anybody until proven guilty so that is something that s Chan did clarify in his statements later but again we know that the state government has ensured that you know uh there will be no culprit and who will be leted free and Kerala government is always stood with women and is trying to protect their rights at any cost so definitely the culprits will be brought into uh taking STP actions against the culprit is what the state government has promise and we know how you know uh the state government also has formed an sit now a special investigation team consisting of many senior women police officers which is going to be led by span Kumar so that is a huge initiative that the state government has taken and all hope is on this investigation team which is going to you know uh look into the entire complaints and all the findings that the hmer committee report had released and it's exactly a week before when this report was released to the public and after a week we have a special investigation team so now the to the state government which was saying that there are no written complaints and we can't officially investigate this matter now we have an official investigating team which who will look deeper into these record he had said that if they come with the specific complaints the process will be set in motion he has already said it saying that without a complain there is no I'm not saying anything because I
