Washington commanders appear to be on schedule

tell you what man it feels good to be a regular NFL franchise right now it feels good to handle business like a team that's actually trying to prepare to win and that's what I've been seeing when I look at the way this team has been ran all the way down from the off season all the way down to the the getting the general manager all the way down to the head coach process all the way down to the free agency and draft and and then we get our first glimpse of a little pre-season we get a little glimpse of Jaden Daniels it really wasn't too much but um I could say this he look no different than he normally look so if that's the Jaden Daniels we're going to get then I'm going to be satisfied I know he has a I know he has a lot of work to do he has more work to do but that little piece of what we seen in the Jets game it's going to get better from there and I really like the kid out of all the quarterbacks man that I scouted last year I liked them the best I mean my my my heart was telling me Drake may just for the simple fact of of size but everything else was Jaden Daniels everything else and and you can see that Jaden's way further along than Drake May for right now you know Drake may could come and show us who he is but I think Jaden I think we made the right decision going forward Jaden's a star man he's a star and he has Superstar potential and he has Elite potential so hopefully hopefully everything's on schedule I think everything is on schedule seeing a little glimpse of Frankie louu I think Frankie is what it is we really didn't see Bobby yet but we know what Bobby does I mean we know we got work with the secondary but hopefully coaching a men some of those fences and dine that's going that's still a work in progress offensive Line's going to be a work in progress I love that rookie tight end we got Ben Sate just like jayen Daniels that small little sample size of what we seen from him is what we expected of him so guys are looking the part like they supposed to be so I think we're headed in a direction that we've been waiting for man we this as a fan base we've been craving craving a winner and it takes time to build a winner and you know when you've been suffering for as long as we've been suffering you really don't want to wait too much longer but in order to get this thing totally right roster totally right it's going to take a little bit of time but we can get there quicker only thing I expect and the only thing I want out of this year is for us to be a competitive football team I just want us to be competitive I want us to fight I want us to attack I want us to I just want us to be in games I just want us to be something we can be proud of week to week and I want us to be able to compete against most teams we play against and as long as we competing this year that's really the only thing I'm asking for I don't know what record I'm not even going to predict no record this year because it's still a lot of uncertainties especially especially up front like the rookie he's been Coleman I've been wanting to see Coleman but then unfortunate things happened and now that Coleman's not there he missed a whole week of practice last week and that was that was the scrimmage against the Jets all week and then he didn't play in the preseason game so you know if you expect him to start week one it might be a little little setback but then we could just see where that goes I actually really want him to start but I'm not really mad if Cornelius Lucas starts the season off I always thought Cornelius Lucas should have been starting really last year over Wy but something about Wy man he's still here right now and he's still starting so I mean wey still has Super Bowl experience so maybe maybe W's a guy that shows up in practice and and I can't judge Wally off last year because the scheme that we were run I mean we were just poorly coached we was a poorly coached ball club last year so I really can't hold a lot of the players responsible for what we were seeing and I'm not trying to trying to throw any kind of shade on the last coaching staff because it is what it is we all seen it it is what it is they got fired we only won four games so it really wasn't good we really wasn't coached the way we should be coached we never addressed the quarterback position it was a lot of things that was just never addressed we never addressed the linebacker position and if you see this year right here with this staff linebackers was addressed quarterback was addressed o line was addressed nickel Corner was addressed a lot of the glaring weaknesses that we had this sta addressed it in one off season so that's music to my ears I'm really happy about that I'm really excited can't wait for the Miami game can't can't wait to see how we look there but as far as Jaden Daniels goes man like I told you man I think this kid has Superstar potential I think this kid has Elite potential and if he reaches his ceiling look out look out now I know a lot of people was still on this Emanuel Forbes thing yeah he got beat but quarterbacks get beat as long as he's working hard and he's confident that's all that matters this kid is still first round talent I I know a lot of lot of people wanted something different last year but this is what we got this kid I think when this guy gets his confidence back and they tap into him then he can do some of the things that he was doing at Mississippi State that's the guy you want you want the guy that you seen on tape in Mississippi State the bar Hawk the guy that that had all those interceptions all those pick sixes that's the guy we want so hopefully forbs will progress I mean it's different man some some people take a couple of years some people take come right out the box some it's just different with players so I'm going be checking in man more I'm going to be dropping more videos I'm not going to I'm I'mma start doing one or two a week now man
