Only Murders In The Building Season 1 Review (Spoiler Free)

Community we talk about the love of Cinema as a whole but getting right into synopsis when three True Crime podcast fans get into the heat of the battle when a murder occurs within Daria their apartment building they start to figure out the case on their own when the police close it too early and figure out what the murder is all about overall this is a fantastic starter season to this crime mystery murder stoving case which we get introduced to Selena Gomez Martin Short and Steve Martin and their combination and chemistry together is fantastic just generational gap between the two sides with Selena Gomez as Mabel and what we get out of Charles ha and Savage and Oliver putam at in their respective roles what we get from that is just electric with their chemistry and then also taking place in the aronia this building in New York and the setting is great we're mostly closed off to the world there's a few episodes where we go outside of the building but mostly we stick our guns to where the different rooms are within the aronia and it explores this with quite great setting just how they explore that and taking all of these different neighbors to all the different other people that are sort of Side characters and have their own little quirks and things that are going about themselves and John hofman and Steve Martin themselves have been the writers and creators to the show even up to season 4 but but even for season 1 you can see the chemistry and the comedy that is happening and written on screen but it doesn't overshadow the drama that is also going on not letting loose of the murder and taking light of that subject matter and also trying to connect the pieces of the puzzle together as we ourselves become interested just because of the dynamic relationship of the trio as well as all these other side characters that they're little quirks and things there's a crabby lady there's someone that's really into cats and just all of those electric ideas just put together into one while it goes into certain ideas certain plot episodes that can be a little bit of a filler episode it doesn't act like that because you we still get more of the chemistry we get building up the characters on the side as well as within a trio as the trio has to learn to trust each other within all of this because they meet each other essentially for the first time at least getting to know each other personally and working together to also fund this podcast as they actually try and figure out their own little problems of the past having to connect with one another and we get the Back stories or at least some of them within this just enough that you can get to understand and adore the comfort of being able to watch the show not being able to necessarily figure it out right away and still being able to go follow along with the story and figure out the murder mystery itself and just each of them having their own separate skills their own style of Comedy that works within their characters and so we get Duos between those three as well as the trio as a whole where you get individual moments with each character that builds upon themselves and Duos work differently than this other Duo and so what that works throughout the show and also getting fans within the show it becomes self-aware in one respect where you get certain moments of certain characters that just work differently with one another and so just the way that whole dynamic plays out becomes colorful to the Natural longevity of the show and just the comedy that flows throughout is just something that's smart and becoming self-aware if something changes or something else happens with the shift of what is going on with the crime how they have to figure out the mystery and the murder itself and the connections to the murder that these characters may have just opens the door to new possibilities as they have to interview new people into an apartment and figuring out who may have caused the murder and obviously you're expecting that person to be in an apartment and so it's not really opening the doors to people outside but that's where the one set location for the most part just opens the door to uh possibilities that work effectively for a starter season with whatever budget it started with it just works wonderfully with how you balance out the intergenerationally relationships that you get built upon this younger lady in her mid 25 and also these older guys in their mid-60s and then just balancing how their relationships to other family members in their past have worked out who they are still connected with with their family but also how they are working together as a team and just having that great Dynamic relationship with also how the murder gets solved and with the killer that I won't spill the she's revealed not very early early on but still early on enough where you may get the clues if you're really knowledgeable about certain subjects certain things that are the obvious Clues but being someone that was not aware of the clues or things that went about it made the vibe more electric and something that really worked wonders to how you get to build upon the characters and even if you are familiar with the clues you aren't missing out on the surprise or certain ideas what you're building upon the relationship as you get to cheer for someone to get a little personal self achievement even if it isn't involved with the rest of the group because the group at Trio as a whole can share that with each other and you don't get little things along the way that makes it easier for them to work together quickly they have to go over leaps and hurdles in order to act actually feel like they trust each other and that Dynamic just works effectively all told because of how ineffective it is to just get three people that don't know each other and just put them together right away expecting them to work right away and so the pathway it takes having to take some time in order to reveal past Secrets get knowledge about their ideas and even if the audience is aware of certain information before for the other two of one person secret that's just where it all works in a great manner to where the audience can know about some things still get happy when they get to share it and feel open to share it with the other two but also have these pieces of information where they also have to figure out on on their own and how that works into the crime mystery it's just compelling always being able to try and figure out who the Killer is what pieces of puzzle are they missing and how that works into the metaphors and the humor that can be dark comedy subtly right then and subtly put here and there just throughout the show that works wonders in the fullest extent of what I just love about this show and this particular season 1 as a whole and therefore I have to rate only murder inability season 1 a personal 9.5 out of 10 let me
