What Pat Shurmur Brings to the Colorado Buffs

all that you want to know and welcome to the bullin today I I this is more a conversational piece um I've spoken about the coaches and I want to talk about the coach that's going to drive our offense that would be Patrick Carl Schumer otherwise we can just say Pat Schumer that's what everybody knows him as who's the offensive coordinator at CU Colorado Buffalo now this man has a lot of offensive experience he was uh a offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos uh but let's check this out he has a 32ye coaching career 21 of those years from the NFL now last year which we for whatever reason which understandably we have to go back to last year and what happened the debos and the pluses but last year if we all remember he was an analyst at first then he took over the play calling duties and if if if we go back and look at Stats and so forth stats I ain't talking about how many times should do a got run over and all that kind of stuff I'm talking about stats stats stats stats once he took over the play calling duties things changed now his accomplishments they're just too many to read off um but once again I would still tell you the quarterbacking room is going to be totally feel really good about now taking over and and leading our offense the goal for the offense is to play winning offense that's a great rep that was a good rep the players they do the dynamic things and so that's the system that we're going to try to create shador super talented young man he's very experienced he's got a very very bright future did a lot of great things last year we're going to try to put together an offense that will protect him and then run the football so that what he can do is even more dominant we're going to do what we can to get the ball to our Playmakers which goes without saying you've seen it at all levels we need to protect the football uh and be very efficient in in our performance eyes and fingers focus on a small Point let's go this has been a program that's made me feel younger and refreshed and a lot of that has to do with Coach Prime and how he approaches his day and how he approaches building a program run run on we're on our journey to win a championship and do it um doing it here is going to be really [Music] exciting he is very instrumental in shadur progress is a premier College QB and a potential Heisman candidate you might go back and look at his standards in the NFL and so forth as a head coach no it wasn't very good but that don't mean that he wasn't a good offensive coordinator because he's done very well it's all about who do you have on your team who can catch the ball who going to do this who going to do that and what I'm telling you is Schumer he's the real deal now I'll be there for the game on the 29th again you might say that North Dakota state is not good and they're not de and so forth and so on and I would say something totally different they are a very good FCS opponent they've beaten FBS teams so I will bring footage and I will show you what I see how the offense is doing during the game and then we'll just go from there but what I would really like for you to do is give me some comments and all of that once I give that information on my t of the game give me some information on what you think we can agree to disagree I mean it it is what it is but again I'm not going to be rude I'm I'mma answer questions
