Jordan Love and Matt LeFleur talk NFL Brazil game. Plus, our Packers vs. Eagles prediction.

I would like to to know some lesson that Aaron Rogers taught to you and what do you learn from him and just say some some experience that you have to use the the lesson that he gave to you yeah no I mean my whole three years behind Aaron uh watching him work and just um the way he competes and gets ready to go play a game and um obviously back to back MVP when I was behind him so um I got to see a lot of great things so uh the biggest lesson for sure for me was just seeing how consistent was as a player um you know I try and Implement that in my game um you know going from last year building on that and just trying to be consistent every day be the best version myself every day um and that's probably the biggest lesson I saw from him Christian have a great chemistry I think since Christian got here um you know we got a lot of reps together because his first year you know I was taking most the OTA starting reps uh when Aaron wasn't there so um you know I was able to build a lot of chemistry with me uh Christian and Rome both those guys so uh it's no secret that you know when we got on the field we were going to connect and our kemistry is going to keep building and keep growing but um you know going on I think like year three with those guys so um just continue to grow those my brothers uh Chris is my bro and I got a lot of love for him and uh just our connection on the field is definitely grow huge amount it's great to be here in Brazil we're really fired up to be down here to make history and we're excited for our game tomorrow do I need to do that again all I said was we're we're really excited to be down here in Brazil uh your your country's been great to us the people have been fantastic we're looking forward to make making history tomorrow and really looking forward to playing the Philadelphia Eagles to start off the 2024 season okay questions you want to go to the front yeah hi man thank you for coming here I'm Marcos from P Brazil so it's very special to have you here in Brazil for this game I have you here as a fan too I've been doing this since 2011 so it's 13 years and it's a Once in lifetime opportunity for me to talk with you directly and I would like to ask you to just send a message for the Brazilian fans for the international fans because in the last few days and since the game was announced we hear some bad things about Brazil you know some concerns that we can't understand but some very bad things too and thanks God the backers were silent and don't say anything bad for us but I just would like to ask you and invite you to send a message for Brazil for Brazilian f that I'm so crazy about this team is the number team in brail thank you yeah Marcos it's great to be here like I said our experience down here has been nothing but positive and I think our players are the only negative was a long flight I mean that's kind of out of the norm for us but I would say since you know we we've only been here a short time but uh the food the people everybody's been been plus so it's been a positive experience for us and we're looking forward to it tomorrow hopefully all our Brazilian fans will show up tomorrow and be cheering on the green and gold AVID for long playoff ready for Friday yeah Ryan today is more of a shake out I I would say um just because the the length of the flight and the travel is not we're accustomed to so we're going to we're going to pick up the speed a little bit more today than we typically would the day before game so uh we used it's kind of a Friday slash Saturday practice if your game was on Sunday um so we'll have a little team period a little individual just to try to shake the long trip behind us hi everyone I am Tom Silverstein from the Milwaukee Journal and I am here with Martin Frank from uh Delaware and we are back from washing practice yes how was your practice Philadelphia Eagles well they they did a walk through today basically just running back and forth on the field at least the part that we were able to see but we also had press conferences with the head coach Nick serani and and a bunch of the players and that that was pretty interesting um you know there was a lot of beforehand some Eagles players and I think some Packers players were like you know why are we coming all the way down here and everything like that so A few of the players were asked about that by the Brazilian Brazilian media and you know they said oh no it was blown out of proportion we're all happy to be here and all that really excited about the opportunity um there's one guy on the Eagles the third string quarterback Tanner mcke who spent two years here on aition um so he was asked like question in Portuguese and he translated it and then he answered Portuguese and then translated into English so that was kind of amusing wow yeah what was going on with um Jaden Reed asked them how do you say Pack Go Portuguese I do that other than that it was you know they were on their best behavior um you they were ask a little bit about the game too and you know it is going to be an interesting game just from a standpoint of um different defensive coordinators new defensive coordinators Packers are same on offense but Eagles they're going to be on off to right yeah they're going to be actually a lot different and and the one thing the Eagles did this summer is they kind of like didn't play any of their offensive starters so they kept everything under wraps and they're really going with the notion that you know the Packers don't know what to expect from the Eagles offense even though they know the players so you know Nick serani is Big with the competitive Advantage aspect and we'll have that for that first game but then after that yeah and and I think Matt laur's um approach is he always feels like his offense is good enough regardless of what the defense does he wants to dictate to the details what they're going to do and I I suspect that's kind of how they're going to go into it I think they're going to run the ball they're going to try a lot of play action um that's been their MMO and with Josh Jacobs now in the back field I'm sure they're going to try to pound it at on the Eagles I'm not sure they're going to be very successful running it but they're going to try to attack that secondary um see a Rogers out is that correct how does that affect that well actually I don't think it's going to affect them that much because the worst kept secret they have is that they qu Mitchell is going to play pretty much every snap so you know if if the Eagles are in nickel for about 70 75% of the game you know M would be there but when they're in their base defense M would probably be on the outside so we talking about maybe like 20% the stamps um so I don't think that would be much of a factor I do find it kind of interesting that you know both the Eagles and the Packers um sign like big ticket re agents at running back you know Aon and Jacobs and everything you know I'm I'm just really fascinated to see how you know both teams handle that yeah and how those those two team how those two guys fit into those offenses two power guys who you know have had like you know uh just two years ago um Jacob's Le the league and rushing and parking right there you know so I think I think those are two guys that are yeah absolutely and obviously the quarterbacks you both great um both you know looking to take their team as far as they can this year and and I think it's this is like as good a game as you're going to get in an international setting like this so hopefully you know the crowd will be loud um the fans will appreciate what they're seeing and we'll see what happens okay I'm Tom this is Martin thanks for joining us and we'll
