a great feeling to see the the flag in there and yeah amazing this one is a new one I remember the first one was the first game I came here was against Everton home but was not this one was a a new one but was a good moment for me yeah yeah uh you mentioned that you you missed him at the end of last season so of course you're you're really good mates but on the pitch you really benefit from from your relationship as well and I imagine there's a lot of Portuguese talking on yeah definitely time you feel that's kind of an advantage for you guys because you're there on the same part of the pitch and and you get to communicate a lot probably without the opponents yeah and then the opponents don't understand with some some Spanish guys and N but it's it's help and I think it's normal like we are Brazilian we speak Portuguese and we can speak English on the pitch so we have to to keep the Brazilian and is as well and uh I think it helps a lot yeah I think Joe is right uh we can speak in Portuguese during the game but what I've missed him was his strength he's always is a powerful player for us uh was a long time without him in the team and we suffer a lot because he can bring uh things for the team that they know what the play they Squad can bring uh so Joe last season was a big Miss for us he started the season very very well our scor one important goal for in the first game uh it's always nice to have people that you like and that always give something else for the team miss me because of us not travel with him so alone in the hotel no one to talk you hang out a lot in in hotels every time every what do you do to pass the time me stay yeah you you both in the hotel and just watch something or stay touch with the family he is more playing always bring my PS5 to play before they sometimes I want to watch something and his close to me in the next room and scream all the time come on man stop loud and then they guy say What's happen that I talk so loud yeah he's he's playing his game yeah do do you do you talk about like goals you want to reach uh during the season do you share things like at the start of the season oh I want to score this many goals or I want to have this impact or or oh let's focus on I don't know getting to the European positions do do you have this type of conversations yeah about goals and assist we never talk we just leave it going uh what is important for us bring the club back to Champions League again and get a trophy for the club I think is the most important they think we are going to try this season it's a long long time I think it's time to show something special for the fans for everyone uh but about goals and assist we just play our game and if it happen happen if not it's all right most important is play well and get as Maxim as win as possible Joe how is Bruno the captain because he sounds very serious yeah he's he's doing good H every time know his pitch before the game it's good hard the fees it's good it's good but his character uh since he arrived in the club since the first day he show his presence um his quality and his um leadership skills and uh yeah he has done uh great season so far since if if of course we have another leaders like d bur K Wilson tripier jamala says but for me being the leadership group means a lot for a foreign player who came without speak one word in English so it's very important for me I'm very happy I'm just TR to keep giving my best for the club uh I know have been some Journey but I'm uh for me it's not enough I want a more I want more I'm here for more uh yeah it's such pleasure nice Joe you got married recently didn't you congratulations thank you very much was was was you his best man so you're each other's best man yes who did it better you know we Brazilian so it's different than here in UK here you won have one and then but I know in Brazil for a fact that you need to get a good gift you're the best I still wait still wait for GI yeah team right and I know in the national team when you get your first call up you need to sing yeah how was it funny yeah was very very funny but I was a good mate I said him before what he should say one yeah okay so I gave him and one song as well one song okay so he was good huh he was good because if you don't do well you stay so when Jo did was like five six player and he was single well and the people go out go out so was a good advice without me he would be St I stud a lot I was study a lot before it cuz I knew what happen I was sing this song every time even nights the day before I woke up and say this song from the national was on my head oh I'm ready was very nervous I'm not good to to talk in front of people so and that difficult the guys make fun so yeah but he did well he did well better than me when it was my time yeah I I was not so good he did better than me he's a better singer then no definitely not too much yeah because was more chill his want to more fun and then the guys leave you there for more long time exactly exactly yeah yeah if you could pick some something from each other in personally and as players like you could have something from him and you could have something from him as a person and as a player what would it be his intelligence to play he always showing the good space to have the ball um and then pick the the right pass and uh it's helped a lot for me and I think for the other players as well to he's always free uh always fight a gap to be and and and it's very good for the team and that's personal know maybe person is tough to say but personally for me I know I'm a good father but Joe is also a good father I like to see him with his children uh he really take care of his children is nice to see even if I know I'm good f as well but it's nice to see someone like him and the pitch I think he's uh strength Joe is always able to play uh is tough to uh to compete with him when he use his body he's very strong so I think Joe when he's in his best he's one of the best Midfield in the Premier so for me is this what I um I would take from Jo yeah in personal would be more relaxed sometimes and try to sleep as much as he he does way he sleeps more oh oh really the time sleep so long and and final one um Sandro tonali recently he gave a lovely interview talking about you guys and how supportive you were with him in this period he was away from the pitch so so how was it did you guys reach out to him did you guys hang out because it was tough for him and it was really nice what what he said about you guys yeah sandre is a good guy I think this time off we miss him a lot um I think since when he came we were trying to get him close to us so we've got a good friendship uh me and him we play a lot uh Call of Duty together on PS5 we always trying to do something like together uh I know how this moment was tough for him be out of the pit uh and you see a player fit but he couldn't play to help you as imagining in his head how it was uh but was a lovely moment for him in the in the last game he came he did very very well I think for this season uh we didn't sign no one so far he going to be our best sign was important to have him back wishing him all the very best for the club yeah like Bron said is a great lad uh very good young very good teammate and yes it was very difficult time for him um we try to to help him since since day one since his first day of the club try to welcome him to make him feel home because we know how how is it when you live your country to to go somewhere else to a new club and when you are young it's it's really difficult new language new country so we try to to help him this way and on the beach and yes was was hard for him but he didal with it with it really well um he was always happy in the train pit with us always give his best every day and we are very happy to have him back on the pit and yeah he's he's doing going to doing great this season for us amazing
