how's it going everyone the Packers have made a total of 12 practice squad signings so far and pretty much all these players have played for the Packers and were kind of part of those roster Cuts so a lot of these names are going to sound familiar and a lot of these were also kind of expected so for the full list currently is they've signed to the practice squad defensive end Deslin Alexandri quarterback Sean Clifford as you know defensive lineman James Esther kicker Alex hail is coming back uh he is on the International player pathway so because he's on that pathway program he actually won't count towards the actual uh 16-man practice squad so really they can have 17 uh players because of him on the practice squad then we have wide receiver Julian Hicks coming back offensive lineman Donovan Jennings is also back cornerback kayin King glad to see kin King was able to at least make it back to our practice squad was a little afraid someone might have gone and picked him up but he is back on practice squad running back Nate mccre is back running back Elias Merryweather cornerback Robert Michelle also glad to see him back offensive lineman leius Smith and tight end Messiah Swinson so uh very glad to see that Kalen King and Robert Rashel was able to make it back Sean Clifford's come back uh as the Packers kind of wanted and he'll probably get called up and so with that that leaves five spots left for the Packers to fill on the practice squad gunt did state that he's probably going to go outside of pretty much the players that were on the roster to sign onto the practice squad which makes sense you don't want to go completely inhome talent in that sense considering we know most of the players that were on the squad try to get some more outside to you know expand on this roster who knows he might find a gem along the way he's pretty good at finding those so we'll expect probably five more players within the coming of days if not in the next day or two now also yesterday uh they did end up getting the waiver claim in signing kicker Braden narison and so with that they actually did at the release the player was probably going to be Greg Joseph and it's kind of official now that Greg Joseph is no longer on the team so Braden arson is now officially our new kicker hopefully his preseason it's it's a small sample size but he did really good in the preseason hopefully that small sample size can translate into the regular season and he can be an upgrade over what we saw with Carlson over in the regular season last year in the playoffs and pretty much an improvement from the kicking competition we saw this offseason cuz neither of them kind of really stood out they started off great but then they started tailing off and started missing a lot of kicks so hopefully Braden arvon is going to be a consistent kicker for us and be a player we can depend on the kicks instead of being nervous and wondering if we should just go for two every time or fourth down every time but just coming out with a quick update of the rest of the players at the Packers signed yesterday onto the practice squad and of course who we did wave with making room for Braden thearon but let me know what you think down in the comments if you like the video hit the like button subscribe to the channel and as always go pack go
