THE FAMILY AND THE PETS. WERE THERE ANY INSTANCES WHERE THE FAMILY OR THE PETS ARE CALLING HIMSELF WERE IN ANY KIND OF DANGER. >> I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE CONSIDERED IN DANGER, BUT I DO KNOW THAT. THERE WAS A LOT OF THAT'S A INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT BY, YOU KNOW, A CHILD GROWING UP WHEN YOU HAVE 7 OTHER CHILDREN. I PERSONALLY KNOW EVERYONE OF THEM AND I BELIEVE SHE WAS THERE TO PROTECT HER KIDS FROM GOING ON. BUT COLIN WAS SUFFERING FROM SOME. I'M GOING TO SAY PSYCHIATRIC ISSUES. HE WAS NOT ACTING NORMAL IN MANY OCCASIONS. I HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE. IS THAT BECAUSE MY 2 DAUGHTERS, YOU KNOW, EVERY ONE OF THOSE KIDS PERSONALLY, IT WAS AT SCHOOL WITH THEM. HE WAS REMOVED FROM SCHOOL. I BELIEVE FOR SOME OF THIS CONDUCT TAKEN OFF A BUS. HE HAD SOME TRAUMA THAT WAS GOING ON IN HIS LIFE. WAS A NORMAL AND ANY PARENT, I THINK RAISING A CHILDREN NEEDED TO DO WITH CHANGES TO DO TO PROTECT HER CHILDREN. I DON'T THINK. PEOPLE THAT QUESTION WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS LEGAL, WHAT SHE DID ILLEGAL OR ABUSIVE, I CAN ASSURE YOU GIVEN HER PUBLIC DEMEANOR YOU KNOW, CELEBRITY STATUS THEY SURELY WOULD INVESTIGATED ANYTHING SHE DID THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN HARMFUL AND THEY HAD WAS THAT IT WAS A GUARDIAN APPOINTED. A GUARDIAN WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO INTERVIEW EVERYBODY. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED IN FIELD COMPELLED HAVE THE TRUTH SAID AS TO WHAT HE MAY HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM AT THAT TIME. OBVIOUSLY HE MAY NOT ENJOYED WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE HIS FAMILY LIFE. BUT, YOU KNOW, ANY COULD GROW OUT OF BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THERE WAS NO INTENTIONAL HARM TO DO TO PREVENT HIM FROM GOING UP. IT WAS TIME IT WHATEVER WAS DONE TO PROTECT HER AND HER FAMILY AS WELL AS YOU KNOW, OTHER INDIVIDUALS AT THIS SCHOOL WE WENT TO, I THINK HAD HIM REMOVED, COULD LET HIM CONTINUE. >> AND I DO WANT TO MENTION AS WELL FOR THOSE WHO ARE WATCHING YOU ARE HER ATTORNEY. BUT YOU ARE ALSO A FRIEND OF HERS FOR I THINK, 12 YEARS NOW LIKE YOU SAID, YOUR KIDS ARE FRIENDS WITH HER KIDS AND I HAVE THE URGENCY. MOST ATTORNEYS HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN KNOWING HER FAMILY. >> SINCE MY CHILDREN AND 10 NEW CHECK-IN GRADE WIH THEIR CHILDREN. AND I KNOW EVERY ONE OF THOSE INDIVIDUAL SOME OF THEM HAVE HAD OTHER THINGS HAPPEN TO THEM THROUGH HER FATHER. BIPOLAR, A AUTISM, ADHD, OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE OPPOSITIONAL, DEFIANT DISORDER, PTSD KATE HAVE ANY PAPERWORK TO TO PROVE THAT THESE CONDITIONS WERE ACTUALLY DIAGNOSED BY A DOCTOR PRIOR TO THE COMMITMENT BECAUSE HE SAYS UPON JOINING THE MARINE CORPS, HE WAS CHECKED BY, I THINK A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST HAS PAPERWORK TO SAY THAT HE HAD NONE OF THOSE CONDITIONS. >> I DON'T KNOW WHEN PAPERWORK REGENERATED, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU, KATE WAS ALSO WINNERS AND I BELIEVE THERE WAS PLENTY OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS THAT PAY THEIR DIAGNOSIS. AND SHE JUST THAT TAKE NILLY AND JUST DECIDED TAKE THAT HANDS. I HAPPEN TO SPEND 5 YEARS IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS A TAX ATTORNEY FOR THE IRS AND I WOULD THEY INTERVIEWED MY SURROGATE SCHOOL TEACHER. WHEN I TOOK MY CAREER JOB AND I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD GO BACK THAT FAR IN TIME. BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU IF COLIN HAD A
